        I applied for a student special dtc bus pass
        bus pass tracking number =[protected]
        I payed 450 rs for 3 months bus pass but didn't receive any message of confirmation (normally a message is received )
        i haven't received by bus pass yet
        Please help me with this

          My application towards ebus pass get rejected even uploaded all the documents properly. That's not the problem I want to refund my amount whose application number is[protected]. I want to apply this again so pls refund my amount as soon as possible.

            I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from https://dtcpass.delhi.gov.in regarding the issuance of my bus pass. On 13.September.2023, I made a payment of Three hundred rupees for a Student special All route AC/Non-AC through your online payment portal [Transaction ID: Т2309131651117602257660]. However, as of today's date(i.e . 22.Sept.2023), I have not received any communication or the link to download my bus pass.

            I followed the payment confirmation instructions provided on your website, which assured customers that they would receive their bus pass within 1-2 business days. Regrettably, it has been well beyond this promised timeframe, and I have not received any information or updates regarding my purchase.

            This delay has caused me significant inconvenience, as I rely on public transportation for my daily commute. Without the bus pass, I am incurring additional expenses on single-ticket fares, which defeats the purpose of purchasing a pass in advance. Moreover, I am concerned that I may miss out on the benefits and discounts associated with the bus pass due to this delay.

            I have attempted to contact your customer support via phone and email on multiple occasions in a day, but I have not received any response or assistance in this matter. This lack of communication and unresponsiveness has further exacerbated my frustration, which forces me to write this complaint.

            I kindly request your immediate attention to this issue. I expect a prompt resolution to this problem and the receipt of my bus pass link without any further delay. If there are any issues or complications on your end, I request that you inform me of the same and provide an estimated timeline for resolution.

            I value your services and hope that this issue can be resolved amicably and swiftly. I look forward to your prompt response and the timely delivery of my bus pass link.

                Address: Balaji enclave, pocket 11B, sector 23, rohini, delhi.

                The driver of cluster bus number 102A passing through sector 23 balaji bhawan bus stop didn’t stop the bus. The vehicle number is DL1P D4430.

                This has also happened in the past, particularly 2 days back and I immediately lodged a complaint on DTC website.

                  I'm Varun Kasana regular passanger I generally use DTC bus everyday but now a days I'm facing such kind of issues like driver not stopping bus on bus stand. Recently issue DL1PC9278 (morning time 04:50) bus driver not stop bus on Anand Vihar bus stand.

                  Kindly teach them people are waiting So long for bus and bus drive not stop the bus.

                    DL1PC 7740 511A Route to Dhaula kuan
                    This bus conductor has no manner how to behave in public. As the internet was little down and after few times it was showing ticket feching he deliberately pointed towards me to ticket checker and when he came to me the other fellow passenger told him he is trying since he entered in the bus then he left but this bus conductor started shouting on fellow passenger too.

                    Didn't expect this kind of bad behaviour from DTC staff. I am looking forward forward for a reasonable action against him.

                        They are 4 Street dogs who are biting people & creating menace by pooping & peeing at the very door of people's houses. They'd go after people who is just walking on the road. They are creating so much problems. Please take them away.

                          I have applied for DTC student pass for all route ac/non ac but unfortunately i uploaded the past date form due to which my application got rejected. i had applied on 12th September 2023 .In the mail sent by DTC about rejection of application they have not said anything related refund but gave a link to reapply but the link is also not working. please escalate the matter and provide me the refund. my order id is[protected]. please help

                            I have applied for the DTC bus pass on 3-9-2023. I have paid the amount through online payment mode and the money was deducted from my account. But there is no further information on if the application is submitted and there is no update regarding it. I request you to please share my application number as well.

                              We have been completely devastated by the street dogs in our area they are very dangerous they attack any passerby or else bark upon them, we have home cats and these dogs 4 or 5 of them got into our house and killed one of our cats just because a little bit of gate was left open we are really terrified by them as Rabies is caused by a dog's bite and no known 100% curable treatment is yet discovered so please help us eradicate from this area.

                                I usually travel in bus. But everytime we reach in Dhaula kuan, Delhi bus, the ticket checker asked to atop the bus and waste our whole 10 minutes. We already got late and they wait everyone's time.
                                As per DTC Law they are not allowed to make thr bus wait and check people's ticket. You have to check everyone's ticket while travelling.
                                It's a request to take action on it.

                                  I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to request a refund for my e-bus pass application, which has been recently rejected.

                                  I submitted my application for an e-bus pass on 29, Aug, 2023, providing all the necessary information and documentation as per the requirements stated on your website. However, when I check my application status it shows that my application has been rejected.

                                  Therefore, I kindly request a refund of the application fee, as I will not be able to avail myself of the e-bus pass services.

                                  I have attached the copies of the rejection notification and the original payment receipt for your reference. I would appreciate it if you could process the refund at your earliest convenience.Please refund my money as soon as possible otherwise I am not able to apply the another one bus dtc pass.

                                    On 4th september i have applied for student all route ac/non ac e-bus pass i have paid rs-200 for the two months of pass validity. My application id is[protected].
                                    On 5th september i got an email saying that my application has been rejected due to some document issue. After that on 7th september i checked on their website on the website in application status it was showing that refund has been given but till now i didn't get any kind of refund. Please consider this issue and take actions accordingly
