      We concern very serious matter, that about illegal water plant in resident area, that carry on rajeev kumar, that person is very powerful in area, that carry many business illegal way business in area like supply drinking bottle in-party and many other place with different brand in manufacturing in his plant without any licence and govt's formalities. He use isi mark, logo etc.

            Respected sir/madam

            I am one of the resident of Balbir Nagar Ext which comes under the Shahdara area. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalised.
            We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that WE ARE DELHITIES

                  I, Harsharan Singh, a resident of F-168A, Sudershan Park, Moti Nagar, New Delhi-110015.

                  We have reconstruct our new home in 2018 and clear all pending dues and installed new meter. We were getting normal bill charge initially but later on there are some extra charges add on in our bill. We have complained about this in Delhi Jal Board but they did not respond it. The bill is exceeding day by day. We are not even getting paper bill. We received only text message. The screenshot is attached herewith. My contact no.                     I am a resident of R-81/A, Gali No.4, East Vinod Nagar, Delhi for the last several months the main sewer line of street connected to my house used to choke and the matter has been brought into notice of the concerned officers/officials of DJB several times personally but no action has been taken so far. I requested them to change the main sewer line of my street because the level of this sewer line is faulty. However, after my complaints, some time they come to clean the sewer line but many times they do not come. Due to this blockage and overflow, I have been facing problems for many months.
                    So, I request you to ask the concerned authorities to change main sewer line of my street connected to my house immediately.

                              My Complaint is this, In My House Living only 2 member and We don’t Use water on regular basis, and Bill is too high. When The honable Chief Minister Of Delhi Sh. Arvind Kejriwal announcing the supply of 20 kilolitres a month (almost 700 litres a day) of free water for city households . I request to you investigate the water bill No.[protected] dated 19.10.2021 of K. No.[protected]. (Copy attached) I have received the water bill of Rs. 4603 /- for 59 days (Units 54) which is very high due to following reasons:
                              1. As per past records.
                              2. My very small family usage.
                              3. 500 Liters water tank, not empty daily, we need to fill that tank in 2-3 days.
                              4. Although we are not at home for a few days too, hence no water usage.

                              Further, the meter reading shows in bill is also not satisfied.

                              You are most respectfully requested to please ask the concerned
                              person to take the meter reading carefully and calculate.

                              Hence, I request you to please look into the issue and get my bill rectified.

                                  On 24th Oct, two people of DJB visited my home, captured a photo of meter reading(778) and updated incorrect reading(809) and yesterday(25th Oct) I received a bill of 6k+
                                  This is not first time, last time they did the same thing, updated wrong reading and generated a bill of 56k. They reduced the bill to 5k in 6 visits of Yamuna Vihar Delhi 53 branch and took 3 months.

                                  I don't know why DJB hires such illitrate or uneducated people who cannot even update readings properly in system/tablet.

                                  I just want them to work on my issue, they should not do this everytime or with anyone, Updated the meter reading properly and provide a genuine bill

                                    Dear sir,
                                    My K.No.[protected] at NW2/ Rohini zone frequently receiving bills without reading meter units. I got a bill dtd.10.10.2021 Rs.810/- with 38 Units in 52 days which is not appropriate.
                                    I also got last paid bill Rs.1070/- in 48 Units in 63 days. The facility of 20 free Units to the residents are not provided me as per Delhi Govt.
                                    As per attached photo of my meter taken by me today i.e. 24.10.2021, the present units are 3536 only.

                                    Kindly update my present unpaid water bill and ask your meter reader to check properly so that consumer should not suffer. The meter reader also does not handover bill to the residents in our apartment.
