I pardeep kumar bank employees in panipat haryana i daily up and down from bawana to singhu border. Today I stand on narela terminal 08:04am bus routes no 144STL is coming When I boarded the bus, the bus driver used foul language and got me off the bus.bus no is DL1PD5269 so i humble request you to please take action bus driver

Today afternoon I was in bus no 944. I gave conductor 25rs but he only gave me 20rs ticket. When asked he was behaving rudely despite me being polite. I told him to keep money but don't lie. I know what I gave. The bus number is DL-1PD 5129.

I have submitted a complain on 14/12/2021 against the bus driver of Bus route No. 793. But till date no reply received from your department. I want to know what action has been taken on my complain till date?

The evening time of DS18 is 06:05 Pt from JLN Stadium. This bus never comes on time. Either stop this bus. Either run it on time.

I am a Nursing Officer in Bhagwan Mahaveer Hospital.I was going from my home to the hospital today, I handed the bus at time 1:55 PM date 02 January 2022 at West Enclave bus stop, but the driver did not stop the bus at first, After that he stopped the bus (*DL 1P 005571, Nehru place terminal* )after going some further, then as soon as I proceeded to sit in it, the bus conductor asked me where to go.I said that I have to go to Mahavir Hospital pitampura new delhi, then the bus conductor told me that we cannot make you sit in the bus for a while.While Mahavir Hospital is at a distance of 8 km from there, even after I told many times, they did not make me sit in the bus.And started arguing with me, when I said that I will complain to you, then he told me to go and do whatever you want.Have seen many people like you who keep talking about complaining, nothing will happen by complaining, said such things.And said that the government itself has told us that people with a distance of less than 10 km should not be seated in the bus.That's why I request you that action should be taken against such drivers and bus conductors and the rules of the government should be explained to them.

Even while going through the same route, the bus did not stop and told the passenger that we do not sit the passenger in the bus for a short distance. & told the passenger this rules set by the DTC...This misbehavior was done to a female nursing officer going on duty..

I have to commute on DTC bus no.522 from Ambedkar Nagar to Krishi Kunj.Due to awake of covid 19 government has announce to sit on one seat and leave the other. Without any planing government has anouncement this neither arranaging extra bus to cope up with huge crowd at bus stand already there is acute shortage of buses.passenger has to wait 2-3 hours to get their chance to board on the buses as a result they are late to office and their salary are deducted. so arrange additional bus .Restriction is in DTC buses only. I have seen private RTV buses run with overcrowded passengers and they are charging double fare taking advantage of restriction but they are not fined or challan.In view of all this kindy arrange huge buses to tackle the huge crowd at buses.

This is to bring to your notice a problem that I have been facing recently with respect to the DTC bus service.

We all appreciate the Delhi Government's initiative to provide free DTC bus services to the women which has been quite helpful all this while. However, lately I have noticed that the bus drivers are intentionally not stopping the buses as the bus stops especially when they see an all women group boarding the bus. This results in delay at reaching to our desired destinations and apart from that it's merely unfair when the buses are actually travelling empty. I have personally faced this issue approximately 2-3 times.

I hope some positive action to be taken at the earliest so that the commute becomes hassle free!

Route no 128... Journey between Ghantagarh and Azadpur... Bus registration no. DL1PD 4944... Driver was braking violently and speeding on a busy narrow strech... He misbehaved when I objected

Lot of street dogs, biting and barking all night

Bus of route No. 355 of starting time 8.30 AM from starting point sec-32 Noida is not following the proper route. This bus takes directly turn from Noida dtc depot to Delhi and donot start from sector 32, hence, passangers from Sector 12-22, Chaura More, Sector 21, 10, Rajnigandha etc.cannot take the bus. We all are daily passangers and are suffering a lot. You are requested tokindly instruct the conductor of such bus to start bus from the fixed route (From sec.32).Thanks.

