मेरा नाम रोहित है मुझे रोजाना रात को 9:00pm के बाद शंकर रोड़ से पीरागडीः जाना होता है और मुझे शंकर रोड़ पर खड़े हुए मुझे पूरा 1½ डेढ़ घंटा हो गया है और अभी तक कोई भी बस नहीं आई है अब समय 10:05pm है जब की मेरे रुट की बहुत बसें हैं जैसे कि 940, 944, 962, 980, 991, etc.
लेकिन यह सभी बस वाले रात को अपना समय बचाने के लिए बस रुट छोटा कर लेते हैं और इसी वजह से आम लोगों को परेशानी होती है आपसे अनुरोध है कि कृपया करके इस रूट पर बसों का बंदोबस्त किया जाए और आम जनता की समस्या का समाधान निकाला जाए

Today morning around 8am i taken 534 bus number (DL-1P C6905), driver should be run bus according to bus route but driver change the route according his shortest route, also driver was using abuse language, i told them please taken bus as bus route but driver change the route before hasanpur depo towards patpaganj maxlife hospital route, please take action against these two employee because i really faced many issue today morning, i walk around 1km to take again bus towards chander vihar.

I was on my way home from college. I boarded bahri mudrika to uttam nagar from satya niketan and dropped at sagarpur bus stand at around 2:50pm. On my way the bus driver and the conducter were smoking. A passenger objected as she was uncomfortable with it but they didn't pay heed to her problem and instead said that they had opened the door so that the smoke goes out. I couldn't note the bus no. But have recorded the driver's face.

Service — bus doesn't stop on predefined stops also
Hi,

There are many buses which does not stop on their predefined bus stops but stop at ahead of stand in mid on the road. This is completely risky for passengers. Today, this route no.181 is not stop bus at adarsh nagar bus stand because his bus was late from his normal depot time. People are waiting for bus since long and if any bus comes that does not stops. As in the morning people need to go to office as early as possible and even if they miss one bus by 1 min, they might get traffic ahead and again gets more late. This is really a bad start of morning.

In the evening also, this route no 181, 181a buses is not available at time. Sometimes we do a wait for a bus around 50 to 70 minutes

I hope this small issue will get resolved soon to get everyone better every day life.

I started my journey from shadipur to rohini in dtc bus (Green) via dl1pc9697 and bus number 975 at 10 am today morning 01/01/2018. I gave conductor the ticket amount but the conductor refused to give me the ticket and he was asking for 15 rupees change although i gave 100 rupees and he have change also but says take rest 85 amount in depo. I'd be glad if any kind of action will be taken for the same

I started my journey from saket to mehrauli in dtc bus (Red) via dl1pc9305 at 3 pm. I gave conductor the needed ticket amount but the conductor refused to give me the ticket for the same journey, instead told me to take a seat. After forcing the conductor he gave me the ticket. This money they take without giving the ticket goes straight away in their pocket in form of corruption. I'd be glad if any kind of action will be taken for the same.

Myself student studying in 11th class kendriya vidyalaya no 3 delhi cannt.
I was traveling in dtc bus on 21/12/2017.
Conductor said to show my pass to him. When i give my pass to him then he said this pass is expired 4 days ago and he take my bus pass then purchase ticket. I requested to him that please give me my pass and he said no this pass is expired and he threw it from running bus.
Complained
1) who gave him authority to threw my pass. That is my property and he will not any power to threw it.
2) he talked with me abuse. I am just 16 year old child
3) if i am traveling without ticket then
Only ticket checker have authority to give punishment

I hereby want to compliant against misbehavior of dtc bus drivers, they speaks so badly like they are our boss or we are our servants, i try to speak with them in very polite mode, but still they speaks badly, today i was travelling from adarsh nagar to punjabi bagh in bus no. 861, (Dl 1p 0952) near 8.30 pm, i left my seat at flyover of punjabi bagh to get down at the bus stop and stand near the front gate of the bus, driver said to me ' yahan kyun khada ho gya mere sar pe poche khade ho jake, i informed him that i have to get down at next station, but he keep on speaking in his ugly voice that ' teri alag se kadi banava deta hu, i said him ki bhaiya me apse request mode me baat kar hu, the said ' la 50000 rupee de jada tab manufacturing teri request jada kanoon mantri matt ban tere jaise kanoon mantri hum roj dekhta hu, chal nikal yahan se.

It is my urge to kindly take suitable action against these kind of misbehavior of these personnels, as it is their general practice to behave with consumers and it is not a practice of a civilized city like delhi.

driver not stop the bus on dev nagar bus stand
bus no-1295( cant seen properly)
route-957(shivaji stadium).
Rash driving leads to many accidents in delhi.
I requested to take strict action against driver.
Transport dept. should make sringent rules and regulation regarding safety and security for people and provide good governance

Dear sir/mam,

The buses are not following the route which are going forward from noida sec 18 (Atta market) to noida sec 16 (Rajnigandha chowk). The bus no which are crossing by there are -347, 323, 319, 33, 34, 33, 34a, 492, 493.

Buses are now moving directly to rajigandha chowk from atta market. Earlier there was a barrier for light vehicles at noida sector 18 and the buses were moving from atta market to film city to rajnigandha chowk.

Now the barrier has been broken by some transporter. Due to this the buses are violating the route and moving directly to noida sec16. After asking them to move from fil city they are behaving rudely and sometimes it comes a situation of fight. The passengers which have to go to film city has to walk about 2 kms for the destination.

