Didn't receive Epass after 10 days

It's been over a week now since I applied for the pass, and your website still shows the same status (Application Is received and payment is under clearing), although my payment was successful and I check it on the bank's website. My bus pass was supposed to start from 26th June, and today is already 3rd July, but I have not received my bus pass yet. I kindly urge you to take immediate action to resolve this issue. This is not the way to talk ta a woman

    Bus number DL1PD5731 blue bus at 4:15 on 30 June. When I and my friend was coming to coaching we took this bus we told bus driver to stop many times but he didn't stop at station and stop at farthest station where I didn't even know the way .I complaint many times but they are just giving another number which are not available please take action .

      My name is vijay, i am a chartered accountant. i have a concern with a bus driver who is employee of (DTC) driving a bus no. DL51GD4066, RHN-37(N).
      this driver is not stoping the bus on bus stand my wife and other passengers is showing hand to stop the bus but he was ignoring all of them. i follow him and my caught him on another bus stand. he is not apologies his mistake even he is misbehaving with me also.

        Dear sir
        Metro Feeder bus rout no-137 (Ryan international school Mayur Vihar phase-III was not come at from 14:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs in last 3 days. My wards studying in Ryan international school, Mayur vihar phase-III .They are using metro feeder bus from shastri park metro station to Ryan international school Mayur Vihar phase-III to & fro in last two years. In morning time no issue buses are available every five minutes at Shastri park metro station but bus not available at CRPF bus stop in mayur vihar -III between 14:00 to 15:00 hours.
        Hence kindly improve the headway bus at Mayur vihar phase-III in between 14:00 to 15:00 hours. Lot of students are facing problem for above issue .

            Dear Sir/Madam
            I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Ticket Checker Abhishek regarding an incident that occurred yesterday, June 27, 2023. I was traveling on bus number DL 1PC-6892 from Baroda House to the MCD office in the evening, using the 410 routes.
            Upon boarding the bus, the conductor issued me a ticket for Rs. 10, indicating the journey from Krishi Bhavan to Lajpat Nagar, instead of the correct starting point at Baroda House. I brought this discrepancy to the attention of the ticket checker and his team present at the MCD office stop. I explained that I work at Baroda House and am a regular commuter, and that the conductor had issued me an incorrect ticket. I even suggested reviewing the CCTV footage to verify my claim, but my request was disregarded.
            To my dismay, the ticket checker, Abhishek, responded to my concerns in an abusive manner. Furthermore, he insisted on levying a fine of Rs. 100 without providing me with a challan slip, which I refused to pay. He then informed me that if I insisted on receiving a slip, the fine would increase to Rs. 200. Given the situation, I agreed to pay the higher amount, and I have attached the ticket and challan slip for your reference.
            However, it has come to my attention that according to the official Office order of DTC, a fine of Rs. 75 should be imposed on passengers traveling beyond the scheduled fare. Therefore, Abhishek's decision to charge me a fine of Rs. 200 is in direct violation of the established regulations. Additionally, his disrespectful behaviour is entirely unacceptable and should not be tolerated.
            I kindly request that you take immediate action to address this matter. I would appreciate a thorough investigation into Abhishek's conduct, along with appropriate disciplinary measures. It is crucial to ensure that all ticket checkers adhere to the rules and treat passengers with respect.
            Thank you for your attention to this complaint. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to rectify the situation and prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.

              The Conductor of the bus no( DL 1PC 6722) Does not give my balance money back and saying i don't have change . He was saying the same thing to more peoples traveling in the bus . And he was replying very rudely. please take action against conductor so he don't do the same thing again . and give me my balance money back Rs 5. And one more thing driver doesn't stop bus at my bus stop . The bus is started from raj ghat and bus route no is 39 DUTY/SEQ39/30 Timing when i enter in bus is 16:53 and i take bus from Delhi gate to paharganj. please take required action against both driver and conductor . I am 13 year old boy .

