I have the receipt No :DK-99215 against my Application No:[protected] for a Permanent License. I never received the Permanent License (Smart Card) at my residence address.When I approached the authority they claim that they do not have a record of my Application.
Attached is a copy of the receipt . Please help to resolve.I cannot be made to reapply.

Hi respective staff to day i come back from gurgaon bus stand to sukhrali and conector give me ticket till sukhrali bt at sukhrali driver not stop the bus when i told for stop he said meri mrzi bhai agar jldi hoti hai to auto me aa jaya kro and he stop on ifco which is far to sukhrali 2 k.m . his bus number is HR C 7545 time was 8 to 8:30 pm.

सविनय निवेदन यह है कि मैं पालम गांव की निवासी हूँ। मैं प्रतिदिन प्रातः १०.०० बजे पालम गांव से बस नंबर 774 से मलाई मंदिर के लिए यात्रा करती हूँ। वैसे तो इस रूट के सभी कंडक्टर ठीक है पर आज मै बस no DL1PD3031 में आई उस बस का कंडक्टर यात्रियों के साथ काफी दुर्व्यवहार कर रहा था और साथ ही साथ बस की टिकट भी सही नहीं दे रहा था मैं पालम गांव से बस मे चढ़ी पर उस बतमीज़ कंडक्टर ने मेरी टिकट सेक्टर 6 द्वारका से बनाई। जब मैंने उसे कहा की मैं पालम से बैठी हु और आपने मेरा टिकट सेक्टर ६ से क्यों काटा तो उसने मुझ से बहुत बतमीज़ी से बात की। इस बस कंडक्टर का महिलाओं, बुजुर्गों और विकलांगों के साथ भी व्यव्हार अच्छा नहीं है।

अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि इस बस कंडक्टर को यहाँ से हटा दिया जाये अथवा यात्रियों के साथ शिष्ट व्यवहार करने की हिदायत दें। आशा है कि यात्रियों की सुविधा को ध्यान में रखते हुए आप उचित करवाई करेंगे।

Route bus number 588 never comes to the bus always waited to passenger around one hour never come timely if come 3_4 bus together otherwise no bus for over one hour...we got always late due to this bus services...plz take action for 588 bus...

Sir, i am mohammad firoz khan, a post doctoral fellow in iit delhi. Today (06/10/2017) at around 2:20 i took ac bus 604 with registration no. Dl 1p c8984 from vasant vihar to kishangarh village. I was with my son of age 4.5 years old. Bus was very crowded. Bus conductor was not allowing anyone to sit on a chair next to him. When asked for that seat, he misbehaved and used abusive language. He was intented to indulge in physical fight. I want disciplinary action against him and suggest the government to train such public employees in human relations and public dealing.

Respected sir/mam,
The drivers of route no 85 drives bus very fast and they didn't stop properly at every stand. Bus drivers didn't wait for the blind person to come in bus. This type of behaviour of drivers i had seen many times which is not good. And not only this, bus drivers and conductors have no sense of how to talk to passenger they used very rough language, they didn't have any right to talk like this.
I request you to please take strict actions on drivers and conductors. You should also impart some time on their training practices.

I was returning from tuition and took 764 bus on APS colony. 2 ticket checker boarded with me and they forcefully took fine from me.. of hundred rupees and they didn't handed me fine slip. It happened on 12:15

Misbehave by bus driver
I, prem kumar, writing this complaint to draw your immediate attention towards the disrespect and misbehave by the driver of dtc 418 bus no. Dl 1pc 6779 on 26.09.2017 at 7.35 p m i was standing at supreme court bus stand with my younger brother for the said bus number. A bus of the said number was not stopped at the supreme court. Inspsite of raising hands of mine with my brother and other passengers. Thereafter i reached at red light of the tilak bridge. The bus was there at red light. I asked the bus driver, why you have not stopped the bus at the stand of supreme court. He told me in very disrespectful manner, there is no stand of 418 number, whatever you can do, you can so i kindly request you to take the necessary action as soon as possible.

The bus route no. 120B near Shani Mandir at Red light the driver didn't open the gate for above 20 pessenger asking for open the gate
One of them said"Dum h toh khol le"

I m from aditi college of bawana. I always take a bus 708 (Narela to najafgarh). The bus driver of (Dl - 1p c - 7815) which came around 1:50 pm on bawana bus stand on 25 september 2017. The driver is soo rude nd abuse only ladies or girls in bus soo badly.. Please take strict action against him. All college going girls are frustrated from this driver. He also dnt stop bus for a ladies.
Please take action against him as soon as possible

When I asked him why he did so, he started shouting on me.

Hi,
One day 10/sep/017 i was waiting for the bus route no. (347) at sec.18 atta bus stop then 1 bus was came (Dl.1p. C9129.) on stand and i was shaking my hand in front of the bus. But bus conductor not respond didn't stop the bus at stand. After that 1 bus was came (347) dl.1p. C7498. On stand he was stop the bus on stand i was taken my ticket for sec.51 noida. But he has stop the bus before reach at the stand sec.51 and has stop the bus at sec. 32 and gone for the dinner for 15 minutes. After that he was came and not departure on stand se. 51. And stop the after saying this all bus was empty here before reaching the stop. One police homegaurd was also seating the all passenger quetions him about the problem but he is also given all the passengers same answer. After that i was again faced that problem plz tell whats the solution about it and your manegment did"t taking any action about the dtc bus staff. Plz work on it.

my bus pass along with my purse is lost which i recently renewed my purse had some 100 rupees with college id card library card metro card etc along with bus pass kindly take action so that i could get my buss pass and college id back

The bus stop in front of the hyatt regency hotel on ring road poses serious issues to both passengers travelling by private vehicles or commuters wanting to board buses from the said bus stop. The buses after coming/climbing down from the flyover on the mahatma gandhi road take sharp left turns to make a stop at the said bus stop which results in blocking the way for vehicles coming straight in that direction from below the flyover on mahatma gandhi road. Sometimes due to congestion dtc bus drivers stop buses in the middle of the road due to no available space in front of the bus stop. This adds to the chaotic situation on already congested road during peak hours. It poses serious accidental risks for people running towards the buses that stop in the middle of the busy road.

