Dear team '

Here want to bring in your notice today i took bus no dl 1 pc 6466 from anand vihar to rajokari at 6.5. Am on 5th march. Bus was filled with people. Anyhow i boarded bus and stood near space candector sheet. As there was no movement as bus was fully packed. Driver force me to go ahead in the way' which was even full. I requested him that let me stand here holding the piller and sheet. On handicapped sheet any old man was sitting as i could see.

On this driver abused me by sister and mother when i oppose it he called me langda ' and said tere jaise 100 roz milte hai. I was nowhere to fight on this so feel humiliated and thought to complain you on this. I have never gonna such bad behaviour. That driver should not be the part of any public service.
Another incident for this driver same time a woman was bormeting due to elergy perhaps on this driver said pta nahi kahn kahn se aa jate hai drama karne yahan.

This was a such pathetic behaviour not only with me for that lady also.

Request you please take appropriate action against this driver.

May i draw your kind attention to few lines of my complain about misbehavior of conductor with the regular user of esteemed dtc buses.

On the date 3 march 2018 at 11am, the bus route (Isbt anand vihar) oms-, and the bus registration no. Is dl1pc1134

I was taken a bus from ber sarai to saket 10 rupee note and say give me ticket of 5
I told him give me 10 rs ticket ber sarai to saket.. He say me give me 15 rs.. I told him actual faire is 10 rs only but he was not agree for it.. I check out on the net and show him but he was say no... Then i called dtc complaint num [protected] and register a complaint. I also complaint online.

Please do needful on this.Â

Sir mai 3 march 2018 ko... Ber sarai bus stand se. Morning me 11 baje k karib green dtc bus oms - li thi... Mujhe ber sarai se saket aana tha.. Conductor ne mujhse 15 rs ticket charge kiya.. Jabki actual kiraya 10 rs hi h... Maine ussi samay dtc online complaint num [protected] per complain kiya.. Unhone ticket ki photo copy ker k rakne ko kaha or kaha k ho sakta h k bus depot bhi aana pade.

Pls koi strong action lijiye

My name is harish garg. Today 24/02/2018 i was going to office in my car registration no: dl-4cax-0597 (Honda amaze). Today morning on narela highway red light. A dtdc bus hit my car from left side. Due to the rash driving of dtdc driver my car was damaged and he also misbehaved with me. I'm requesting you to take a strict action against the driver. It can be dangerous for ordinary citizens in future if you will not take any action against the driver. I'm giving you the details: which is given below:

On 16th February, 2018, I was travelling from home to school as i had extra classes... I got on a green bus 505 from Mother's Int. bus stop to travel to green park bus stop and i was charged 10 rs. for it... And on inquiring about it, I was shouted at and insulted and was called a failure on not knowing about these things as this is how they work... I don't know if things really work this way but i am a very frequent dtc bus traveller and i have never faced such an issue ever before... If it had been a red bus, things would be different... I know... But it was a green bus and i didn't even carry any more money so i had to walk all the way from school to home on my way back as i had spent all my money on that ticket... Even though i got in the bus from Mother's Int., the ticket showed that i got in at I.I.T gate bus stop and i was charged 10 rs. just for 4 stops ahead... And the guy who got in after me at IIT was charged 5 rs. for an even far stop... I am sorry I couldn't get any information of the bus or the conductor but I do have the ticket and i have attached it's photo... Please look into this matter...

Please come to 12 block and catch all the dogs. As soon as possible. I am telling you because all the residents living in the society are complaining but you organisation is so busy that no one is coming to take action towards the street dogs. I request you to come and take action towards the street dogs, as soon as possible. From atleast 3 months all the residents of the society are suffering from the street dogs. And most important thing is that the dogs bite senior citizens because they are not capable to do something.

The buses coming from peera garhi to madhuban chowk (Bus no. Are 883, 761, 972, 805, 879 and many more) take peera garhi flyover. Due to which they cannot stop at mangol puri b block bus stand. And due to which people suffer lot especially the old people, children and ill persons and students and due to which people have to walk 1 km to reach the next bus stop from there they get the bus. And while going from madhuban chowk to peera garhi they stop at b block bus stand.
So it is humble request to pay attention as soon as possible on this problem.

Yesterday i was traveling in route 540a from gk2 to tata apartments. The driver was constantly talking on his mobile phone. I was in bus for about 10 minutes. He ignored my request about not using the mobile phone while driving. I even clicked his photo but it did not deter him from not using the phone. Bus no was dl-1pc 65 47. The time was about 11:40 am on 11/2/2018. I have preserved his photos while he was talking.

