I alongwith a child 9 years old took the bus on 06/05/23 at 10:47 from Kanhaiyanagar. I have all route pass so I asked child ticket up to kohat metro.
He asked to pay Rs10 but when I told him that child ticket should be Rs 8/-. He laughed at me and issued ticket up to Rohini sect 7.
He said to to padha likha hoga . Dekh le.
When I said why you did not issue ticket up to pitampura.

Dear Sir, Mam

My name is Nikhil Anand and I am very ashamed. I had made one month online bus pass for DTC but today due to non working of DTC website, TT of the bus insulted me a lot. My challan of Rs.200 was also deducted, though the DTC server was at fault.

I know I should have screenshot the pass, but I was having trouble showing my pass on the DTC site. I tried to contact DTC customer care but did not connect the call.

I want to be satisfied with the DTC service, but I feel like I am not treated with respect. Help me to activate DTC pass, my 200 Rs. refund the invoice, and TT apologize to me.

I expect DTC to contact me, and provide me with a satisfactory solution.

No 375/440/440A never appeared on saturday on shahjahan road u.p.s.c, I'm furious to see how badly they work for their hardworking tax payers and how apathetic the delhi government is to their citizens

DL1PC8970 hit my car in red light and missbehaving with me i just want to inform dtc department for driver dose not alow to this driver to drive becose it may danguras for people time 11:45 saturdat morning in sangam pvr red light date 06/05/2023

I am travelling from khanpur to noida sec 32 by DTC.

Bus no. DL1PC7479 [34 no.] Ac and fan is not running by driver.

If DTC is not capable to provide ac and fan facility to passengers than plz dont take Ac charges from passengers...

In my colony there are about 10 to 12 Street dogs who are dangerous.. they barking and chasing each and every vehicle which passes by... They are becoming very dangerous... Please catch them before they cause injury to someone

The bus driver was arrogant, even after waving hand to the bus...he drove pass away in speed. The bus was not crowded, even the seats were half vacant. Drive was arrogant.

मुझे खड़े हुए 2 घंटे हो चुके हैं। और मैं इसी आस में हूं कि बस अब आएगी लेकिन बस आती ही नहीं। मैने रात के 7 बजे से यहां 'goela dairy crossing' stand पर परेशान पड़ा हूं, अभी घड़ी में 8:55 हो रहा है। मन में इस system के प्रति गुस्सा है। 539STL dwarka sec 22 लिखकर बस वाले हमें बेवकूफ बनाते हैं।

Hi my self raj singh, i was traveling by DTc bus Naraina to south moti bag, have taken red bus 567, at dhaula kuwan bas stand, checker checked the bus and i show him 50 Ruppies pass, they denied this pass not valid in this bus, tell me it is true that pass not valid in red bus... After discussed they have looted forcefully 200/ almost by 10 people, when i have ask about challan they pull out the 5 type dirrent challan it seems all was fake,...

Dear Sir,
The frequency of route no 214, 246, 982 from Seemapuri depot between peak hours (8:00AM -9:00AM) is very low. A lot of working employees are travelling at this route and due to non availability of buses, they have to wait for long time and reach late their offices. Request you to deploy more number of buses at these routes.

Bus Number DL1PC3118 Route No. 348 Mori gate to Mayur Vihar Phase 3 Terminal. I am waiting for a bus at kalyanpuri bus stand bus has coming but bus driver not stopped at the stand.
Due to the bus driver not stopping the bus, I was late for the office and my daughter-in-law was left behind. And at Kalyanpuri bus stand, not only this bus, but it takes 30 minutes.

Those buses don't stop there .
Some of i noticed numbers of The bus 978 (DL1PC049), The bus 236 (DL1PD6409), The bus 236B (DL1P5951) and the bus (DL1PD4915) .
Help me some of the buses try to injured us who were on the bus stand .

Today I took bus from Moti nagr 816(Inderlok) at 9:47am .I have to exit at DCM chemical stand but driver denied to stop at the stand .He said i will not stop on one by one stand .Either to exit out on Dlf capital or inderlok where max no of people exit .I have faced this many times Most of the drivers denied to stop at DCM chemical stand .they wil stop at Inderlok bus stand which is very far

Yesterday I tried my best to complain about a driver who when asked to open the gate at the bus stop replied abusing 'muh me mut dunga' and forced me get down at next stop. With utmost regard for you please help me out in lodging a complaint. Bus no Dl1PC-3169. The bus route was (34 Mehrauli). I went to the nearest Mehrauli Depot and tried my best to complain but there was no mechanism for complaining. They asked me to call on [protected]. Now where do I need to go to fix such spineless officials. I have a lot of expectations. I request you to take out footage from the bus and take necessary action. I wanted to attach the screenshot of the bus pass taken online on the same bus bus screenshot facility is not available hence not attaching it. I plead you to take necessary action.

I am writing this letter to bring to your attention a serious issue that I experienced while using your DTC bus service. On April 30th, 2023, I was waiting for a DTC bus at the "Maharaja surajmal stadium". The bus arrived on time, but the driver did not open the gate to allow the passengers to board the bus. It was traffic jam.So we decided to ran to the next bus stand at nangloi bus stand but driver was taking the bus above the flyover. So we again call him maybe he open the gate but he refused

I want to point out that opening the gate at the bus stand is not a favor that the bus driver does to passengers but is his responsibility. Refusing to do so not only violates the rules and regulations of your organization but also causes mental stress to the passengers who are already struggling with their daily life.

I urge you to take strict action against the bus driver and ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future. Your bus service is an essential service for people who rely on public transportation to commute, and the behavior of your employees should reflect this importance. I hope you will take prompt action in this matter.

Hello DTC, I'm Ankit, residence of village Dichaon Kalan Village, Najafgarh came infront of you to file a complaint against DTC buses on route Hiran Kudna Village - Dichaon Kalan Village as I was standing on the bus stand for 1.5 hrs as no bus came on Hiran Kudna Bus Stand.
I travelled 5-6 km from there to my village to my home.
I'm very disappointed with this kind of service as only 3-4 buses are only available on that route as I've asked from the bus drive itself.
I'm requesting you to provide full services of the buses on that route. I'll be very helpful to you.

The bus service of 781 bus is very delay on both side of the route.we waited for 1hr on ndls but no 781 bus came.
