Dear transport minister,
I don't know whether you understand the problems of public or not. When private busses are allowed to run, there was a guaranty that we can get a bus for our destination. After the private busses were out of road every time you announced for new dtc busses. But gradually the dtc busses disappears from the road. And mr. Kejriwal talking about pollution free delhi by using public transport and in the office hour your busses are not running. How can you do this to public so shamelessly? You run the busses at your will, sometimes you run 5 to 6 busses at the same time like train boggy and sometimes we have to wait for 1 hour, 2 hour and you talking about dtc losses. Shame on you. Have you think why private busses run with full of passengers and dtc busses are not. Think about it. You have taken us granted. Any organization can run in a better way if the concerned authority want to run, want to manage in a systematic way. You don't follow your own rule/system. I have seen many times the dtc busses do not complete their destined route harassing the public. Shame on you and your department.

Bus no dl 1pc 3122 route 729 time near 8:15 pm. Bus driver drive rough and above speed. He did not stop anywhere between old delhi to badi post office. This is very sad we are living in delhi and we are promoting them. When i said why you driving rough then he said take it a personal cab. I will drive same. If you hv problem then you can go down. One more incident happen a guy deboard at pn. Pnt marg and he climb from front door and suddenly the driver close the door. He go down at road because his shoes stuck in door. It's gud luck that time no van behind him. He save. But this driver did not feel im barres. Even driver said it's his fault. When i told him you are wrong you informed that come from back door. Then he aggressive on me.

This is our government bus service. We feel shame on delhi government. Such driver they are hiring who doesn't care human life.

There is no dtc bus service from police line rohini depot sec-3 to kanjhawla
Between 6:00 am to 6:45 a. M yet bus route are 114, gramin mudrika, 972a, 962, 174, 741. It is very problem those people who do night duty and take duty off at 6:00 a. M. Also to other people who wants to go towards kanjhawla side early morning. I personally contact scendia house, kanjhawla rohini sec-3, wazirpur and gtk depot but not any person listen my problem carefully.

Please understand our problem and do needful.

Service of bus no.166 is very poor inspite there are many buses for this route. Passengers are waiting for 1 hours at bus stand but there is no bus for their convenience. One more thing, 4 or 5 buses of 166 buses are always travels together which is useless.. Why they doing like this.? They can also travel their bus on proper time interval but they can't 🙄... Please do something i[censored] are understanding someone's problem.

I have a complaint regarding bus conductor of bahari mudrika low floor bus conductor. The number of bus is dl-1p c-7252. The behaviour of conductor of this bus is very inappropriate and during the whole journey i saw that he was trying to pass comments or insult the passengers. He did the same with me. Kindly issue him a warning or atleast do something.

We delhities people are tied with dtc buses as they are not following time table.
For example 309, 307, 88, and 39.
Since my route in from p. S. Paharganj to laxmi nagar and jheel.
I see sometimes same route number buses are coming together / just 1-3 minutes difference.
And some times they are coming for more then 30-50 minutes or 1 to 1:30 hours.

Aur noiida se aata huu toh 347/443 green buses toh kabhi aati hiiii nahi kyon bhai
Aap ki sarkar hai iisliye.

Ye toh daily ka hai..
Aur sabse jayada red wali buses aati hai taaki delhi wala ko loota ja sake.

This is to inform that there are around 20 dogs or more residing in streets of paschim vihar (Guruharkishan nagar) and they are dangerous to people. They have been biting the children and passerby regularly. Every one is so scared of them that they don't let their children out alone and use of their cars, even to go to next door shop. Few of old people got tripped of due to fear of dogs and paying for their health's in hospitals. We want some major action to be taken on wild dogs, as they are trouble for street people. Daily so many cases are coming of dog biting. Please think about it. We all are very afraid of dogs.

Meri complaint dl 1v c 0608 mini bus jo ki selampur se mayur vihar ke rout par chalti hai.. Ye or is tarah ki kai bus wale kiraye se jada paise vasool rahe hai jaise ki aaj mujhse raani garden se lakshmi nagar ke 10 rs liye jo ki 5 rs hote hai... Or maine mana kiya to gaali dene lage or bole yahi utar ja.. Mere sath misbehave kiya or kai passenger ne bataya ki ye sab aise hi karte hai to bolne laga ki mujhe upar tak hissa de na pasta hai... Mantri level tak ye paise jaate hai... Mujhe to ye sidhi sidhi or sarasar loot lagti hai... Meri aapse request hai ki is ka jaldi se jaldi samadhan ho or aise conductor or contractor ko kadi se kadi saza bhi mile...

I am about 60 years old from working at Supreme Court premises, I had caught a bus no. 753 from Mori gate to Darya ganj.with my brother first of all the bus driver turned from before jama masjid light to Ring road, there is no problem on my part. I thought we will get down near delhi gate. At the bus stand of Ambedkar stadium bus passes, I requested the bus driver we want to get down at this stand because i want to go supreme court, there many lawyers are waiting for me. he told me you will not be allowed ti get down here because this is our bus route stand. I requested again him, At this time he suddenly increased the speed of bus, for this my brother was fell down on the bonnet of bus, he caused many injuries in his mouth( medical proof of same is with me). therafter he told whatever you can do as you like, i have no bother for your complaint. and misbehaved with abusive language. kindly take appropriate action against the said driver and intimate me what action has been done

522 route to ambedkar nagar.
At 9:43 am 14/03/2018 this bus came at jawaharlal nehru stadium but the driver didn't stop not even after people waved their hands for the driver to stop. After that i got up on another bus that was coming next to this one. I found that this driver has left many no. Of stands just like this. People were waiting for their urgent work. They are using public transport so that they don't have to depend on others and this kind of response is just failing people to believe on your law.
I want you to take legal actions against these kind of acts done by these bus drivers. Atleast people don't suffer due to this. I think that by making this complaint there will be some change in future.
So that the needies won't have to look for other options.