Sir, Bus of Route No. 355 of departure time 8.30AM from Sector 32 Noida, is not properly conducted. This bus should be started from Sec-32 Noida but doesnot follow the bus route. It takes a turn from Noida depot to directly towards sector 16 noida and delhi and doesnot attend the passangers from sector 12-22, Chaura more, sec. 21, 10, Rajnigandha chawk etc. Sir, We are daily passangers and suffer a lot on non availability of this bus. You are requested to kindly direct the conductor to start such bus from Sector-32 Noida. It would be very kind of you. THANKS.

I want to convey this to you that i am resident of gp block pitampura delhi and my complaint is regarding 4 to 5 dogs in front of my house continuously barking all day and I could not even sleep at once and being a student I cant even focus on my studies because of these stray dogs I hope this comes to your notice and help me with it

Bus number DL1PC9819 never stops at the Sangam vihar bus stop, even when the bus is carrying a few passengers and numerous passengers outside are waiving hands.

The driver doesn't cares and the conductor and policeman are of no use.

I have very disappointed on 15th December 2021 by the bus conductor behavior. There is space in bus only one seat which is next to conductor on that seat he has put their backpack so I request his to carry his bag so that I can sit on that seat but he has bluntly replied me that (I'll not Cary my bag) this seat is for me and nobody is allowed to sit here and two person also not allow to sit with next together. Then I ask him that who has announced this rule beacouse as I know now covide rules are changed for trawl but he said I'm not giving you this seat and which civil defense was in side the bus he has said to me that I should stand in the bus if conductor is not giving me seat. Seriously!!! Now I want to ask to management team that have they ever audit their services???? In my opinion you and your team is playing with Delhi CM's words and I think you Don't care about it but I'm sharing the details of bus and I want necessary action against of both peoples.
Bus no- Dl_IPC8793

My complaint against the driver of Bus No. DL1PD4236 from H3 Vikaspuri to Delhi Secretariat. The Bus route is 793. The colour of the bus is orange. Bus timings from H3 Vikaspuri is 8:00 AM. My office is in ITO. To reach my office, I take 793 bus from Vikaspuri crossing at around 8:08 AM. But whether the bus will stop at the bus stop or not depends entirely on the driver's wish. Today morning on vikaspuri crossing bus stop, i was waiting for 793. which reached on my stop around 8:07 AM. But the driver didn't stop the bus even though I waved my hand. Due to which I reached office late today.But this is not just a matter of today. Even before many times the driver did not stop the bus at the bus stop.

आज मैं बस नंबर dl 1pd 4447 में सुबह 10 बजे था उस बस का कंडक्टर पैसेंजर k साथ बात्मीजी के साथ पेश आ रहा था । उसने बस मैं एक bhudde को mask लगाने के लिए कहा लेकिन उस बूढ़े ने कहा k आप टिकट दो मैं मास्क लगाता हूं उसके बाद उस कंडक्टर ने फिर से बात्मीजी करते हुए उस बूढ़े को बस से उतर दिया अगले स्टैंड पर ही लेकिन जब एक बच्चे ने उसका विरोध किया तो उसको भी बस से उतरते की धमकी दी और कहा के अपने काम से काम रख nhi to समछाना आता है मुझे दूसरे तरीके से भी जब खा तो मरने पीटने की धमकी देने लगा और गाली गलोच करने लगा कहा के मुझे नौकरी का डर नही h abhi बताऊं तूझे ।इस तरह से जब हमारे सरकारी कर्मचारी व्यवहार करने लगे तो उन्हे उनकी लिमिट कानून से ही समझझायी जा सकती है।कृपया उस बस की 10 बजे के बाद की रिकॉर्डिंग चेक कर सकते हो k केसे वो पब्लिक डीलिंग कर रहा है।

Bus no Dl1pd5586 did not stopped at national archives bus stand even after waving the hand to stop the bus.

In Delhi transport website i have applied for DL. My application no. [protected] Dated 09.09.2021 for Learning license . I have completed all steps of application including payment of fee still DL is not received at my home.
Currently it is showing status as Application is under processing at RTO level
