My name is Varun Bhatnagar & my user id is VIN_91781(Vinita Bhatnagar), Contact no is - [protected].
I'm Using your internet connection since November, 2015.

On 21st jan 2016, i made a request to den customer care for payment pickup for my monthly recharge as your website is not working.

Then on 23rd jan, i call den customer care number in the morning & i told them to activate my account as your executive wasn't come even after 24 hours.

So, the customer care agent told me that he is activating my account for 24 hours & he will send the executive for collecting the payment.
Then after 1 hour i got a call from your executive that he'll be coming for collecting the payment.

My internet connection is working fine till 9pm, then it's stop working.
Then around 11pm, i call the customer care no, & the agent told me that you have to deposit activation charges/security(i don't remember what he said).

That agent really testing my patience. So i told him to transfer this call to his supervisor. Then after so many holds, that agent finally transferred the call to Mr. Ashvani(Excalation Department) & they told me to wait till 24th jan(3 pm).

Then on 24th jan, around 12.30 pm, i called up to the customer care regarding the updation. Then Ms. Neha told me that there is no complaint raised. Then she raised the complaint for me.

Every one is keep telling me that your cheque has been bounced, you need to pay penalty worth Rs.300
I never ever give any cheque to anyone.
What the hell is going on!
I make the payment, so my internet should need to be working as it's a prepaid internet plans.

Then after 3pm, i called up to the customer care as i didn't got any call from Mr. Ashvani(Excalation).
Then Mr. Pawan picked up my call & after so many request he finally transfered the call to the floor supervisor Mr. Sandeep, & he told me to wait till 5pm.
Then at 4.30 pm, I got a call from Mr.Sandeep & he told me that your cheque no is 24670 from ICICI bank dated 8th Nov has been bounced.
So you have to pay 2000+300 penalty in order to activate your account.
He told me that this cheque has been bounced on 2nd jan.

So Mr. den, now you guys are doing fraud. I didn't gave any cheque.
That agent which collected my documents for installation, he might gave his own cheque.
If cheque bounced on 2nd jan, then you should inform me that your cheque has been bounced. After collecting monthly payment on 23rd jan, you are telling me that i have to pay 2300 more.
What the hell!!
It means 2300+859 for 1 month internet.
Wah!!!

So, now after 2 months, you guys suddenly remember to collect the activation charges/security.
Even i don't know that i need to pay something more.
This should be clear out on day 1.
Not after 2 months(stop giving surprise to the customers).

You tell me that after collecting the payment, how you guys deactivated my account.
Is it my fault??
Why should i bear??
What should i do??
Even after making the payment, i'm stuck :-( :-( :-(

As on call from the customer care, I'm not getting any solution, so after requesting so many times to the agent, supervisor etc etc etc etc etc. I finally E-mail you my complete story. I'm so tired to call the customer care again n again & told my story to everyone who so ever picked up my call.
Hopefully i get the solution over here.
If not, then tell me where should i go :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( :-(

Don't make this story that i need to pay 2300 for activation.
Blah blah blah
I really feel to be cheated by you guys( so called den boomband).
I wasted so much energy.

I will also going to share this mail on social networking if i don't get any positive response. I'm not threating you, i just wanna tell people about your fraud.
Shame on you

Do the needful & activate my account.
I'm not going to pay any hidden charges.
Wave off the charges.

    Den Boomband customer support is very bad. i have last 4 days internet problem and i am calling many time but i have not got any satisfaction from your side. last four days, i continue call to customer care and they are always given me a new complain no that is ( IJ 772418; IJ774915 & MS774915 ) and i got a massage by technical team my problem has resolve without any support. they give a happy customer code but everything is fake. they are automatically resolve our problem and sent a resolve massage.

      One Mr. R.N.Yadav (mobile no.[protected], an internet provider in Dishad Garden area, east delhi, came to our house and informed that Denbboomband is good and if you take den connection for one month by paying Rs.1432/-, he will get an additional 15 days usage of den internet connection free. this was on 19.12.2015. however, on 19th January 2016, when we contacted your customer case, i was told that the period was over and i should recharge by paying money. when i contacted mr. yadav, he has started evading me and told me to talk to customer case.

      this is cheating. he should have told me clearly that the connection is only for one month and fifteen days extra cannot be granted extra.

