We kindly request you that please give us a point for water tank requirement. In my house patient are depended on me. We have facing many problems. About this matter we already dicussed to the Delhi Jal Board (Najafgarh). They told me that pls go to the Ashok vihar in Gurgaon & we have no abandon my patient. in our neighboor houses water tank are available and they cannot gives us water and the water tank come in weakly but in a weak there is fight with this topic that they are full their water tank 1000 ltr. and 500 ltr. above. The other side we have only 100 ltr. take. They are not support us they every time ready for fighting. In my house many my wife, grandmother and my son are depended on me they are facing the many problems related water fulfill. Pls take any decision for this problem solving. we want to gives us and my neighbour who support us a seperate water tank point. So we will not facing this problmes .       I am a resident of 1913, Janta Flat, G.T.B. Enclave, Delhi-110093 since 1988. I have been facing lots of problems due to blockage of SEWE LINE for the last 4 to 5 months. Whenever I lodged the complaint with the department, the concerned staff visited the site and clear the sewer line. But for the last one month it is very difficult to live in the compound due to the continuous blockage of the line. Now I am regularly visiting the concerned office of Delhi Jal Board, near IBHAS Hospital, Shahdara, Delhi but no action is being taken by the said department. The staff come to site and express their inability to get it cleared. They always criticised that there is no BIG MACHINES are available with the department to get the work done. On 1st of September, 2014, I personally gave the written complaint to the staff in the presence of The Executive Engineer, Delhi Jal Board, Janta Flat GTB Enclave, Delhi and the Hon'ble E.E.gave me the assurance that the blocked sewer will positively be cleared on today, 1st Sept, 2014 or 2nd Sept, 2014 but nobody turned up. On 3rd of Sept, 2014, the staff came and tried to clear the sewer line but in vain and went back after showing their inability. As we are aware that due to blockage of sewer line, how one can live in that area resulting in the spread of contagious disease which are very harmful for the human being and for environment. It is prayed that keeping in the view of good health, the solid action must be taken either replacing the blocked line or temporarily clearing the same without any further loss of time

        K NO [protected] Dear Madam/Sir, I am a resident of Siddhartha Extension New Delhi - 110014. I have received my Bill amount as 8782/-for 85 days from 06th May 2014 till 30th July 2014.. I tried to lodge a complaint regarding fast meter and improper billing and visited the Delhi Jal Board office in Jal Vihar, New Delhi. I met the officials sitting there but they made one or the excuses and tried to play the blame game. They tried to convince me by saying that they have given out the contract of fixing new meters to SPL and so they are not responsible for faster meter billing and so if I have any issues then instead of making complaint here, I should approach them. Here I would like to mention that from past so many days I have been travelling and the house has been locked, therefore, the consumption cant be that much what DJB is showing. From almost many years I have been getting approx. 500-600 billing but this bill I have received shows meter reading unit as 188 for 85 days from 06th May 2014 till 30th July 2014. I have already submitted the payment on online but believe me I have been facing a lot of mental harassment and torture from the day I have received the bill. But just because I did not want to undergo any further harrassment from DJB I have submitted the payment. I would be obliged if you kindly check the meter and kindly see to it that I am not further harassed from DJB and therefore would request you to kindly take immediate action in this regard.           MY HOUSE IS SUPPLIED WITH DIRTY AND REALLY FOUL SMELLING WATER FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS NOW, I HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT BEFORE AND YOUR REPRESENTATIVE CAME AND AGREED WITH THIS AND AFTER THAT WE GOT THE CLEAN WATER SUPPLY FOR A WEAK ATMOST AND NOW TODAY AT ABOUT 7 WHEN I SWITCHED ON THE MOTOR THE WATER THAT CAME WAS REALLY REALLY BAD.             This is to bring to your kind attention that We the residents of H block 4/3, Malviya nagar, New delhi-110 017 are not getting supply of water from Delhi Jal board as per scheduled time since[protected]. ( last 3 days). Only tankers are being supplied by Delhi Jal board as a short time measure but it is not possible to pull the water to 2nd or 3rd floor citizens. Complaints have been raised with Malviya nagar water services pvt Ltd. ( D- block Saket office) but in vain. The customer care officer is not in a position to tackle the issue. My complaint no. 16850 dated[protected]. Please note that Delhi is the capital of the country and a basic problem like this is shocking and shameful for us and for the country as a whole. We have been advised by Prime mInister's office to request your goodself to intervene and instruct the concerned dept to do the needful as you will appreciate no water supply since last 3 days made our lives terrible.               I have not received any Bill since the date on installation of my water connection. My connection no. is 48629 & my residential address is HOuse no. RZ-1 Second Floor), Vaishali, KH-30/4, Near Palam Dabri Road, New Delhi -110045. I would request Delhi Jal Board to send some body to get the meter reading & generate the bill for the same.                           I am a resident of rohini sector 07 and have been facing problems for last few months. I tried to make lot of complaints regarding fast meter and improper billing but nobody wants to listen. I only have 3 members on my family and I know that our consumption cant be that much what DJB is showing.

