Bus route number 236B heading towards to Dichau kalan doesn't not stop at Nangloi at 12:50 pm on 17.05.2023

The aged driver, having glasses over his eyes was drunk on the duty. He mis behaved with the passengers and refused to open any of the gate of bus. He abused female passengers and drive away the bus very rashly through the traffic.

Dear Sir,

I am regularly face issue from last one month. My child studies at the indian school . So, after pickup of my child I wait for bus at Sri Fort Road for go home. But at this bus stand no any bus stopped. Most of people suffer due to it . So, please look into this issue and do the needful.

I applied for students bus pass but it was rejected by your authority and till now I didn't receive my payment back I'm my account.
My bus pass I'd is[protected] .
Please check my payment status..

When i submit the form after filling all the detail. It shows error says ...Please match the requested format. please solve this...

While Traveling From Ambedkar Nagar depot to Hamdard Nagar in Cluster bus Number - DL1PC5322 and Route 448CL The conductor of the bus was misbehaving while taking the ticket and Marshall was also threatening in a different way, talking about being taken somewhere. Kindly Please take this Issue seriously and Take an action against Bus Conductor and Marshall of This bus.

आज मै काश्मिरी गेट से दोसो 61 नंबर के गाडी मे मै मेरे बेटी और बेटे के साथ मे बैठा तो कंडक्टर साहब मोबाईल पे बाते करते थे उन्होने कहा जाना पूछा नही कितने टिकिट चाहिये पूछा नही मोबाईल पे बाते करते रहे मैने पचास रुपये की नोट आगे करते है उन्होने एक तिकीट दे दिया और बेटी को रेड कलर का टिकीट दे दिया आज का मेरा एसटी मे पहिला सफर था मै महाराष्ट्र का हो और मै यहा घुमने आया था कंडक्टर साहब के मोबाईल की बाते खत्म भी नही हुई उशी दौरा चेकर वहा आहे उन्होने तिकीट पूजा मेरे पास तिकीट था लेकिन मेरे बच्चे का तिकीट कंडक्टर मोबाईल पे बात कर रहा था करके मैने उसके मोबाईल रखने की राह देखे उसी दौरान चेकिंग आने के बजा मेरा बेटा विदाऊट तिकीट उन्होने समजा और मेरे से नितीन प्लस सक्षम ऐसे दोसो रुपये का फाईन दियामेरे उसमे कुछ भी गलती नही आप कंडक्टर का कश्मीरी गेट का मोबाईल डाटा चेक कीजिए आपके खेल मे आ जायेगा की ओ कंडक्टर काश्मिरी गेट आने से पहिले से और पॅसेंजर चढणे के बाद भी बाते ही कर रहा था आप सीसीटीव्ही कॅमेरा से उसकी मोबाईल पे बाते करने का टाइमिंग पता कर सकते हो हाला की उसने के बाद में जरूर मान लिया लेकिन पीसी लोगो ने भाईंदिया वो एक टिकिट पे देना चाहिये था उन्होने वो दो तिकीट का दिया इधर कंडक्टर बराबर ड्युटी नही कर रहा और इधर चेकर खुदका टार्गेट कम्प्लीट करने के लिए किसको भी मन चा फाईन दे रहे है मेरी आपसे गुजारिश है इन दोनो से चौकशी करके व इनको ऐसा दुबारा न करने की सजा दीजिए और मेरे पैसे मेरे मानहानी के साथ मुझे व्याज समित लावताये मै यहा पे और 17 तारीख तक के हो अगर मुझे बुलाना चाहे तो बुलाये महाराष्ट्र का हो और मैं घुमने आया है और पुरा सफर मैने किया खाली पहिला मेरा सफर था ऐसे कंडक्टर चेक कर रहे तो पब्लिक को नाहक तकलीफ होगी कंडक्टर को ड्युटी के समय मोबाईल इस्तमाल करणे की कारवाई कीजिए और और टीसी को भी ज्यादा फाईन काटने के लिए दोषी ठराया जा

But there was many drivers that was not stopping bus even passengers was waving them

Online Yearly bus pass DTC site not working TTE Misbehave

My name is Durgesh Verma and I am very ashamed. I had made one year online bus pass for DTC but last ten days due to non working of DTC website, TT of the bus insulted me a lot. though the DTC server was at fault.

I know I should have screenshot the pass, but I was having trouble showing my pass on the DTC site. I tried to contact DTC customer care but did not connect the call.

I want to be satisfied with the DTC service, but I feel like I am not treated with respect. Help me to activate DTC pass,

I expect DTC to contact me, and provide me with a satisfactory solution.