        Dear Sir Account ID: SIDHARTH_20856 Rs. 1938/- has been paid on 23.10.2015 vide net banking towards re-activation of account. It has been told by executive that by paying subscription for 3 months, 5 months subscription will be given and I also received a mail from them on the same. But recently I got a message from Den that my account has been deactivated after 3 months(i.e. on 21th Jan 2016). 2 months free subscription was not given to me. Proof1 . Email from Den side. .           Dear Sir/Madam, I recently installed your Den boom Broadband connection on 14 December 2015. My register number is [protected] and UID is v_117883. I am already lock the call for disconnect the connection at your customer care center on phone. I am not happy with your service of your salesman Mr Prashant ([protected]) Subhash Nagar, New Delhi area. He give me wrong infromation for selling the connection.Today is Jan 12th still i am not receive the voucher of Snapdeal. He is not tell me that after consuming the 15GB my internet speed will be 128Kbps. I am using your cable service from last 3-4 years. In this there is no problem from your operator side.           I am not happy with this answer from #denboomband person that i have to pay more 500+ Rupees to for extra GB's for 3 months. They will give me 50 GB and 1Mbps speed. Why i give more paisa for this. This is problem of your Sales man who give me wrong information about the connection. I told to #Dennetwork person to don't pay me anything. Don't give me money. Just disconnect my connection . This the not the way.

          We understand your concern however our plans are fixed and we will not be able to provide the secondary speed of 1mbps until to upgrade to the next plan! Kindly pay the difference amount before 20th Jan so that we can process the plan change from back end.

            Installed Den Cable netwok TV connection, some 11 months back. it started giving problems, like technical problems very soon...and now we face this now every alternate day. We complained at customer care numbers and local operator many a times. but all in vain. its now become a every day complaint. I used abusive language, to draw attention of some seniors, but did not worked. Though we lost our piece of mind with this company's services, would like to recommend & request all not to buy any of its services of Den Company, Although request its partners, financiers, employees and channel partners to do something concrete in life, instead of cheating in life.

              Sir/ Madam, Den cable Operator took Rs.650/-for giving the SeT-Up-Box and monthly bill was raised, he closed the office and left(Reason unknown). Later, I switched to Rajesh Cable where he tooked Rs.1200/- for giving the SeT-Up-Box and monthly bill were raised. Now, as he also closed his office, for switching to another operator i have to pay for the SeT-Up-Box charges and monthly bill would be raised. As, now and then the operator are closing their office, why we are made always to pay for Set-Up-Box charges. Monthly charges are asked by every operator then why for Set-Up-Box. Is it like just for the sale of Set-Up-Box GOI had made it compulsory to buy Set-Up-Box so as to give the Operator a new source of Incomebu selling Set-Up-Box. If every month a new operator is replaced by the earlier one then every month Rs. 1000/- is to be given to them. Why Set-Up-Box is made mandatory? and if it is then why there is no rules for Cable Operator who closes their office? Why for the mistake made by the operator is to be suffered by us.

                My cable operator from DEN at govindpuri Galli no. 13 is asking for three months payment I.e.750 whereas it should be Rs.245 only since the connection has been suspended since Oct 23rd 2015. When i asked them why, they said its a prepaid connection and i confronted them that any prepaid services doesn't have maintenance charge so why i have to pay charges for which they didn't had any answer but saying "Company Policy".It seems some idiotic person has made the policy for others to blindly follow it. When i had word with customer care of Den, As per Arun (Senior executive Den Customer care), this is a postpaid connection with Advance payment. Wow..Truly new English taught to me today. Postpaid connection with pre-payment. I want my Rs. 2000/- back which i gave to Den for cable connection or else my services to be resumed with Advance payment of Rs.245/-

                  I was committed by the sales person that i will get the benefit of 3+1 i.e. to subscribe for 3 months on new connection i will get the 1 month free, however my den boom band wifi connection was stopped working on 11th Jan 2016, where was i opted this on 12th Nov 2015. I.e. the connection was stopped on the completion of 3rd month, i have complaint to customer care regarding the same and sent email as well but no response from them when i spoke to them they just keeping me on hold for more the 30 mins. I have all the documents duly signed by sales person on CAF and call recorded as well. I would like to lodge a complaint and Please take some action.

Den is now denying that I had sent any email in past for any receipt or bill request to them. I have attached the PROOF below. DEN is still forcing me to make a payment without receipt or bill. As stated above, I willing to make the payment and want DEN Network to send me an email stating that they will courier me the bill and have received the payment for the month (when their individual collects the payment) and we do not have any pending payment

                    Also my Question is WHY DO You NEED CUSOTMER to send email and call you up for getting a monthly receipt or Bill for the payment they make? Is it not DEN and operator's duty to give receipt at the time of taking payment???

                    Stop this malpractice and harassment to Senior Citizen...

