Dear Sir/Madam From the 4 week onwards the water supply has been very dirty and full of foul smell which is not at all healthy for any work even washing and cleaning purpose. The water tanks also have become dirty due to that. I have been getting dirty water and total black in colour with lot of smell in it.Inspite of my complaint over the phone last week nobody has responded or the problem attended .The society has also complained but it seems the officers are to busy to check on the same .Since i suffer from various health issues it is very important to keep clean and potable water for cooking and daily usage.Please i request your self and the department to attend to the issue on urgent basis . Dear Sir, My sewerage line is blocked for 16 days and I have checked it from local cleaner. He checked and found it was blocked all over from Govt. Sewerage Road side. I had requested local MLA S.Manjinder Singh Sirsa Helpline and Counceller Subhash Arya and Deptt. Head Mr.Mishra Ji dealing with Swerage line. Yesterday. Mr.Mishra sent a sweeper. He checked the line and change the Cover of cesspool and say Suction machine will open it. Today, no one come with machine. The House is become a hell. Not only my house but all other house swerage lines are blocked. they used first & second floor. But their Ground floor are in bad shape. This first time, when I experience such back situation. Previously, when I complaint, a team of sweeper come and open the line within half an hour. Now, today is 16th day which is gone with no result. We submit that despite last request for overbilling and already making excess payment, we have this time also received our water bill exceptionally abnormal for rs.14483/-. We submit the details of last three payments as under:

Moreover as per your bill id no.[protected] from 07-may-2013 to 16-apr-2014 we had already paid excess amount of rs.6223/-.You are therefore requested to reconcile the payment records and after adjusting our excess payment amount of rs.6223/- upto 16-apr-2014 advise us latest excess payment already paid to the board.Also withdraw the recent fake bill for overbilled amount of rs.14483/-charged for 307 units.

My bill from 1 July 2012 to 2 june 2014 amount was Rs. 3961 and the due date is 7 july 2014 i paid this bill as on[protected] and after that i got information from the counter that i havr another bill to paid the bill duration is 3 june 2014 to 12 july 2014 and the bill amount shocked me it is Rs. 14405 and due date is 30 aug 2014. I just want to know that how it can be possible. Please send the related information. Please help on this [protected]@gmail.com [protected]

We have not recived bill, 11sep 13 to 16dec13, and 16 dec13 to 14 march 14, and 14 march 14 to 16may14 .Now I have recived bill august 14 with interest(penalty) please send all bill at time

We are getting drinking water through DJB tanker No. 8657 through its driver Mr. Bhupender from DJB Nazafgarh every sunday once in a week as we have no sources of water in this area.

The Driver of the above tanker is almost missed the trip and then we have no opetion to call for emergency tanker.

It is regret to inform you that after approching to emergeny tanker we are not getting the water for example i had informed to Mr. Hari Singh on 12/08/2014 vide complaint No. 45 to send a emergency tanker as we have no water for drinking. Mr. Hari Singh informed that he will send the tanker by evening but no tanker had arrvied and i had again asked on 13/08/2014 for tanker and he told me that he had only one tanker for emergency so he will send it after 3/4 days.

It is no first time but every time it happen.

I hereby requesting your goodself to help us to send the water tanker regurlarly so that we can get the drinking water.

We residents of Bali Nagar, New KNO: [protected], House F-20 Ground Floor Bali nagar, New Delhi -110015 are facing a serious LACK OF WATER SUPPLY for the past 2 months . The water supply is too less, we are hardly able to manage with it . There seems to be some issue in the water supply pipeline or connection in our house. Please look into this immediately . I have Water connection K.NO.[protected] ( In the name of Shri G.D. Rajpal) I am regularly depositing all water dues in time. I had received a Bill dated 10th May, 2014 whereby DJB has demanded Rs.2330/-, which was paybale on or before 27th May, 2014. The undersigned has requested, DJB to provide me complete details of said bil of Rs. 2330/-. The DJB has generated the complete details of bill & provided after 28th May, 2014. Accordingly I have deposited the all due amount of Rs. 2330/- on 31st May 201 through payment Receipt No. 30738. Thereafter DJB is regularly while generating new bill, always including late payment etc.. I am regularly approaching DJB Malviya Nagar Office, to wave of late payment charges, which does not due on my case. Please resolve the issue. There is no fault of late payment from my side. Since billing authority has generated the bill after due date. Please wave the late charges and provide bill only for current consumption only. The DJB has generated bill for June-2014 for Rs.291/- out of which only Rs.60/- was consumption charges and Rs.230.83 shown as Arrear. I had lodged complaint through DJB on 21st June, 2014 Complaint No.[protected]. This time Billing section of DJB has again created bill of Rs.544/- and again included arrears of Rs. 230.28/- which is does not pertains to me. I may be provided current bill for Rs. 314/- only for July 2014. Since last date is 21st August, 2014. The proper bill may be sent for payment. Near about 1.5 month delhi jal board supply sewage water in our block because of dirty water the children and pepople of our locality suffering from water diseases . we are complin many time in jal board and area MLA but no action should be taken by concerning authorities. many of pepole of our area are buy drinking water every day.so it is my request to you to take neccesary action against this biggest problem and give us big relife. i shall be grateful to you.

Bill no.[protected] for amounting Rs 20747 have been issued by Jal Board on a/c of provisional actual average of 529 units for 293 days mentioning current meter read as NRES and previous meter read as 767/ OK. But current meter read shows on 3.08.2014 is 899 units which means current consumption will be 132 units in place of 529 units. if meter reader take correct reading then bill must be about Rs 2000 but they did not try to take reading and showed NRES which is injustice and doubtful. So I am unable to pay this wrong huge bill. DJB is requested to make correct water bill mentioning current meter read so that I can pay correct water bill. Dear Madam/Sir, This is really unfortunate to report in this modern era of growth and development of India that people are suffering due to lack of availability minimum facilities for the citizen of India, that too right in the capital of our great country. We called DJB who said this is under DDA, We called DDA who said this is under DJB. There is no water in the pipeline, even simple motor is not able to get water to household. Infants, children and elderly are the people who are suffering the most. There is no way visible to seek help. This situation is dark that may result in drastic affect on the residents' health, mind and spirits. Kindly help us by showing a way to get at least water to drink with little peace of mind. I am not sure, if anybody reads this board. But, if you read this message, and think you can help a common man and family with limited means, please say so. Even if you can not help in resolution, say so. At least, we know that there will be no help from anybody. A law abiding citizen. This is a frequent problem in our area every now and then this problem arises but there has not been any concrete step to over come this problem completely. Therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and provide immediate action on the subject matter and also look forward with an angle to provide a permanent solution to this problem. Also, request you to kindly let us know the timing of water supply since this is also not fixed and we end up checking several times for water supply.
