Hi I installed Den Broadband on November 27, 2014. Sales representative Gulshan who installed the Internet saying that you will get 4 days of trial period and your Internet plan would start from December 1st, 2014 and next you have to pay on January 1st, 2015. Now he is saying your Internet would be disconnected if you don't pay up by 28th December, 2014. I tried calling there helpline number at [protected] they refuse to lodge the complaint and asking me to pay them up. Sales Rep who wanted to meet his month end target made false promise so that he can achieve his target.       It is more than 10 days, I have filed complaint in Den Networks that my cable is not working. Every time I call customer care they said we will send our customer care executive but afterwards no response. When I asked them to transfer phone to GM/ Head of customer service, they are not ready to transfer the same and neither they are ready to attend compliant. Please help me out.         I am an unfortunate user of DEN network services in Ghaziabad Indirapuram, Gaur Green Avenue. The local DEN network providers does not listen to complaints. For the last 4 months we are continuously complaining regarding the problem but the service provider takes no action against it. They send their agents for bill amount even than the network is not working more than 20day in a month and while making payments if we ask for bill the agent reply we will not be able to give bill till march 2015. why I should pay the amount to the operator if he is not giving bill for the same. It means they are not paying any taxes to govt. Request you to please take immidiate action

          I am not able to see television since last 2 days and I am continuously following the cable operator and every time he says that he will be coming within half an hour but he never comes and at last he stopped receiving calls even, they have very poor service. I will suggest not to go for den cable networks. I want the action to be taken very soon. I put up in B-138, Patel nagar II, Ghaziabad. I want my cable back which is causing very much inconvenience and action should be taken.               By far the worst Cable TV. Got it installed 2 months back. Many a times there is a lot of disturbance. And 4 days back all the channels belonging to Zee, Star & Sony Network stopped broadcasting. Called the local contact for DEN Cable TV, he keeps giving different reasons every single time. Most of the time he is driving to Rajajinagar, wondering if he is a cable operator or a driver. He has now stopped picking my calls. His no is [protected]

                I spend Rs 1425/- in setting up DEN cable for TV and spend Rs 600/- extra for cable wire. Since beginning, the box does not work properly, every other day signals are lost. Many many complaints but cable operator does not change box rather they say there is no fault from our side Then contacted DEN company through website. They resolved problem once and one week was TV was working. Now again the same problem, no signals are received. Cable operator does not listen neither they receive phone calls. I asked DEN company to take back the box and return my money, which they charged in the name of set up box. DEN says there is no refund policy and they can not do much about it. So I am reshuffling between DEN company and the local cable operator. What I want now: I want my money back for set up box, which around 1425/- and they take be the cable box.                   hi this is deepak, from indirapuram ghaziabad shipra sun city .
                  we have den broadband supply in our society ..they are the WORST supplier of internet. every night they switch of the internet for every 10-15 mins and then reopen it . we miss important work mostly because of their worst service.

                  this is the WORST service provider ever.
                  please dont trust this and i am writing this letter in anger by connecting internet from my mobile network to just complaint this WORST company and their service.

                    I am an unfortunate user of DEN broadband services in Ghaziabad Indirapuram, Shipra Sun City. The local DEN Broadband network providers does not listen to complaints and the Internet connection breaks every now and then causing problem while financial transactions and filling forms etc. For the last 4 months we are continuously complaining regarding the problem but the service provider takes no action against it. They send their agents for bill amount collection even before the actual recharges are made into the account. The behaviour of the agents is also not acceptable.

                      have been harassed by Alfa Cable who claim to be the franchisee of Den network, who had disconnected my cable connection on 31st July 2013. On inquiring I was told that the disconnection was for the reason of able Subscription form. We were not told of any deadline to submit the cable subscription form. Though submitted the form on 4th August 2013 hoping that the cable will go operational on 6th. However on following up with Alfa Cable they claimed to have lost my form & then wanted a new one. Finally without any recourse submitted another application on the 08th. finally my connection was restored on 10th Aug.

                      Again today 16th Aug the cable connection is lost, without any prior information and/or intimation, which makes me conclude o[censored]nnecessary harassment by the cable operator.

                      My advice is to never subscribe to the Den network or Alfa Cable as both are hopeless and don't understand customer service at all.

                      cable operator — harresment from cable operator

                      there are two cable operators running in laxmi nagar delhi - 92. Currently i m using service of batra cable tv but i m not satisfy. Now i contacted to dhawan cable to take place of service but he denied and saying
                      that i m using other cable network thats why we cannot give u service.

                      My question is there any law that if any one using service of one cable operator then he cannot ask for other cable to change.

                      If no, so where can i complaint against this harresment.

                      DEN networks — technical problem

                      Den networks is the worst service in the world. Almost every day is shows that there is a technical problem. So friends don't buy a den setup box. if you give more 100 rupees more for dish TV you would enjoy seeing the programs 24x7 . I am fed up. But here in my area only den setup box is allowed.

