No bus on this route
i am college student daily morning and evening problem
just only 1 bus on this route
plaese increase number of buses on this route

The mayapuri side of the metal forging station, doesn't have any sorts of infrastructure indicating a bus stop is present there. When there are handul of people the driver recognizes its a stop but when there are only 1 or 2 people standing by the road, buses don't stop and change their lanes. Please build some sort of infrasructure to make it easier for bus drivers to know that there is a bus stop, a temporary bus stop pole should be placed immediately. Thank you

I have applied for student bus pass online, I made payment through upi
Nd it is showing that amount is paid to dtc and also amount has been deducted from my account
But when I check my application status it is showing application received, payment is under clearing

In The bus number 721, DL1PD 0616, the conductor did not given me the ticket while I have given the fare . Please resolve it and suspend these type of conductors 🙏

I took the bus from saket A block and then at sheikh Sarai told the driver to stop the bus and there 3 more people who said to stop the bus. The driver didn't stop the bus and said there is no stop of sheikh Sarai. And when we argued and other people in the bus also told him that there is a stop of sheikh sari at gurdwara the he said I don't know I am new and now I will only stop at next stand which is pushp bhawan. Why will I go toh pushp bhawan when my stop was sheikh Sarai. The driver started talking rudely and then we told the constable inside to handle then he said it is not my duty. Please train your driver before giving job. And why is there a constable inside when he is not willing to handle??? And the conductor was busy using his phone and didn't even bothered to come and solve the matter.

Bus number 134 runs on our route. But since last Saturday the bus service has become completely useless. Everyone on our route is facing problems due to the closure of the cluster bus.New DTC which is running now, its service is absolutely useless on our route. Neither there is any time table of this bus nor we are able to get online tickets in it. Due to less service of the bus, many problems are being faced.You are requested to provide more service to Route No. 134. Hope you will give us updates soon by solving this as soon as possible. i will wait for your reply

I am facing Everyday long waiting for bus at AZAD MARKET bus stop for 212
Sometime i have to wait for aprox 1/2 an hour some time it became 1hour and today it's not 0coming. From last 1and 1/2 hour.
I don't even think about such Pathatic service of your bus route!!
No time schedule no management!!!

Bus services of 534 is very poor in now days they never come on time or somedays they didn't stop bus on bus stop due to too much rush inside the bus . Kindly look to the matter and provide some more business of bus no. 534 as soon as possible.

DTC bus with number plate DL 1PC 7440 was rash driving today date 12/06/2023 morning near Noida Sector 16 metro stations and hit the e-rickshaw i was sitting in. He was constantly honking and in the end tackled the e-rickshaw.

I want to file a complaint against the driver as he is unsafe and a threat for the public

Sir, I am Ashok vishwakarma living in Delhi and a regular passenger of Delhi Transit. Today, I am traveling in Bus no. DL PD4338 at 10:25 PM by 09/06/2023 on Route no. 50175, DUTY/seq : 131/18 from Kanjhawla Chowk to Madan Pur Dabas vide Ticket no.[protected].
I want to register complaint against above mentioned bus driver, that the bus driver is driving recklessly & is not stopping bus on stand. The passengers are asking him to stop the bus but driver is shouted on them.
so requesting you to look into this matter as soon as possible.

I'm Faheem a regular passanger I generally use DTC bus everyday but now a days I'm facing such kind of issues like driving not stopping bus on bus stand. Recently issue DL1PC9719 bus drive not stop bus on dispensary Paharganj.

Kindly teach them people are waiting So long for bus and bus drive not stop the bus.

I was traveling from jahangirpuri to alipur via dtc bus on 8 june 2023 i came from noida to home after giving CUET exam and as i entere in narela route bus it is very crowded i was taking the ticket standing near conductor then suddenly after going 10meter 3 checkers came and leaving the sitting passengers he first asking ticket from passenger standing near conductor in very rude way, i said i was taking the ticket thats why i am standing near conductor also he snatched 10rs which is in my hand for ticket and then told rest 2 to take me out of the bus. He insulted me inside the bus also . After taking me from bus he took me in dark area down the tree behind gtk depot bus stand (time around 9:00pm) he snatched my phone out of the pocket and repeatedly asking for my phonepe balance i was denying to this . The they started threatening me to put me in jail and then my carrere will be ruined up . They threatened me to give 500 rs fine or he is calling a PCR and send me to jail . Then one of them started checking my pocket and took all 400 rs with me and asking for 100 more then only he will give my phone back . Then i have to give 100 rs phonpe on the number above mentioned then he gave my phone back .
Please take this case seriously i came from uttar Pradesh to study here

When I was traveling in DTC bus then ticket checker came into bus and he checked my ticket and he took me out of the bus they were 2 officers. Then they open my Paytm account from my phone and scanned his Paytm account and said to me that send money on it and put your UPI pin there.

I was at south ex last evening, bus driver(ev bus) of a blue bus tried to hit my car intentionally when I was trying to change the lane to get to the petrol pump and then again he didn’t let me do it and overtook me in such a bad manner. This incident happened right in front of the bharat petrol pump in the evening around 7pm. I hope actions would be taken against this driver.

Today 1st june, 3:25 afternoon, orange line DTC bus hitted my 2 wheeler and shouted on me. I am goverment officials working in ministry of defence. His way of talking was pathetic. I had made video of bus on main road, near mahavir enclave, dwarka. I am not injured but the way he hit my 2 wheeler was deliberately and then used abusive word. DL 1P D 5519 bus number.
