I have very disappointed on 15th December 2021 by the bus conductor behavior. There is space in bus only one seat which is next to conductor on that seat he has put their backpack so I request his to carry his bag so that I can sit on that seat but he has bluntly replied me that (I'll not Cary my bag) this seat is for me and nobody is allowed to sit here and two person also not allow to sit with next together. Then I ask him that who has announced this rule beacouse as I know now covide rules are changed for trawl but he said I'm not giving you this seat and which civil defense was in side the bus he has said to me that I should stand in the bus if conductor is not giving me seat. Seriously!!! Now I want to ask to management team that have they ever audit their services???? In my opinion you and your team is playing with Delhi CM's words and I think you Don't care about it but I'm sharing the details of bus and I want necessary action against of both peoples.

My complaint against the driver of Bus No. DL1PD4236 from H3 Vikaspuri to Delhi Secretariat. The Bus route is 793. The colour of the bus is orange. Bus timings from H3 Vikaspuri is 8:00 AM. My office is in ITO. To reach my office, I take 793 bus from Vikaspuri crossing at around 8:08 AM. But whether the bus will stop at the bus stop or not depends entirely on the driver's wish. Today morning on vikaspuri crossing bus stop, i was waiting for 793. which reached on my stop around 8:07 AM. But the driver didn't stop the bus even though I waved my hand. Due to which I reached office late today.But this is not just a matter of today. Even before many times the driver did not stop the bus at the bus stop.

आज मैं बस नंबर dl 1pd 4447 में सुबह 10 बजे था उस बस का कंडक्टर पैसेंजर k साथ बात्मीजी के साथ पेश आ रहा था । उसने बस मैं एक bhudde को mask लगाने के लिए कहा लेकिन उस बूढ़े ने कहा k आप टिकट दो मैं मास्क लगाता हूं उसके बाद उस कंडक्टर ने फिर से बात्मीजी करते हुए उस बूढ़े को बस से उतर दिया अगले स्टैंड पर ही लेकिन जब एक बच्चे ने उसका विरोध किया तो उसको भी बस से उतरते की धमकी दी और कहा के अपने काम से काम रख nhi to समछाना आता है मुझे दूसरे तरीके से भी जब खा तो मरने पीटने की धमकी देने लगा और गाली गलोच करने लगा कहा के मुझे नौकरी का डर नही h abhi बताऊं तूझे ।इस तरह से जब हमारे सरकारी कर्मचारी व्यवहार करने लगे तो उन्हे उनकी लिमिट कानून से ही समझझायी जा सकती है।कृपया उस बस की 10 बजे के बाद की रिकॉर्डिंग चेक कर सकते हो k केसे वो पब्लिक डीलिंग कर रहा है।

In Delhi transport website i have applied for DL. My application no. [protected] Dated 09.09.2021 for Learning license . I have completed all steps of application including payment of fee still DL is not received at my home.
Currently it is showing status as Application is under processing at RTO level

As I always prefer delhi DTC bus, because of its proper time and good frequency of each bus.
But from last 1 week I noticed too many mosquitoes in the bus. For those who travel early in the morning it's is too dangerous for them to ride in bus.

Today ( 08 December 2021 ) I was travelling in the bus route no. 254 red low floor bus of Delhi transport corporation. the conductor was misbehaving with me. when I was taking ticket by phone he was passing cheap and rude comments on me. I asked him him not to behave like this but he did not stop. Also most important thing is he was not following Covid appropriate behaviour, he did not wear mask on the whole route till I was in the bus. I pick the bus from Nangloi and left it on Mongol Puri B block ( vidhya vihar). you can check it on your own from the CCTV camera of that bus. The bus no. is DL1PC8722. it is my request from you not to share my information with any one as I am a girl and it is very necessary to take action against this . It can happen with any girl or any women. please take necessary action in that matter.

The bus number 834 frequency is very less as it come in more than 1 hour at a bus stop. Sometimes we wait for more than 75 minutes but bus not arrive.
Its our humble request Kindly make increase number of buses on this route .