                      I as a customer of Den and facing issue with Den and Cable operator not providing the bill for the payment they are charging. It happened earlier in 2015 that they charged a higher package and discontinued the English movie channel for several months on account of backend problem. They continued charging for higher package (with English Channels) but did not provide related service. When we pushed them they finally reinstated the service but were still not willing to give the actual Den Network bill for the services. I have COMPLAINED several times For last one month, we are requesting to give us the BILL for the PAYMENT they charge but both operator and Den network in not willing to provide the same but demanding money. Today, they DISCONNECTED my connection WHEN I again ASKED for the bill on account of NON PAYMENT. When I call Den Network, they are saying operator has disconnect it for non payment and when I speak to operator, he is saying that Den Network has disconnected and he is not the one who did it. Only thing we are requesting is GIVE ME THE BILL for the SEVICE and TAKE the PAYMENT which Den and operator is not willing to... Rather they are pushing to pay them without the actual copy of the bill. Later I am not left with any proof of service and package I have subscribed and most of the channels are out of service. Please resolve as I am willing to pay if you hand over the bill to me. This demand is as per the TRAI guideline and you cannot deny me of my right. These are Tax evasion tactics by not giving bills to the customer and further charge higher to customer without rendering the actual package and deactivating several channels time and again. Me and my wife are SENIOR CITIZEN and this act is illegal and against the guidelines of TRAI and transpiring into HARRASEMENT.                       Den and cable operator are not providing bills or receipts of payment which they had been taking from me... Dec 2015 I have made it clear that I will pay as soon as I get bill.. Company and operator are following tax evading tactics and further cheating customer by charging higher on the plan and not rendering these service as customers don't have plan documented in absence of bill or receipt.. This is a clear violation of TRAI guidelines.. I will pay only if given bill from Dec15 onwards... My connection has been disconnected and I will not take legal action as this is against consumer right to not give receipt of payment you take.

                        This is my second reminder : I'm sick of you guys it's been one month now and You guys fobbed me off ..I've sent complain many times, but nothing has been done. On 13-dec-2015, your agent with the mobile no. [protected] called me and told that by paying subscription of 3 months, 6 months subscription will be given and they send our executive(Mr ashish kumar, mob no' [protected], FCOE Id : DENASHISH303 ) to collect money, I agreed to pay 2053 Rs for three months and they give me Receipt . He said that your plan will be automatically renew on 27 dec, But my plan not yet renew now, I called 15-20 times on your customer care toll free no', everyday they give me same complaint no' : IS698479, Please solve my issue ASAP otherise I have to register FIR Against your executive Ashish .. I also attached ID card of fake executive and receipt they provide me of Rs. 2053 amount, which I paid to him cash.

                          Hi, im rahul from khurja, recently Im shifted bangalore to my home town khurja, bangalore also I'm using den setup box, when ever I'm shifting my native place, im already asked cable operater any problem if im use this setup box use my native place, operater says no prblm U can use, but if im use this box my home town, he is nt working, local operater also says that this box can not use that up, if im call to Den customer care, executive say that requirement to no letter, but previous no one can update this required to noc letter, here also Im call to bangalore operater, now also he told noc nt required, he also don't know noc letter, no one can help me customer care, .I'm totally disturb, because I'm purchase around den stepup box 1600 rs. .Pls help me I want to same setup box using my home town, , & I don't want to spend money...pls help help..my mob no-[protected]