I am daily traveller on ring road. Today i have boarded the bus from maharani bagh bus stand to aiims (Bus no 392) dhaula kuan. Conductor name dinesh. Mis behaved with me. He was having a seat vacant next to him. I asked him to give me passage to sit on that seat but he very rudly denied & said ticket vending machine is kept so you look another seat, which i could not find because bus was completly full.

Kindly look into the matter as it is become a regular practice of the conductors.

I wait last 15 meniute of bus no.781, it came at 7.45 i am giving stop signal but driver ignore this and not stop this bus stop at police station sansad marg. My office timing is 9.30 and today is monday so this day more traffic today but couldn't attend office write time please take action this matter also i wait till time 7.57 bus not come

Dear sir,
Bus no. 711, 724, 753 and many more in an evening on uttam nagar terminal after complete their route change into uttam nagar to najafgarh but they don't change their bus number and even passengers are waiting for this bus but they can't passengers are not allowed to sit in this bus and speak abuse with them so please take action against this problem i hope you better understand over problem.

Sir i took bus number 926 from super bazar pashim vihar west metro station towards peeragarhi exact at 9.15 am on 07.03.2018 bus driver was mis behaving for stopping the bus at the bus stop and was using abusing language against the passengers and when i asked him to stop the bus at the bus stand of petro pump, just after the stop of peeragrahi metro station and again he started using abuse langauge by saying that why you people travel for shart journey and he stopped the bus in the middle of the road as lots of other vehicles were comong and i meet a small accident bacause of getting exit from the bus. I left the bus exact at 9.20 am. Sir pls. Take the necessary actions against the bus driver.

Here want to bring in your notice today i took bus no dl 1 pc 6466 from anand vihar to rajokari at 6.5. Am on 5th march. Bus was filled with people. Anyhow i boarded bus and stood near space candector sheet. As there was no movement as bus was fully packed. Driver force me to go ahead in the way' which was even full. I requested him that let me stand here holding the piller and sheet. On handicapped sheet any old man was sitting as i could see.

On this driver abused me by sister and mother when i oppose it he called me langda ' and said tere jaise 100 roz milte hai. I was nowhere to fight on this so feel humiliated and thought to complain you on this. I have never gonna such bad behaviour. That driver should not be the part of any public service.
Another incident for this driver same time a woman was bormeting due to elergy perhaps on this driver said pta nahi kahn kahn se aa jate hai drama karne yahan.

This was a such pathetic behaviour not only with me for that lady also.

Request you please take appropriate action against this driver.

May i draw your kind attention to few lines of my complain about misbehavior of conductor with the regular user of esteemed dtc buses.

On the date 3 march 2018 at 11am, the bus route (Isbt anand vihar) oms-, and the bus registration no. Is dl1pc1134

I was taken a bus from ber sarai to saket 10 rupee note and say give me ticket of 5
I told him give me 10 rs ticket ber sarai to saket.. He say me give me 15 rs.. I told him actual faire is 10 rs only but he was not agree for it.. I check out on the net and show him but he was say no... Then i called dtc complaint num [protected] and register a complaint. I also complaint online.

Please do needful on this.

Sir mai 3 march 2018 ko... Ber sarai bus stand se. Morning me 11 baje k karib green dtc bus oms - li thi... Mujhe ber sarai se saket aana tha.. Conductor ne mujhse 15 rs ticket charge kiya.. Jabki actual kiraya 10 rs hi h... Maine ussi samay dtc online complaint num [protected] per complain kiya.. Unhone ticket ki photo copy ker k rakne ko kaha or kaha k ho sakta h k bus depot bhi aana pade.

Pls koi strong action lijiye

My name is harish garg. Today 24/02/2018 i was going to office in my car registration no: dl-4cax-0597 (Honda amaze). Today morning on narela highway red light. A dtdc bus hit my car from left side. Due to the rash driving of dtdc driver my car was damaged and he also misbehaved with me. I'm requesting you to take a strict action against the driver. It can be dangerous for ordinary citizens in future if you will not take any action against the driver. I'm giving you the details: which is given below:

On 16th February, 2018, I was travelling from home to school as i had extra classes... I got on a green bus 505 from Mother's Int. bus stop to travel to green park bus stop and i was charged 10 rs. for it... And on inquiring about it, I was shouted at and insulted and was called a failure on not knowing about these things as this is how they work... I don't know if things really work this way but i am a very frequent dtc bus traveller and i have never faced such an issue ever before... If it had been a red bus, things would be different... I know... But it was a green bus and i didn't even carry any more money so i had to walk all the way from school to home on my way back as i had spent all my money on that ticket... Even though i got in the bus from Mother's Int., the ticket showed that i got in at I.I.T gate bus stop and i was charged 10 rs. just for 4 stops ahead... And the guy who got in after me at IIT was charged 5 rs. for an even far stop... I am sorry I couldn't get any information of the bus or the conductor but I do have the ticket and i have attached it's photo... Please look into this matter...
