Bus no. Dl 1 pc 9263 from gurgaon to anand vihar (Date 8 april 2019 time approx 3:45 pm from gurgaon), driver and coductor of this bus behaves like sadak chap gunda they are looting money of passanger. There is no valid ticket had been given by conductor to passangers he give a blank slip and write anand vihar only on that blank slip. I thik you delhi transpory authority should take action on such types of conductors. When i complaint this at anand vihar then they replied "they have also kids"... Aise rukega corruption

I’m sunny chowdhary located in o-13b jangpura extension new delhi 110014, i would like to make a complain regarding a dog that is my neighbourhood she delivered puppy and from now on she’s been very aggressive and attacking a lot of people in my society, so i would request you to take necessary action as soon as possible.

This is to state that the bus services of route no 423, 405 should be increase and requested further that both the buses should end at mori gate terminal (Near police station) and instead of taking turn from the flyover of isbt. It takes more than 2 hours to reach at iti mori gate. You are requested to take action as soon as possible so that inconvenience causing should be minimised.

On 4th april 2019 somewhere around at 1:10-1:15, the bus 402 old delhi railway station (Ac) didn't stop at the bus stop thokar no 6 (Shaheen bagh) even if i requested standing at the road side. I want to know why would government hire such drivers if they don't make a stop at bus stops. What's the point of them running around the ac buses empty since they don't want the commuters to get in the bus.
And the bus was almost empty with hardly few few commuters on it

I was on the route of 165 from Gopal our crossing to shabad daulatpur the stop was near the college and the bus driver neither stopped nor slowed down to a limit from which the passengers can deboard the bus safely.

Today I fell down only just due to the carelessness of the driver.

I am a sector officer/spl exe magistrate discharging my election duties at balbir nagar. On 29th march, 2019 at 3.10 pm, i boarded the dtc bus no.623 (Bus no. Dl1pc 0699) from shahadra depot. The bus driver was very rude and was not stopping at the bus stand despite the indication given by the passengers waiting for the bus at bus stand. He also did not stop the bus at laxmi nagar while a lady passenger was to deboard. When the lady passenger requested him to stop the bus, the driver told her that she should have told him prior to bus stand now the bus will stop on next stand.
It is a known fact that dtc is already facing financial crises and such types of drivers demean the reputation of public transport.
Therefore i request the concerned authorities to take action after the erring driver.

I was waiting for bus no 273 at jama masjid bus stand from 10.30 am on 27th mar 2019 the bus came at 11.15, but the driver didn't stop the bus at bus stand and took it straight away to the red-light. Luckily the light turned red and i had to run to catch the bus. Upon being asked why the driver didn't stop at bus stand the reply by the conductor was who stops for 1 passenger. It was route no 273 bus no dl1pc 8264
Kindly look into the matter.

I am a resident of behala, on abhoy vidya lankar road{pin code-700060}.in our locality we have a bunch of street dogs who do create a hell lot of mess in our streets by making it dirty by snatching wastes and doing all types o[censored]seless stuff which thus as a result create a nuisance and makes our daily living uncomfortable.
Therefore as a result we are very much worried about the health of our children and our neighbors. Please respond as quickly as possible.

Aah Mai Delhi paharganj dispensary se jheel ke liye has rha tha to bus wala jo hai stand se age Jakar bus Roka mad jab passengers usme chadne lage to usne pehle hi bus chla di jiss karan 2-3 ladies girte girte bache and jab unhone iss issue ke liye bola to bus ka driver and conductor Abuse language use kerne lage or gali galoch kerne lage..
So I have request to transport government to do strik action against the both of them.

I have shifted to this place from march 1st. Twice dogs chased me when i was in scooter. Yesterday it almost bit me but luckily it was not serious.
Today there was a friend visiting me and they were around her barking.
There was a person from nataraj stores to deliver water and he couldn't enter as he called me and said there were dogs about to bite him and he was scared to enter the compound of the society.

I request you to look in to this matter urgently and make us live peacefully by taking away these dogs.

During travel from Uttam Nagar terminal to thimaya park to reach base hospital for treatment of my mother.At thimaya park Bus stand I told bus driver to open the gate because traffic signal is red and the bus is near to the footpath but bus driver refuses to open gate and told me that he will open gate at next bus stand which is criappa vihar. I'm requesting to Delhi transport corporation to take strict action against this type of negative attitude because today I don't have any medical emergency but if someone have medical emergency and at that time Bus driver again shows this type of negative attitude then it will be wrong for the patient.Details about bus:

