I had purchased one flat in 2013 and that was locked since then now when we started living there so there is no water and have applied for new connection so your team said there are more than 10 flats in building so new connection is not possible then i spoke to the x owner from whom i have purchased the flat so he said i have file for our connection taken in 2011 and have not got installed u need to get it installed i have taken the file from him and submitted the documents in djb office and after a weeks time or ten days time i have got a bill for 33778 after seeing my bill i got shocked when we never got our connection installed how come the bill is generated for 33778 and also there was some news that kejriwal ji from aap had waived off all the old dues then how come our bill is generated for 33000 request you to please get this sorted out

    I wish to inform you once again that billing of water connection no. K[protected] at m-129, greater kailash-2 new delhi-110048 has been done on adhoc basis when the meter is fully functional ever since the same was installed at the time of giving water connection way back in may 2015. The photos of the meter showing water consumption were also given personally to djb office gk-1 office along with the request to give credit for the excess amount billed on adhoc basis. Djb official assured that the same shall be done expeditiously. Nothing has been done & djb raised the bill dated 13.11.17 for rs 30, 632 again on adhoc basis. Please refer to my earlier complaints vide complaint id:83506, another complaint no.[protected] dt 20.3.17 to delhi govt, grievance registration no. Dodws/e/2017/00518 dt 11.5.17, no.[protected] dt 26.3.17 & grievance registration no. Dodws/e/2017/d1075 dt 8.9.17. I am a sr. Citizen aged 70 years & being harassed by djb repeatedly. Please depute an official to check the water meter, consumption as recorded therein & amend the water bill accordingly. Cm of delhi govt is holding charge of djb & still the malpractices are going on unabatedly. Please help. Regards k. N. Vigg

        There is dirty contaminated water coming in our house 34/6, west patel nagar, since last 3-4 days. On calling 1916 they are saying that due to some technical problem the complaint can not be issued online and it would be done manually. On further asking how much time will it take to resolve the problem, the answer is that they do not know.
        I tried calling emergency water number of punjabi bagh given on the delhi gov website... All those numbers do not exist or are not being picked up.
        Kindly resolve our problem as soon as possible as we are facing health issues.

          In all flats of house number 190, block 26, west patel nagar, new delhi, there is dirty contaminated, foul smelling water comes since last 3 to 4 days and there is same problem in other building also.. Kindly consider and solve it as immidiatly as possible. Jab v motor on karta hu tabhi pani aa ja raha hai water supply ka time ho ya na ho fir v pani aata hai

              From last 3 months i was facing an issue wherein quality of water was not good have complained multiple times but the same got resolved last month only. I was purchasing the bisleri water from outside. On 20th nov have received the water bill of rs 12673, i was shocked to see such a huge amount of bill wherein there are only 2 family members and were facing water issue for which we have lodged the complaint multiple times, how come the amount is high. Have lodged the complaint in grievance portal as well but they have closed my complaint without any resolution. How come my usage has changed all of sudden in last 1 year.

              16/jul/17 till 18/nov/17 : 126 days units consumed 286

              20/jan/17 till 28/mar/17 : 67 days units consumed 22
              11/nov/16 till 20/jan/17: 70 days units consumed 24
              17/sep/16 till 11/nov/16: 55 days units consumed 29

                The water pipe of our colony is broken. We are not getting water from yesterday that is 1 december 2017. And due to weekend it is unlikely that it will be fixed soon. I request that please get it fixed soon. Our whole colony is suffering because of this problem. Please look into this matter immediately. Thankyou

                  My k. No. : [protected] from last since (240 days) total unit i consumed of water is "[protected]=140" and every time bill generated 0 (Zero) rupees but last time i received bill from 14.09.2017 to 24.11.2017 with 41 units (Total 71 days). How can it be possible to give 71 days bill and how can it be possible if my 41 unit consume in 71 days please correct my bill as soon as possible...
                  Because of the last date of bill payment is 12th of dec.2017.

                    My k. No. : [protected] from last since 1 year (352 days) total unit i consumed of water is "45" and every time bill generated 0 (Zero) rupees but last time i received bill from 24.07.2017 to 13.09.2017 with 52 units (Total 51 days). How can it be possible to give 51 days bill and how can it be possible if my 45 unit consume in 352 days so how can i consume 52 unit's in 51 day's. Please correct my bill as soon as possible.

