Hello my name is abhishek williams. Today i took a bus from aiims to uutam nagaar in the afternon near by 2 pm. I was coming from the hospital. I had injury on my hand. There was a lady driver named nirmala devi. She abused me very badly in front of every passengers because my hand as bleeding with blood and said to stand far away. When i asked there name they said that the conductor name is nirmala devi and the driver name is sanjay sharma. The bus no was 8250. The conductor was not even in official dress. After some time the bus stops and the bus was working and they shifted us to a different bus no 8257 and the conductor name was ashok kumar. Kindly take some action please.

Kindly look, I have taken a DTC bus from shadipur depot to raja garden at sept10, 1018, 10: 36 am. I have paid 5 rs and take a ticket. Bus conductor has given me a fake ticket. It was from west Patel Nagar to raja garden. I have informed him just but my destination was raja garden so I did not oppose. Ticket checking person came in the bus at morning about 10 45 am. I was going to exit at my stop raja garden but they interrupt me and taken my ticket for checking process. In this time interval bus reached the next stop. They asked me for 100 rs money. I did not give him because I was not wrong. They have taken 200 rs as a fine to me in an illegal way. Kindly take a needful action on this and refund my 200 rs. Otherwise I will take any legal action on this. if any querry call me at [protected]

Sir, today on 10/9/2018 at 11.00 am at t. B. Hospital bus stop, when i was boarding on the bus route no 534 ply route from mehrauli to sari kale khan the bus was halt wrongly as in the middle when i enter from the front gate suddenly the driver of the bus closed the door i hardly enter in the bus but my bag was fallen by his closing the door of the bus, there after he drives slowly despite i asked him to stop as my bag already fall due to his act of negligence and rash drive. My bag was crushed under the front wheel of the bus for his act. Resulting my newly purchased cello water bottle cost of rs 250/- completely damaged and my tiffin box (Lunch box) was also crushed. The driver drove away the bus despite of my warning to stop bus immediately. The act of negligence would cause of dealth aslo. This act should be punishable and impose pendalty. So that any driver should not do so in future.in this connection you are requested to take stringent action against such act. Of the staff.

Today (10.09.2018) as i was moving towards gurugram for my office on my bike, when i reached shankar vihar at around 8.15 am, dtc bus no. Dl 1p c 9238 route no. 543a (Red colour bus) hit me while he was driving on the wrong side. I lost control and almost collided with the barricades near the drench. I overtook him to confront the driver, but he just said to me k "bike hata le varna bus upar se nikal dunga".

Kindly look into the matter and i request you to take stern action against the bus driver for his behavoiur.

Dtc is providing only dtc from bijwasan and no dtc jawaharlal nehru stadiumto bijwasan. we are facing many probems in going there and practising.Else if you cannot increase buses from bijwasan to jawaharlal nehru stadium please make dtc on timing between 2:30 to 3:30.and from jawaharlal nehru stadium to bijwasan
please make dtc available from jawaharlal nehru stadium to bijwasanFROM TIMING BETWEEN7:00PM TO 8:00PM.sir please provide dtc in this timing so that my friends and I can practise well with full focus.

Dogs barking continuously at nighthello concerned authorities, i’m citizen of pune residing at lig colony, niljyoti society pune 16. I would like to complain about stray dogs who continuously bark loudly in a series connecting various dogs in chorus during night and day. This is really disturbing and annoying. I request the concerned authorities to relocate these dogs out of city. Please look into the matter asap because if this continues it may hamper mental health of the public. Positive and quick reply is commendable.

Today dt. On 05 sep'18 i went to mahipalpur with my younger brother. We took the dtc bus (Cluster bus) from kapashera extension near about 1600 hrs. And conductor charged the 10 rupess for each ticket. And we took same bus (Cluster bus) for return back around 2000hrs from mahipalpur to kapshera extension. I took the 10rupees ticket as earlier charged by conductor. But when we reached at destination ticket checker asked for tickets and we saw the tickets but he said your tickets are not valid and you have to pay 200 rupees penalty for each. But i requested him for we have charged earlier 10 rupees for each ticket in out going. That is why we purchased the same fare tickets. But they didn't try to listen our request and rudely behaved (In haryanvi tone) with us and booked the penalty of 400 rupees for two passengers. Sir/ma'am, i wanted to know how they can charge different fare for out going and incoming for the same origin and same destination.

