Dear team.

Whats happening why your conductor is denying for the taking tickets from the metro card. If its not successful in this then why you made this. Conductor doesn't has manner to talk. If not success then why are you using this. If not available cash with us. Then in this case what we do?
I have money in my metro
Metro card. And he says not working card. Very bad service.

I am bhupinder singh and i am a government employ working in delhi university daily make up down from punjabi bagh to jank marker.
Tomorrow evening the above mentioned route no bus 891 (Jhagirpuri to hari nagar clock tower) having registeration no. As dl 1p c0089 at around 5:00pm, i am so disappoint to see the behavior of conductor even he using abuse language and also trying to hit me.
The incident take place over punjabi bagh where i board the above mentions bus, that bus was dtc (Green), i gave him rs.10 (Include coin rs.5 + 2+1+1+1) suddenly he started shouted over me and raise his hand to hit me, and refuse to give ticket just because of coins. When i ask him why he refused to give ticket he start using misbehave language.
I just want to know can authority take actions against that such kind of conductors who have no sence to talk even they ready to fight with passengers.
Sir, take the actions against him and pls reply me by mail.

Hi team, i am writing this after i escaped from serious injury because of stray dogs, from sholinganallur if you start towards siruseri, after crossing the navalur toll booth, just take the service road at right side, you can see a narrow road (Which is called as nattam-egatoor road) this narrow road is in between a small chicken shop and london grills hotel which connects to another road (Landmark for this road is :- chennai super market) so many stray dogs are there around which troubles the passers by chasing and threatening as if they will bite... We are carrying small kids with us and when these dogs chase the vehicle we are getting fear and racing the acceleration, we are afraid as this may lead to accidents or injury. Kindly take serious action by evacuating these stray dogs. These dogs remain so harmful as there are many people around this area, many flats, many kids hence requesting you to take immediate strict action by evacuating these dogs. Advance thanks for your support and understanding.

why you provide to the conductors that online. tickets machine, they are not able to take tickets by the metro card. always they said. machine is not working or not giving proper tickets.

what is this. if it is not successful then why you provid it.

that guy was saying. we have also mentioned many complaints about this. at depo. but they are not doing anything about it.

other cluster buses are to good instead of yours. theirs machines work perfectly.

again was traveling with bus. cundtar was taking but. he was saying when we use card that time. machine show battery. or after he gives manual tickets.

i want know why made this type machine if its not work properly.

I am writing this mail due to problem or cleverness by conductor which have found in dtc bus actually the issue is that yesterday i taken the bus from dwarka more new delhi to janakpuri, district center where the conductor have charged from me the amount of rs 10 instead of rs 5 and they given me the ticket of kakrolla bridge instead of dwarka more nd to janakpuri nd.- 110058 i havind the ticket and i don't know the name of the conductor and driver but below u can find the details -

At approx 09:00 AM I am travelling from Dhaula Kuan to More Line in Bus No DL 1 PD 2719, Route No 770. Despite repeated requests, while traveling the driver didn't stop the bus (Route No 770 Bus No DL-1-PD-2719) at the More Line Bus Stand/Stop or nearby place after route change. The Driver misbehaved and use unparliamentary language while requesting repeatedly.

I'm traveling in a bus 448 ac dl 1p c-8720 from munirka to hamdard nagar at 1pm on 3rd jan 2019. While i was taking a ticket, the lady conductor was glaring at me in a very inappropriate way. I took my ticket and sat down ignoring her. I gave 30rupees and took 25 rupees ticket for which she didn't have the change. After some few stop an elderly lady came and sat next to me and she was taking a ticket for 15rupees. I volunteer to take the ticket for her so that i can take back my 5rupees balance. The lady conductor was on phone chatting and talking and when i gave her the money she threw away my hand and misbehaved one more time. I asked her what was her problem, which she ignored and kept talking on the phone, showing me what kind of attitude, i don't know. I have been traveling in this route for more than 3 years now, but no bus conductor misbehave this way. I want to complain about her. First of all this is a public transport, and i'm traveling at my own expense. It's not her nor neither my own private vehicle that i or she should misbehave this way. Please look into the matter and solve it asap

Hi, my vehicle number dl3cbs5012 registered in shekh sarai authority has been transferred to second owner 7-8months back but still the authority has not changed the name and address in their records. I have received a chalan after 1 year of selling my car and also while checking the car is already transferred to the second owner a long time back approximately 7-8 months back.
And i don't understand what is the reason if you people not changing the address in your records.
Kindly change it as soon as possible else i ll getting the chalan from the traffic department in the future as well.
Please consider this as my humble request to change the address in your records.

Morning there is some cricket going on their will b noise of those sound system and at night theses dogs barking due to which we find it difficult to deal wid toddlers kids get scared to hear 50 dogs bark at once kindly look in this matter and help

25 december 2018 i was driving near dwarka madhu vihar and suddenly a bus driver who was drving at high speed took a rightward shift and switched lane and i applied brake at full pace. And i saved all my family members otherwise we all would be killed and dead and the bus driver did not stopped and ran away. Bus number is dl1pd1696 bus color was orange. I want strict action against this bus driver.

I am kartik from sector-9 banas marg indira gandhi nagar jagatpura jaipur, in our area there are approx 4-5 dogs which bark and fight in front of houses whole night, this is not a one day story they do this daily. Everyone is facing many troubles due to this.
Please send your dogs catching team here so that everyone can sleep proper without any disturbance.

