Sir, this is divyendra bhadoriya i purchage an internet plane from den boom band .when i purchage it they promise to me that they provide 5mbps speed (30GB) after that 1mbps unlimited for four month.but after one month they fraud with me they are not providing. plz help me sir. they abused me also.

    Hi, We had asked for the TV cable connection from DEN networks 10 months ago, and we deposited amount of 800 Rs, for which they had provided a cable connection with setup box on a monthly rental of 300Rs. Now today, when we asked them to disconnect the connection and refund our deposit they are denying to refund our full deposit money, without giving any particular reason for the deduction. They are deducting half of deposit money without any reason. That is why I am seeking help from Consumer office.       One of the most disgusting service provider. Bad Customer care. No body at customer care provide the Nodal or Applate mail id even. Once the broadband stops working means at least one week it will not work now.

        It's been a week I am facing issue with den connection. First my services were stopped, when I followed up multiple times with the sales person and the engineer (Manoj) from Ashok Nagar branch I got to know my id proof was not found at the backend. I resubmitted the same and after a day new connect was established at my home. Now from the time new connection is installed I am getting the speed less than 5mbps. However, I have opted for 20 Mbps speed with 30 GB data download. I have already paid for 3 months in advance through cash. I have been chasing the sales person (Manoj) from last couple days to get it fixed. However no action has been takes at this point. Can someone look into this issue on priority basis? Additionally, I was told that I will 1500 worth snap deal voucher. I have not received that either. Pls call on [protected] if you need to reach out to me for more details.

          I have done payment from netbanking of Rs 855. Payment was deducted from my end but get failed on Den end. I have talked to customer care executives but every executives have their own opinion regarding same issue. Some said to wait for 24 hour and some said to repayment. No two executive have same thoughts. I mail to their email "[protected]@denonline.in' multiple time but DEN is not caring to reply on any email. From last 3 days i am without internet. Now i am realizing that i lost my Rs 855 and also faith on DEN.

            Hi, i Ashish Batra installed ur connection on 15th July 15 but i had issue with ur services, in 24 hrs i complaint twice for non working ur net. on 16th July 15 i got the resolution by 1430 hrs and again net disconnected at 1930hrs on same day, i complaint again at 2040 hrs and i requested for refund my amount given to you (Rs 2565/-) by cheque. complaint id given to me IS245879. Guy spoke to me from customer care to wait for 24hrs for back call from billing team but i haven't received till 22nd July 15, again i complaint with IA261449. i got the the call from billing team in next three days and confirm about the refund. after a month when i again spoke to customer care ms. Neha on 21st Aug 15, i came to know that billing team confirmed from my side that i want to retain ur connection, ur customer care connect with billing team and they assured that they will take action against them and i have to wait for refund with id:- IP341054. i got the call from ur billing department again in 48 hrs. its 31st Aug 15, i spoke to customer care Ms. Swarnlata that till the time hardware installed at my address not picked by us there is no process for refund, after that we will take 15 to 45 days for refund, as per her she arrange back call from billing department again for confirmation. Is this the service you guys are proving to the customer, already 45 days past and still fighting for refund. If possible pls revert with your nodal details and your CEO details so that they also know about the service or i can say the way you guys harass your customer.

              Hi Sir, I have 2 den TV connection and i have been reliable customer. Last month on Aug 1, 2015 I requested to my cable operator to activate 2 channel (CNN-International and BBC world). He said, "Ok, It will activate in 2 days". but it was not activated. I again called after 2 days, and he said, "it will be activated in today evening" but it did not activated. I continuously called him everyday till Aug 12, 2015 and he always said, "It will be activated" but id did not. I personally went to cable operator as well and he assured me that it will be activated but it never activated Then I raised a complaint in your customer care on Aug 13, 2015, and customer care executive said, we have registered your complaint and allow us 24-48 hrs time. I again called after 48 hours then they registered a fresh request and said we are checking with back end, will confirm you shortly. I again called continuously everyday, and they always said it will be activated. They registered my 4 complaint. but these channels are still not activated. This is really shamed. I am really fed up with your services.                 Enough of your nonsense since 1st September 2015. I made advance rental payment during last week of August 2015 assuming to get a stable better internet service from DEN Broadband as recommended by couple of my office colleagues. But as most of reviews seem to be true, DEN broadband is nightmare. Cabling was not done properly and router was installed, but no internet connecting since very beginning. I complained and had word with many people from DEN broadband, but yet they have failed to resolve the internet issue. Moreover, I took leave from office for couple of days, but DEN broadband people never addressed my request on time. I have been getting calls for details on my modem; this is not the way this ISP should sustain. Those who recommended me DEN broadband must be lucky, I have been quite unfortunate. I will not recommend DEN broadband, and humble request to uninstall all cable/router from my place at your earliest. Please treat this as a review and in case no action is taken, I will have to put up another official complaint.

