Every Day I catch DTC bus from Dada Dev Mandir towards Kapas Hera Border. But many times, I experience that some Bus Driver does not stop bus at bus stop.
And today (24.04.23 - Monday) I noted Bus No. DL 1PD 4306 crossed Dada dev around 08:34 AM and does not stop at bus stop.
Due to this we are supposed to reach our office late.

And not only that, I also noticed a danger situation that bus river moves bus with open doors many times. If anyone get harm then who is responsible.

You employee are very strict at collecting ticket fine, which is good but what about passengers' life.

My humble request is to please take action.

It is just today incident at 9.30 a.m. on main najafgarh road near Pipal Road Mohan garden approximately pillar no. 740, there were 2 orange DTC buses almost back to back, no lane was followed, I drove in to between them, driver (DL-1PD 4985) was keep honking continuously for no reason, he wanted me to clear the complete road which is not acceptable, he was threatening to the passersby by accelerate, at last he touched my scooter, apparently i stopped my vehicle then and there, i started seeing him he was like indicating as threatening as nothing happened. This was my personal experience but overall 85 percent DTC drivers neither drove to lane nor gives passage to other. When I started talking to the driver, he was like coming to shout me on and behaving like a criminal who dares to drove on us. I replied him in the same way he did. I accept i abused him after too. But than another bus driver came in between us and started supporting the other driver who ran on my vehicle. So they were like non sense so at last I took the photo of the bus with its driver. I hope you to DTC to take care of this and advise not just to him to all the drivers dont make it horrible to others, they are doing this for public but they don't respect other public vehicle and don't follow any road driving etiquettes.

today i.E 20/04/2023 at 9.40 am at rohini west bus stop...He has not stopped his bus at above said bus stop. I ran and hired auto to catch that bus ...As i catch the bus i complaint driver why he has not stopped the bus at bus stop he replied 'meri marji' he said aab to kabhi bhi nhi rukuga us stop pe ...Jo karna hai kar lo...He was so rude and loud to me ..He dont know how to talk to the lady passenger ...It was so humalating amoung all the people sitting in the bus.
This is the only route dw 3 which is direct to my office i.E guru gobind singh university, dwarka from rohini.
Dw3 (blue colour cluster)at 9.40 am at rohini west bus stop.

I request you to please take action against that driver so that he should not mis behave with ladies.

Us bus me ek girl aur boy hum 2 the hume damki dene lga video ki aur baltamiz wali bate krne lga aur ut ke mere pass mere hath pakad ke Marne ki damki de rha tha aur bol rha tha tera bus h kya tu chda kyu h wo connector apne post ka faida uta rha tha bhot aur ldki se bhi battamiz se bat kr rha tha bus no. My name is Ankit i am from New Delhi i am currently a student of class 11 my age is 15 and i study in scholars global school i wanted to complaint about a Bus Pass verification employee whose name is GAURAV

Today 19 april 2023 i had gone to Najafgarh Terminal for making me a new Bus Pass between 2pm to 3pm and there was a man named gaurav who talked to me very rudely his behaviour was not good towards me and he also abused me 1, 2 times and asked me to get out from there he refused to make a new pass and asked me to go away. Also there was no employee available for form submission. Then the man named Gaurav asked me to pay 200 rupees extra for making new pass otherwise he will not make

he threaten me and threat me for beating
His Behaviour was not good also there was one more employee with him i also took their picture.
this was not expected from Delhi Government work and surely i will be thankful if you take strict action towards it.

On 18/04/2023 4:05 pm at ESI Hospital Okhla PH 1, Bus route no. 433 towards New Delhi Railway station DL1PC 8064. Bus driver was not ready to stop Bus on Bus stops. He said he is getting late. This caused inconvenience to the passengers a lot.

Bus Number - DL1PD-4443, ROUTE no 100 DUTY/Seq 100/20.
Took bus from Karol Bagh Terminal bus stand to Azad Market, which is under the RANI JHANSHI FLYOVER, but the driver diverted the route and take the bus over the FLYOVER. Our stop was BARA HINDU RAO, so we questioned why he diverted the route. Instead of answering he started misbehaving and started pushing us out of the bus. The driver also uses abusive language with us and other passengers.