E pass is not showing on website and validity of my pass is stillmore than 2 months it Was five month pass.kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible or refund my money so I can apply for offline pass i can't pay fair for everyday

I was coming from Aanand vihar to noida mod by DTC electric mini bus going to Face 3.Around 7:30pm on 13 may he didn't open the gate at vasundhara, the conductor, a Sardar threatened me badly saying that the bus d be stopped at Noida mod only

For few days dtc site was on maintaince so e pass user can't access their e pass that was understood able but after maintaince as well pass is not accessible and e pass section employees are not answering the calls even after bell is ringing.another question is hiring of ticker checker they asked me to show pass online not screen shot how could I show them if site was not working...please resolve problem as soon as well my pass is valid for next two month as well and i travel everyday i can't buy tickets for each day

There is dog in my street, one lady pet the the dog, that dog bite my father today, before bite 2 to 3 person already.my request that caught the dog and bring that place immediately other wise take action her lady and his dog

DTC bus number- DL 1P C8444, driver was driving recklessly without following rules of roads such as U-turning at wrong point, due to which me and my brother almost got killed. Our scooter was highly damaged, thankfully we bot jumped on the divider at that time.
After which driver and bot came outside and started verbally abusing us and hit my brother too. Then ran off from the scene.
We were stranded in the middle of the road completely humiliated. I expect some action taken against him and his conductor.

इस पत्र के द्वारा मैं आप का ध्यान आनंद विहार से गुरुग्राम रुट पर चलने वाली DTC गाजीपुर डीपो की बस जिसका न DL 1PC 9247 जिस पर सपना नाम की महिला ड्राइवर है। की ओर दिलाना चाहता हु।

महोदय जी
मैं और मेरे साथी रोज 04:45 के आस पास आनंद विहार से एम्स जाते है। इसी समय DL1PC9247 गाड़ी आती है जिसको हम हाथ दिखाकर रुकने का इशारा करते है परंतु ये गाड़ी रोज आनद विहार बस स्टैंड पर बिना रोके ही चली जाती है जिसके कारण हमे रोज परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता हैं। महोदय जी ये गाड़ी रोज नॉनस्टॉप आनन्द विहार से गुरुग्राम फ्लाईओवर के उपर से जाती है जिससे रोज की सवारियों को परेशानी होती हैं और सरकार को भी आर्थिक हानि होती है। महोदय जी जब ये गाड़ी अंदर आनंद विहार में सवारी बैठाती है तो केवल वही सवारी बैठाती है जिसको गुरुग्राम जाना होता है। अगर कोई सवारी बीच में उतरने वाली होती है तो उसको बस से उतार देती है। अगर फिर भी कोई सवारी बैठी रहती है तो उसको फ्लाईओवर के उपर कही भी उतार देती है।

महोदय जी आज भी जब हमने बस को आनंद विहार बस स्टैंड 04:50 पर रुकने का इशारा किया तो आज भी बस को बिना रोके ही ले गई।

Sir, My name is Jai Kishan Aggarwal (mobile no. [protected]). I applied and got DTC e-bus pass no.[protected] for 6 months validity (from[protected] to[protected]. During the traveling in DTC Bus such type of pass is required to show to Conductor and ATI whenever asked by them in my mobile. But from day before yesterday the related website is not working. So since then I am unable to show the pass and despite already paid fare I require either to buy ticket for traveling in bus or through Mero. My D.O.B. is 15/07/1959 and I am senior citizen. Please arrange to resolve the problem on urgent basis.

I applied and got online e-bus pass no[protected] on[protected] for 6 months and is valid till[protected]. My name is Jai Kishan Aggarwal and my mobile no. is [protected]. During the travel through DTC bus the above pass require to show the pass in mobile to conductor or ATI whenever they asks to do so. But due to not working of your pass website I am unable to do so. I am Senior Citizen and unable to go to Sciendia house of your office to resolve the issue. Kindly arrange to resolve the problem. Now I am spending fare for bus ticket despite the pass.please help me

I'm traveling on 08/05/2023, 18:14 pm at peeragari metro station bus stand. Here I want to leave the bus 923 (nazafgarh tarminal) the bus driver misbehave with me and using abuse language.
I hope you will take instant action against these bus driver

Bus Route No. 181-A was running on its route from Jahangirpuri Delhi to Nizamuddin Railway station. But the services of Bus No.181-A have been completely stopped. Due to the non-availability of Bus No. 181-A, the daily passengers of its route are facing lots of problems..
I humbly request to you kindly restart the services of Bus No. 181-A, so that the daily passengers of its route may not be faced these problems.

Bus ka driver ghadi ko bahut dhire dhire chala raha hai jis wajah se sabhi yatri 2 ghante late ho gaye. Driver ka kehna hai ki bus tum chala lo mai bath jata hu. Bus ka number DL1PC8293. PLEASE STREET ACTION AGAIN TO WRONG DOOR'S.