Sir, there is a menace of stray dogs in our locality this stray dogs are causing disturbances during the night time, dogs frequency has increased a lot even they are biting the people who are travelling by bikes. These dogs are even attacking the schoolchildren, this is becoming worse day by day so please take appropriate action as early as possible. I have also included the address of my locality.

There is no dtc non ac bus service from mehrauli to badarpur in between 8:30 am to 9:45 a. M yet it is very problem those people who who are not capable to purchase ticket of ac bus how will they survive because this service almost use by labours, i am not saying service is not good ac service is to much good but they and we need of non ac bus please provide this service at this time (8 to 10 am)

I m from shastripuram masjid abbu bakar sidique it is a humble request to u sir/madam to please send a dog catcher van in my colony it is very disturbing and in morning time so many dog r there that we r afraid to go out in morning and in eve too small kids and old people can't sleep due to them and i saw vans of dog catcher on main road but they have nt catch any of the dogs so please say them to go to every small street and see once it a humble request thank u

The dtc conductor did not take ten rupees coin which picture attached by me, and the reason for this is that this coin is fake. I also attacted the bus no.. The bus arrives on the route "bahadurgarh to karampura" and at 10:15am bus reached peeragarhi. Some dtc conductors can take this coins and some are not take it. I request you to provide the knowledge of such conductor of the bus and take action against such conductor.
And also give a resolution to me that that coins are accepted or not in dtc.

I daily make up down from barakhamba bus station to laxmi nagar.

Today the above mentioned route no bus having registration no. As dl 1p 2143, i had a worst experience and was really very dis appointed by the behavior of conductor even he was using abuse language, trying to hit me by his words.

The incident took place over barakhamba bus station where i board the above mentions bus, and asked for the ticket (Fare 10 rs), i gave him metro card for it, suddenly he started shouting over me and said card is not accepted here.
I told him that there is displayed in the bus that “tickets can be taken by metro card in this bus”, he again screamed on me and then told me i will not be taking it.
Then i gave him a note of rs. 20 and he handed me the ticket along with a duplicate coin of rs. 10.
I told him the coin is not original, but he denied to accept it. After huge request of other passengers he handed me a 10 rupee note.
But throughout the journey he was abusing me.
I just want to know can authority take actions against that such kind of conductors who have no sence to talk even they ready to fight with females should be left free...

It’s a humble request to kindly take some action against him so that females feel safe to travel.

I am irshad ali, today i was going for office and i was on dallupura bus stand i saw that some ticket checker grab some passengers and checks his pocket and purse and asking money forcefully. Even though one of checker slap one passenger regarding money. When i was tried to make his video, one of checker observed me and get my mobile and deleted the video also abused me that jyada kejriwal banne ki koshish mat kro. They give me warrning also k jaan se maar dunga agar dubara kabhi video banaya to.
They are in one cab which number is - dl 9c am 3591. Timing 9 am approx date - 4.12.2018

I need strict action on this other wise i will go for next level.

Very very urgent priority, please send dog catcher vehicle urgent basis. I am staying at plot no. 1-b-101, shiv shakti colony, shastri nagar, jaipur-302016.

In our colony around 10-12 street dogs have come and they fight overnight and bark at people and have tried to bite few natives here. When they find any child alone they cover up and bark and threaten the child everyday. Its a big problems specially for children of colony when are going and coming for school, play or out of house for any other work. Due to this many accidents were also happened. The dogs moves in groups. We request you please do the arrangement to remove the dog asap.

The bus conductor of bus route inderlok to moti nagar (Dl1p 6835/817up) didn't give me the ticket. When i questioned him, he misbehaved. He was just wasting the time of all the passengers.
I want serious action to be taken on this as when people do not buy the ticket they are being punished and are asked for ₹200.
Plz, take some serious actions against these corrupt peoples.

Sir/madam,
My name is dr a k singh and i am a resident of raghu nagar dabri. Today i was traveling by dtc orange bus at 4:30 pm from dabri flyover to lajwanti and i was charged rs 200 as penalty by two corrupt ticket checker. The photos of the both i will attach with this complaint along with the original ticket and the penalty slip.
I borded the bus route no 740 ex from dabri flyover bus stand and i purchased rs 5 ticket for lajwanti bus stop. But as i stand to deboard at lajwanti bus stop two corrupt ticket checker borded the bus from the front gate and asked me to show the ticket and stopped me to deboard and the driver started to move the bus ahead towards delhi cantt. I repeatedly requested both that i have some urgent work let me go to my clinic but they started scolding me that now you are without ticket as your bus stand has passed and asked me to pay rs 200 as penalty forcefully. Then he started threating me to call the police as i refused to pay the money. Then i have paid rs 200 as penalty to them because by profession i am a doctor and my dignity mattes first. After that as i asked them to give me the receipt they hesitated in doing so first and as i forced them for the receipt they handed me a previous date receipt without putting any details. Then as i threatened them that i am going to complain against both of you one of them just picked the receipt and wrote the details in haste and asked me to sign. You can see the difference in dates written on the receipt. That means they just harrassed me to make money and their intention was to put the whole money in their pocket.
So, i request you to kindly penalize both of them for this unlawful incidence. I am attaching the relevant evidence with my complaint for your enquiry.