श्रीमान महोदय जी,
मेरा नाम विनेन्द्र सिंह है मैं शास्त्री नगर, दिल्ली में रहता हुँ। मैं आपको बताना चाहुंगा कि आज दिनॉक 4 दिसम्बर, 2021 को समय 12 बजे मैं झण्डेवालान के बस स्टेण्ड पर खड़ा था। मैने डीटीसी की नीले रंग की बस रूट नम्बर 156 (निजामुद्दीन) को रूकने के लिए हाथ दिखाया, परन्तु बस में काफी मात्रा में सीट होने के वाबजूद बस चालक ने बस नहीं रोकी, बस करोल बाग से झण्डेवालान होते हुऐ पहाड़गंज थाना पुलिस स्टेशन बस स्टेण्ड की ओर जा रही थी। बस झण्डेवालान की ही रेट लाइट पर रूकती है दरबाजा खुला होने के कारण मैं रेट लाईट पर जाकर दौड़कर बस में चढ़ गया और मैने बस चालक से पूछा कि उसने पिछे बस स्टेण्ड पर बस क्यों नहीं रोकी? तो वह इतनी सी ही बात पर आग बबूला हो गया और मेरे साथ गाली गलोच करते हुऐ मारपीट करने लगा और मुझे धक्का मारते हुऐ जबरन बस से नीचे उतार दिया। महोदय मैने बस के अन्दर ही बस नम्बर का और बस चालक का फोटो खीच लिया था जिसकी फोटो इस पत्र के साथ मैं आपको भेज रहा हुँ। महोदय, जब मैने बस चालक की शिकायत करने के लिए 100 पर पुलिस को फोन किया तो वह बस लेकर भागने लगा और जब मैने उस बस को रूकवाने के लिए बस के आगे आया तो उस बस चालक ने मैरे ऊपर भी बस चढ़ाने की कोशिस की।

महोदय, इस बात की सत्यता की जांच के लिए आप बस रूट न. 156, (निमामुद्दीन) बस न. DL-1PD-5015 में लगे CCTV Camera की दिनॉक 4 दिसम्बर, 2021 को समय 12 बजे की रिकॉर्डिग चेक कर सकते है।

महोदय मेरा आपसे निवेदन है कि मेरी शिकायत पर संज्ञान लेते हुऐ बस चालक के लिखाफ उचित कार्यवाही करें ।

I am a resident of om sai nagar koradi road Nagpur landmark Rai udyog building.
We are having trouble due to stray dogs and there are around 9-10 stray dog in our locality. Stray dogs keep barking, running after each other and fighting and they enter the house hold disturbing peace of the residents and specially during night hours their barking disturbs sleep of the resident. Stray dogs are also a threat to pet dogs of our locality when the owners take them for a walk. They look dangerous to the health and well being of the resident as well
Requesting the animal control to put stray dog away

Sir,
I am a resident of 17, thakur das babu Lane 712201. Throughout the whole night, there are many dogs roaming on the streets. They bark loudly all the night which disturbs our sound sleep. This become a problem for my grandmother who is a heart patient.
Please look after this problem and I suggest you should send some dog catchers in and clear them off.

Near kaveripath mansarovar area Street dogs are disposing all the garbage on road even near our doors, since garbage collecting vehicles are not coming there is huge garbage thrown on road

There are huge number of dogs in MGM Girls Hostel who are not emasculated so they have created issues of safety in the previous years due to their wildly increasing number. Please take some strict actions about it.

I am roshan bothra from kolkata, i visited delhi. I was travelling on[protected] in the bus no. 5405 route no. 445 from MCKR hospital to new delhi railway station but on the way i decided to go suprem court station. I paid Rs. 10 for the ticket but conductor don't give me ticket and in hurry i Leave the bus. Ticket checker caught me in bus stand and asked for fine. He give me fine of Rs. 200.
Please look into the matter and provide refund.

I was traveling by dtc's cluster bus, I boarded the bus from uttam nagar and got the ticket by online method, the bus conductor was already talking abusively to all the people, he also talked abusively to me, like this Looks like he was drinking alcohol. When I was getting off the bus, he started threatening me and after getting off the bus, he started showing me his hand from the window and abusing me.

I hope strict action will be taken on this

I am a member of shanti apartment Savarkar Nagar. I would like to complain about the stray dog in our society. Sir there is one stray dog in our society and sir he is so aggressive that we are afraid to go in our society because of him. We are not able to
Go in our house safely. When he sees anyone, he starts barking and try to bite our legs. We can’t go for a walk at night after eating food. Sir i request you to please help us to be safe from this dog and get rid of him. I hope that you will help us and will look after our request as fast as possible. Today i was tried to enter the 34 no.bus came from noida. At station okhla bus sentuary i tried to get entered inside the bus .but the bus driver and marshal did not take me the bus.Said u not wearing the mask.but i already wear covered my face with hankey.

Very rash driving, abruptly apply brake and speed up at broken road and hole changed wrong lane abruptly passenger got hurt, my hand and wrist got injured and hurting
