1 have received a bill of rs 16000 as compared to last bill of rs 8, 000 which is not correct
I have registered my complaint with your djb, ashok vihar office, an attendent came after 3-4 days just to tell us that you have to take your meter to the company which we tell they will check it & give u back by 3-4 days, in the mean time you have to arrange for a stand by meter, take the meter out & install it again

Its not our duty to take the meter out & take it to the private company for checking
What kind of customer service you r gving to your consumers after going private you r harrasing us for such inflated bills, so please look into this matter & revert back asap

    Dear Sir,
    Myself Rajesh S/o Sh. Hari Ram, living in WZ-67 Budhela, Vikas puri, New Delhi - 18. We are receiving contaminated water (mix with Sewer water) for past several months. Despite repeated complaints no action has been taken so far. Your employees just come and see and don't do anything. I have complained to Sh. Rajesh Junior Engineer, at Vikas Puri park several times but he doesn't even register my complaint and formerly says "Ho jayega". Our hole family got patient of Acidity, Diarrhoea, Vomitting and several other stomach problems.
    As per above compalint, please do take some serious action and make sure that we recieve 100% sure water as you are advertising. Also, if possible please give me the detail in my email id ([protected]@gmail.com)

      Sir, My name is Deepak Bothra, from L-2/45, Top Floor, Shastri Nagar, Gali no.11Delhi-52.I want to draw your kind attention regarding huge wastage of water & revenue loss of DJB. The Fact is that upper ground floor of L-2/45 has been taken a water connection in the name of Smt.Bhagwati Devi. But Water Meter is defective & It does not show any reading.so they misuse of water by over flowing continue for 1-2 hours(Specially at night 8.30PM Approx).I have already asked him to avoid the misuse of water but all in vain. So as a result of such type of practice, I have suffered a huge loss due to my roof has been badly damaged.& On the other hand. you have also loss of revenue which you will get 3 times(Approx) of Current Bill amount if Meter is in well condition. Hence you are requested to look into the matter & Instruct the concern officer to look into the matter & Take appropriate action against such wastage.

We would like to draw your kind attention toward the irregularities in water distribution on Tanker No. DL-1L R-0600 in locality of Mahavir Enclave street No. 11Palam Dabri Road, Gurudwara gali New Delhi- 110045 2. The mentioned Tanker No issued on the name of NIRMAL & RAJBALA THAKRAN (Their addresses are given appended below) Add:- RZ/H/19 A, Street No. 11, Mahavir Enclave Pt - Ist ND- 110045 Add:- RZ/H/30, Street No. 11, Mahavir Enclave Pt - Ist ND- 110045 3. The tanker which is issued for the public not for the specific individual. But these people unload the full tanker to their respective godowns (House tanks). Due to that the rest of the people in locality didn’t get the water for drinking even. Hence it is requested to you please take proper action against this matter. Action required by us 4. Please transfer it issuance to the some other responsible person so that people get water equally or please stop this tanker immediately as it is becoming the “the apple of discord “ in the locality. 5.           Dirty, Smelly black color and contaminated sewer water is coming from Delhi Jal Board 's pipe line from last 15 days in Chanakya Place Part-2, Janakpuri Vidhan Sabha (30 )Ward Sitapuri (120 ) houses, I complaint many times to D.J.B. officials about this but no response from any authority.             The water supply tanker for point- RZG-608/D, Rajnagar- II, kaushliya- mobile [protected] was stopped since last three weeks. The 4-5 families getting water from this point affected badly. This point need regular supply since no water supply in the Jal Board pipe line since last three years.

              Sir,
              I am ( Rama Agrawal w/o Sh.V.K.Agrawal, r/o C-11, Nehru Vihar, Gali no.-7, Delhi-110094) CAT-I consumer having water connection New K No.[protected] submit as under-
              A payment of RS.14249/ was made by SBI cheque no.938389 towards pending payment for the period 31.01.12 to 06.03.2014. Since March 7, 2014 the applicant has not received any regular metered bill.When the o/o ZRO/NE2/A-13, Yamuna Vihar approached on dated 05.08.2014 a printed bill amounting to Rs3451/given by DJB officials which was to be paid on 12.07.2014( The Date. of payment had already been expired). the said bill shows an arrear of Rs 3028.62/- which seems wrong as all the pendings were cleared well in time i.e., before[protected]. Thus the applicant is not responsible for any arrears and late payment charges. it is therefore requested that undue, unreasonable arrears and LPS charges may please be waived off and encorrected metred bill be delivered to the applicant, so that the payment may be made in time.
              An early action will be appreciated in this regard.

Bill amount: 2088 while my previouse bill was of Rs. 300. Please investigate the matter & recheck the reading & all other related information so that the bill looks real & payable to us...

