Den agent took Rs 2920 for 3 months complaint, in return I got demo connection for 5 days at slower speed. Since then am losing internet everyday and on complaining they say they have not got my payment. Payment was made in cash to the agent sent by them almost 16 days back.

Everyday I call and give them details of their own agent, copy of receipt and details of payment. Everyday I am assured of action within 24 hours but nothing is done.
Even their agent does not take call anymore.
Kindly help.
Also I would suggest everyone to not pay upfront to Den.

    Hello,

    I was using broadband connection of Den Boomband (http://www.denboomband.com/). I have put a broadband connection shifting request on April 02, 2016.

    My old address was:
    25A, 3rd Floor, Pocket 2 Mayur Vihar Phase 3 New Delhi - 110096

    My new address is:
    29O, 3rd Floor, Pocket 2 Mayur Vihar Phase 3 New Delhi - 110096

    They said the shifting will take 3 to 5 days. It''s now been 18th day and still they didn't shift the connection. I have already paid (Rs. 859) for the service (That I am not using for now) for this month as this is a pre-paid service.

    I have contacted their customer care lot of times but no one gives me information about when the complaint will be resolved. Kindly look into the matter.

      I have taken den boomband internet connection with 3months package and i have registered alot of complaints for same problem ever that internet is not working and today, i am feeling i have lost my money because half of the month net is not worked so how can i take advantage of internet.
      I request you please give me a compensation for that and improve your service asap.

        DEN Networks — Frequent disconnection of internet

        From last few weeks internet is disconnecting frequently for hours. Mostly after 10. When we call costumer care they refresh or something then somehow it start working, but after some hour same problem persist . We cant call everyday to costumer care for that . So bad experience with den . The speed they promised, not even getting half of it .

            These people literally harass the consumer once you have paid them money. There customer center people are so rude, they will cut your call and not solve query and talk rudely.
            My connection was started after several calls but wiring is still half way since a month. Now the person never picks up my call and the call center people call me only to remind for payment and when i tell them about wiring issue they either cut my phone or say this is no reason for non payment.
            Today hey said there are 200 employees so if he is not picking your call its not a big deal you make the payment coz connection is still there.

            I tried more than 50 times for complaint .. they some time make on hold and after 2-3 mins.. cut the phone.. most of time they don't receive phone..

            fewer time when connect with costumer care.. they cut the phone without giving any satisfactory reply even not taking complaints.. Even talking like rubbish.

            My internet not working so long... ..

            I am trying more than 10-15 days for complaint that my internet stop in every 15 to 20 mins and ask to restart modem.. but none of customer care.. or last time visited engineer giving any response.

              The cable tv operator associated with DEN here does not attend phone call while the cable is gone. The person named Govinda who is associated with DEN for this circle keeps his cellphone off . Even while his phone is on he does not adresses the complaint .For instance, the cable is non-functional for last 48 hourshereand the man haskept his cellphone off. while his phone was on, he ignored to attend the phone call. kindly look into this problem

                Hi,

                I have been using den boomband from last 4-5 monts and as far as their services are concerned it's worst. I have shifted my home in same sector in vasundhara ghaziabad. I shifted on 1st april and made a request to shift my connection on urgent basis and they told me it will take maximum of 3-5 days but as yiu r requesting it on urgent basis so we will do it before that.

                from them i have been calling them on urgent basis and they are not giving me any solution. Everytime i call them they are telling me it's in process and will take 3-5 days withount knowing the fact that it's been already 12 days.

                Because of them, i have lost my several project to deliver on time and have lost money as well.

                I have a already taken advance rental plan and paid them where thay are not able to provide me service and not able to and properly and reason behind the delay.

                I have spoken to their supervisors Name Rameez, Siraj several time and they are not giving any solution and everytime these people tell me to wait for 24 hrs. You can check my call records.

                Please take restrict action against them and ask them to compensate my money which i have lost because of them and projects as well.

                  Facing frequent internet disconnections since few weeks..What frustrates even more is that one cannot even know what's the problem as it takes enormous time and patience to reach their customer service. Their customer service will make you listen to music instead of attending calls..so one ends up without internet and a low talktime balance after paying for monthly internet rentals.

                    I am residing in shipra suncity indirapuram, i bought a den boomband connection from a sales guy first he told me that the router will be connected the next day after payment then i was told that it takes 48 hrs to service, then i was told routers are not available after 4 days that sales guy gave me a day that on this day your router will be configured but instead of it he gave me a number and says talk at this number to technician who was not picking call.Thank god in between they did not encash my cheque, after all this i had lost hopes so i stopped the cheque. If den is so unprofessional then how could anyone rely on after sales service.

                      Hi i hv been using Den cable for almost 5 years, however this was my first time where i have recieved such an irresponsive and unacceptable customer service. Today i called Den CS as to check why cable is not active on my TV the agent who attended my call said due to non-payment the cable is not dere.. I advised him that i already made a payment... Then he transferred my call to his supervisor named Dheeraj Kumar, i believe these calls are recorded the supervisor was so rude as per his tone and repeated the same as due to non paymnt cable has been discontinued and adv to speak to local cable provider. I had an imp show which i never wanted to miss but unfortunately due to pathetic service of Den m watching it online now.. But being so mad at the supervisor, i asked dheeraj his managers or any other persons name in the management. Again he was was so pathetic that he said he cannot disclose any personal info, then i told him that i am just asking for manager or companies managements name, which i believe being a customer is our right to know. But again assuming that most of our indian call centres take indian customers as just formal and no action required.. I just want this to be highlighted and resolved.
                      We are not just indian customers, we also are consumers of a service provider!!
                      Den is worst in service providers!!😡🤔
                      They have only 1 answer "It's due to non payment" be it hardware issue or software!
                      FrauDEN got Worst cable service providers and customer support is just too bad !

