One meter reader came on 14th december, 2017 in my house and when i asked what is the today’s jal board meter reading? He told me the meter reading as 1204. On the next day i. E. On 15th december, 2017, i found a message from the delhi jal board that payment of rs.1401 is to be made for the period 13the october 2017 to 14th december 2017 before 1st january 2018 and then i saw the bill in the delhi jal board website.

We have use water consumption every 2 month about 30-35 Unit . But our area Gulab Bagh, uttam nagar Meter Reader Note the reading Meter lock 1800 unit after see in 22 may to july bill 28 average 1828 then 27 sep bill see in 1823 is wrong reading and oct to dec bill direct 1906 unit till date 1914.
So I REQUEST TO YOU MY DEFAUT BILL IS CORRECTION IN MY BILL.
I HAVE ATTACHED SUBMITTED THE AVERAGE BILLS EVERY 2 MONTHS ARE ATTACHED...

Last bill generated on 28-aug-17.

To avoid excess charges, i visited nearest delhi jal board office and they given contact number of bill reader executive and ask me to call him and check with him....

In march 2016 the last bill payment made was 247.27. How come in the month of july aug and sep we received a bill for 2169 and the current bill is of 3373. Request someone to visit our house and check the details and guide us on how to close this further. Need the monthly break up or the quarterly breakup of my water bill since july 2016. We are suffering from a week as we are getting water like sewer water. It is very smelly and contiminated. Even it is not fit for washing, bathing etc. We are facing health issues also because water is not fit for drinking.

There is no water supply at uttam nagar west parampuri flat sukar bazar since 8 days. My water connection number is bses rajdhani[protected]. Please do the needful. Or we have to take strict action for it. Govt is being so irresponsible. It happened many times with this connection. If any strict action is not taken we have to complaint to higher authority....

It is to inform that water supply timings in my colony is pathetic. They are supplying water at 3 am in morning and sometimes at even 2 or 2:30 am, which is a big problem for office goers, that too in winters. So it is highly requested to take some immediate actions regarding this issues.

There is frequent blockage of sewer line behind h no. 2140 to 2149 outram line, delhi-9. I have been complaining since may 2017. The problem is temperarily removed but the sewer blocks after 3/4 days. This is due to broken sewer line at various points and some manholes are also broken as confirmed by the ae of cocerned zone. There is dirty contaminated water coming in our area, 283/170 maddi waali gali vishnu garden since last 3-4 days.
On calling 1916 they are saying that due to some technical problem the complaint can not be issued online and it would be done manually. On further asking how much time will it take to resolve the problem, the answer is that they do not know.
I tried calling emergency water number given on the delhi gov website....

I had purchased one flat in 2013 and that was locked since then now when we started living there so there is no water and have applied for new connection so your team said there are more than 10 flats in building so new connection is not possible then i spoke to the x owner from whom i have purchased the flat so he said i have file for our connection taken in 2011 and have not got installed u need to get it installed i have taken the file...

I wish to inform you once again that billing of water connection no. K[protected] at m-129, greater kailash-2 new delhi-110048 has been done on adhoc basis when the meter is fully functional ever since the same was installed at the time of giving water connection way back in may 2015. The photos of the meter showing water consumption were also given personally to djb office gk-1 office along with the request to give credit for the excess...

In all flats of house number 190, block 26, west patel nagar, new delhi, there is dirty contaminated, foul smelling water comes since last 3 to 4 days and there is same problem in other building also.. Kindly consider and solve it as immidiatly as possible. Jab v motor on karta hu tabhi pani aa ja raha hai water supply ka time ho ya na ho fir v pani aata hai...

I have received bill of rs 32410 for the period of nov'14 to sep'15 of k no [protected]. Bill is very excess and is rebate able as per the announcement of honorable chief minister of delhi.