                          I am staying with my family Yusuf sarai village, green park ext New Delhi 16..for last 1 week the water which I supplied to us in the taps are extremely dirty and smelly ..                               Subject: Water Bill for connection No. [protected] Dear Sir, A bill of Rs 360/- was paid on 05.02.2014 for the above connection. Thereafter, we received a large bill dated 05.May.2014 for Rs 23464/-, which showed an arrear of Rs 16609/- and a current bill of Rs 6023/- for a consumption of 155 KL. We are surprised to suddenly receive such a large bill with arrears, especially when all the previous bills have been paid. You are kindly requested to check into the above matter and clarify the reason for sending in such large arrears, when previous bills have paid. We kindly request you that please give us a point for water tank requirement. In my house patient are depended on me. We have facing many problems. About this matter we already dicussed to the Delhi Jal Board (Najafgarh). They told me that pls go to the Ashok vihar in Gurgaon & we have no abandon my patient. in our neighboor houses water tank are available and they cannot gives us water and the water tank come in weakly but in a weak there is fight with this topic that they are full their water tank 1000 ltr. and 500 ltr. above. The other side we have only 100 ltr. take. They are not support us they every time ready for fighting. In my house many my wife, grandmother and my son are depended on me they are facing the many problems related water fulfill. Pls take any decision for this problem solving. we want to gives us and my neighbour who support us a seperate water tank point. So we will not facing this problmes .                                     I am a resident of 1913, Janta Flat, G.T.B. Enclave, Delhi-110093 since 1988. I have been facing lots of problems due to blockage of SEWE LINE for the last 4 to 5 months. Whenever I lodged the complaint with the department, the concerned staff visited the site and clear the sewer line. But for the last one month it is very difficult to live in the compound due to the continuous blockage of the line. Now I am regularly visiting the concerned office of Delhi Jal Board, near IBHAS Hospital, Shahdara, Delhi but no action is being taken by the said department. The staff come to site and express their inability to get it cleared. They always criticised that there is no BIG MACHINES are available with the department to get the work done. On 1st of September, 2014, I personally gave the written complaint to the staff in the presence of The Executive Engineer, Delhi Jal Board, Janta Flat GTB Enclave, Delhi and the Hon'ble E.E.gave me the assurance that the blocked sewer will positively be cleared on today, 1st Sept, 2014 or 2nd Sept, 2014 but nobody turned up. On 3rd of Sept, 2014, the staff came and tried to clear the sewer line but in vain and went back after showing their inability. As we are aware that due to blockage of sewer line, how one can live in that area resulting in the spread of contagious disease which are very harmful for the human being and for environment. It is prayed that keeping in the view of good health, the solid action must be taken either replacing the blocked line or temporarily clearing the same without any further loss of time

                                      K NO [protected] Dear Madam/Sir, I am a resident of Siddhartha Extension New Delhi - 110014. I have received my Bill amount as 8782/-for 85 days from 06th May 2014 till 30th July 2014.. I tried to lodge a complaint regarding fast meter and improper billing and visited the Delhi Jal Board office in Jal Vihar, New Delhi. I met the officials sitting there but they made one or the excuses and tried to play the blame game. They tried to convince me by saying that they have given out the contract of fixing new meters to SPL and so they are not responsible for faster meter billing and so if I have any issues then instead of making complaint here, I should approach them. Here I would like to mention that from past so many days I have been travelling and the house has been locked, therefore, the consumption cant be that much what DJB is showing. From almost many years I have been getting approx. 500-600 billing but this bill I have received shows meter reading unit as 188 for 85 days from 06th May 2014 till 30th July 2014. I have already submitted the payment on online but believe me I have been facing a lot of mental harassment and torture from the day I have received the bill. But just because I did not want to undergo any further harrassment from DJB I have submitted the payment. I would be obliged if you kindly check the meter and kindly see to it that I am not further harassed from DJB and therefore would request you to kindly take immediate action in this regard. Rekha Rani Goyal am a registered consumer of DJB vide NEW KNO:[protected] from the last 3 months, dirty smelly water is being supplied at my house 75, Gujrat Vihar, near Vikas Marg, East Delhi-110092. This dirty smelly water is not potable and drinkable please ensure that the purified water is supplied to my house through DJB connection. Contact No: [protected] [protected]
                                        Delhi Jal Board customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        MY HOUSE IS SUPPLIED WITH DIRTY AND REALLY FOUL SMELLING WATER FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS NOW, I HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT BEFORE AND YOUR REPRESENTATIVE CAME AND AGREED WITH THIS AND AFTER THAT WE GOT THE CLEAN WATER SUPPLY FOR A WEAK ATMOST AND NOW TODAY AT ABOUT 7 WHEN I SWITCHED ON THE MOTOR THE WATER THAT CAME WAS REALLY REALLY BAD. PLEASE TAKE A SERIOUS ACTION AS ONE OF FAMILY MEMBER HAS GOT ILL DUE TO THIS BAD WATER.