Very fast driving in the evening hours of 7th february, 2018 (Around 6:30 pm) in route no 721, bus no : dl 1p c 7383. Many times the driver wouldn't stop at preferred destinations due to which many passengers even lost their stops. Even when he stopped it was far away from the bus stops due to the time required to decelerate. Please take immediate action. Such behaviours should not be tolerated.

Hi there,

I am a daily commuter of dtc buses of south delhi region (Specially bus no. 604). Every single person is worried there due to the bad service and behavior of dtc. Either there is no bus for long hours or there is back to back 4-5 buses all empty. I want to ask this is it ethical? Bus driver come and take long breaks, inspite of asking bus timing they lie that this bus will go in two hours, and then there is long lines of buses and nobody moves, then suddenly they all move altogether. Due to this i am not reaching my office and home on time. I can not afford cabs or auto on daily basis. Even if there is 1 bus in 10-20 mins that is okay. But there is no bus sometimes in even 1-2 hours. Is this how govt. Works? I want strict action to be taken against them. I feel so helpless that there is no solution to this problem, i don't know whom to complaint. I hoping that this problem will be resolved soon.

Sir i have board dtc bus on 4th feb morning 6:40 am from lal quila bus stop. As i was taking seat i asked him to give ticket but he was busy with other person so i waited him to be free but during that time inspection officer came then they are charging me for travelling without ticket. When they asked conductor he jst told i dnt know any thing. I was penalised for conductor mistake, he jst get away from his fault. He was having very ugly fight with me. When i asked his name and id card he rudely told me to get down and told go tell to anybody whom you want.
He was also not wearing his uniform so iwas not able to see his name.
Im attaching detail of bus and conductor photo.
Please provide me justice for mental torture which i had bcoz of conductor fault n his rude behaviour.

I want to inform that driver of 966ex bus was overspeeding on rohtak road delhi near punjabi bagh, even when i handed to stop bus he didn't stopped the bus.
The bus was running in non-bus lane also

The time was-approx 3:20 pm
Stand-in power house, east punjabi bagh.

I want tha dtc take strict action against driver driving uncarefully and didn't stopped bus on bus stand.

Today dated (28/01/2018) I was traveling from new Delhi railway station towards Bharat Nagar Bus Stop in DTC Delhi Transport Bus (Green color bus), the bus number was 5814 and the rout number was 894 . In that bus some Ticket collector people came in to the bus and they ask form ticket to me and two of my friend and after that i gave them my ticket. after that they person ask for some amount of money when i told them i won't give you any thing they started to abuse me and my friend who abused us i uploaded his photon in this complaint please do some thing against them .

I am parag, me and my friends were travelling through dtc bus route no. 336 a
Registration no. Dl 1p c 6468 there was a lady conductor who were misbehaving with us and charged wrong amount of the fare and when we were opposing her she was trying to impose her decision on us.
I request you to take an immediate action against this lady conductor otherwise i'll go to the higher authorities.

I'm a student of ait shakarpur on the course of b. Voc (Sd) which is affiliated to under ip university. Sir i went to hasanpur dipo with my class fellow. Dtc incharge said to us that we did not make your bus pass because your course is new. Sir tell me one thing that we are also a student we cant afford daily bus fare and we face many difficulties everday. Sir i belong to a poor family so my parents can not afford daily fare. So sir i'm request to u that sir please help me and my friends regarding bus pass. Thank u.

Hello sir
I have been noticing since 4-5 months that, two 615 buses run "simultaneously" having race between them. Most interestingly the frequency gap between each pair (As they come simultaneously) is more then 1hr30 min to 1hr 45 min.
If they run separately the frequency may reduce to 45-55 min and they will not get a chance to put passengers life at stake while racing.
Please fix this issue as soon as possible. So that commutator will come out of this miserable dtc service.

I am jitender singh. I am a student. I am a responsible citizen. I was traveling in the bus route no. 165 from shahbad dairy to nand nagri. Bus conducter was taking the money but not providing the the tickets to those passengers who wanted to take rs 5 or 10. He said"you sit if someone (Ticket checker) comes, i'll provide you your ticket. When a old man asked him for ticket, he abused that old man and said 'tujhe bus ke tyre ke niche de dunga'... I am requesting you to take serious action on this.
