I am in the post of Marshal inside DTC, in the morning when I was doing duty while going to 801 / PO inderlok, the checking was being done by DTC at Dwarka sector 1. They checked bus without any ticket found inside the bus only, then they started to speaking to him( Marshal ) that why are you wearing black jacket over the uniform, either get two or three slips cut or else . I am waiting your report when Marshal explain about him, then they write on his memo that marshal is without uniform, the marshal who was full uniform has always been seen whenever checking team doesn't get any person without ticket, they start to bull either conductors or marshal slip made . Action should be taken, their name is from Mangeram Dwarka two depots.

There are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them it is very difficult to take step out from our houses.
These dogs bark and chase the people who cross that area, especially “children’s and women’s” and two wheeler raiders.

These dogs are scaring the children very much and sometimes biting them even. There are many dogs in this area.
Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim the entire people who pass from them.

So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately dog catcher team in this area to catch these dogs.
Our area is settibaliji veedi, vadlapudi, near pavan sai hospital, kurmannapalem, gajuwaka mandel, visakhapatnam-530046

I am residing at prathibhanikethan school road, machavaram, near srr college, vijayawada, 520004. Our street has more number of dogs which are causing trouble all the night for us .they are even entering into our home and barking on us .they have damaged even our bikes and one more thing is our street 2 wastage bin are their hence mosquitos are more ..on behalf of our entire street .I request you to to take an action on this issue.

I am a resident of Sector 7, Faridabad I request to please send dog catcher asap because there are too many stray / street dogs in park near Huda market. We are facing this problem from last 3-4 months. Its becoming difficult to even step out for 2 minutes because of these dogs. Now they have small puppies as well and their counting has been multiplied
They keep on fighting each other, running here and there and creating nuisance.
Dogs spread over garbage that is outside our houses. Moreover we are scared of known / unknown diseases which may spread.

Too mch of street dogs have increased in this sector 12a at Datta Mandir road, as this road is residential area, 5 6 dogs run at same time behind the running bikes, and small children are popular to get attacked by them. The whole night barking and continuously making sounds, has troubled each and every resident.
Kindly look this matter on priority basis, and arrange dog catchers.

There is absolute nuisance because of the stray dogs in our area. They keep howling and barking which creates disturbed sleep and negativity. People always walk with fear on the roads.

We request you to take immediate measures on the subject.

Today I stand on narela terminal 08:04am bus routes no 144STL is coming When I boarded the bus, the bus driver used foul language and got me off the bus.bus no is DL1PD5269 so i humble request you to please take action bus driver

Today afternoon I was in bus no 944. I gave conductor 25rs but he only gave me 20rs ticket. When asked he was behaving rudely despite me being polite. I told him to keep money but don't lie. I know what I gave. The bus number is DL-1PD 5129.

I have submitted a complain on 14/12/2021 against the bus driver of Bus route No. 793. But till date no reply received from your department. I want to know what action has been taken on my complain till date?

The evening time of DS18 is 06:05 Pt from JLN Stadium. This bus never comes on time. Either stop this bus. Either run it on time.

I am a Nursing Officer in Bhagwan Mahaveer Hospital.I was going from my home to the hospital today, I handed the bus at time 1:55 PM date 02 January 2022 at West Enclave bus stop, but the driver did not stop the bus at first, After that he stopped the bus (*DL 1P 005571, Nehru place terminal* )after going some further, then as soon as I proceeded to sit in it, the bus conductor asked me where to go.I said that I have to go to Mahavir Hospital pitampura new delhi, then the bus conductor told me that we cannot make you sit in the bus for a while.While Mahavir Hospital is at a distance of 8 km from there, even after I told many times, they did not make me sit in the bus.And started arguing with me, when I said that I will complain to you, then he told me to go and do whatever you want.Have seen many people like you who keep talking about complaining, nothing will happen by complaining, said such things.And said that the government itself has told us that people with a distance of less than 10 km should not be seated in the bus.That's why I request you that action should be taken against such drivers and bus conductors and the rules of the government should be explained to them.

Even while going through the same route, the bus did not stop and told the passenger that we do not sit the passenger in the bus for a short distance. & told the passenger this rules set by the DTC...This misbehavior was done to a female nursing officer going on duty..

I have to commute on DTC bus no.522 from Ambedkar Nagar to Krishi Kunj.Due to awake of covid 19 government has announce to sit on one seat and leave the other. Without any planing government has anouncement this neither arranaging extra bus to cope up with huge crowd at bus stand already there is acute shortage of buses.passenger has to wait 2-3 hours to get their chance to board on the buses as a result they are late to office and their salary are deducted. so arrange additional bus .Restriction is in DTC buses only. I have seen private RTV buses run with overcrowded passengers and they are charging double fare taking advantage of restriction but they are not fined or challan.In view of all this kindy arrange huge buses to tackle the huge crowd at buses.

This is to bring to your notice a problem that I have been facing recently with respect to the DTC bus service.

We all appreciate the Delhi Government's initiative to provide free DTC bus services to the women which has been quite helpful all this while. However, lately I have noticed that the bus drivers are intentionally not stopping the buses as the bus stops especially when they see an all women group boarding the bus. This results in delay at reaching to our desired destinations and apart from that it's merely unfair when the buses are actually travelling empty. I have personally faced this issue approximately 2-3 times.

I hope some positive action to be taken at the earliest so that the commute becomes hassle free!

Route no 128... Journey between Ghantagarh and Azadpur... Bus registration no. DL1PD 4944... Driver was braking violently and speeding on a busy narrow strech... He misbehaved when I objected

Lot of street dogs, biting and barking all night

Bus of route No. 355 of starting time 8.30 AM from starting point sec-32 Noida is not following the proper route. This bus takes directly turn from Noida dtc depot to Delhi and donot start from sector 32, hence, passangers from Sector 12-22, Chaura More, Sector 21, 10, Rajnigandha etc.cannot take the bus. We all are daily passangers and are suffering a lot. You are requested tokindly instruct the conductor of such bus to start bus from the fixed route (From sec.32).Thanks.

Sir, Bus of Route No. 355 of departure time 8.30AM from Sector 32 Noida, is not properly conducted. This bus should be started from Sec-32 Noida but doesnot follow the bus route. It takes a turn from Noida depot to directly towards sector 16 noida and delhi and doesnot attend the passangers from sector 12-22, Chaura more, sec. 21, 10, Rajnigandha chawk etc. Sir, We are daily passangers and suffer a lot on non availability of this bus. You are requested to kindly direct the conductor to start such bus from Sector-32 Noida. It would be very kind of you. THANKS.

I want to convey this to you that i am resident of gp block pitampura delhi and my complaint is regarding 4 to 5 dogs in front of my house continuously barking all day and I could not even sleep at once and being a student I cant even focus on my studies because of these stray dogs I hope this comes to your notice and help me with it
