I am seetha residing in bharathiyar street-1, rajan colony, s. N. Palayam, coimbatore-641007. There are about 6-7 dogs in our street. They are creating so much of nuisance. If any vehicle enters the street they chase the vehicle so fast and make them fear. The dogs are barking and chasing even the known persons in the street. Even if we are walking its chasing us and starts barking towards us. There is a chance that the dog will bite anyone. Please catch those dogs and relieve us from the nuisances

The following buses conductors are not accepting the fare of travel by metro card saying that machine is not taking metro card.
Female bus conductor: DL1PD3014/73UP, EVN[protected]/4
Male bus conductors: DL1PD3043/85UP, DL1PD1563/8500

When I asked them to put the metro card and try it in front of me, they replied we will not take payment by card.
Pay by cash otherwise get down of the bus.

This is how conductors will be a part of our DIGITAL INDIA.
Its a kind request that please take some stick action against such conductors so that such incidents are not repeated again and again.

We have been in trouble by the increase in the number of street dogs. They are wild and chasing the people. Please send a dog van to catch them. there are many small children in our area. it is very dangerous with those dogs. they are even disturbind our sleep in nights. I hope you understand the situation.

I boarded bus number 778 from kirti nagar police station on 10th march 2019 at around 12:10 p. M.. I asked conductor for a ticket to inderlok while having a 5 rs. Coin in my hand. He gave me a ticket, i kept in my pocket took a seat. When we reach inderlok, ticket checkers boarded on the bus and ask for my ticket. I showed him my ticket and they said this ticket was upto zakhira only. I told them that i asked the conductor for a ticket to inderlok, he didn't gave me the right ticket and if the price was different then hhe must have asked for more money. He straight away declined his mistake and said that i gave him 5 rs.

I am just a traveler who travels in dtc bus service once in a year or so. How could i know what's the price of a ticket for going from kiryi nagar to inderlok. Isn't it conductors duty to ask for the right amount and give me a right ticket. You can refer every other transport service like metro, railways or airlines, everywhere they ask for destination first and then ask for the right amount and then issue a ticket, but i find this experience very disturbing due to this.

Even the ticket checkers was not ready to listen me. They were even threning me saying give us 200 rs now for whole day journey or we will call police from control room and they will charge me 500 rs or 2000 rs or even get me in jail.

I am a software engineer by profession and a 10 rs ticket is nothing for me. Why should i take a 5 rs ticket for a 10 rs ticket journey. What i feel here is that it is a trick played by conductors and ticket checkers together to con innocent people like us. The threatening behavior of these people explains it all. They even asked the driver to move the bus so that i give them money in hurry and drop from it.

In the end i had to give them 200 rs and deboard from the bus. They didn't even returned me the ticket afterwards.

My name is ayaz ahmad. Today i m travelling kashmiri gate to ananad vihar. But when we reached at ramparshta checking staff is also check the bus. One of passenger have ticket self and he also taken language ticket but dtc checker staff is ask to passenger pay fine for cloths bags. If you are taken any serious action. Other wise i will submit the complain at saurav bhardwaj transport minister. Please take it this matter very seriously.. Many passengers are suffering this problm.

Dtc bus conductor was so rude i have 100rp note and i asked for uttam nagar tickets he denied for the change rupee and said take the change form depo it's on 24_feb_2019 1;50 pm... Just tell them that it's their duty t keep the change.. Government provide their salry from our money.. So they should be have some manners.. It's not aboy100 rupees it's about theri behavior.. I will file police complaint also.. Against them

The animals around us have increased to such an extent that it has got untolerable now. They not only pit anywhere and are destroying the cleanliness but also they come in front of vehicles anytime and are leading to accidents. Not only this but also they bark badly at night because of which we can't even sleep. They just give birth to puppy's anywhere. They fight with each other on roads. Overall they have been disturbing the whole human life the day and night. Please find a solution take them away... Society needs help

Sir i am student of delhi university and i daily travel from your dtc buses and it is very convenient for me after you have declared that all students use their ordinary pass in ac buses also and i feel very happy after your decision but i am travelling today from my college bus stand sheikh sarai to ambedkar nagar from your 427 mehrauli terminal bus number dl1 pc 9338 but this time the bus conductor having bad behavior with me and he also using bad language to get out from my bus because i have student pass that does not showing that it has also available in ac buses after that i potentially talk to him that our honourable cm and dtc bus incharge declared that all student pass available in ac buses but he cant hear me and i also give the notice but he can't saw it and tells that the cheif minister is mental and he is dumb cm doesn't care about his decision sir please help it's very insult for me if you don't help i go to the police station and complaint about that matter

The following buses (Rjz[protected]/12a and dl1pd[protected]n) were not accepting the fare from metro card and were misbehaving with all those people who were giving their charges through the metro card.

