Dear Sir

Sewer in front of my house is blocked and overflowing from last One month, I have made many complaints in this regards in your Jal Board office in Feb 2016. My 1st Complaint No is 424, 2nd complaint in phone number 1916 is[protected] and recently Complaint No is[protected], But problem as it is.
So I request you to please send someone to check and resolve this problem as soon as possible

This is to onforn you that a water metre is installed at LD Block Flat no 30, we are not receiving the bill for the water metre from last one year and we are under the impression that with new govt policy our bill is of minimum amount and not chargeable so it is not being billed.

However to our surprise we have got the bill few days back of whopping Rs 10.784/-

We wish to inform that we are using only 20 ltr water per day from Delhi Jal Board connection and this water is only for drinking. It is not being used for any other puposes.

Kindly look in to the matter and rectify the mistake since no amount is due as per govt policy of 20000 litre per month..

Hi, I have rented flat in Radhey Puri Krishna Nagar Delhi-110051. My KNO no is [protected]. I had paid total RS 10843.62 from sep to april. But till dec bill was RS -8125. I had extra pay RS -8125. I left this flat, how can i get this amount RS -8125. My land lord not given me this amount.
Please suggest me for get amt.

Dear sir, i m resident of civil lines, in my locality the water meter is almost change some of have been left and assure that it will replace in few days . but since long time 6month till date the meter in not change and old meter is not working properly. please reueat our fowerd for early action.

Delhi Jal Board — Overbilling On the Basis of PLOC


Dear Sir, This is to draw your kind attention towards my Regular Water Bill which is always generated on the basis of PLOC whereas under no circumstances the premises has always been found locked for last 2 years. Probably it might happen co-incidentally for one (or) two times but logically can't be possible to happen always. The billing amount generated on this basis is so high that it is nearly three/four times than that of the actual usage. I have been lodging complaints for many times but facing no response failing which I am here to write you. Therefore, I am requesting you to please adjust the overbilling amount at the earliest and send your meter reader to take the current readings always which is displayed in the water meter of my premises. You are requested to do the needful. Hoping for a positive reply. I have paid Bill upto unit 2365, the figure which was taken by you while sitting in the office. The actual reading as on date is 2362. Moreover, my consumption is within the permissible limit of free water of 20 KLM per month. Hence the bill issued issued for Rs.449 is unwarranted. Please arrange physical reading and cancel the bill as there is no consumption of water beyond the specified free limit.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a resident of Sudarshan Park near ESI Hospital, New Delhi-110015. This complaint is regarding supply of contaminated water in our street at F block at F/217, Sudarshan Park. This street is getting contaminated water every week atleast 4 times a week and due to this our tanks are polluted and there is a garbage and waste type smell in water. It is not even good for bath.

Due to this RO water supply mafia of people supplying jugs and ground diggers for ground water is at a rise and then when we opt for such option, police charges money for digging.

There is no way left to get clean water for a middle class household. Its been seven years since this problem is there. Continuously we try to get in touch with Jal board office at Moti Nagar and Sewage office at Sudarshan park. They keep on blaming each other and sad part is that none of them is able to rectify the problem. Recently i wrote complaints and Mr Rakesh Kumar Jal Board JD and his subordinates worked and were not able to rectify the issue. Either there is a capability problem or may be technical glitch. Non of these officials was successful in solving the problem.

I request who so ever is the concerned to look into this and share a solution for us.

Since the past month, the quality of water coming in our area (A Block, Vikas Puri) is bad. The water is extremely dirty and smelly making it not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it.

Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue.

So, please chack those moters they are reggularly used without conaction in our plots and other airya of jawhar park devli road -khanpur .So please stop those anothrise conaction in our airy for revinew of govt.

As our country is facing water crisis at a very big level so we all should use every drop of it judiciously. With reference to this i want to draw the attention of the concerned authorities towards improper as well as illegal connection of water supply in my area.

I am Rohit Kumar Shukla, resident of Gali No.6 Brahampuri New Seelampur North East Delhi, Delhi-110053. In my area there are a number of illegal water connections in streets as well as roads and those people dont have to pay a single penny for that precious commodity water thats why they dont understand its importance and carelessly and illegally use it. We complaint to the officer on checking also but it is very sad to say that they take bribe and that too for just 50-100 rupees from each culprit and left them then such things left me with a question that what is going on in my city then why should not we also follow their steps . so i request you to take some immediate and strict action against the people and concerned authorities.

Our water bill was sent without taking the meter reading. The bill shows our current consumption of water as 213 units whereas in reality the meter reading is only 80 units.

Since Dec'2015 we are recieving dirty, smelly water at 14 block subhash nagar which is totally unfit even for washing clothes, leave alone drinking or cooking.
Please resolve urgently as this could lead to a epidemic.

My kno [protected] I am received my current bill dated 14 jam 2016 unit used 42 in 73 days but bill amount is Rs 736 as per Delhi govt 20 kl free for 30 days . whay i am pay the amount?

Murky, stinky non potable water supplied by the Delhi Jal Board since the last few days in Mahavir Enclave. The supply water is absolutely unfit for use!

K No. [protected] : Bills generated without meter reading from October 2015. Meter reading as on 20.09.2015 was 1116/OK . Bill No.[protected] dtd. 23.12.2015 for Rs.896/= is on high side. As on 30.01.2016 METER READING IS 1151 .

Sir, This is from the K.No-[protected] and my complain is regarding the bill amount from 03 Nov 2015 to 13 Jan 2016 is INR 2528/- which is too huge and there is some arrears of INR 1203/- has been also charged.

My consumption is usually only between 15 to 20 units for two months as only me & my wife stays here. As we know that in Delhi 500 ltr per month of water is free now. So why such huge bill is being charged in every bill.

Requested to please send your person for inspection every month so that we could not forced to pay such huge amount.

money more time argue this person, but the are not responding against connection, they are saying (I have No Time ) ( I have No Meter and goods)