1. As a passenger i feel this is a ridiculous experience of my life.

2. I am also attaching the challan copy for better understanding.

3. I think dtc want to earn more money from passenger by misleading of service.

I hope you can understand my pain.

I went to madhu vihar from kadkari mod for 73no. Bus. The bus driver stopped bus in between road. There was a cars coming there. When i reached the bus driver started the bus due to sudden start of bus i am strucked in the gate of bus. I have an injury in my hand due to the driver negilegence, please do some action on this matter.

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue i had while travelling in dtc bus (Route no. Ip7965) on 2nd sep around 9.30am. When i was just taking out and counting the money i had to pay for the ticket (Rs25), from the next bus stop (Less than 350 meters ahead) three delhi transit ticket checkers boarded the bus and immediately asked me for the ticket. As i was about to ask the conductor, i had the money in my hands. But one of them (, he started forcing me to pay ₹200 as fine for travelling without ticket. He seemed to be an illiterate... And many more abuse give me his very bad language uses in the bus please take action this bad behaviour

While going to punjab from delhi in a truck a toll plaza come in the way near kapashera zone. There was a lot of rush of vehicles and members of toll asked me to change the lane. On doing so others members asked me that i was in wrong lane and frightened me to pay the penalty of rs1400 instead of rs700. So i have to pay that much amount to them as they could hurt me as well. So proper investigation should be done against them and please inform me about the action.

with due respectfully I want to bring your kind attention towards DTC bus No. DS-31 Route No. Rohini sector 13 to Krishi Bhawan. According to DS service rules bus will once leave their starring point then bus will not stop on any bus stand and will not get any other passengers. but in the morning bus service they (Driver & Conductor) stop the bus on many stands and get the passengers from different stops and also get down them on different bus stops. specially they stops bus for some peoples who are special for driver and conductor. I am requesting you to please take a hard step and solve this problem please. I will be very thankful to you.

Sir, i have street dog problems in my street. they come daily into my apartment and they do out of my house and our neighbour's house. we can't tolerate it .we can't clean it daily.it makes our place very ugly.they come in night and they out of our doors. so, i request u to catch all the street dogs in my street as soon as possible. Everyone in my street have the same problem. So, please catch these dogs immediately

I was waiting for 770a at delhi gate bus stand since 9.40 am, the bus 770a with no. Dl 1p c7808 came and i waived to stop but the driver drove away without stopping the bus and stopped at red light of delhi gate. I ran and reached the red light and requested the driver to open the gate, the driver and the conducter misbehaved with me and opened the gate. Both of them always tries to leave the passengers in hurry and keep changing the route of the bus, sometimes they drive towards the ig stadium and sometimes they drove towards power house from red light of rajghat. The driver stopped for a male before the bus stand and denied myself to stop and started passing indecent comments which resulted me to reach office late. These type of misbehaviour with ladies results in shameful events and should be avoided.

I am shivani agarwal i have to go to vishwavidyalaya daily so, i have to travel daily in 405 as today i send the money to conductor for 2 tickets one for 15 rs and one for 10 rs but the conductor send 2 tickets both for 10 rs after that i go to conductor to talk about this and chnge my ticket he talks in very loud voice and in very much rude behavior. I mentally harrass through his this behavior. Kindly take action against this conductor.