                      Hi,
                      This is to inform you that i am a resident of chattarpur enclave phase-2 area, i am noticing from last two months a very bad habit of h. No-b-164, ground floor, these peoples are wasting and misusing the precious water of delhi jal board like any thing, in routine thease residents waste approx 5 thousand ltr water on roads without keeping any hold on pipe.. Peoples in area are already tried to stop tem but these people shout on them and still wasting water on road, due to this water getting gathered in raw area of colony and this will become a really hazardous in future disease.
                      Please please take a strict action against them and stop doing this practice in future. Resident of b-164 street number-19 chattarpur enclave start this habit of wasting approx 5 thousand ltr water around 2 pm daily, kindly have a surprise visit to cought them red handed.
                      If i will get the satisfactory answer via this medium, i shall be very grateful otherwise i will take help of media.

                        Dear team,

                        I was already make a complaint on 20 november 2017 but still now no body take any action please review it and cancel my bill as soon as possible.

                        My k. No. : [protected], from last since 1 year there is no person come for reading i was noted two times by 1916 help line number and in november i also noted reading by phone it's 55 unit of 161 days till 1 november 2017 and it's bill generated 0 (Zero) rupees but after 8 days i was received a bill from 1 november to 9 november with 9 unit. How can it be possible to give 8 days bill and how can it be possible if my 55 unit consume in 161 days so how can i consume 9 unit's in 8 day's. Please cancel my bill and next bill will be generated on monthly bases with correct reading unit.
                        Please update and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                          1. The customer helpline number 1916 is perpetually dead.

                          2. This month i got more than rs 9, 000/- bill as against normal bill of about rs. 3000/-each month. My consumer no is [protected]. There appears to be reading error or billing error. Please get it investigated.

                          3. I am unable to see my bill details on the net. There is some malfunctioning of the software system. Earlier i could see all the details very easily.

                            Reference bill no.[protected] dated 29 nov 17. As per bill, the current reading 148 unit and previous reading 125 unit are shown. Whereas the actual reading are - the current reading 118 unit and previous reading 100 unit. Complaint made on today at telephone number at 1916 vide number [protected]. Meter reader never come at site to note down the reading on meter. Earlier complaint was made and submitted to zro (Sw-ii) vasant kunj vide diary no. 4056 dated 31.07.17.

                              Sir,

                              I have received a bill of rs.2801/- for the month of sept 2017 to november 2017.in this bill meter reading is showing stop.in this context, i am giving you following facts :

                              1 sir, first of all that my meter is working properly. Me and my wife working private company and our job profile is touring. We are not staying regularly in this house.

                              2 bill april to june 2017, i paid a amount of rs. 960 but in this bill, showing meter status was stop. But inform you, on that time also meter were working properly. Due to our job work and faith on delhi jal board, i assume that next bill will make correctly. But i could not received the bill from june to sept 2017 of rs. 1996/- currently, i received a bill of rs. 2801/- in meter status is showing stop.

                              3 sir, it is domestic line. Hardly, if we consume water regularly, in 2 months bills, units will not consume more than 10 to 15 units maximum. Water supply is available here, in morning 2 hours and evening 2 hours only. But in this bill you showing units :

                              - 88 in the month of june to sept 17
                              - 45 in the month of apri to june 17
                              - 66 in the month of feb to apri 17

                              I am sorry to say that, it is domestic line, if you want to send the bill on average, its not more than 20 units apprx. How to send this bill on huge reading?

                              Kindly check the meter sir, meter is working fine, please correct the bill accordingly.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    We are resident of nirankari colony. We live only two individuals and using water judiciously. We have got many times in the past our bill under the subsidy. But this time the meter reader of water has noted rddt wrongly whereas reading is 311 (On 27th november, 2017) and the previous reading is 271 (On 14th sept. 2017).

                                    This has been second time this is happening with us.
                                    This is completely fraud on the part of the individual who notes the reading and harassing the consumer unnecessarily. Whenever we have used water more, we have paid the bill but this time they have noted wrongly like the once they have done before few months.

                                    Kindly look into it.

                                      I have rented flat in kirti nagar delhi-110015. My kno no is [protected]. I had paid an extra total amount of rs. -4714.13. I have to vacant my flat in a week's time so that deposited amount cannot be adjusted later on. My owner doesn't bother to adjust this amount so unfortunately i doesn't have any option but to knock the door of jal board to solve my problem. I'll be very thankful if you do the needful and refund the extra paid amount.

                                      We are getting very dirty water of sewer in our water supply. We had lodged complain ...but getting even worse supply of dirty water. We are not able to do anything with current water supply.

                                        I am a resident of ashok vihar, phase-1. For the last one week the water we are getting smells like sewage and looks contaminated. Every time we call at the jal board helpline they do not register a complaint and keep giving us phone numbers of area officials who again are not taking any action after the intimation. This is extremely inhuman as water is a basic need and quick action must be taken to fix the issue. How can this be ignored?
