It already passed a month like wise they say refund will come after 7 to 14 days please resolve this quickly..

Sir I travel in DTC bus 568 at terminal at 3.47 pm a pessenger come and misbehaved with my wife and he is drunked also I request to conductor and driver also but they are helpless both. And they didnt anything please take some action on this complaint and please reply on my mail [protected]@gmail.com

They are doing their duty and get the salary. But is they are able to help to other to reach their destination on time and their duty. Ask to you are we not workers and do we have not our duty responsibility and is we not do our work on time. Or is the bus their personal number and they will do accordingly them😡😡😡😡😡
We have reached to late our duty. Who will take care our timing. Who will listen behalf on us. What your Civil defence worker doing. If the driver handling the normal situation. We get very late to our duty and listen to our senior just because the driver

Dear Sir/Madam,
Ever since the traffic diversion has started on the T3 road we have been facing difficulty in catching the DYC bus towards the airport. All the buses coming from Vasant Kunj and Shankar Vihar side now take T3 road instead of going via Radisson circle. But then they do not stop anywhere after the Mahipalpur chowk, there is no stop marked for the same as well. Which is now making very difficult for us to catch the bus while the private RTV buses and private taxis stop by to take passengers who are waiting for the bus, while DTC buses do not stop. So request to please make a temporary halt after the Mahipalpur chowk to make easy for us to catch the bus as well as mark the same same for driver to stop there as well.

We were 5 women and 4 children.. We took the bus at karol bagh bus stop... When we were taking the tickets.. He asked that for the children the ticket will be ₹10 each but.. earlier we paid only ₹5 so we told them the same.. But the conductor and the driver both misbehaved with us.. It was an empty bus except for us. The driver constantly abusing us..and asked us to get lost it was really terrible thing.. Required action must be taken ASAP.. Bus number- DL 1PD 5620

I’m a regular passenger of Cluster bus. And on Kamruddin Nagar terminal many bus driver of Rani Khera depot can’t stop bus. Please take Strict action against these drivers ASAP.

I want to file a complaint for less service of 392 and 492 buses. Either 3 or 4 buses are taken together and no bus comes for 30-40 minutes. Passengers have to wait for so long. I myself have reached so late due to late coming of buses. And these are so much overloaded that sometimes passengers even fall out of bus. This usually happens at the time 8-9 in the morning and around 2-3 in the afternoon. Pls resolve my issue asap.

This is to inform you that i was travelling in the bus at 12:11PM near madhuban chowk. The conductor and driver both were abusing me and using inappropriate language with me.
I hope the services are for our good and help only but if these kind of things will happen then why would someone will avail that service.

Bus no DL-1PD5697 route 03 Shalimar bagh to ISBT Sarai kale khan on 27 Apr on going on time of 10:00 Am.
When someone ask bus driver about time he argue and say not going on time....

I was traveling from RK Puram sector 8 to South moti bagh which is one stand far away.
I was in a AC DTC bus. So i give a 20 rupees note to tha conductor and also stating that I want a 10 ruppees ticket. But she gave me a 20 rupees ticket and saying that I had said to her this that I want a 20 rupees ticket.

I said her i am a student, 10 ruppees matter me the most but she replied that is fine your parents will provide you the money.
Also she does not provided any help to me .

She was covering her ears and face with a cloth. So it's her fault that she didn't hear me clearly.

My ticket number is 81903.
Kindly provide me the help and make sure that no other student falls in this scenario or a trap.

Buses are short in south extension to Naraina vihar root every day in the morning 8:20am to 8:35 am no bus is coming after 8:35 am 1 bus is coming which is full back end please improve the bus count in this root.

I was in bus 752 and tried to ask him something he just ignored me gestured me in very bad way saying to go forward and sit .this gesture mad me so sad now I can't even think to travel in dtc bus ever again .very bad experience .!!!

I have applied for ac bus pass online on 21st April 2023 and payment was debited from my account i received confirmation mail my pass i'd[protected] i called 1000 times on [protected], [protected] but they did not receive a single call. i have done email also but they did not given proper reply still i was waiting for my pass my contact no- [protected]

The driver of dtc orange bus DL1PD0834 had broke all the rules and regulations and attempt to accident me and drive very rough I had noticed when I was traveling between jivan park to dwarka sector 1 Date 25/ 04/2023 at 2:50pm to 3:10pm
All the pessengers are threaten by him while he was driving so I said them to empty the bus and I take a photo of bus driver and bus no.
I most said that please take action against him

Hi..my name is lavanya and i m working in aiims trauma centre which is near by the bus stand name raj nagar pin code 110029. sir every day buses are not stop on raj nagar stand..driver passengers ko safderjung k stand pr uttar dete hain yaha kah kr k wo stand not in use hai. bus wahan nhi rukegi..ya phir light me fas jayenge phir hum yahiuttarna hoga apko n all... i want toonly want to know k jab yah stand working hai hi nhi tooo hamara etna paisa lga kr use bna hi q rakha hAi.. r to r uski maintance bhi jati jait hai jab hume uska fayeda hi nhi hai to...bus k driver etni batmeezi se bol k wahan uttarte hain k thoda sa hill lo r chal kr chale jao trauma centre tk...sir hum chlal kr chale to jayenge but phir es stand ka koi use hai hi nhi to esko hata dena chahiye na... k na stand hoga na public pagal bnegi...bus driver stand pr na rokna pde eskiye koshish krte hain ki pool pr chada le...r esme aoke guard bhi unki hepl krte hain...so plz do some needful action fro it...agr useful nhi hai to public ki pagal bnana bnd kre dtc...wrna plz circuler zeri kre r es stand ko bhi useful bnaye...

I was travelling by a bus no. 4717 on route no. 523A on date 24/4/2023 at 4pm three dtc ticket checkers said that show me your ticket I showed then my ticket they said come with us outside the bus. I gone and the slapped me there and teared my bus ticket and said give us fine of rs. 2000 and gave me a receipt of Rs. 200 written on it.
They abused me also.
So I want my 2000 back and claim of slapping me and for abusing me.

Every Day I catch DTC bus from Dada Dev Mandir towards Kapas Hera Border. But many times, I experience that some Bus Driver does not stop bus at bus stop.
And today (24.04.23 - Monday) I noted Bus No. DL 1PD 4306 crossed Dada dev around 08:34 AM and does not stop at bus stop.
Due to this we are supposed to reach our office late.

And not only that, I also noticed a danger situation that bus river moves bus with open doors many times. If anyone get harm then who is responsible.

You employee are very strict at collecting ticket fine, which is good but what about passengers' life.

My humble request is to please take action.
