When I entered the bus driver suddenly push the break coz of that I got Bruce and a cut in the palm and when a passenger goes to bring ointment from the bus first aid kit there was in the box
Not only do they drive rashly but also misbehave with passengers

It takes too much time..
I have visited 3 times RTO office and found that RTO officials has lost my documents..

Driver of Bus Number DL1PC8601 and route number 605, did not stop the bus at bus stand at 7:45 pm on 17 april 2022 even when hand was shown by 2-3 people. This route has only 2-3 buses so now passengers have to wait for another hour or so for next bus.

I am a facility member of Kamna vaishali 2 e 235 c area in Ghaziabad. we have been facing a major problems due to street dogs they bark first and they follow the vehicles when we drive a car or two-wheelers, sometimes they started biting, and today they try to bite me. They always spoil the whole street by doing/spreading garbage everywhere even at the entrance of our lane. They always bark at the passers-by and sometimes they bite the people and children. Our children are not safe due to them. Also, their loud and strange noises during the night disturb our sleep and distract our kid's sleep and mind throughout the day and night.
It's our humble request to solve this burning problem of ours by sending the NAGAR NIGAM Dog Squad to catch them.

In the night around 9.30 PM, I took the DTC green bus (347 Kashmiri Gate) from Okhla Bird Sanctuary bus station. The conductor asked me to pay 32 INR when I contradicted that it takes only 29 INR, he said this is the last bus departing from here. If you want to travel buy the tickets paying 32 INR. I had no other option left I was too tired so I paid that much I gave him 200 INR and in returned he gave me only 160 INR when I asked for 8 INR he told me I don't have change. I mean what the ### it is. Then I thought to complaint so none of the other passengers get harrassed. I also noted the bus no DL1PC3092. Please take strict action against the conductor. He always proves the passenger the cost of the ticket before giving him the price.

In the morning today time 610 am Red 442 bus near Nehru place jumped 2 redlights at atrocious speeds and after that i saw all DTC buses do not stop on red lights and ride past in wrong lanes endangering everyones life

Sir can i request you to please tell your drivders to be more cautios towards the life and safety of others on road. Many Hit and run we all know are done by DTC buses.

Can you take up patience and discipline classses for them.
It's a nightmare to be on Delhi roads with DTC buses.
Each life is precious, we cannot injure/kill people.

Its a training issue.
Please take it up on an urgent basis.
You can cctv coverage on Delhi govt cameras and even your challan cameras, you feel find many rash drivers breaking rules .

Sir please save lives

I have applied for renewal of my ebus paas with I'd[protected] on 14th April 5AM.
Payment was successful. I got the confirmation message too But,
It's been more than a day and I haven't received my ebus paas yet
I tried calling to customer care number(s) 10s of times but they never picked up once I emailed them too but haven't received any response
Please help me getting my ebus pass ASAP as I'm a student i have exams coming up
I need it urgently.

On 13.04.2022 at 7:45 am, the bus driver of the above mentioned bus did bot stop the bus for passengers at J.J. Colony Wazirpur bus stand even after showing a hand gesture to the bus driver indicating him to stop.
Highly disappointing. We have to reach office on time and such behavior of DTC declines any faith that we carry in public transport.
Also, these buses run on large interval of gaps making it completely impossible for us to reach our destination on time.

I was standing and I wave the driver to stop the bus no. 274 towards Babarpur Extension but he didn't stopped on 9:20 AM, 12 April 2022.
Although the AC bus was nearly half empty.
Want to know what kind of service is this.
Already there's only 1 bus for my route and that too with half hour gap between each bus.
Now I am running late waiting for next bus.

The DTC site- http://dtcpass.delhi.gov.in/ is showing some HTTP server error when applying for E-bus pass. The screenshot of error is uploaded in this mail. I called the helpine number[protected] and they were saying they don't know when will this issue get fixed. Another mobile no. [protected] to contact DTC is switched off. Kindly, fix this site issue as i can't able to make my e-pass.
I have attached the screenshot of the concerned issue as proof.
