A guy named Shailesh (sales executive den boomband) came to me on[protected] where he offered a few plans in which i chose a plan of rs. 750/- per month(14% service charge excluded ) as per his request i paid him 3 months payment which was rs. 2565/- by cash his commitment to me was that the connection will be installed within 2 hours but when he took money and went to office he didn't respond me over call. I called him on 9.30 PM at night that according to his commitment the connection was supposed to installed at 8.30 PM itself, but its already an hour late. Please provide me the clear status, in which he replied me that tomorrow itself till 11am in the morning your connection will be definitely installed but again the whole day passed and connection was not installed. I continuously tried to reach out him over call but he always ignored. And then i went to internet and found the den boomband east delhi sales zone manager contact named Mr. Ritesh - [protected]. I called him and told him the complete story and also gave the name of marketing executive (Shailesh) where his status to me was, sir do not worry your connection would be installed today itself and i will keep an eye on senior technician named Vaseem - [protected] whether he has installed it or not. But after that he also started ignoring my calls and then i tried to reach out senior technician Mr. vaseem and he told me that we have some connection line issue which will be fixed and your connection will be established by evening. But the days again passed and connection is not installed. Then i reached the Nodal complaint office named Mr. Sanjay Srivastav - [protected] and clarified the story and he told me that he will check and will call me by next day 2pm with resolution. Then i waited for him and not received any call hence i tried to reach out to him and he was also ignoring my calls and not responding on that. I dropped him an sms that please provide the status or -resolution either i have to reach out to police or consumer forum and i had a discussion over call and he told me that they doesn't have any effect by consumer forum and i can go anywhere. I need help from someone who can help me to get my money refund amount 2565 and also i want to register a case against den boomband company as they cheated me and not installed the connection yet or provided me the refund so that they would not cheat any other customer in future.     The DEN Cable service provider not provided original bill to customers as well not provide sufficient rights to customers all rights are completely in Cable operators hand. The A. S. TV cable service operator is Charged customers Rs.330/- per month & when the customer asked him for low cost recharge pack / subscription pack the owner of A. S. TV Cable Service Mr. Iqbal M. A. Patel told that (to DEN customers) you must have to pay Rs.330/- per month no low cost recharge pack / subscription pack is there & then, If customer raised complaint to DEN company they told that cable operators is have full rights & they are true. We can't do anything.

    From January 2015 the A. S. Cable Service charged all DEN company set top box customers Rs.330/- per month but in previous year when we buy set top box he only collect our Aadhaar card copy. Not introduce any subscription package on that time Rs.300/- is per month charge. In January 2015 we told him, we can't afford Rs.330/- plan stay us on Rs.300/- plan. He take Rs.300/- from January 2015 to July 2015 and our bill period is 15th July to 15th August. But he barred our services on 25th July 2015 & we asked him clarification on it then he told us that from January to July 2015 we need to pay remaining Rs.210/- then he activate our set top box.

    We have Set Top Box, SD Card (Standard Definition) & A. S. Cable Service payment card.
    Also in our package none of the Star Sports Channel is there(Star Sports 1, 2, 3, 4) as compare to these other cable company in Mumbra is providing with all sports channel pack in Rs.260/- per month including original bill as per government norms.

      Everytime i complaint about internet being slow than the mentioned speed it give me 2 kbps speed, inspite of 120 Everytime i call customer care, an executive comes n says pk we will look into problem n get back... But no action ever taken. They are just fooling people. I will never recommend this connection to anyone because they never do what they commit. +. Inspite of controlled use my data usuage of 15 mb funishes in 10 days and even if i will download movie n songs, again it will finish in 10 days... This m observing from last 3 months Is it ur strategy to make people spend more money on ur broadband... But sorry to say, it is just creating a bad impression. For some mint of money and lack of quality, your company is loosing customers...

        Before i proceed with my sorrowful story with den boomband, my subject disclaimer should've conveyed my message to you already. My recommendation: suffer with your existing isp but never go for den boomband (If you are not insane like me ;) ) .


        To begin with, i had a local isp connection for the past 2 years with some minor outage issues throughout. I was under the impression that being a local setup they were not competent enough to provide excellent services. After a few weeks of look - around i realised that airtel and other major isps could not provide a broadband connection in my area so i had only two choices. Den and bsnl. I opted for den as they are co - incidentally my cable tv service provider too.

        My sorrows start here: called their local sales rep at home to understand the process and as any other sales person, he gave me big hopes and innumerable promises about zero outages etc. I opted for their 5mbps / 30gb unlimited plan and also convinced my next door neighbour as they rely on me for such matters (By the way they had the same isp before based on my recommendation) . So. I submitted the form on 7th july and was promised a connection within 3 days bang!

        The sales rep offered den's ongoing scheme of getting:

        1. Inr 500 shopping voucher (Den snapdeal tv shop) for 1 month advance rental
        2. Inr 1200 for 3 months
        3. Inr 2400 for 6 months and so on.