I am t. Manikandan and i daily make up down from mayapuri dept. To inderlok near majid. Today the above mentioned route no bus having registeration no. As dl 1p c-7900 route no. 108, i am so disappointed the behaviour of driver even he using abuse language and manhandling, he trying to hit me and injured. I was complained to police and they takes to the hospital from inderlok. The mlc no - 1393/19. I just want to know can authority take actions against that such kind of driver. I would like to lodge a complaint against bus driver and conductor as today 18/03/2019 around 10 am. Driver didn't stop the bus at lodhi hotel stand nizamuddin and when i book a auto and found bus near pant nagar stand. I asked driver that why didn't you stop the bus so he misbehave and his words are meri marzi tujhe jo krna h krle... And i would like to highlight one more issue for the bus conductor that i travel to lodhi bus stand to lajpat nagar daily.. And her conductor is one lady and she has habit of not giving ticket of near by traveller and same she has done with me before some day she took money and didn't give ticket usually when i asked on 17th mar then she argued and said ha nhi dete ticket pas walo ko and said tujhe jo krna h krle nhi dugi ticket, tujhe m theek krwaogi pitwakar... And then other passengers also raised the same concern and come ahead in my support that ladka sahi to bol rha h she never gave tickets to near by travellers and took that money in her pocket. Now next day driver didn't stop bus on the lodhi hotel bus stand intentially.

Request you please look into this matter as they are goons in faces of driver and conductor... They threat people and do whatever they want to do..

Sir,

I was travelling to my office today at 09:45 am and waiting for the bus route no. 108 at the delhi university bus stand. The driver didn't stop the bus at the stand and it was away in the middle of the road. Also, there was another bus which was at the stand. I tried to board the bus and the driver started moving the bus. Also the another bus driver which was at the stand also started moving the bus due to which i was stuck in between both the buses. Then somehow i managed to board my bus. The fault was of my bus driver as he stopped the bus away from stand and anything could have happened to me. I literally escaped from getting hit by another bus which was at the stand.

I could have lost my life due to their negligence and rash driving.

I request that you please take proper action against the bus driver.

I am seetha residing in bharathiyar street-1, rajan colony, s. N. Palayam, coimbatore-641007. There are about 6-7 dogs in our street. They are creating so much of nuisance. If any vehicle enters the street they chase the vehicle so fast and make them fear. The dogs are barking and chasing even the known persons in the street. Even if we are walking its chasing us and starts barking towards us. There is a chance that the dog will bite anyone. Please catch those dogs and relieve us from the nuisances

The following buses conductors are not accepting the fare of travel by metro card saying that machine is not taking metro card.
Female bus conductor: DL1PD3014/73UP, EVN[protected]/4
Male bus conductors: DL1PD3043/85UP, DL1PD1563/8500

When I asked them to put the metro card and try it in front of me, they replied we will not take payment by card.
Pay by cash otherwise get down of the bus.

This is how conductors will be a part of our DIGITAL INDIA.
Its a kind request that please take some stick action against such conductors so that such incidents are not repeated again and again.

We have been in trouble by the increase in the number of street dogs. They are wild and chasing the people. Please send a dog van to catch them. there are many small children in our area. it is very dangerous with those dogs. they are even disturbind our sleep in nights. I hope you understand the situation.

I boarded bus number 778 from kirti nagar police station on 10th march 2019 at around 12:10 p. M.. I asked conductor for a ticket to inderlok while having a 5 rs. Coin in my hand. He gave me a ticket, i kept in my pocket took a seat. When we reach inderlok, ticket checkers boarded on the bus and ask for my ticket. I showed him my ticket and they said this ticket was upto zakhira only. I told them that i asked the conductor for a ticket to inderlok, he didn't gave me the right ticket and if the price was different then hhe must have asked for more money. He straight away declined his mistake and said that i gave him 5 rs.

I am just a traveler who travels in dtc bus service once in a year or so. How could i know what's the price of a ticket for going from kiryi nagar to inderlok. Isn't it conductors duty to ask for the right amount and give me a right ticket. You can refer every other transport service like metro, railways or airlines, everywhere they ask for destination first and then ask for the right amount and then issue a ticket, but i find this experience very disturbing due to this.

Even the ticket checkers was not ready to listen me. They were even threning me saying give us 200 rs now for whole day journey or we will call police from control room and they will charge me 500 rs or 2000 rs or even get me in jail.

I am a software engineer by profession and a 10 rs ticket is nothing for me. Why should i take a 5 rs ticket for a 10 rs ticket journey. What i feel here is that it is a trick played by conductors and ticket checkers together to con innocent people like us. The threatening behavior of these people explains it all. They even asked the driver to move the bus so that i give them money in hurry and drop from it.

In the end i had to give them 200 rs and deboard from the bus. They didn't even returned me the ticket afterwards.

My name is ayaz ahmad. Today i m travelling kashmiri gate to ananad vihar. But when we reached at ramparshta checking staff is also check the bus. One of passenger have ticket self and he also taken language ticket but dtc checker staff is ask to passenger pay fine for cloths bags. If you are taken any serious action. Other wise i will submit the complain at saurav bhardwaj transport minister. Please take it this matter very seriously.. Many passengers are suffering this problm.
