1. Ever since Dec 2019, the house has been locked, with no water consumption.
2. But, the bill dated 11th Dec 2019 - 22 Feb 2020, the meter readings have been grossly inflated, without any usage!
3. Ever since this bill, all bills were incorrect, with random readings and eventually, went into STP with average bill amounts.
4. With nearly ZERO consumption for 2 years, my bill readings are incorrectly generated, and for the fear of disconnection, I have paid bills, in the hope that my complaints to ZRO, Consumer Grievances on website, helpline number would get addressed. But nothing has been done, and finally, I had to resort to Consumer court.
5. From Dec 2019, I have paid incorrect bills amounting to Rs. 10776, which should be rightfully refunded, as the consumption was negligible, and not warranted for this harassment.
Delhi Jal Board customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