                        Since last two weeks customer care number is changed from the toll free to paid number. Most of the time we call on it, it says this number is presently busy. And by chance if we get connected it makes us wait for at least 20 minutes to talk with customer care guy and in this period our phone balance is going down because of that unnecessary waiting.
                        Apart from this internet service is down for atleast 5 days out of 30 days in a month. And because of that customer care problem we cant even submit our complain. Please take a necessary action in this regard.

                          I got my connection on 26th march 2016. I am very undatisfied by the speed and range of the modem.The range of the mosem is only 5 metres that i cannot acess it in another room of my house. I asked them to either change the modem or disconnect my connection. I filed many complaints till now but no one came to resolve it . And i get the messege that your query has been resolved. How can they solve the query without visiting my place. This company is a fraud.I request to please disconnect my connectio n as soon as possible and refund my money . My user id is gu34826331.                               I had been using den boomband for about an year (In 2015) and then i had to relocate.
                              I contacted o move my connection to my new location (Daryaganj, new delhi -110002) and i was told that it is not available at that location.
                              The customer support also told me that i need not do anything to end the connection and it would be ended and router and modem will be collected.
                              However, no further communication was made from den regarding the recovery of modem and router. Instead i started getting calls from den boomband executive(Javed) in okhla that den will provide me with broadband connection to my new house location for an yearly amount of rs. 3779.

                              I confirmed multiple times if the connection is available at my location or not, and he insisted that it is available. So i agreed for an yearly subscription of the services.
                              An executive by name of "naveen" (Mob: [protected]) visited me and took rs 3779 in cash from me and gave me a receipt and told me the connection would be installed soon.

                              Now, i waited but no connection was installed and when i asked the executive from okhla, he replied that the connection is not feasible at my location.
                              Since then i have raised multiple complaints regarding the refund of money and there is no success.

                              Below are the few complaint numbers that i have which have been made but there is no success despite the assurance from customer service executive that these will be resolved in 24 hours.

I cant imagine how i can consume the internet service when i don't even have a connection/installation.

                                The problem is that I had installed this den connection on 24 Nov and the person from den who came to money is Mr ajeet Kumar phone number[protected] who promised us that we would get 3 months and 1 month free so we paid for 3 months together ₹4466.and then in Feb when our connection for 3 months was over it was time for activation of the free month. Now Mr ajeet Kumar said if company is not giving what's my fault. So I complained to den and they sorted out the problem and told me that you would get 30 days extra. So they activated the connection for 15 days and then again I had to call them to get my connection active and told this story. They kept telling me your complaint is being processed, we'll arrange a call back from senior supervisor but nothing has happened till date. Even Mr ansh senior supervisor is also not trustworthy cause he knows the problem I told him but now 15 days are over and my complaint has not been sorted. Also I've been regularly calling them for 10 days and you can also see the no of calls by me it would be greater than 20 then I finally thought to email you my problem as I all cheater are there in your company on the phone desk so maybe email desk person may help me.                                   On 19th March 2016 At the time of booking Den Boomband Sales Executive told me that Den is available at my residence, so i paid 2577 as 3 months advance rent. I wait for 2 days when nobody called me for installation, i called the helpline number, technician told me that Den boomband Service is not available in my area, so i asked for refund, i registered a complaint for refund on 22nd March 2016 with complaint no. IS921400, this issue got closed with a reason "installation done", no money will be refunded. i made another complaint on 23rd March 2016 ref no. IY923887, and have got no responce till now.                                   They are doing absolutely the same thing to many people I also am facing the same, they took Rs 3799 from and told me that DEN is not available in my area, after many complaints now they told me my plan was consumed. I cannot even imagine how I can consume the data when I don even have the connection.

                                    It got installed on 22 March 2016 around 3 PM. I tried to use it around 9 PM But it stopped working just in 5 mins. Since then I am contacting the 1800 helpdesk and local Durgapuri Helpdesk. They are all responding and raising complaints but no action yet.
                                    Laptop was able to connect to Router but still get no Internet message. Bad time I paid for 6 months!!!

                                      WIFI of my home was properly working till 19th March, 2016 Morning, but one of a Executive of Den Internet came in the evening to change any IP and had done something with Wifi Router and it becomes disconnected.He left by saying that it will start working within an hour on 19th.

                                      We have waited for 19th, But it didn't start, and I complained him for same.On 20th March evening some other Den guy came and he also left with the excuse that it will get workable within 2 hours.

                                      I tried to reach all the Den Executives again but they are so much irresponsible that they doesn't respond properly and are not efficient enough to provide any solution.

                                      Can you please help to update my connection asap as we are facing lot of negligience from your sales and server persons.

                                        Company has promised to offer 5 MBPS till 50 GB, however we are receiving the speed in KBPS instead of MPBS. Contacted customer through social media facebook, they assured to look into at the earliest. However no response from the company till now, , tried calling Engineer who installed the machine, He is also not responding the calls. Never seen such unprofessional services from any of the company.