        I was silly that i opted for 3 months advance (Will explain why later in my review) . My advance payment cheque got debited on 9th july and after that there was no communication from them until 11th july. Got highly aggravated and called the sales guy and den customer care to follow - up on both 11th & 12th. They raised a service request # cas - 11216 - n3d4 and assured me the connection would be setup soonest. Next evening i. E. 12th july @ 7 pm the cabling guys appeared and were upset that they were forced to setup my connection in this rainy weather:o

        Finally next morning i. E. Mon, 13th jul, the configuration team appeared and the setup was complete. They verified with me that the speed was 5mbps and coached me on customer portal login etc. I felt relaxed and thought that's it. However i was wrong. 2 days later the internet outages started to haunt me. Since then, almost every alternate day the internet goes down. I call them up on[protected] and they tell me:

        1. "sir it's an outage in your area, we are aware and our technicians are trying to resolve". When asked, they offer 5 hours sla!
        2. Or they would take the details from me and never get back. Most of the times i have to insist they create a case log and provide me the ref # which is not acceptable to them as it's a multiple customer outage. The internet comes back by itself, they close the ticket but an engineer would never call up to verify or provide feedback (Exception call from their engg. On jul - 24)

        Here are the ticket logs to prove that i am really suffering.

        So my woes still continue as i have paid them 3 months in advance (Inr 2565) . Would request do not fall in this pit. As a bonus to the above woes, i received my shopping vouchers yesterday and too my surprise it is 400 inr each (3 vouchers) and the conditions are:

        1. You can redeem one voucher on one purchase of rs. 2000 above only!
        2. No vouchers can be clubbed together.

        So to avail their pathetic discount of rs. 1200 i have to shell off 6000 inr from my medium - class pocket. Wow! Den'doom'band rockkks!
        DEN Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          Your internet really sucks. it has not worked for 3 hours continuously since installment. i have other important matters to attend to rather than keep waiting for your internet to do my job. If you want your connections to be continued in this locality and do not want to loose your subscribers because of the review I give them about your service, then, take this complaint seriously fix my internet connection ASAP. My connection was installed on 26th july 2015. I am attaching the image of error page i am getting. I also have not received the gift voucher you promised before installment. i want that too. this would be my last complaint to you.

            Veena singh reg. Mobile no. [protected]. Purchased den three month net connection on 31st may 2015 with the offer of three movie tickets free with this connection. But till the date i can not receive that movie tickets. Icalled several times in den company on customer care no then i got one authentication no. Then i have done my booking two times but till the date we can not receive any answer from them, i got only one msg that they will reply next 48 hrs. But we have crossed that date also which we applied for the movie. So, finally today i have decided to complaint to u. Because its a responsibility of that company who provide this offar not any customer duty. All the manager of den just make us fool. Now i want to see that what r u guys do for this matter. Thanks

              my register mobile No is [protected] .On 7/5/2015, yours men have visited my house with offers and schemes to became den's subscriber.i selected one which I have to deposit 3 months advance subscription in return i would get free movie tickets.Now two months passed: still i have not get any ticket.Many times i have booked complaint at toll free number[protected] .Each time got same reply "resolving my complaint with 24 hours."They are resolving complaint in their record .all fake and fake .In regarding this we have also being visiting yours Area office .But we get not any satisfactory reply .Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. register mobile [protected]

                Hello I sent below mail to them and it's been 5 days with no response. Account adjustments request was made 45 days back and no revert or action taken yet on it. Today their services have stopped working at all and I have finally decided to switch over to another ISP. ************ I have account with you user I'd AMARPALICM402 I have been using your services from past many months now. Last in May you migrated the server that caused my connection down for about a week. I talked to customer care in first week June, they said after my next cycle that started on 16th June these adjustments will surely be done and I should go ahead and renew my account. Taking your commitment into consideration I called up again last week to ask for adjustment and know my new renewal date. I also requested a call back cos the agent told me that my date was still the same. Then again I called few days back and same commitment was done that it will surely be adjusted by concerned team. Today again I started getting problem of seeing captive portal page that I reported today at 8mm and again asked if the extension to renewal date was done. It's been 4 hours now and today being the old non adjusted date my connection will expire and I will no longer be able to use your services. I am very surprised to see that in the name of customer care, customer is not at all taken care of. Without further request or asking for call back I want to confirm you that if in next 24 hours my issue does not get resolved I will stop asking for your services and switch to another ISP. I WILL KEEP THIS MAIL AS A PROOF AND POST ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA ABOUT KIND OF SERVICES BEING GIVEN BY DEN BOOMBAND. So that no one else would suffer as I did. Hope there must be a few professionals in your company who understand the value of customer and know how important customer service is. Last written request / information. Will wait for a confirmed resolution for next 24 hours and the switch over.

