I am from Lajwanti Garden, New Delhi 110046, Many times dirty water is coming, like nale ka Ganda pani, quite black with very bad smell, we could not use, even we have to clean our tank also after coming that water, and it is quite frequent, today morning around 5 am, 30th April 2021 also that dirty water came. Kindly solve this problem, how without water we could survive. Thanks in advance for doing some help.

I have come to know that my water meter is not working. And estimated bill of Rs. 4150/- has given on march.
But for your information my merer is working perfectly I am submitting my current meter reading photograph which was installed on Jan, 2020
According to consumption my bill should be zero.
You are requested to take immediate action.

Despite living in the national capital city and paying high maintenance charges, we are provided with groundwater supply 24/7. This has resulted in damaging of our machines, ROs, water taps and we are facing many health issues. (Water supply in the neighbouring societies is adequate).
The residents of the above mentioned society are facing water supply problems for the last 3 years.

Also, the authorities of the society were informed numerous times but no action has been taken yet.
You are requested to kindly look into the matter and take the necessary action.

Respected Sir, I want to draw your attention towards no supply of water in my area " PAHARGANJ " . We are not getting proper supply of water from last 2 months . The residents of this area are facing acute shortage of water . The pressure of water is too low that it can fill only 2-3 buckets of water at a time . Due to no supply of water we are compelled to purchase the water from outside so that we can cook food and survive . There is a proper water supply in AREAS of "Karol Bagh " & "Sadar Bazar " . But in our area there is supply of water for only half an hour in a day and sometimes no supply at all .
On the behave of the locality . I request you to take immediate action to ensure the proper supply of water in our area .

We are the resident of Duplex flat Gurmandi, since last 4 month we are facing water crises, 4 month before water suplly received with red color and smell like guture, we did a complaint to customer care and they provided us contact number of Rajesh Ji, regular followup when no solition received till 2 month then we complaint to head office at Jhandewalan (Complaint Number 625), pure water suply comes after some day but only for few days and this time water suply cut start and suply not received for next 1 month, we again followuped with local official of jal board and they stated that water suplly not received from Haryana hence they are unable to provide suply.
now again from last 10 days suplly start but again water is like gutter, again we called Rajesh Ji and his senior also but they convey we do somthing but nothing happen till now
As you can understand water is most needed thing specialy in this COVID situvation, we are strugling for even drinking water
Can any one look in our situvation and help us

Water bill of Aam Aadmi Poly Clinic Sector 18 Rohini has been sent estimated bill for last year due to which bill amount reached by Rs.202306/- with arrears
We have already been sent several times request to produce the actual bill, and we have informed many times in your office Rohini sector 6 with information of meter installation, But no action has been taken yet
You are therefore requested Kindly produce actual water bill after reducing arrears
So that payment may be made on time

There's no water supply in our area since 23rd April 2021 evening.

After observing the meter of water... It was observed that meter was running fast

I live at 63A, Gali no. 2, Gagan Vihar extension, Delhi - 110054 in 4th floor. Water is not coming in my tap, where as in all other floors it's absolutely fine. It's 3 days now and we are suffering a lot due to scarcity of water. It is requested to resolve immediately.

I had taken physical occupation of Quarter No. N197, type-4, Sector-8, RK Puram on 27th May 2019 and my water connection meter is plugged on 07th July 2019. But water bills are generated from March 2019 onwards and not as per my water consumption reading which seems to be rectified. I have submitted application in this context, but no any response received from Delhi Jal Board Office. my bills is accumulating day by day. so kindly do favor and provide me amended bill as per meter reading.

Delhi Jal Board Truck damaged my home stairs 3 times before that and yesterday it was 4th time. No one ready to re construct the same, I called police, the police personnel told them not to bring tanker in the gali and re construct the damage.

I have been complaining of sewage block to djb since a week and no one has come to attend the complaint. My toilet has been unusable since a week and no one comes to repair. My husband is covid positive and has been suffering from stomach pain since he is unable to go the washroom.

Respected sir i m ankit S/o roshan lal R/o E 108 j j colony wazir pur bharat nagar delhi 110052, contact number [protected] in frant of my house i have two sever which are badly damaged and the capes of the sever line collaped into the sever and polluted water fallen in whole locality. I have made many complaints in delhi jal board office but i have not get any fruitfull result in it.
Approximately more then 60 days we are facing this grivrance and now it become too crucial to survive into this situation.
This is my humble request with my folded hand please solve this problem as early as possible.

Dirty drinking water supply due to street sewage blocking from last 1 month. Due to this our home drain are overflow in street. I already raised a complaint in Delhi Jal Board complaint no. 1434. but nobody entertain this seriously. So please look in to the matter as early as possible.

There is huge leakage from djb line in meera bai institute of technolony college maharani bagh ... We contact djb je many times but he is not answring properly... From morning there is no one comes to see the complaint... This is urgent... Plz resolve on urgent basis
