We have very low consumption of water as we are only 4 members in the house our water bill for 3 months is 18000 rs. Which is not genuine please check it on your record

      Dear Sir/Maam

      Iam staying on rent at 138 Ground floor, Motigaon, Motibagh-2, south district, Delhi-110021.

      There is an overflowing sewage problem here due to choked, full sewage pipelines. this same problem has always been present since i moved here 4.5 years ago which gets worse from time to time. despite my landlord complaining, the issue does not get resolved, neither permanently nor swiftly. And i have to live with my toilet overflowing and my room getting filled up with the same sewage water .

      I request you to please help resolve this issue . I shall be highly obliged to you

        Hello,

        2 water meters have been stolen from the backside of our property no. 237 kalyan vihar delhi-110009 on 25th February 2021 during early hours between 3AM-5AM. It has been observed that such incidents of theft have been taking place in our area for last few months. Kindly lodge my complaint so that i can apply for new water meter connection in lieu of the stolen one.

          Respected Sir/ Madam
          Since 10 days muddy and smelly water similar to gutter water is coming in our taps.

          By drinking this bad water anyone can get sick
          I suffered with the stomach cramps past over 2 days and were compelled to purchase and drink expensive mineral water from market since then.

          You are requested to kindly look into this bad water problem to sort it out to avoid spread water borne diseases among residents of NARAINA VIHAR G BLOCK locality.

            I am a resident of galino-13, sidhatri enclave, bhagwati garden, uttam nagar, west delhi. The water supplied to us smells like it's sewage water, it has a foul smell and is black in colour, it's been a year since we are facing this issue. We can't even take baths and wash clothes by this water. Hopefully you guys will wake up from your slumber and do something at it.

                This is to inform you that my water meter has been stolen yesterday dated 21 February 2021, while I was out of the station. My KNo. Is [protected]. It was installed on the ground floor. I was informed about the theft by one of my neighbours at around 8:40pm.

                  Hello,

                  I am resident of Sangam Vihar, Wazirabad Delhi 110084. In my Gali No.10 Sangam Vihar, Wazirabad dirty water supply is coming from several months. Water coming from pipe line is very smelly and dirty, we cannot even clean or wash using this water. People have been sick due to this water. Only in our Gali No.10, dirty water supply problem because there are many leakage in our gali's pipe line. We want in our gali a new pipe line. New pipe line needs to be laid in our Gali so that we can get clean and safe water.

                      My bill is much higher side.bills shows the amount much then the actual consumption.Bill is generated on the average basis not on consumption basis.The actual units are totally different from the billing units+image attached).We are wisely used the water so that it is curved under the 20k l pm.Surprisingly our bills are much higher in winters as compared to summer season.It is surprising and shows that bills are generated on average basis.It was 2269 rs only in hot season of June and 40000 Rs in winters.Request you to kindly recheck and revise the bill so that I can pay the same

                      For the above kno my spouse paid the whole amount erroneously as he is not having the knowledge of this wrong billing matter.Due to this, I am not be able to generate my bill through app as there is huge difference in units.

                      As per the bill it shows the unit-7299 but our meter shows the reading 3106.Why is the variation in both these units.So I am not be able to generate as per my self billing

                      Also since I got the msg of 40000 rs bill I regularly checked my meter and reading showing the consumption of 12 units only in two months.
                      Kindly update in your record and revise the bill and request you to kindly refund the amount which is paid erroneously.

                        Since Last 6 months, i have started getting bills for DJB, my water consumption is very low (2 people), In Sept '20 & Oct '20 i have paid bills, now its started regularly without any base.

                        Again this month received a bill (Amount as 1407).
                        No Meter reading is available and status shown as MLOC.

                        Also showing arrear amount Rs.508/- (But no bills received).

                        No one come down for meter reading, my wife is always at home

                          I am living at Gali Number 3 military Road Punjabi Basti Anand Parvat and I am not getting any water supply from last 5 days and so is the whole locality .
                          we are trying to look up in this matter but no one is answering us on the phone.
                          I feel very annoyed and very disturbed because it's been a week and no water supply has been restored in our locality.

                          Can someone at least let us know when it will be restored.

                                      broken by your worker.