                          Sir From almost 03 years I am getting approx. 500-600 billing but from last bill amount was INR 2201 with meter reading 564 period 22May - 24JUl now Meter reading is showing 918 means in a month our uses is 364 units. I requested your Rohini Delhi Jal Board Sec 6 office but they are not taking any action Please be advise how can we use 364 units in next month .

                          Also as per L& T there is no problem with our water Meter, as your office suggested to me to contact them after taking a fee of RS 150/-


                          Just to keep you update after making lot of complaints we have made a written complaint on 16Aug with ref no 1756 .

                            Hi, I am a resident of 3214/31, GF Beadon Pura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-5. We were taught in school clean water has no colour and odour but in our house water has a strong odour and comes in never seen before shades of grey and black. I sometimes wonder if the connection if from DJB or a sever pipe.Attached is a photo as well. Check it and decide it your self will be even like to take bath from it let alone drink it???????????Not just this, even this quality of water is not available for more than 15 minutes in the morning and a couple of mins sometimes just 4-5 mins or none at all in the evening.This is not the first time Iam complaining, I have been facing this issue for months and months now. Had made several complaints at the helpline # I was provided but no one bothered to come and check the pipe etc.Can someone please help us and let us also enjoy the wonderful sight and sweet taste of clean water????????

                              Subject: Regarding miscalculated water bill due to defective water meter and requesting for the change of water meter. Dear sir/madam, This is regarding the water bill for the period 1st march 2014 to 23rd June 2014 received by me. My KNO No. [protected]. (category -1, domesic type). This is the first water bill after the installation of new water meter. The bill displays a shocking amount of Rs. 12, 179/- for a period of 115 days. It also shows an arrear of Rs. 4176.76/-, though I don’t have any pending dues! This bill seems to be miscalculated and erroneous after the installation of the new meter. Ours is a small family with 2 adults and 2 minors and only 500 Litres water tank with no electric motor. The history of the previous units consumed and the number of days along with bill is attached hereby for your kind consideration. My earlier bills cycle (with previous meter) shows an average bill in the range Rs 300 to Rs 700, which has suddenly jumped to rocking amount of Rs 12, 179/-. This new meter shows a steep hike of 210 units for 115 days, which is unbelievable, as my water consumption remains the same. I request you to kindly go through my problem on priority basis and do the needful to rectify the bill and change my present erroneous water meter.                                         Dear Sir/Madam, For KNO. [protected], received a bill amount Rs.4474 charged for 53 days for 114 units while every month's bill was charges around Rs.300 till now. I don't understand how could the water meter show 114 unit for 53 days only for 2 members. I even tried to speak the officers at Delhi Jal Board in my area but they said the bill is ok and you will have to pay this. Please help. Regards, praveen