Its a humble request that kindly take some strict action against such conductors who are not accepting metro card and are mis behaving with the citizens.

We are a part of digital india. But conductors are failing on their part.

I am a student studying in shivaji college. I daily travel from bakhtawar pur to rajdhani college by bus. Today on 15 feb 2019, i was returning from home from college and at azadpur i board in 125 palla at 8 pm from front door. I know it's my mistake. Then i get off from bus and again board from back door and come near driver. He talked me with rudeness and his language was "yaha mat kbada rah bhadak ho jayegi. Na toh khadi krke depot me phn kr dunga" i am very dissapoint from his behaviour at that time. The bus is from gtk depot. The number was dl 1pc 8777. I want strict action against him.

Around 2:15 pm on 11/02/2019 a red dtc bus dl1pc9146 which was standing in jam with me, he rubbed side of the bus along my car while i was standing, he didn't even observed his rear view mirror, that someone is behind or not, upon stopping him and telling him to step out he refused to step out of vehicle and after 5 mins he stepped out when all the passengers steped out, one guy who was acc to my guess is conductor of the bus started to misbehave with me and my mother, and started threatning us that he is in delhi police. I almost suffered a loss od 13-14 thousand rupees as early estimate by the workshop
Dtc should brief their drivers about how to talk to someone. Really a ill-litrate guy he was.

Dtc ds bus without passenger run in delhi
Increase pollution in environment, increase traffic, more power of time use conductor and driver
Government read and write rules but no practical possible any person by cycle and motorcycle not use already janakpuri to nehru place metro run
How to possible stop ds service in delhi
3 & 4 person every bus approx not lick service in delhi
This type service in rural area kindly provide solution

It my 5 complains against tickets machines todays is change. He has tickets machine after that ticket collectors giving. Manual tickets. What is this guy's are taking any action this or not.

If you are not sirius about this. Then why are providing this type of facilitys.

And he is giving me manual tickets how could we know that is actual real tickets??

Because you didn't share any details about it.

Hi,

I have commute Noida to Faridabad every day. When we take the ticket from conductor always found different date and time on ticket due to this we suffering from some panality by checker and when we ask to conductor why he gave me wrong ticket so some time get the rudely answer by conductor.
I file the complaints because of I get the very rudely answer from conductor related time issue in ticket.
So please take care to every conductor must be updated his e-machine when he start his duty, that will good for passanger as well as DTC corporation having any paricy

The driver was using his mobile (Checking his whatsapp) while driving the bus, which has about 50-60 passengers its not the single bus there are many drivers using like this, dtc should take appropriate action otherwise it might lead to major disasters.

This is to bring to your notice that there are 5 street dogs and 5 street puppies in our street which are threat to safety of all the walkers in the street specially to kids and ladies. They are always aggressive and attack everyone. It has become so difficult for the kids to even play outside. Would request your immediate attention to this matter and help us.

The street dogs are increasing day by day and troubling the people living in this apartment. During night the dogs are shouting and even trying to bite the people living here. This is reference that me a member of school management comitee of skv nfc 1925033.. Date 25 jan 2019 bus driver of dl1pc 5735 didn't stop at the bus stop of new friends colony school.. We tried to stop the bus but bus driver tried to run over us and we fell... So please try to take action against the driver and send him for training...

There was an incident when my pocket was picked by two young passengers i caught them but conductor of the bus named pramod kumar (Photo attached) didn't helped to hand over that person with his friend to police he also didn't stopped the bus and called security guard. When the next stop came the person flee. I really want to question about your staff behaviour and why public money is spend on security guard when they are busy watching stuff on mobile and in the time of need they are not there. I wish that people doesn't matter conductor or guard when paid for public services should be helpful else almighty make them suffer as i have done.

Whats happening why your conductor is denying for the taking tickets from the metro card. If its not successful in this then why you made this. Conductor doesn't has manner to talk. If not success then why are you using this. If not available cash with us. Then in this case what we do?
I have money in my metro
Metro card. And he says not working card. Very bad service.
