This is to kindly inform you that we are travelling today, 30.05.2023 around 11:00 A.M. in DTC Route No. 879 : DL1PC 7880 from Uttam Nagar to Peeragarhi .The driver was driving unnecessarily with talking over mobile and talking with Civil Defence Person who was standing just close to driver and was busy in continuous talk with him.Driver was unnecessarily standing bus at each stop without any passenger and for few minutes.It is their regular behaviour.Civil Defence Person was not doing his duty faithfuly.This is common in almost all DTC buses. Permanent Drivers are very very lazy, slothful and indolent.Civil Defence Persons travel by sitting on seats without doing anything.Drivers & civil defence persons usually seem with leads in their ears.Many drivers are old aged and use spectacles.Please remove the post of Civil Defence Persons from all buses and install CCTV Cameras in buses.

1. DTC bus and coluster bus Route no. 192 & 61 theses route buses are not follow a time table, that's wise between the two buses gape is more then half hour, due to a big gape, passengers are facing a so many problems.

2. In Burari area not a single bus stand, that's wise lady & old passengers are facing so many problems.

You are requested that please understand my problems and take a suitable action as soon as possible.

DTC bus route- DL1PD0851, a young short height conductor and driver isn't opening door for passengers, while I was asking them to open they started arguing and being rude and vibrant

Such a shameless behaviour of conductor specially, if this is the way govt bus employees start behaving then there is no benifit of Delhi govt

I would like to say that I am working at Delhi airport and daily I am using DTC ac bus for my up and down, bus no is DL1PD5687 leaves at 15:00 everyday.
All staff punching their attendance and they come at bus stand till 15:15.
Everyday bus is coming empty or less staff or passangers
Kindly, change the time for DL1PD5687 from 15:00 to 15:20 that everyone can come.

I have made the payment to DTC on 19 May, 2023 for applying One month DTC e-bus pass. Amount of ₹1, 000 was deducted and today is 24 May, 2023 and I have not received e-bus pass. E-bus pass generally gets delivered the next you apply the pass, but I mentioned I didn't received yet. I have made payment through PhonePay. I have tried contacting to all the numbers of DTC website for help and support. Either the numbers are switched off or no one is picking up the call. I want refund. I have attached all the payment details and pass details below.

I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to bring your immediate attention to a pressing issue that poses a significant threat to the residents of Batra Colony in Sonipat. The increasing number of street dogs in our locality has reached an alarming level, resulting in numerous incidents of dog bites and creating an atmosphere of fear and insecurity among the residents.

On 23 May 2023, my mother was, unfortunately, a victim of a street dog attack near our residence. She suffered severe injuries and required immediate medical attention. It is distressing to witness such incidents occurring frequently, endangering the lives and well-being of the residents, especially vulnerable individuals such as children and the elderly.

The current situation demands urgent action from the concerned authorities. Therefore, I would like to bring the following concerns to your attention:

Growing Population: The number of street dogs in Batra Colony has significantly increased in recent months, reaching an unmanageable level. Their unchecked breeding and unrestricted movement pose a threat to public safety.

Aggressive Behavior: Many of these street dogs exhibit aggressive behavior, posing a direct danger to residents who encounter them while walking or commuting. The situation becomes particularly worrisome during the night when visibility is low.

Lack of Control Measures: It appears that there is a lack of effective control measures in place to manage the street dog population. Sterilization and vaccination programs seem inadequate, as the population continues to grow unabated.

In light of these concerns, I kindly request the Sonipat Municipality to take immediate and effective action to address this pressing issue. Here are some suggested actions that could help alleviate the problem:

Sterilization and Vaccination: Implement comprehensive sterilization and vaccination programs to control the street dog population and prevent the spread of diseases.

Increased Patrols: Deploy animal control officers and increase patrols in Batra Colony to identify aggressive street dogs, capture them, and relocate them to animal shelters or suitable environments.

Public Awareness: Launch a public awareness campaign to educate residents about responsible pet ownership, the dangers of feeding street dogs, and the importance of reporting aggressive dog behavior to the authorities.

Collaboration with NGOs: Work in collaboration with local animal welfare organizations and NGOs specializing in animal welfare to enhance control measures and facilitate adoptions of abandoned or stray dogs.

