Hello Sir/Madam,

Hope you are doing great!

I, Rajesh Sharma have an issue that my Water Bill K.No - [protected], that my Bill amount hike immediately after few months. Earlier it was coming zero rupees for month of Jan - June but in month of July it shows Rs. 20k, which seems inappropriate.

I would like you to please do investigate & help me to resolve my issue asap.

    Hi my K no.is [protected] I received my bill yesterday, there was arrears in my bill I visited DJB office they provided my last details of bills, according to that bill water meter reading was taken on 23.05.2021 which was truly false in those days corona was on a peek and no one came to my premises for reading. On 07.07.2021 reading person came and took the water meter reading which was 1290.and after that the person came from your side on 28.09.2021 for meter reading, on that day reading was 1335.and on 22.11.2021 reading was taken that was 1361. According to that my my last meter reading was 1212 on 11.02.2021 from 11.02.2021 to 07.07.[protected]water reading is 78 units and from 07.07.2021 to 28.09.[protected]water reading is 45 units. Therefore according to this there was no arrears. So I request you to correct my bill. Thanks Ph no.[protected].

      I am complaining for my overbilling of 20000/- for the month of May and June 21. I was not present in DELHI that time but this amount of charge is quite impossible. Kindly resolve this matter .

        The water consumed by our family is very little as compared to the cost of the water bill we are getting. The families in my apartment who consume way more water that us are getting Rupees 0. We need to know the reason.

            With regards to subject K NO. [protected], kindly note that water motor is not used for more then 4 months, after last bill payment.
            water bill remain the same 13.00 reading.

            Please urgently check all the records from your end and revised the bill amount if necessary.
            I ll be not be liable to pay for over charged bill until further clarification from your end.

              DJB is demanding 17163/- from me whereas I haven't used the water connection since installation. Now, when I started using the connection it is having the reading 39 now. Simply want to know that your bill says 831 readings, from where they are collected? Kindly zero the bill so that further bills can be generated properly

              No body contacted, now bill has gone to 17777/- with late fees etc. No resolution provided yet. For 2 years period and nearly for 900 units demanding 17777/-, totally system failure

              This is the bill I got, you can see that for the period 16april2020 to 13oct2021 means for 545 days 32 units are noted and for the same 16345 have been demanded and still no resolution is provided.

                  I am Adesh Kumar Vishnoi, my K. No.[protected] and I have received a wrong bill of reading/status shown MLOC . In the last bill I paid up to meter reading 748. Today, my meter reading is 764 as per consumption I have consumed only 16kl till now. As per Delhi Jal Board rebate scheme my bill should be 0 but I have received a bill of Rs669. I am enclosing water meter reading picture. Kindly do the needful and send my revised bill.

                              Respected sir/madam

                              I am one of the resident of Balbir Nagar Ext which comes under the Shahdara area. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalised.
                              We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that WE ARE DELHITIES

                                    I, Harsharan Singh, a resident of F-168A, Sudershan Park, Moti Nagar, New Delhi-110015.

                                    We have reconstruct our new home in 2018 and clear all pending dues and installed new meter. We were getting normal bill charge initially but later on there are some extra charges add on in our bill. We have complained about this in Delhi Jal Board but they did not respond it. The bill is exceeding day by day. We are not even getting paper bill. We received only text message. The screenshot is attached herewith. My contact no.                                       I am a resident of R-81/A, Gali No.4, East Vinod Nagar, Delhi for the last several months the main sewer line of street connected to my house used to choke and the matter has been brought into notice of the concerned officers/officials of DJB several times personally but no action has been taken so far. I requested them to change the main sewer line of my street because the level of this sewer line is faulty. However, after my complaints, some time they come to clean the sewer line but many times they do not come. Due to this blockage and overflow, I have been facing problems for many months.
                                      So, I request you to ask the concerned authorities to change main sewer line of my street connected to my house immediately.