I wish to draw your attention towards the problem we face in our daily life, dtc drivers &conductors do not open the doors of the buses deliberately on these stops, so that private taxis & other transport vehicle can make full advantage of the situation & charge at their will.
Even if the drivers & conductors asked for a reason they misbehave with the passengers. I request you to please look into matter seriously and take firm action against the drivers & conductors operating in this route.

Dear sir,
Two years back bus stoppage of sector 63 noida was changed to 2.0 km ahead of main sector 63 noida crossing. The reason was construction of roads and other change in traffic at sector 63 main crossing with nh 24. Now the road work is completed and all bottleneck have been removed. Actually this stoppage of 63 was mainly for commuters coming from ghaziabad and indrapuram by some other means to this 63 crossing. So i request dtc management to please bring back the stoppage of noida sector 63 to main crossing where it was originally there.

There are around 3-4 street dogs near deepali gate no. 1 and deepali chowk outside rg stone hospital.
One has even biten me so aggressively that i could not walk for a month.
For which my work was affected.
Also when people stand for taking the bus at deepali chowk these dogs bark in groups and even lick our shoes.
You can easily reach these dogs around deepali gate no. 1 pitam pura from 7:00 am to 8 am daily.
Or at any of deepali parks 5 pm onwards
Please get these dogs away from here
We have made gates outside park to restrain the dogs from entering the park but still they enter by jumping off the gates
This restricts us from using the machines that govt has provided in the parks
And also we cant have yoga or havevwalk because they keep on barking

Kindly get us rid of these dogs

Hello at manikonda, pasha colony Pupallaguda, they are many dogs who makes people life hell...thy don't even let thm walk after 7pm...its not even safe for anyone...and whole night thy bark in every lane there will be atleast 10 dogs... making our life miserable..
Please take serious action..

My self tushar sharma i want to tell you that the the drivers of route no120 are not doing there job honestly. The route120 is from narela terminal to stayawadi raja harish chand hospital to b-4 lal chowk, narela. They used to take turn from the hospital which is not the route the route. Today the bus driver of dtc route no120 vehicle no. (Dl1pc0208) & my dtc bus pass no. Is (670910) asked the of lal chowk then i said to him that i want to go b-4 lal chowk he won't listen to me and took turn from hospital.
So please take strict action from my complaint.

Dear sir/mam,

The driver of bus no-323, time-morning 8.30 am (Noida sec-62 to dhaula kuan) are changing there route from noida sec 18. They move to rajnigandha chowk directly from noida sec 18 instead of moving via noida film city - wave city centre.

This is done by them every day. When asked them about changing the route, they said it is the short cut to reach rajnigandha chowk and it take less time.

A lot of inconvenience to the riders of the bus who want to take off at film city.

Hello There

534 bus from 1:10pm to 1:40 pm wasn't stop at Bharat Nagar Bus Stop. Between 1:10pm to 1:40pm all the DTC non-ac 534 Buses won't stop. The driver slow the bus but didn't stop . !! Please do strict action against this driver.

I am coming daily on jhagir puri metro station from gurgaon at 8:00pm and wait for dtc bus of route no. 125, 129, 149, 154, 146, 147 but daily one bus coming after 45 minute and today coming after 60 min of wait bus no. Dl1pc 8760 gtk depot bus, there are total 8 villages near bakhtawar pur village but bus service is very poor in our area, request you please do the needful asap

I was just on mehraulli terminal bus stand[protected], 8:58 am) and wanted to reach a metro station (Saket or malviya nagar) i asked about this from a bus driver (Dl-1-pc-9203) that is this bus goes to saket metro? He said no, after that i asked malviya nagar metro? After that he was like angered and started miss behaving with me that are you mad, and shouted with lots of local misbehaving and abusive words, and i just said him i just asked so you can a simple answer yes or no. Why these drivers, conductors etc. Have this kind of misbehaving bad attitude and rudeness for passengers. Even they are earning from that passengers also. Hope someone will take any action for his rude type of behavior.

Hi I am Atul Parihar making daily up down from Mayur Vihar to Mohan Estate. In evening everyday I have to wait for direct bus to Mayur Vihar from Mohan estate. I see n number of buses 34 going till Noida sector 37 only. Could it be regularized???
This is the issue after 7 PM daily. Need a revert on this.

Almost everywhere, mainly on shaikh sarai chirag dilli road, these buses never follow the rule of lanes or any rules. They drive rash and takes sudden drastic turns. Metro buses are always seen driven on the footpaths, there are no place to walk on the footpaths due to the vehicles. Thanks, please make the rules stricter there, we can consider to put more barricades and build an over bridge there. Thank.

I want to draw your kind attention towards the low service of green dtc buses (879). There is very low service of 879 green bus. Only little bit come in the morning and after a long interval. This affects many colleges students and people for their study and jobs. Please increase the buses in morning (6:30 - 8:00).