                    I wish to draw focus your mind to the unworthy and unwarranted behavior by the bus conductor and bus TT of bus number DL 1PC 3306 and rute no211 at shastri park at 5.35 pm. He treat the passenger with complete disgust, disregard, and hated. He behave with them insolently and use unparliamentary languages and slapped me,
                    today (24/06/2023) I was coming from Kashmir gate and took bus ticket by app .TT asked me ticket I show them my ticket in my mobile then insolently and use unparliamentary languages and slapped me.
                    It is my humble suggestion that these kinds of conductors and TT employees need moral and traffic training. They may be taught the very first lesson of civility.
                    Iis my humble request to take legal action against them

Driver ne hame bola nhi ki pichhe k gate se chado janbujh k jab Maine hath rakha chadne k liye gate band kar diya. Mere hath m bht androoni chot ai h. Hath kaam nhi kar Raha h. Muh se b to bol sakte the ya ishara kar dete ye kya tareeka h. Ladies ko dekh kar Aisa hi misbehave karte h driver. Or age preet vihar k stand se ek gents ko age ka gate khol k chadaya. Or b logo ko chadaya age. Meri request h is time Jo driver duty p tha uske khilaf karyavahi ki jaye. Mere hath me bht problem ho gai hil tak nhi pa Raha.

                        Dear Sir,

                        iam working with airline in Delhi cargo terminal, there no connecting service from IGD metro station to Cargo terminal, Auto driver are charging Inr 150 for this 6 KM stretch

                        there DTC shuttle buses are running between T1 and T 3, cargo terminal is in between and bus pass through the cargo terminal. i here by have requested many time to stop the at cargo terminal but they do not stop at.

                        i here by request you to kindly make a bus stop at cargo terminal gate number 6 and instruct the bus driver to stop bus there to pick up passenger

                            I had given Rs 100 for 2 tickets worth Rs 20 each to the conductor for ticket number 84884 and 84885 from Sarai Rohilla Railway Station to Shyam Lal College but the conductor at that moment said that he doesn't have change with him and said that he will give me the leftover amount of Rs 60 later on, so when i asked him later on at Seelampur Bus Station he didn't gave me the leftover amount and said that you gave me only Rs 50 and not Rs 100 and gave me a change of Rs 10 as the leftover amount although i had given him Rs 100 and when i claimed for the same he started misbehaving with me also. It was an AC bus having bus number DL 1PC 9881 and Route no. 939, the incident took place around 5:15 AM. I am writing this complaint as this incident is taking place with an advocate so what must have been conductor doing with common citizen of india and also i want my leftover amount of Rs 50 and want the bus conductor to be removed from his position as soon as possible for misbehaving and cheating on an advocate.                               Around 7.50 PM on 21st June 2023 in Delhi, I alongwith my senior citizen mother and my very younger child has been harassed by DTC BUS ROUTE NO.181 moving towards shivaji stadium bearing vehicle No.DL1PC8812. The driver and conductor has dropped NEAR SUPER bazar stating that bus is facing technical issue and just after dropping us moved within 2 minutes and came to shivaji stadium also but not helped me out and behaved very rudely. Please take the strict action against the concerned officials on priority, please.

                                Sir,
                                I m from rani bagh. I use route no. 951, 906, 957 on daily basis, but now no bus timings & no buses available in the peak hours. In summers the transport authority take a decision to remove blue ac buses from the roads but in some areas the Blue ac buses are shown on the road but in our area there is no blue ac buses & green or red DTC buses are also not available in the peak hours, so we have face so much difficulties.

                                please I request you to start Blue ac buses on our route again.

                                  So, today 19/06/23 at 8:35 in the morning I arrived through a bus from sagarpur, the bus no is DL1PC7659, 724, when I ask the conductor to sit besides him, he didn't allow me to sit and none of the other passenger for no reason. Everybody ask him to sit beside him but he didn't respond, suddenly a female passanger arrived and he gives a seat to her, when everybody ask him why you didn't give us a seat, he say my rule I can do anything. When i say I gonna make a complaint regarding your miss behaviour in DTC, he smile and say just go and do anything. Infront of all the passanger he calls a person and say " Bhai ek complaint ayegi dekh liyo, are voh ek ldki bitha Li thi aur kisi ko na bithaya toh tu dekh liyo sambhal liyo Sara matter".

                                  So, I kindly request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible and please take strict action against him .

Their bus driver and staff always carries enough passenger and they were always their on time.