                          Hi I am Pijush from Kolkata. My HDMI output of the Box is not working for the last few months. Around 6 months back exactly this fault was rectified by our local cable operator and after few days again i was unable to use the HDMI Port. Several times i requested my cable operator but my problem was not solved. Now i am watching my TV through VGA port.                             Dear Sir Account ID: shalini184 Rs. 1938/- has been paid on 20.09.2015 vide cheque no 001254 towards re-activation of account. It has been told by executive that by paying subscription for 3 months, 5 months subscription will be given. The above cheque has been cleared in bank. My account has been deactivated after 3 months(i.e. on 13th December 2015). 2 months free subscription was not given to me. Proof:( which will be used for legal purpose) 1. Payment Slip: It was written on the payment slip by the Den Boom band executive on the payment slip that 3+2 month subscription will be given to me.( 2. Email Confirmation: It has been confirmed through email dated: Thu, Oct 15, 2015 at 4:30 PM. that 2 month extra subscription will be given to me before 2 days of expiring of 3 months. Further, vide email dated Mon, Jan 4, 2016 at 10:15 AM, it was told to me that i am not eligible for 2 month extra subscription due to the reason for bounced cheque. Please note that the cheque (chq no 001254) of Rs. 1938/- paid on 0.09.2015 paid was not bounced. it was cleared without any issue. Further, in respect of bounced cheque, please note that I have stopped the payment of cheque paid in the month of May 2015 due to the false commitment by your sales executive.Your sales executive has shown me the 20Gb plan and instead of 20GB, 15GB plan was activated by your end. At that time also, I have send so many emails, had made so many phone calls for the said problem, but no action solution was provided by your team. In the said emails also, i have told so many times to resolve the issue and collect the cheque. fresh cheque. Accordingly, I am eligible for the 2 month extra subscription as the cheque paid on 20.09.2015 was not bounced. Despite of 17 emails conversation, no resolution was provided by your team. [protected] called me and said if we pay three months advance, then we received three months free internet, and they send our executive(Mr ashish kumar, mob no' [protected], FCOE Id : DENASHISH303 ) to collect money, I agreed to pay 2053 Rs for three months and they give me slip. He said that your plan will be automatically renew, But my plan not yet renew now, I called 15-20 times on your customer care toll free no', everyday they give me same complaint no' : IS698479, Please solve my issue ASAP otherise I have to register FIR Against your executive Ashish ..                                 I am availing the den-boomband facility vide user name SAR_65389 with registered mobile no. [protected]. I am facing really long severe breakdowns since I took the connection. Internet goes down not for days, but for weeks and I have complained earlier too through this platform. After some days of proper connectivity my internet has again gone down and no one seems to hear my complaint, technicians who visit the house iterate the same line "Issue will be resolved by tonight". I was told that this problem is due to some dispute between two distributors of DEN (and the main office would not admit this). I am really fed up of registering the complaint everyday which will not get resolved eventually. This is the final complaint and if the issue is not resolved, I will sue this company in consumer court.

                                  Your salesman took Rs2061 for 20mbps 50gb plan and next day your technician came in and said that wifi line is not available in my location. I raised the request for refund through your den customer executive on 8th dec and he told me that by 23rd dec your money will be refunded . I called them on 24th that i didnt get the refund your executive told me that he is raising the request and den team will contact me with in 24 hours . I waited till 26th, and then i called again and your supervisor (Ankush) assured me that he is also raising the request and within 24 hours someone will call me from Den team . And now its 28th and i am so much fed up that now only way i can see to get my money back is By filing a case in consumer forum and i will not go with den neither i will suggest someone . Either Refund my money back or get ready for the legal action that i am planning to take against you people.(Sanchit) [protected].

                                  I received an email from your side on saturday 2nd january saying that my cheque has been dispatched and i will receive it soon but 7 days have passed and i am still waiting for my money . I am so much fed up now . You people treat your customers like dog but m not going to take it anymore, Tell me what is the status of my dispatched cheque ?
                                  Called your customer care number to follow up that what is the status of my dispatched cheque and first of all your customer executive told me that my account has expired and when i told him about my situation, that guy told me to wait for 45 days as the cheque you were supposed to send me has bounced and this process will take some time .                                   very poor services of den networks. I subscribed for three months plan with the promise of 20mbps speed but you fellows are cheating the subscribers. network is not working and wi fi modem has no range. Refund my money which I have deposited for three months . One of the worst networks ...you are the cheaters...I would like to inform all people that den network is the cheatewr network.

                                    Not having cable since 3 days calling nd calling and but no reply whenever picked up the call saying the work will be done but the work was not done still then calling once again then the mobile is switched off the baddest cable network while for collecting money they come now and then but for problem no one is there

                                      Date of Incident - From Past 3 months Set top box name - DEN Set top box number - 67638 Client Number - SSV (Supreme Start Vision) Cable TV Operator +[protected], 27651972, 27656565, 27805080 Description - I am a resident of Vashi, Navi Mumbai and would like to express my greviance regarding the set top box service DEN Television network operated under SSV (Supreme Start Vision) Cable TV Operator. We were informed that we need to buy a new set top box because the old box was outdated. we bought new set top box for 1300 Rupees and still we don't get cable connection. It comes for hardly 1-2 hours a day and shows the same error 'Please insert card or contact cable operator" . After calling the service desk multiple times they say there is no signal in the room. if there is no signal i think they should stop the service.

                                        I am tajinder pal singh, m- [protected]. It is more than 3 months to my connection, but services are pathetic. In total, broadband has not worked even 50%. Earlier it took more than one month to install proper modem & router for providing speed of 20mbps (was getting speed of 2 to 5 mbps. Now from one month internet is down.
