Sub: FALSE BILL GENERATED BY METER READER, FIRST CHEATING IN PAST I IGNORE AND SUBMITTED THE BILL AMOUNT 1794, IN SECOND INCIDENT I AM TOTALLY SURPRISE TO SEE, HOW CAN IT POSSIBLE TO CONSUME 105 KL WATER IN TWO MONTH, WHEN MY TOTAL METER READING AROUND TWO YEAR is 248 KL(on date 19/1/2022) in two year
{Meter reader kerte ye hai ki kuch reading to false lete hai or last vali actual lete hai . For example in a first bill month 35kl consumption ko dikaya ziro next bill me 35kl consumption ko dikhaya 5kl and in third bill 35KL ko actual show kra, yani ki 35+(35-5)+35=100kl
Ab jo apka bill ayega vo hoga 100KL consumption ka aur agar app ko ye bill nahi chayiye to give them some money as a BRIBE}

I am having DJB connection with KNO -[protected] .The matter is this, that meter reading is not done in the right way by meter reader from my meter. Meter reader come for reading 6 September 2021 and told me that your current reading is under billing amount 3235 and he asking some money for correct this error, when i refuse him to give money he give me a bill amount 3235. When i call to Costumer Care No 1916[Delhi jal board] customer care told me that '' Meter reading is not done in proper way in past. Meter reading and Meter reading picture is not same in previous meter reading . Meter reader creates False BILL without meter reading in past .CUSTOMER CARE told me to download to Mseva APP to see the fraud creat by meter reader. When i told this about [costumer care statement] to meter reader, he told me please do not complain about this, and he solve this error. he accept his fault for wrong billing .But this month i am also received previous bill amount 3235 with current month bill under ZERO BILLING. In past I am also submit a bill amount 1794 . I have a small family, My consumption is hardly around 10 per month .so how can i consume 105 kl in a two month, when my Total Meter Reading on date 19/1/2022 is 248 KL . I am attach current meter reading picture with water bill containing amount rupee 3235 .Please take a corrective action on this matter and kindly waive of my bill amount .For resolve the problem I am also sending this mail to ZRO, Consumer Complaints Forum, [protected]@delhi.gov.in and Delhi jal board Whatsup no [protected], Tweeter Account and some other higher authority .
