On dated[protected] I had placed a request for a new connection with Den Boomband. I was promised a new connection within 8 working hours. I paid them a total amount of Rs. 3435/-. After hearing nothing from them for about two days, I again requested them to get the new connection done. After waiting for another 5 days I called Mr. Viraj Kumar (representative) who asked me to contact Mr. Vaibhav Jain. When I called Mr. Vaibhav Jain he made yet another false promise. When I contacted him again, I found out that my number has been blocked by him. It is pathetic. I am fed up by their false promises. I strongly condemn them.

    Sir i am facing slow speed problem from last 1 month and engineer is visiting and giving excuse that i will come soon wid my senior officer, its none of my business i will send you another engineer, give me time for 24 hrs i wil resolve it, but no one is doing anything so what shoul i do.

                No action has been taken against my requested issues. I got my connection installed on 6th Dec, 2015 with 3MONTHS+1MONTH FREE PLAN. According to my plan I should be getting a month more BUT it has expired on 4th March, 2016 (within 3 months). I tried alot and called them again and again but they are doing nothing. I complaint for more than 5-7 times by e-mail, by mobile and they gave me 24hrs to resolve my issue but again nothing happens. My plan should expire on April 1st week. Kindly provide me with the required support.

                  I'm using this den boom and service for past 1 year and have been facing constant slow Internet speed. I have a plan which have speed of 10 mbps but I'm having a speed which is less than 1 mbps.

                    Hello SIR,

                    4 months back I subscribed to DEN HD STB and payed 4500 rs for BOX
                    And Monthly paying 300rs for Superb package.

                    I am using Brand new LG 42 inc TV ( 4 months old) with this STB.

                    In 4 months, STB stopped working twice( NO HDMI output but RCA OUTPUT was working fine). They replaced the BOX saying some issue with HDMI.

                    Both the time my TV also stopped working when STB stopped working. LG service guy had to replace the TV motherboard twice :( .. And They said issue is with STB and not to use it.

                    Now I dont want to take risk again by using this STB, So want to change the STB to different network. But I have already payed 4500 for box and they said they will refund only 1000rs :o

                    The reason why I want to switch is due to STB causing problem to my TV.

                    Please help me getting maximum REFUND.

                    NOTE1: I have called CC but they were pathetic..
                    NOTE2: I have regularly payed monthly subscription (300rs).

                    We Consumers are now so helpless that we need to plead for our hard earned money.

                      I Mrs. Majula Pandit, have my office at Mukherji Nagar, my number [protected].
                      We had asked a agent to install den boadband around 28th January, but he insisted we install it on the same day and pay also. As we had no time we asked him to install it the next day to which he said he can't as there are problems in his company.

                      I issued a post paid cheque for 1 feb 2016. As nobody turned on 1.2.2016, I again called him and he said there are still problems in his branch. I got tstop payment of the cheque done. Thereafter there were many calls from the agent apologising to which I agreed and asked him to install it.

                      After four days one Mr. Uttam [[protected]] came to install the network and I paid Rs. 2061 and he wrote paid on the cheque. After few days I got a suspension letter of the services on my registered email [protected]@yahoo.com. I called up the agent again. In my absence one Mr. Nandlal Gola [[protected]] came and took Rs.2061 from my daughter and again issued receipt. Thereafter I kept calling the branch manager Mr. Vaibhav [[protected]] and the customer care numbers but my services were not resumed nor my money refunded.

                      In fact I was asked to pay Rs.300 more for stop payment of the cheque though it was due to your fault. I was further told that my servicves will stop on 4th March. I even asked when you have suspennded the services how will you stop the services but they kept demanding Rs. 300.

                      Please take immediate action against these greedy people.

                        Hi,

                        I have paid in advance Rs. 2405( scheme with broadband connection for 5 months ) for broad band services on 12 Jan, 2016. They arrived within 2 days and did wiring but didn't installed router saying that they will do it later. After that I have lodged complaints several times on their customer support but my calls were forwarded from one employee to another untill it was hanged up. After lots of calls they informed me that issue would be resolved within 2 days. But nothing happened. When I complained again they asked for electricity bill which I provided, then they asked for rent agreement which I provided by myself in their office; but all in vain. They arrived at my residence for getting payment but didn't pick documents from my residence, I had to go to their office two times for submitting documents still getting nowhere. This way they kept this issue hanging for 2 more weeks.

