On 25.5.2011, I along with my family landed at T 3, Indira Gandhi International Airport from Toshkent, Uzbekistan.
At 2.30 from pillar No. 18 I along with my family boarded DTC shuttle for domestic airport as I had to take early morning INDIGO flight for Mumbai.

As soon as we got down from the bus and took out our luggage, we realized that one black colour back pack was missing.

We immediately contacted three police constables who were on duty there ( two without shirts and one in intoxicated state- unable to even speak)

After listening the police constable instructed a taxi driver to follow the bus. The driver was under the influence of liquor and there was another man who was also heavily drunk and who claimed to be a police constable . after driving for 5 minutes demanded Rs 10,000/- to chase the bus. However he refused to chase the bus and said ,” one should understand that every body is involved in the racket”

Again contacting the 3 constables on duty they refused to listen to us and said,” as the officers are not on duty they are not here to take any complaint, but they are only relaxing in the airport”.

I tried to contact T 3 bus coordinator and CISF coordinator at T3 and help desk at the airport but to no avail
But neither the bus was traced nor the bag.

Some of the things inside the black colour back pack ( pithu bag) were --one camera ( silver colour in black pouch), one sun glasses, keys with the key ring, 2 blankets, some fruits etc

Even after reaching Bombay we were in constant touch with the CISF staff of domestic airport but till now there is no news of our bag. We are in constant touch with the following numbers

We are told that the bus driver of BEST bus may have deposited the bag in the lost and found section of ISBT or the bus depot.
but till now there is no feed back on the whereabouts of our bag

This complaint is about the NON AVAILABILITY OF BUS NO.310 Jheel to inder puri 317 Shahdara to Shivaji steduim AFTER 9:00 PM.. if someone coming from Geeta Colony, Rani Garden, Kishan Kunj, Lalita Park no any bus coming between 9 to 10. i am traveling on this rout from last 6 Month but this problem still going on. i[censored] want to survay so please send any person from u department,. than u get more information about that.there is very bad condition for this and. but DTC not taking any action i[censored] not done any thing for that so i thing many of the people loss his or her job and work station... pleasessssssssssssss take action i think DTC is Sleeping

SUBJECT: Complaint against Route No-39 (Jai Mata Market to Jheel) for non availability from Laxmi Nagar to Jheel between 6-7 PM daily)


My name is Akhilesh Kumar Tripathi, I have been using monthly pass of Rs 1000- for DTC busses since 1 year.
I am staying at New Govindpura, Khureji Khas, Dlehi 110051.

I would like to inform you that there is no bus availability between 6 PM to 7 PM from Laxmi Nagar bus stop to Jheel. We are facing a serious problem because of that. I have DTC bus pass but spending a lot of money to Auto Rikshaws daily. Route No -39 busses do not come beween 6-7 PM which is the most important time for us to reach our home but facing problems because of non-availability of bus route no-39.

People say that Route No-39 DTC bus drivers take money from private bus operators and do not come on time and whenever come they come 2 or 3 busses together. There is very less quantity of AC busses for Rooute No-39 from Jheel to Jai Mata Market.

It is my humble request to you please see on this matter urgently and do the needful. Please reply me on my email id.

a pack of dogs have been troubling us for quite some time now.. Car's antenna chewed up.. Scooters seat all torn, all plants in the garden uprooted and what not.. list goes on.. My relatives refuse to come home due to the dogs.. Laundry men, delivery boys all refuse to provide services due to these dogs. A solution to this problem is very much needed and has to be quick...

This is to bring to your notice that we residents of Kailash hills are facing stray dogs problems. Stray dog population in this small colony is very high and it is very difficult to move in the colony as most of the dogs are sitting usually under the cars parked and they suddenly appear and have bitten so many residents. We all request that these dogs be removed from the colony so that we can go for the morning and evening walk without fear.Please pay attention to this major problem of this colony.

I am putting my complaint against the DTC bus service rout no 34 Noida to Mehroli via Khadar bus stand.
The bus conductor (Name Mr.Aman) in Bus no DL1C-3077 dated 9-May-2012 at 7:26 PM at Khadar bus stand. I picked bus from Khadar bus stand to Khanpur as I am a daily passenger for this rout. The ticket cost is Rs.20/- but the conductor asking for Rs. 25/-. He was wearing casual dress and not carrying the tariff chart, also when I asked him to show the tariff chart he misbehaved and and shouted me to get out from the bus and threaten to call the police. Lastly I get down from the bus.

I shown him the Rs.20/- ticket which I took in the morning from Khanpur to Khadar bus stand. He denied and said this is a wrong ticket.

