I have received a bill of 24989/- .I go for my work so there is no one left at my premises as I am single, so no one resides at home I filed a complaint at 1916 but they have closed the complaint but when i went to nearby DJB office they told me i will get a new bill(a rectified one) .Do what's the next step as the provisional billing has been done in last 3 years and my total units since last reading is 59 units.Please...

My house basement is flooding lot of water coming in my house basement from outside water line leaking or sewer I don’t now but my basement has to much water if water is coming in that much quantity in my house so my house is feel down please do something as soon as possible otherwise we have big problems soon please send someone to see or fix this problem quickly.

I would like to inform you that there is always over flow of sewer hand hole near our houses.Due to that we are facing always bad smell and no clean route for offices and schools. We have received the Bill of Rs 3568.00 with unnecessary charges and for unused service.
I have received inflated wrong bills from last two years. No meter readings have been taken and bills are just some assumed average reading. However, we have not used this service since last 2 years as this house is vacant since 2020. till before that we have...

Sewer was stink from 1-3 monts in back side of all houses whole area pls take strict action with this. And pls visit in area.I have complaint either in delhi jal board but nothing happen. I have call delhi jal board to register a complaint after the complaint registered he tell me that your issue will solve as soon as possible but nothing happen. Pls take strict action with this. There is sewerage problem since 1-3 months....

In my area sewerage has been full please i can request you to clean the sewerage by there machines please clean the sewerage...

Earler we were staying at someother place and we moved to this particular address in July '2022 but the bill we received is 6, 347, which is very much shocking as water supply in our area is very poor and before we moved we were informed by neighbours that there had been no supply of water for two to three month, imagine what people went through n inspite of that we got so much bill our consumer no is [protected].Please...

Firstly timing of water is horrible i.e. 11pm, 4 am other than this water was coming rarely and now its been totally stopped. There is no water in my tank what should i drink now..? I have called tollfree(1916) and they have registered complaints 2 times but no resolution. Literally i am frustrated with water scarcity....