Efficient Complaint Mechanism: Establish a responsive helpline or online portal for residents to report incidents or concerns related to street dogs promptly. This will allow for swift action and help in addressing the situation effectively.

I sincerely hope that you understand the urgency and gravity of this matter and take immediate steps to resolve the street dog menace in Batra Colony. The safety and well-being of the residents should be the top priority, and it is our collective responsibility to ensure a safe living environment for everyone.

I request you to acknowledge receipt of this complaint and provide an update on the actions being taken to address this issue. Your prompt attention and action will be highly appreciated.

Today in the evening at 7 pm while traveling from Gurgaon to Mahipalpur by DTC bus that goes to Karol Bagh was very crowded and packed beyond human limits. It seemingly was like cattle truck. The service was inhuman and absolutely unhygienic for the entire public travelling. Majority of the people traveling were standing for a long duration after working for the whole day in this summer heat. This is very uncomfortable. It is recommended that immediately ramp-up in frequency of buses must be carried for the passengers, especially during peak hours.

A dog which looks diseased keeps sitting on the front stairs of our house. We try to shoo it away but it still keeps coming back. It oozes blood everytime it sits. The dog can be a source of many diseases if left unchecked

I'm writing to request you to file a complaint against dtc for providing improper facility.
Yesterday I travelled in a bus (DL1PC8162), and there is ventilation facility available as the AC was not on because of saving CNG.
Also driver is not driving the properly

Increase the no. Of bus of 879, lot of problem create while taking route of shahbad dairy to janakpuri

Sir I am the daily passenger of DTC bus service from Tikri border to old Delhi railway station. The bus driver and conductor has no particular bus timings.They departed the bus at any early at their own wish. Normally bus was came at 5:10 and it is the right time to departed the bus from the origin station but today they take the bus at 5:00 clock .

I wish to draw focus your mind to the unworthy and unwarranted behavior by the bus driver of bus number DL 1PC 8387. He treat the passenger with complete disgust, disregard, and hated. He behave with them insolently and use unparliamentary languages towards the senior citizens and the ladies, and he driving while drinking, it may causing a severe accident.
The driver does not think it essential to stop the bus at the appropriate destination and this causes a lot of disturbance to the commuters.
today (20/05/2023) on coming stop of Kalyanpuri Mor He did not stop the while passengers were shouting for stop the bus but driver did not stop the bus.but he stopped the bus on next bus stop and became giving swear words.
It is my humble suggestion that these kinds of conductors, driver or employees need moral and traffic training. They may be taught the very first lesson of civility.

Today at 2:58 PM, Route no. 721 and bus number 0977 . I have given the ticket fare but the conductor refused to give me ticket, not only with me, there are some other people's whom conductor did not given the ticket after the har given the fare . Please resolve

DTC most blue and orange buses are harras passengers to pick and drop properly. If any passenger put up his hand to stop a bus in a proper bus stop mostly blue and orange buses are through away to ignore the passenger if there is a leady Or senior citizen also. DTC should release track the fact through install camera in all bus stop as they already installed the camera in buses. DTC should awarded punishment/penalty those drivers and conductors who performing Continuously this type of offence.

I have applied for dtc student e bus pass on 26/04/2023. The payment has deducted from my account but the bus pass not issued. I have visited the scindia House Cp office but no solution provided please resolve this issue and issue my bus pass

I was fined ₹200 by DTC because of non availability of ticket but there were some other people also who didn't had any ticket and pass but they left them without any fine. And also there were two boys and then they fined only ₹100 per person only. And then when asked them about this they started misbehaving and started abuseing me using words 'chutiya, bhenchod, and said they will send me to jail for 14days and will do a court case'.
And I am not clear about their name but they were saying someting 'Rana or Rahul

879/ 879A/ 879 B bus route shahabad dairy to Janakpuri is never on time. We are facing this issue since last 5 days earlier it was on time especially 3737 as this has been my everyday travel option

I was standing at Shastri nagar shiv mandir bus stand and i was waiting for 847A bus which goes to seemapuri depot from Inderlok... Time was 1:10 PM ... I was waiting from half hour because i knew that 847A comes around 1 PM... But the bus driver didn't stopped at the stand and switched off the number board and goes forward... Who'll be responsible for this??... I was waiting it from half hour and i have to go for a important work but that driver didn't stopped the bus and now I'll be late for my work... I want a strict action against the driver.
