We Vikesh Gupta and Sugam Gupta we living at BE-54, Second Floor, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi-110088. Our water meter was stolen yesterday, we came to know when evening water supply came. Our meter was installed at ground floor.

      I have applied a connection on 15th July, 2021 vide Diary No. 421 of 2021 but there is no connection have been install on the property.

      I have applied the connection for F-14, GROUND FLOOR, MAJNU KA TILLA, CIVIL LINES, DELHI -110054.

      But Board verbally replied that there are some dues on the First Floor Consumer. they have not pay bills till now..

      Now I want to Know that my Floor is separate. I have purchased it and I have submitted all documents required by the Board.

      If the First Floor consumer have not pay the dues then the Board should must have to take action against them.

      I am the separate consumer of Ground Floor. I am only concern with Ground Floor I will be totally responsible to Ground Floor.

      This is my Humble request that please install my water connection at my Ground Floor..

        I am a resident of Flat no-141 & 142, Capital Appartment, Sector-1A, Nasirpur, Dwarka, New Delhi I am having DJB connection with kno-[protected] & [protected].Both the flats are vacant since 1st Nov 2020 to till date. My consumption is zero but still I am receiving huge bills. We have already informed DJB representative Mr.Deepak, Sector 5, Dwarka office over phone severeal times but still receiving huge amount bills.Hence kindly waive off the charges from bill and provide bill for actual consumption.
        Looking forward for your immediate response & action.

            Dear sir,
            I am writing this letter to request you to look into the water bill for K.No. [protected] (bill name: Shri. M.P garg. We received a water bill of Rs. 22018 for the duration of the last 4 months (120 days) on 11/11/2021. My average water consumption in a family of only three people was only 5-10 units per month from march 2021- june 2021 our bill was Rs360.
            We did not increase our consumption and some errors must have been made during the calculation of the bill. Therefore, I request you to look into the issue and send me the updated bill.

              Continuously we are receiving dirty smelly water like sewage water.. many persons children are getting illl.. This is very harmfull for all the society..pls. resolve the issue asap.Many complaints raised from our society. We can't drink this water can't bath can't do anything. With this .. but no clean water supplied .. People became helpless and using this water in every work and for drink getting illl..pls. help us ..

              Pls. Consider it on priority.

                Hi There,

                I just want to inform you that our area at Sindu farm road gali no 7, mithapur ext there is no water pipeline and we are forced to order paid water tank on daily basis for daily water uses.

                We applied for water connection and submitted the connection amount but still waiting for the action from last 1 year. Even we registered the complaint but still waiting for the response from DJB

                Kindly look out our problem and resolve it asap

                    Hello Delhi Jal Board Team,

                    As an citizen of south delhi. It's been 10+ years i am residing at sangam vihar k-2nd Block, street no:-4, near bandh road and still there is one problem which was facing by everyone is water supply.
                    We are facing this issue from last number of years and the problems i want to point out to you is :

                    1) even after having pipeline connection across the street but there is no water supply in it.
                    2) we are getting the water once in a month and some times not even once.
                    3) we call for water tanks every time which cost us alot.
                    4) there is always fights happens between people and it got so serious that they even starts thrashing each other because of this issue.
                    5) we need to buy bottles for daily use and drinking purpose everyday.

                    We raised this concern many times but there was no solution received from delhi jal board.
                    There are many areas of sangam vihar in which got the pipeline from sonia vihar.

                    Request you to find some permanent solution by extending the connection or finding the root cause of the problem.

                          The bill received is o[censored]nit 3331 but as no date meter reading is only 3183.63 (Images attached for your reference ) so I want information regarding excess units 148 how noted ?

                          Do the officials of Delhi Jal Board send readings of their own free will or do they get any readings written by anyone? Due to which the customer has to suffer.

                          Please clear the bill details correctly for the current month and previous all.
                          I would like to say that there is recurring wrong reading against my KNO mentioned above. I already complained on the customer care number but no response was received from the side of the correction . My complaint no. is [protected] .

                            As I would like to inform u that i(husband & wife) not residing from the last 10 months we are living with my daughter rohini as are old senior citizen in this situation my cunmption is zero & meter reading is nil and meter is active and functioning your meter reader taken wrongly reading and wrongly feeded in the system and generates wrongly bill on line with high charges not actual earlier I was generating bills regularly under self billing through m-seva djb app on actual basis i[censored] see myp pat bill history and graph never so much found high charges bill because our cunmption very very low below 20 for 2monthous pl look into the matter and rectify all previous bills and reverse my excess amt paid earlier. Sattle the issue earliest

                              Now it has been so long that no one (public authority) is taking concern of this tubewell. I have done many complaints earlier but the response not coming around. Everyday, tons of water getting wasted for no reason. It is my 2nd time request to you (Delhi jal board), please do concern and repair the damage tubewell asap.

                                I request you that my current water meter bill is 16707 Rupees.
                                Whose New water

                                On contacting your office, we were told that you should apply new water.
                                On 09/01/2020 I replaced the old water meter and installed a new water meter, Whose all the documents have been deposited in your Jal Board office, His Diary number is - 339

                                Even after that, the water meter of the people was not changed, then the application was filed,
                                his Diary number is- 1124
                                On date- 24/08/2021

                                The new water meter number has not been updated yet.

                                Even after that we are not listening to the people, since 2 years we are going round the water board office,

                                Sir I am again sending you my documents, in which documents of application and diary number and new water meter.

                                I request you to correct the water bill according to the current water meter

You please check my past records. Now, I am surprised to receive a demand of Rs. 20, 457 vide bill dated 24th October, 2021. The due date was 10th November, 2021. No reason and no period is mentioned for such huge demand by DJB. Kindly recheck my records & rectify the records and then send me a fresh modified water dues bill for the month of November, 2021.                                         As a responsible citizen, i am bounded to lodge a complain of one of my neighbour, who are regularly wasting the water due to overflowing, I warn him multiple times, instead of this their habits didn't change yet, and now they are behaving rudely too.
                                        Their water tank overflows overday and overnight.