                        I was the cable user (Consumer) of montoo shah network pvt. Ltd. I have taken a set up box in the month of nov. And i have paid the amount in advance till the month of march but i have not used this set up box since march and i tried to contact with our area montoo shah cable network to surrender this set up box but he denied to return back than i gave a written letter that i have not been using this cable set up box since march 2013



                        Now i visited two or three times to cable operator to continue with the minimum plan but they were asking to pay the amount from march2013 to june2013 but my cable has been disconnected during that period



                        I have visited two or three times but i did not get a favourable response so i have to go though with u to provide me a justice and how can i pay the amount for that period which i have not used it and even i informed them about the previous period







                        I have visited many times to the montoo shah network pvt. Ltd. For restart the set up box and i am agreed to pay for the month of july 9, 2013 when i would like to continue it but they are not asking for the previous months charge





                        And you know that the cable has been disconnected for non payment of balance due and i have also given an intimation about this than why should i pay for amount for that period which i did not use it





                        So i request you to kindly consider my application and help me to restart the cable network from just right now



                        And i agree to pay the amount for continuation of den set up box

                          Dear Sir,

                          I had submitted an application to Den Networks Ltd.(Tel. No. [protected]) to subscribe to A-La-Carte package of TV channels of my choice, for Rs. 150 + Applicable Service Tax and Entertainment Tax.

                          However my application was rejected on the ground that I have to first take one Den Basic(Rs. 100) or Den Intro(Rs. 180) package and then add A-La-Carte channels to that package. According to Mr. Mahesh(M [protected]), I can not subscribe to only A-La-Carte package. My repeated requests to show me any such rules have fallen on deaf years.

                          The stand taken by Den Networks can not be true as these guidelines have to be similar for all Cable operators. So when SITI Digital Cable Television can allow me to take only A-La-Carte package at my home, why can't Den Networks do the same at my office.

                          I shall appreciate, if you please take up the matter with Den Networks and impress upon them to allow my subscription for only A-La-Carte package.

                            Plz dismissed this cable network company asap bcause no reply any side Local cable network and Den network. I facing the problem last week against the cable is not coming after complaint no - 763912 but when I talk to respective person they everytime roudly talk to costomer so I requested to you plz understand this Govt. of India scheme proble and I am unable to understand what happened to delay in my Cable problem Application. I have given my details below.

                            Please raised this issue . It's a kind request for concerned Den Nework and local cable operator authorities to take action IMMEDIATELY.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I am residing in Bhagwan Nagar, Ashram, New Delhi-110014. Here I want to inform you that my DEN network is not working. This is a recurring problem since last 9-10 days. I called many times to local DEN Network provider; they visited us & tried to solve this; however; each & every time they only provided me some temporary solution which results to few minutes entertainment to me.

                              And even today I called them up regarding this problem & they don’t even responded me well;just told me that “Thik ho gaya, aap ek bar phir se dekh lo…”. This task (did by your local cable provider) frustrate me a lot.

                              Already I have put a complaint on customer care (Complaint number: 479495).

                              Cold you please expedite your process to provide me a stable OR I just move to another service provider?

                                Dear Sir / Mam,

                                I have a digital cable TV connection provided by Den Networks.

                                Due to some technical issue my set top box is unable to receive signal and suffering from this issue since last 2 weeks.

                                I raised a complaint against the Den Networks by calling their customer care. Below is the communication happened till date:

                                1st call to CC:
                                Response from CC : Our technical team will contact within 24-48 hrs and solve your problem.
                                Waited for 3 days but no response from the provider.
                                2nod call to CC:
                                Response from CC : Since you have not received any communication from our side I am raising a High level complaint and our technical team will contact within 24 hrs and solve your problem.
                                Again waited for 2 days but no response from the provider.
                                3rd call to CC:
                                Response from CC :Same response as above and raised 3rd level complaint
                                Still no response..

                                When I tried to call them again, they barred my number so that I cannot call them again.

                                Please suggest,that what should be my action against them..I am tired of the worst service provided by the Den Networks.

                                  I am Renil Padmanabhan residing in kengeri satellite town, Bangalore. I had requested for a cable connection with set top box from DEN networks. They took almost two months to provide one. After installing the device there are regular technical issues. Whenever i tried to contact DEN customer care they would agree to set right the issue within 48hours, but would neither come to resolve the issue nor even contact us. From past two weeks there has been some technical issue with the set top box and inspite of calling DEN several times, they have not sent any person to resolve this matter. The local cable operator never responds to our call.
                                  We have really got trapped with such a poor technical network. WeI need some serious help in this regard.

                                  I'm Arun Babu, Media technician. I'm living in Kerala, Cochin, Chengamanad village under the cable network of DEN ELGEE VISION. This is to inform you our network service is very bad here. This is the second time the operator disconnect whole the channels while CCL is going in the Surya TV. If you have any problem with the Sun network, why the costumers should suffer it. This is very bad and cheap action. I[censored] you want just cut Surya TV only why the others.                                       I was the cable user (CONSUMER) of Den Network Pvt. Ltd. I have taken a set up box in the month of Nov. But I Chang my House 2 may and I have paid the amount in advance till the month of April but I have not used this set up box since May to August and I tried to contact with our area Den cable network to surrender this set up box but he denied to return back than I gave a written letter that I have not been using this Cable set up box since may to Augult 2013

                                      Now I visited two or three times to Cable operator to continue with the minimum plan but they were asking to pay the amount from Rs1300 May to August but my cable has been disconnected during that period

                                      I have visited two or three times but I did not get a favourable response so I have to go though with u to provide me a justice and how can I pay the amount for that period which I have not used it and even I informed them about the previous period

                                      I have visited many times to the Den Network Pvt. Ltd. for restart the Set up box and I am agreed to pay for the month of Sptembet, 2013 when I would like to continue it but they are not asking for the previous months charge


                                      And you know that the cable has been disconnected for non payment of balance due and I have also given an intimation about this than why should I pay for amount for that period which I did not use it

                                      So I request you to kindly consider my application and help me to restart the Cable network from just right now


                                      And I agree to pay the amount for continuation of Den Set up box
