          Respected Sir,

          Through this letter, I want to draw your kind attention towards the supply of dirty water in my area ” block A4 sultan puri, Street front of A4 masjid. We are getting the supply of dirty and contaminated water for the last 2 week. The supplied water stinks like sewage water and looks unfit for drinking. Due to this severe problem, we are purchasing drinking water from private vendors.

          On the behalf of the locality, i request you to take immediate action and to ensure supply of clean water in our area.

            Bill no.[protected] with kno [protected] is totally wrong. It shows bill of 17777/- for 831 readings. Also in history is shows 16345/- for 32 units for 545 days time period.
            Is this can be defined. Still nobody came for the readings.

              My meter reading on 05/01/22 was 00081.97m3 and today it is 00084.44m3.
              I had lodged a complaint on 05/01/22 regarding this but when I called customer care they told me that my complaint has been cancelled and my meter is faulty.
              But when my meter is running then how can they say that meter is faulty. On 28/12/21 meter reading was 72m3 but after that no one has came to record the reading and they entered reading 100m3 by themselves.
              Please see the matter and correct my bill as soon as possible.

                  Sir, my DJB Bill of 08/02/2007 having K.No.- [protected] on the name of Sh. Rajkumar S/o Sh. Bishamber Dayal having address KH-32/11, Nawada patti, Najafgarh New Delhi. Area- 17/SW-2 A-10 Connection no. 2614.
                  Due to sewage work going on in my street the concerned contractor/JE cut my connection and asking for bribe to continue my connection.
                  My K.No. is found invalid when I go to DJB portal for complaining the same.
                  Please resolve my issue and generate or make valid my K.No. so that I can complaint against them regarding the same.

                    Please refer to my K.no.[protected] installed at House no. 30, Pocket E-4, Sector 11, Rohini, Delhi-110085. I received a demand of arrears of Rs. 16233 vide bill dated 03rd September, 2021 and again a demand of arrears of Rs. 20457 vide bill dated 24th October, 2021, which is very shocking because, I have always paid my all demanded dues timely and even many times I have paid advance money for Jal Board Demand for my said K no.[protected]. In this demand of arrears no periods is mentioned. In fact for the last many months no meter Reader has taken reading and it seems that they just put t reading as per their wish. My advance payments may please be confirmed from your records. You are therefore requested to check your records properly and send revised demand. Also take necessary action against your staff who are so much careless and harassing the Sr. Citizens. Please send me immediate reply. I had made a online complaint earlier also, which has been removed without any action and reply to me.

                        Sub.: Excess Water Bill towards K. No. [protected]

                        Respected Sir/Madam,

                        I am writing this letter to request you to investigate the water bill of K. No. 41406900. As I receive wrong water bill amounting Rs.8443/- on 06.01.2022 mentioning the bill under RDDT category while the water meter is running fine and is in very good condition to take the readings and generate a bill.

                        Thereafter, I visited to your DJB Kakrola More Branch for the resolution and asked for my bill with above said KNo. I received a bill and I was shocked to see the bill under RDDT category and went to other official sitting to very next counter for my grievance. The official dealing there provided me the contact name and no. of the water meter reader Mr. Ajay of our area (i.e. Nanhe Park).

                        I approached him with great anticipation and even I asked him to again take the correct readings and rectify the water bill. But, he was not ready to listen either and instead guided me to submit the complaint to The Respected Zonal Revenue Officer.

                        Further, It is requested to your goodself to direct the concerned person to take the water meter reading correctly and resume the water meter reading status from RDDT to Normal. Waive off this wrong bill amount. As I am hardly using 10-12 unit water in a month.

                        Therefore, It is again requested to kindly look into the matter and provide me the revised bill.
                        A prompt action will highly be appreciated.

                            Sub: FALSE BILL GENERATED BY METER READER, FIRST CHEATING IN PAST I IGNORE AND SUBMITTED THE BILL AMOUNT 1794, IN SECOND INCIDENT I AM TOTALLY SURPRISE TO SEE, HOW CAN IT POSSIBLE TO CONSUME 105 KL WATER IN TWO MONTH, WHEN MY TOTAL METER READING AROUND TWO YEAR is 248 KL(on date 19/1/2022) in two year

                            {Meter reader kerte ye hai ki kuch reading to false lete hai or last vali actual lete hai . For example in a first bill month 35kl consumption ko dikaya ziro next bill me 35kl consumption ko dikhaya 5kl and in third bill 35KL ko actual show kra, yani ki 35+(35-5)+35=100kl

                            Ab jo apka bill ayega vo hoga 100KL consumption ka aur agar app ko ye bill nahi chayiye to give them some money as a BRIBE}

                            Sir,

                            I am having DJB connection with KNO -[protected] .The matter is this, that meter reading is not done in the right way by meter reader from my meter. Meter reader come for reading 6 September 2021 and told me that your current reading is under billing amount 3235 and he asking some money for correct this error, when i refuse him to give money he give me a bill amount 3235. When i call to Costumer Care No 1916[Delhi jal board] customer care told me that '' Meter reading is not done in proper way in past. Meter reading and Meter reading picture is not same in previous meter reading . Meter reader creates False BILL without meter reading in past .CUSTOMER CARE told me to download to Mseva APP to see the fraud creat by meter reader. When i told this about [costumer care statement] to meter reader, he told me please do not complain about this, and he solve this error. he accept his fault for wrong billing .But this month i am also received previous bill amount 3235 with current month bill under ZERO BILLING. In past I am also submit a bill amount 1794 . I have a small family, My consumption is hardly around 10 per month .so how can i consume 105 kl in a two month, when my Total Meter Reading on date 19/1/2022 is 248 KL . I am attach current meter reading picture with water bill containing amount rupee 3235 .Please take a corrective action on this matter and kindly waive of my bill amount .For resolve the problem I am also sending this mail to ZRO, Consumer Complaints Forum, [protected]@delhi.gov.in and Delhi jal board Whatsup no [protected], Tweeter Account and some other higher authority .

                              We have applied for connection 4 months ago ... But there is no action taken by Delhi jal board... We tried contacting customer service.. They are just cutting call.. Some of them registered the complaint.. Still no action...
                              What to do?... We are living in rented houses from 6months because of water issue... Please install our connection as fast as possible...we are suffering from major financial crisis...

                                  Dear Sir/ Madam
                                  I, Somnath received a bill from DJB with no current reading written on it rather there is But the actual meter reading is there clearly visible to all. Previous reading mentioned on the bill was units till 27/10/2015 and current reading as of now dated 08-Jan-2022 after the bill date is 144 units that means there is only 21 unit consumption in more than 2 months hence it should be free but Jal Board person taking reading has charged us with very high ownly units. fault is on the his part and not on the part of consumer. Similar careless and irresponsible behavior has been shown to 2 Rooms in the building. Meter is there for more than 4 years and they had to be installed inside the box on the suggestion of jal board personnel's because of the previous theft problem of the meters. This is first time that Delhi Jal Board has given them locked status and issued unjustifiable bill.
                                  Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