Request you to intervene in this matter and put the barrier of light vehicles again at noida sec 18 so that the buses will follow their route and passengers need not to suffer.

I am at hamdard nagar stop around 4:10 after my duty in hamdard hospital. I am regular traveller and face same problem 3 time also but not taking step but due to same type of problem face by me again and again i file a complaint please take action against it. My complaint is 311 bus come around 4:10 but not stop while i am waiting and hand raise for requesting to stop please take a good step and inform me as soon as possible.

A green dtc bus hit my car which was parked on the side of the road just 19 minutes ago. The license plate number of the bus is dl1pc7471 and had the number 442 on it as the route. Instead of stopping, the driver simply went forward scraping the car more even after hearing a thud. He continued driving forward and sped up in a bid to outrun the car since it wasn't started up then. This incident happened right under the foot over bridge in rajouri garden. The driver was over speeding and driving rashly without looking here or there. I request you to find the driver and give him a lesson. The bumper of my car is now broken and the car has scrapes all over.

I was coming from the bus route no. 740 at around 8:45PM on 25 Nov 2017. I got on the bus from UTTAM NAGAR TERMINAL. I asked the driver to stop the bus at TILAK PUL bus station. He refused & said he is not going to stop as he was getting late. When I said he has to stop as it is a registered Bus Stand, he started abusing me & even at one point ready to hit me. He didn't stop at the bus stand. He stopped at the Uttam Nagar Red Light, open the doors and threw me out of the bus. Please take some legal action against the driver as he did this because he thought what a 70 year old man could do to him. I didn't get a chance to see the whole bus number but the last digits were 0191. It is in favour of all the aged people I am registering this complaint. I once again humbly request you to do something about it, for the safety of people who hope to get back to their home safely after leaving home to earn their bread & butter.

I travel daily from deepali chowk to kanjhawala via ring road and kanjhawala road. There is a serious problem of every bus driver to stop at the middle of the road to pick up passenger and drop the passenger.
Even if the side of the road is clear, they do'nt bother to stop near the roadside. This causes inconvenience to both the passengers and the other people riding/ driving on the road. This kind of behaviour by the drivers may someday cause a big accident which will be fatal for that innocent person.
I request you to please instruct the drivers and also hire only trained and professional drivers as they have the responsibility to drop thousands of commuters daily safely.

Today the above mentioned route no bus having registeration no. As dl 1p c9668, i am so disappintoted the behavior of conductor

The incident when take a ticket i ask give me one ticket to d1 vasant kunj and his give me 15 rupes ticket and actual rate is 10 rupes and when i ask u give me wrong ticket then his reply rudely and don't give me actual ticket and miss behave with me.

This is regarding to bus driver is filling the gas in the middle of the journey by deboarding the passengers in the middle of the road. They should fill up the gas before or after the travel time. Bus no dl ip c 8785 route no 804 from the way to kapashera boarder to jhangirpuri it started at 8:45 from kapashera border today which is monday date 13th of november 2017. It makes delay to reach home at the night hours. Kindly look into this.

Bus no. Dl 1pc 6039, tms, lajpat nagar, 12.11.2017, time 15:40, towards ito, idbt from lajpat nagar, bus driver didnt stopped the bus on proper stoppage, arguing with me and shouting on me that this is not this route bus stoppage, though he stopped the bus on red light and opened the door, after red light also he stopped and enter the passengers, but not on proper stoppage of the bus, when i was trying to get down on bus stand, he closed the door and ran the bus until ig stadium, due to this mental agony, someone picked my pocket and 1000 rs. Around was in my pocket then.in the mean while i called 3 times on 100 no. And one time on delhi transit control room, after that.

Dtc bus no 34 (Dl-1p-c-3198)
I am travelling on dtc bus number 34 which is going to noida sec32 (Red bus). Bus conductor make a fair 34 rs from shaheen bhag bus stand to film city.
But he makes my ticket after cross the kalandi kunj park yamuna bridge and the cost of fair is 34rs shown in ticket is sarita vihar to film city...
Actual fair is 24rs from shaheen bhag to film city
Plz take a strict action against the conductor.

I am a student and i have to go uttamnagar daily from rohini sec 24. So i daily take bus 972 from sec 24. On my way back to rohini i was again travelling by 972 bus no.-0016 orange colour. The driver took a shortcut which skips 2 bus stops in sec 24 and one of them was the stop i have to reach. When i told him to go by correct path he didn't listen me even after telling him 4-5 times he ignored me. Then finally he stoped at a awfull place about 2-3km from my home with no people in that road that is not safe. Please do something about it.

Yesterday (31st october 2017), on board dtc a/c bus dl1p/3063 (Route no. 254) proceeding towards peeragarhi, i asked the young bus driver (At 6.45 pm) to stop the bus at west enclave-ii, the 2nd stop after police lines, pitam pura, well in time. He ignored me completely and despite repeatedly telling him to stop, he did not yield. He argued that stop does not exist there, and yelled at me. Also, he was using a mobile with headphone and had even opened the front gate to ease a passenger get out of the bus on a red light. It is sad that he even had no care for me (I am 63, a retired joint secretary in govt. Of india and most importantly, a passenger).
It is requested that no disciplinary action, repeat no disciplinary action, be taken against him. He may simply be reminded of the incident.
Now, what is the remedy for such errant drivers. The need is to teach drivers and conductors that they exhibit discipline. After all they are working for passengers.