Have been waiting at bus stop for 45 mins. 3 busess have came back of the route right in front of eyes one after thr other but none is here for the next arrival.

This is to inform you that on 17 April 2023 15:30, bus no 939 Mangolpuri Q block
(DL 1PD 5872) driver was not stopping on a stand of T Block Mangolpuri and he was also misbehaving with me while i was reminding of that stand. Kindly take action against these drivers because almost every Mangolpuri Q buses are not stopping on T block Mangolpuri Stand. On board of stand bus no clearly written on it.

Bus no. DL1PD4901 on route no. 144AStl driver was arguing with the passenger because I had raised a objection against the driver for not stopping the bus on the west enclave bus stand the driver said that this was not the bus stand and he was misbehaved with me. I want to lodge a complaint against the driver for misbehaving with passenger and also conductor doesn't have the complaint book that's the reason I have raised my complaint through this portal. Please do the right and appropriate action against both of them. The of the whole scenario is 7:30am on 15/04/2023

Shri Balaji travels morigate ..was booking my ticket by red bus sahibaa sharma L4 sleeper .wish to travel a better environment nd gud bus as per I was paid 1100 for like roadways type of bus.the bus late about 1.30 hours on timing thn he was chang the bus with some bhaiya g bus service the bus was pathetic staf[censored]se nd talk like ###.bad language.i want my paided amount refund nd take seriously action against them

I boarded the bus at dabri mor at around 715 am .
The bus no. Is 721 (dl 1pd0977)
The driver moved the bus before I could board it properly.
I had a laptop bag which got stuck because he closed the door before I could even enter properly.
Later, when I told him that he should be more cautious, he told me that he didn't see anything in the rear mirror and started shouting.
There was no Marshall present.
The conductor was busy listening to the music and fellow passengers had to tell the driver to open the door so that I could get inside as my bag was stuck in the door.
This is clear case of negligence and casual behaviour.
His negligence could have caused me serious injury.
It has already caused damage to my laptop.
I would request the concerned authorities to please take necessary actions to avoid such incidences.

The bus was already stopped there and the bus driver along with constable inside the bus denied to open the bus to 3-4 female passengers, first of all they didn’t replied when ladies were knocking the door and when we clicked pictures they started commenting on us.
Is this the way women will be treated if we are getting free rides in the DTC bus?
Please do let us know if in case any girl will be in an urgent need of help then also the bus driver and constable will ignore our request and will not open the bus doors????

He was so arrogant, and not stopping bus at their stop. Lots of passengers ( Ladies, School girls and boys) were waiting and trying to call and waving their hands but he didn't stop.

I have made a proper video what he was saying and abusing his partner conducter also saying to him for stop bus but he denny and run away.

And in video he was saying I don't have I'd card and No lisence and saying I will not stop. Do whatever you can do

I hope this complaint not take as a grant please take a serious action and please provide details after action otherwise I need to go for upper level.

Today at 10:02am when i was going to my office by my own vehicle i just a narrow escape to the DTC bus DL 1PC 8372 near Jama Masjid red light i followed the bus when he overtake my vehicle in very high speed he stopped the bus near red light signal so i asked to driver why you are crossing the speed limit and that could be very bad accident happened instead of feel sorry he started argument with me in very bad language as well as try again tp escape from there he was very unprofessional driver.
this could be very bad road accident with someone else please understand him every one have their family this type of bad practice could be lead a major road accident.

Sir it is intimated that most of bus Route No. 970 is not coming at NDPO, Gurudwara Bangla Saheb between 9 to 10 Am. Passengers wait for about 1 hours. It has been noticed that driver take the bus from kendriya terminal circle to Akashbani Bhawan and Sharamshakti Bhawan. Lot of passengers are wait for going to CGO complex as the most of the government offices situated there. It is requested to instruct the driver to follow the route.