                        When I asked for refund they said that amount can be refund only within one month of payment. Now they are not even refunding my amount. I have recorded all my conversations on mobile and have mail trail which I can provide as proof. I am a B.Sc. student in DU and it has affected my studies, time and money severly. Please help to resolve this issue.

                          This company is a very fraud company, fraud and fake customer, and the biggest frauds are the sales person. I am telling my full matter, I am using my connection of Den networks from last one month and i paid 1947rs. amount by cheque to this company sales person(Shyam Kumar). But today on dated 24-Feb-2016 the technical person of this company came here at my house and tell me about removing my connection due to cheque bounce, but in my account details the amount has been deducted. I don't know that why every person telling different things, Den customer care telling that my cheque has cleared but the technical person telling that it is a demo ID and we will remove your connection due to my cheque bounce. So i am submitting this complain i have also attached my cheque in below attachment. Please do the needful. If it will needed i will give my account details also.

                            I am user of your denboom band (user ID -Vj_95280) I have take your demo connection on 15th Dec 2015 as per plan of 10 days free after 10 days I recharge my net paln for 3 months ( on 25 dec ) but my billing cycle is showing 15 to 15 and also my usage showing always excess as per original usage. We try to contact your consumer care so many time but they are usable to solve my problem. We need your support to close my all issue if you want your customer with you otherwise I no option other than withdraw this Internet connection and move to some other internet provider.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I am resident of Kamothe for the past 7 years, very recently I bought a new HD TV for which I wanted a new HD set top box. I tried contacting the customer service provider of DEN Networks. To my understanding the Customer Service Agents are just there to receive calls and not do anything regarding the enquiries of customer. There I had a word with one of the executives wherein he said that the HD set top box is charged ar Rs 1999. I got very much excited and told him to arrange for a callback from his senior for further information, for everyone's kind information I didn't receive any call from his senior.All these instances occurred on 8th February 2016. After waiting for 2 whole days and not receiving a call I contacted the Local DEN Networks operator Mr Uttam Kale ( [protected]) on 10th Feb 2016.
                              We had a discussion and he said that he will be able to arrange for a HD set top box only for Rs 3000 (contrary to what I was told by the customer Service Agent of DEN Networks. Mr Uttam Kale also told me that the customer service agents are fools and they don't know the actual price and due to shortage of HD set top boxes we are charging you a bit more than the actual price ) after much negotiation I agreed to give him Rs 2650 thinking that he would fast track the process of installation.Now its 21st Feb 2016 and still I haven't heard from Uttam Kale and he is also not answering the calls.
                              I once visited his office and he said that he has bought the set top boxes but they are still not active to which I feel he is lying.
                              I would like a refund as he has completely negated the same stating that the device is already been bought or else I want the device to be installed ASAP.

                                  I was your Net Coonection user id G-84415 Firstly i request to shift my net from Mayur vihar ph -2 to Shakarpur most most it should take time of 2-3 days but your staff did it more than a week and after i recharge my den account on 24 jan 2016 and its not start and i call so many time but there is only one answer "i forward your request from my hand and our engineer visit your place but its takes 3-4 days there is no any call or person in my palace as a working in a MNC internet is must to me but due to your staff i suffer many problems and after fed up to calling and write you mail ( i got no any reply from your side) i decide to discontinue with your service so i was submit my request on 26 jan 2016 and wenever i was call there is only one ans "i forward your req from my hand " but there is no any step taken by den staff i called more than 20 times every time i recieved same ans and yesterday I talk with Mr sandeep they told me i do it on priority basis but there is no call or nothing its more than 24 hours. may b this is my last message after that i will take legal action and i have all the recordings and mail regarding this. Now finally they told me there is no refund possible.

                                        I had applied for Den Boomband connection on 1st Dec 2015 for which I had paid Rs 3435 thru cheque .

                                        The technician who visited me the next day told that the connection could not be made due to some technicalities.

                                        And I was promised a refund.

                                        Its been 2 months and I have still not received my refund.

                                        I have called your customer care 4 times since, but still the issue is unresolved.

                                        Requesting you to look into this matter otherwise there is no choice for me than to make a Police complain.