Complaint against dtc bus driver. I was going to tis hazari court from chandni chowk. I was in rickshaw and suddenly a red dtc bus came just behind me. He was driving dangerously as well as very rashly/roughly. There was not much space for the dtc bus driver to take over take from my rickshaw. He lost his temper and he started giving unnecessary horns and was very close to me (Approx 1-1.5 feet away). He felt scared of my life. I gave him a sign that please wait for the way to get broad. But he didn't listen and was pressing horn again and again. Then he suddenly over took with almost distance from the rickshaw and simultaneously he started abusing me as well as to rickshaw man. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

We travelled in a delhi a. C. Bus from gurgaon to anand vihar. He charged the amount for a. C. Bus but the a. C. Wasn't working. When we told him to turn on a. C. Then he told i will not if i he problem you can leave the bus. Everyone else was also complain

This is to lodge a complaint for Bus no. 534A with source of origin Anand Vihar ISBT and destination IGI Airport, New Delhi. Improper functioning of air-conditioning, rather NON-FUNCTIONING of the air conditioning is an everyday problem with the bus 534A. I am being specific to complain about the bus which runs from Anand Vihar ISBT and reaches CHANDER VIHAR bus stop at 9.10 am. I usually board this bus (leaving Chander Vihar at 9.10 am) to reach Masjid Moth and have faced the same problem four days so far.
A. On the first day, the bus went completely wrong near Sarai Kale Khan and the driver/conductor made us de-board the bus, without even helping us to stop the next bus for boarding.
B. On the second day, AC was not working properly, it was extremely hot inside. The bus suddenly stopped in New Friends Colony.
C. Third which is just a week ago, the screw of the wheels got loose and the mechanics started repairing the bus on the Delhi-Meerut Expressway.
D. And today, as usual the AC was not functioning leaving it hot inside. As the passengers complained, the conductor instructed the driver to stop the bus on Delhi -Meerut expressway. Somehow with passengers' insistence, it reached Sarai Kale Khan. After reaching, the driver stopped the bus saying that the bus will not proceed anymore. Though the passengers insisted him to drive, he denied to do so. AFTER 20 MINS, WHEN MOST OF THE PASSENGERS DE-BOARDED THE BUS AND THE REST WAS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO, THE DRIVER AGREED TO PROCEED FURTHER !!!

What kind of Non-sense is this ? Do the office goers have useless time to spend? Moreover, when the passengers asked and argued, the conductor said, "Ye DTC bus, ye aisei chalega". The driver said, "Mai chala raha hu, kuch nehi kar sakta, gadi aisei chalega". What kind of behavior is this ? Another co-passenger shared that he boarded the same bus (534A) yesterday and it went wrong near New Friends Colony!!!

I want DTC to take an immediate action regarding this everyday harassment. Shall reach higher authority if this continues.

Worst services of the buses, donot come at all, i being a public transport traveller suffer alot. The buses having worst service are outer mudrika rarely seen however most needed one, 711, 740 bus driver always take shortcuts and end up missing the stops all the time as a result of which passengers suffer alot this attitude is not acceptable we are suffering alot please consider our sufferings...

I asked the driver to just wash the well, ask the conductor the driver said. Then the conductor asked dhaula kuyan only then the conductor said yes. But he did not say that the bus does not stop at the dhaula kuan stand. When i talked to him, he began to talk vomit and straightforward to me. The conductor was speaking speaking to the driver, the speaker was speaking from the conductor. Both were also swan. Let me down on the next stand. I had to face a lot of trouble. I want to complain about these two and i need response. Both drivers and conductor are very bad and more conductor. The driver was also saying that he had a daily job.

I had to go dhola well from the central terminal, then from there i had to go to gurgaon. I have suffered quite a lot in this round.

I am at khanpur stand at nearly 2 o'clock afternoon.. And i am waiting for bus 717a to kapashera border.. Its been 56 min and i haven't seen any ac bus on this route.. There is so much humidity. So much hot there. And any 717a bus is coming... And there is many buses for this route.ac buses.. But bus driver are so lazy.. That after 1oclock then never come. Many ladies and old uncle's are waiting for the buses. But buses are not in mood to come. Please do some work on it. So we can pleasurely get service!