I am strongly putting this complaint and also request you to punished the conductor not showing the tariff chart and misbehaved.

I am resident of village Ponnal, mandal Shameerpet, R.R.Dist. The dogs are creating so many problems in our street........
there are 14-15 dogs....which makes our day and night restless....

We are living at Barwala Village near Bawana. The service of Bus route no. 972 from Bawana to Uttam Nagar is very- very poor. We have wait for this Bus 30-60 minutes. This is single route towards this side. This route via Bawana- Barwala- Pooth Kalan- Budh Vihar- Mangol Puri- Peera Garhi- Uttam Nagar but every Low Floor DTC Bus passes through Bawana- Kanjhawala- Pooth Kalan. There are many buses from Bawana to Kanjhawala. We have complaint for this in Bawana Depot but they no pay hid to us & Low Floor Buses are any other Depot. You are requested to do the best service on this route or make a other route towards Barwala - Uttam Nagar (Direct). We are so upset regarding this route Bus service. Hope you will do the needful to the earliest.

Sub:Stray Dogs menance


Respected sir

I shiv kumar, a Government Employee, in pwd office, old court building office, kashmere gate, delhi -6 In this building there are office of SDM(kOTWALI) , Sub registrar and PWD OFFICE
Around 15-20 dogs are in this 150 mt road area . They run behind the scooter/car riders. They have biten numbers of people including me.
I request the MCD to kindly send a Dog catching squad and help the residents and office going person.

i want to bring in notice of DTC which provides bus transpot facility in new delhi. dtc has removed many bus routes from many years without any reasons and people who were travelling with that buses are in trouble due to inavaibility of these bus routes. i am staing that bus rotes with minor changes in it.route no 967 tikri border to sarojini nagar depot ( via mundka, nangloi, peera garhi, kesho pur depot, janak puri district centre, tilak nagar, hari nagar, beri wala bagh, maya puri depot, narayana, brar square, dhaula kuan,moti bagh, hyatt hotel, sarojini nagar depot)
route no 618 hauz khas terminal to azad pur terminal via ( yusuf sarai, medical, safdarjung hospital, moti bagh, arsd college, sardar patel marg, bapu dham, simon bolivar marg, rajendra nagar, patel nagar, karam pura, zakhira, shastri nagar,tri nagar,ashok vihar, azad pur.)
route no 750 okhla village to inder puri j j colony via modi mill, nehru place, chirag delhi, munirka, subroto park, palam airport, indian oil corporation, mode line, sadar bazaar, kirby place, base hospital, brar square, narayana, loha mandi, inder puri.

On Saturday evening i was travelling by this bus(778 - Inderlok) around 7:30 P.M. to 7:45 P.M. I boarded on this bus from Moti Nagar bus stop, i gave the conductor 10 rupees note and took the ticket of 5 rupees. But the note was damaged, i returned the note to the conductor and he gave that note to another passenger. After that somehow i found 5 rupees coin with me and i gave it to the conductor and said that please return me my 10 rupee note and i am giving you the coin of 5 rupees. The conductor refused to return me my 10 rupees note and started to saying me that i don't remember when you gave me 10 rupees note. At last he did not return my 10 rupees note and in perforce i get off from the bus.

I am JIJI K NINAN residing at Janakpuri, New Delhi and working in Gurgaon for last several years. I used to DTC AC buses from Uttam nagar term to Gurgaon for my daily trip to office and home regularly. But all of a sudden the AC Buses which scheduled in the same route withdrawed by the DTC causes lot of problem for daily commuters like me. Kindly restore the same with immediate effect for the public convenience.

PLEASE REFER MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINTS DATED 17 @ 18 MARCH . I HAD WRITTEN ABOUT THE DRIVERS OF ROUTE 131 AND 120 LEAVING TOWARDS NARELA DO NOT ENTER IN AZADPUR TERMINAL. MOST OF THE DRIVERS TAKE THEIR BUSES DIRECT WITHOUT STOPPING THEIR BUSES ON PROPER STAND INSIDE AZADPUR TERMINAL.
AGAIN ON 31 M1RCH 2012 AT 10/40 HOURS , THE DRIVER AND CONDUCTOR OF BUS NO.DL 1 P /C 8791 OF GTK DEPOT DID NOT STOP THIS BUS INSIDE AZADPUR TERMINAL.. I IMMEDIATELY INFORMED DEPOT MANAGER SH SURESH GUPTA ON LAND LINE PHONE NO.[protected] AND LODGED TELEPHONIC COMPLAINT NO 700 IN CONTROL ROOM BUT ALL USELESS. I HAD ALSO FAXED PREVIOUS COMPLAINTS TO MD/CHAIRMAN DTC,BUT TILL NOW NO ACTION AND NO RESPONSE.
I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN AND FREQUENTLY USING PUBLIC TRANSPORT SYSTEM OF DTC. BUT IT SEEMS THAT THERE IS NO CONTROL OVER DRIVERS AND CONDUCTORS IN DTC DEPARTMENT. PUBLIC HAS TO TOLERATE THEIR RUDE BEHAVIOR AND MIS MANAGEMENT ALSO. NO COMPLAINT IS REPLIED.NO ACTION TAKEN IS INFORMED TO COMPLAINANT.