                  Dear Sir/madam, I made a wrong payment of Rs. 683, in Login ABHISHEK_K, this is in the name of Abhishek Khurana mobile no. [protected], at rohini. I spoked that person he said this no. is no more active. My ID is ABHISHEKK_471, registered in the name of Abhishek Monu Kaushik, at vasundhra. Many times i called at customer care no, but there is no response at all each time explain your entire story. since 5 days i am explaining, always they said you will be informed within hours. I don't know when these 24 hours will end. Even if they said that we can not help you this response is acceptable to me i can make payment again if i want to use it.

                    Left with full payment and not installing the broadband connection

                    Den Broadband has been doing the serious fraud in the process of installing broadband connection. Acc to their policy they will take full installation charge during the door form fillup procedure and after that they will not recieve customer call and will block the number also.
                    same has happened with me and kindly take some harsh step against them....

                    The services of den cable services is really realy pathetic in south delhi.
                    No signal for the past three weeks in complete delhi cantt area.
                    Inspite of repeated com[laints no action is taken by them,
                    The customer care person also expresses its helpness
                    And on being asked to upgrade the complaint expresses their
                    Inability. Excueses given range from change in setting tab
                    (Though their is no configurable setting), burnt cable, bad weather to underground cable damage.

                    Better to change over to dish/tata sky.
                    Very true.. the cable customer service provided at my place in Delhi Cantt. Is also pathetic. I have 3 boxes and always there is one issue or the other that occurs monthly due to which the cable connection gets lost for a few days. The executives manning the centre always put the blame on either faulty fibre cables, bad weather, technical glitch etc. On requesting them to adjust the billing dates to compensate for the inconvenience caused as there was no cable for do many days, they refuse and say that they can't do that. Like this every month u end up losing cable for 2-3 days on an average and end up paying for the whole month.
                    One example that I will share of is my set top box number ending 8114.
                    It was showing expiry of 26 Aug. I tried paying the recharge amount on 19th when I was doing for my other ones. Was unable to do as the link that the cable guys had shared was not working.
                    I tried again many times but the link did not work. The cable gor disconnected on 26th. On raising the issue with the cable executives the lady shared a Paytm qr code. On 31st I requested them to send an executive and I will pay in cash. Nothing happened even after getting a confirmation from them. Finally I downloaded the QR code on my laptop and scanned it using my phone and paid the amount of Rs 275(my plan) and shared the same with the cable executives over whatsapp.
                    This was night of 1st September.
                    On 2nd morning on asking them as to why the network was off they said that DEN has changed rhe tariff on 1st and I need to pay more for the same plan.
                    When I outlined the inconvenience and all the issues that I faced in payment cause their payment link was not working and they did not send their executive for collection, the lady said that it is not their fault and they can't do anything and I would have to pay the extra amount. Finally I switched over to a cheaper plan and told them to keep the extra amount as advance.
                    This is the way how they help customers who have 3 set top boxes and are loyal to DEN since 10 years..

When i do call to customercare they always said to me that this problem will resolve in 5 hrs but till yet it is not happen.                           i ashish chaurasia mobile no [protected], email .id:jonuchaurasia99gmail.com, purched a new wifi connection of den boom band on 6 june 2015 and seller commited me to give 1200 rs gift voucher on this connection.and said that this voucher is scheme offererd by company dis time..but its almost around 1 month, i didnt got any respond from the seller...so as per seller commitment, give my voucher as soon as possible...otherwise i should have to take some strict action against your company...

                              Hello Sir, I am a user of Den internet denboomband.com. I have got the connection recently at the address c-88, majlis park, gali no 6, 2nd floor, new Delhi - 110033. Due to some circumstances, I had to shift the building, and now I am staying at 238, Tulsi Marg, Keval Park, Delhi-110033. I have made a request on[protected] for shifting the connection to my new address, and they have accepted the request, and said that it will be done within 24 hours. Today is 28th June, and there is no response from their side. I have called them so many times, in the customer care, their local operators, their sales executive, and every possible person. But no action was taken by them to fix my problem. I have got 1 month plan, and my days are going in waste. I want you to take strict action for such kind of Internet ISPs.                               Customer care staffs are dumb.. everytime I call they ask the same thing, and reply the same thing. Sir ho jaayega..aaj.. and that "aaj" 3 din se nahi aaya..

                              commitment are false. they make clarifications their own on behalf of customers. and thus make consumer bear the expenses.. their executives are rude in behaviour...doesnt know how to talk to customers..

                                Hi I Purchased 3 months Internet plan with 5 MBPS and 30 GB package. It also consists 6 free movie tickets included. But i didn't get that. Its almost a month. And I called customer care many times. And also I wrote mail to [protected]@rewardport.in several time. They are not responding. Daily I facing issue with Internet also. Please resolve my problem as fast as you can.

Later the engineering told that installation can not be done due to technical reason but company has withdraw the money from account.                                     I have purchase internet connection 5mbps with 15gb and it also consists 5 free movies tickets with it with in the 10days of the connetion puchased but almost two month have been passed i canot get the tickets so please lessened towards my complaint otherwise i wiill go to cosumer forum
