I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from https://dtcpass.delhi.gov.in regarding the issuance of my bus pass. On 13.September.2023, I made a payment of Three hundred rupees for a Student special All route AC/Non-AC through your online payment portal [Transaction ID: Т2309131651117602257660]. However, as of today's date(i.e . 22.Sept.2023), I have not received any communication or the link to download my bus pass.
I followed the payment confirmation instructions provided on your website, which assured customers that they would receive their bus pass within 1-2 business days. Regrettably, it has been well beyond this promised timeframe, and I have not received any information or updates regarding my purchase.
This delay has caused me significant inconvenience, as I rely on public transportation for my daily commute. Without the bus pass, I am incurring additional expenses on single-ticket fares, which defeats the purpose of purchasing a pass in advance. Moreover, I am concerned that I may miss out on the benefits and discounts associated with the bus pass due to this delay.
I have attempted to contact your customer support via phone and email on multiple occasions in a day, but I have not received any response or assistance in this matter. This lack of communication and unresponsiveness has further exacerbated my frustration, which forces me to write this complaint.
I kindly request your immediate attention to this issue. I expect a prompt resolution to this problem and the receipt of my bus pass link without any further delay. If there are any issues or complications on your end, I request that you inform me of the same and provide an estimated timeline for resolution.
