Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] Complaints & Reviews

The DTC site- http://dtcpass.delhi.gov.in/ is showing some HTTP server error when applying for E-bus pass. The screenshot of error is uploaded in this mail. I called the helpine number[protected] and they were saying they don't know when will this issue get fixed. Another mobile no. [protected] to contact DTC is switched off. Kindly, fix this site issue as i can't able to make my e-pass.
I have attached the screenshot of the concerned issue as proof.

I am a resident of sector 49 a block Faridabad and residents of a block have been facing a trouble of street dogs they disturb everyone's sleep and cause litter on the ramps

Dear Sir,
At ROHINI sector 23 bus stop in morning hours bus ( 990) are not coming in time. I fact many time we observe NO bus which cause difficulty. Time 6.50 am to 7.10 am

Today, a old man climbed the bus, and took his ticket, and peacefully standing. The bus conductor told him to move forward but he denied saying that he is not even standing in front of the door. So the conductor misbehaved with him, when the old man asked for the vacant seat near him, firstly he denied and then ask the old man to sit and hold his bag, as according to him that seat is reserved for his bag. Please consider the misbehavior of conductor and let the conductor of the bus know that the vacant seat is not their property. It can be provided to old man and women.

2 days ago I had applied for Dtc bus e pass.
Payment has been made, amount has been debited from my account.
I have received a mail from dtc bus e pass with pass Id but as mentioned in mail a link will be provided to view the e pass that has not received yet.
I had tried to call but there is no any response.
Below attachment enclosed.

This morning at 8:08 am the bus bearing number DL1P-C7035 tried to overtake our car from left and hit the front left part of our car with its tail. Out indicator was on and had to take a left turn. We demanded a compensation. The driver and especially the lady staff argued like a ###. A couple of more bus drivers stopped to make pressure. If the law exists, I demand a compensation. Not being able to attach the photos due to large size. Can share through other mode when desired. Looking for a response. Rgds,

I was expecting a consignmen in Bangalore from Kolkata via tracking id K38478653. It has not been delivered yet and in dtdc tracking website, it shows "consignment redirected".

The marshall is mis behaving with sr citizen by pushing back, abusing him. Nd said that this is my seat . Muje seat par bhaitne k paise milte h tm jaiso ko seat Dene k liye ni. Ye bi usne TB kaha jb uncle sr. Citizen ki seat maang rhe the. Marshall k naam ni pta par jb bus nehru place se uttam Nagar a rhi thi evening m 7.30 bje k aas pass TB wo is bus m duty par tha. Submitted request for student e buss pass on 1/4/2022 and paid 300 for pass but still I didn't get e-bus pass.
I request you to look into it the matter. I will be highly obliged.

This is to inform you that yesterday 01.04.2022 DTC bus not stop bus in Shankar Road bus stand, its very often that DTC Bus No.725 & 850 service is very poor in the evening after 7pm and half and hour one bus came to Shankar road to go Inderpuri there bus driver not stop bus in bus stand there after public facing lots of problems to reach there destination. Sir please look into the matter and solve the problem of bus services and bus driver rudely behavior immediately. We are great thankful to you.

There is a bus route that is Inderpuri krishi kunj ter to Ambedkar nagar terminal 522CL, 522 always miss aprox 5 bus stand on daily basis
as per the photo i given below there is five station that ur route 522 buses always miss and go directly that is shown in the pic and that screen shot is taken from ur chartt app of live navigation section so on daily basis i and other passenger a facing this issue

i hope u take any action against this we also are tax payer to this nation so we also have the right to have services ...

I have been a passenger of DTC bus since last many years. Was also convinced of the DTC service. But on 30/03/2022 an unpleasant incident happened to me inside dtc orange bus. I sat on bus number 143 from Sant Nagar Bengali Colony and took a ticket of Rs 5 for Yograj Colony (Raman ITI). When the bus reached Yograj Colony, I requested the driver to stop the bus, but he refused and misbehaved and stopped the bus at the next stop, which was about 1 km away. And also said that do whatever you want to do, I will not stop this bus.

I've noted the bus number. The bus number is DL1PD 3053. Please take proper action against the driver and conductor.

Today's i was travelling from Shakarpur to Preet Vihar in Subject bus.
At the time of exit from bus My wallet stole in front of security person ( Police man )of bus. I have 3 debit cards, 1 credit card, 1 Driving license, 2 Metro card with 10000 Rs/- loose cash.

I m trying to calling on so many helpline number for checking CCTV of Bus. but nobody giving proper response on my call.

I travel in bus from 10:08 to 10:22 am in between my wallet stole. I want to see CCTV recording of this time .

During my journey time at mahipalpur I asked about route of bus from bus driver then suddenly he started offensive languages against me and turn violence. Maine online ticket jaha mughe jana tha vaha ki liya tha or conductor ne mughse over charge liya or bol online ticket dikho jab maine dikhaya to network issue ki vajah se unhone bola ki nahi hai ticket

Sir, on 26 Mar 2022 between 2 AM to 4 AM, there were No bus i.e 0740 at New Deli Railway Station towards Uttam Nagar. Though I found 5 buses towards Anand Vihar between this period.
Please inquire into the matter.

Dogs in my area are creating problem for everyone. They bark alot whenever any vehicle crosses the road and also don't let us sleep during night. They are in cluster and keep barking whole night. The roads here are not so wide so whole noise comes in teh house. Students are not able to study. I request you to please help us solve this problem 🙏. Please contact my father - [protected]. We have street dogs at our street disturbing during nights and they chasing motor cyclist and people while walking please look into it as soon as people because they are distrubing alot and some people are keeping the stray dogs in home while dog catchers came to take them and leaving dogs into streets after the dog van goes

Dear concern department,
When I was traveled in DTC bus on dated 24th March 2022. Conductor not refund me change and the same he was doing with all the passengers.
When passengers demanded the change to conductor he behave very rudely and as well as sited police man
Mr. Uday Chand also supported to conductor he also behave rudely with me this is not correct thing in the capital of India.
So, I am requesting to concern department take a action ASAP.