i ramesh live in uttam nagar near gurdwara i want to say u that in uttam nagar there was so many street dogs .woh kabhi bhi kisi per hamla ker dete hai woh bhi ek kutta hamla nhi kerta 7 8 kutte her ek gali me rehte hai kisi ko gali se gujrne nhi dete aaye din accident hote hai in kutto ki wajah se so please take action towards these dogs immeditely they were mad dogs they can do anything please help !!my adress is rz-50 indrapark extension...

I had travelled in Low Floor bus on 20th March 2012, route no. 392, bearing no.- DL 1P C0-617, that left Moti Bagh Part-1 at around 08:55 A.M. After tellin the conductor and driver they didn't stoped the bus at Noida sector - 60 around 10:00 A. M. I even tried calling the helpline number but alarmingly none of the numbers were in use. The service of DTC is really poor and they are not rendering services for the money they are charging from us. I hope the higher authorities take up this matter seriously and take quick action at the earliest

I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN AND FREQUENT USER OF DTC SERVICES. I TRAVEL DAILY FROM AZADPUR TERMINAL TO NARELA BY ROUTE NOS. 120 AND 131. MOST OF DRIVERS DO NOT ENTER AZADPUR TERMINAL AND CARRY THEIR BUSES WITHOUT ENTERING AZADPUR TERMINAL. THE STANDS OF ROUTE NOS. 120 AND 131 ARE INSIDE THE TERMINAL. ON 17 MARCH AT 11.05 DRIVERS OF BUS NOS. DL- 1P/C 0195 (ROUTE 120) AND DL-1P/C 8821 ( ROUTE 131) HAD NOT TAKEN THEIR BUSES INSIDE AZADPUR TERMINAL. ALTHOUGH THE TELEPHONIC COMPLAINT HAD BEEN LODGED WITH DTC CONTROL ROOM AT 11/30 HOURS ( COMPLAINT NO. 590),BUT I EXPECT NOTHING . COMPLAINT NO 590 DATED[protected] HAD BEEN GIVEN .DEPOT MGR SUBHASH PLACE SH K.C.GUPTA HAD ALSO BEEN INFORMED .DEPOT MGR ROHINI 4 COULD NOT BE CONTACTED. PL DO NEEDFUL IN THIS MATTER. street dogs in colony
i am resident of north delhi Sanjay Enclave. there r many street dogs in our colony and they r increasing day by day. many people are getting injured daily. children's n women can't walk on road properly. Kindly take a action before some body serious injured . we really need your help. please take action as soon as possible so that v can live our life peacefully. because some dogs are getting mad he cut to every body.

BUS NO DL-1P-C7701 ROUTE NO 39 JHEEL BUS STOP SHAKKARPUR TO KHUREJI KHAS AND BUS TIME 9-15 AM. I HAVE A LEGAL TICKET AND TICKET NO IS 87739 AMT RS. 5/-. I HAVE FRACTURE IN MY FOOT I ASKED TO STOP THE BUS ON THE STAND BUT DRIVER IS REFUSED BECAUSE I WAS ONLY PASSANGER THIS STOP. THE NEXT RED LIGHT I AGAIN REQUEST TO OPEN THE DOOR DRIVER SHOUTING AND ABUSING, THEN I ASKED TO THE COMPLAINED BOOK TO CONDUCTER, HE ALSO MISBEHAIVE AND REFUSED MY REQUEST AND HE TOLD ME JA- JA NAHI HAI MERE PAS COMPLAINED BOOK-WOOK, TU KYA KAR LEGA. I am residing in Tamil Nadu Housing board, 5th main road,Ayyapakkam . Here there are around 15 dogs roaming in our street.Barking all the time and always it is in state where we really cant able to see.We urgently need help of yours.Its really so irritating to walk in the street.Hope u people will see this complaint and take actions as early as possible.