                  Hi, Den broadband are fraud. I have requested for internet connection on 11th Aug. They have collected 3 months advance payment on 12th Aug and said internet connection will be provided in next 3 days but nothing happened. So I have called customer care initiated a refund request on 17th Aug. They said refund will be provided in next 15 days. After 15 days when I again called up customer care, they have initiated another request and again they said refund will be initiated in 15 days. I have all the messages of complaint number that they have created, every time they created new request and resolved it by their own without my consent. Can someone help me in this as I have already paid 3 months advance payment and now it seems like these guys are fraud. Whenever I called customer care their executives tell me different stories.Can some one help me in this, how can I get my amount back? Thanks, Sachin

                  i have been facing no internet issue frequently for past 2 months,
                  can anyone help me, how can i get amount refunded.
                  I am 76 years senior citizen. I paid Rs 1859/- for installation for 3 months 20 mbps connection to Den Broadband (Transaction I D: FRCRQ[protected]). After three days company team visited my house and checked my exiting wiring by installing their meter and found it excellent. Next day the person Mr. Saurabh, who had booked the scheme, along with the engineer came to install the Modem. The Modem quality was so poor that it was giving only 2(two) mbps, which was not sufficient, even for nearby tablet. After struggling with it, they finally gave up and ask me to apply for refund. To process the refund, Mr. Saurabh collected a cancelled cheque from me and left. I do not need Den Broadband services any more. Please refund my deposit amount of Rs. 1859/- . Please do not keep me waiting for the refund.
                  On 25th August, I recharged my connection and upgraded the plan from 20 MBPS to 50 mbps do they have taken the complete amount to but are not able to provide 50 MBPS internet speed have been continuously following with the customer care and their executive but they failed to provide the solution or resolve my issue I don't know why I can't support 50 MBPS plan why do they offer it has been high time dealing with them I would like to mention they are fraud I have been asking the customer care to refund my amount which they are denying so I need help from someone into the problem

                    Den Internet service is worst of all. facing issue since 17th Aug. 2015, raised issue almost daily till today 30th August 2015. Got visit from engg. to fix the issue, but they are not competent enough to solve your internet problem and hence as a result I end up facing problem till date. i have almost 10 request ids raised for this internet problem and every day new request id is created, which end up as resolved without any fix to the problem. I have opted for 20mbps plan and this is the service i'm getting from DEN networks. I have used all the methods for complains phone, email, direct phone to engg. but still no solution. Request everyone to be aware of there services, its better to opt for other costly connections rather than going for DEN till they really improve on there services.

                      Being a customer from last few months I been unsatisfied with the service of boomband. Firstly they took payment for promising connection within 24 hours and with movie ticket offers for every month after checking the nearest pole . My request for fresh connection was denied for a month, reason unavailability of box at proximity. They kept me waiting and avoid to reply on my issues unless I escalated this issue to higher level. Now their offers for movie ticket is denied for no clear reason. They are not entertaining my issue any longer.

                        Customer harassment and pathetic service...Den is Fraud...

                        Myself Dipti Ranjan Nayak. On 15 Aug 2015 I called at the customer care and booked for connection and the person arrived at my door step with in a hour for document and cheque collection. He did several fake commitments like ''your installation will be be done by tomorrow any how''. but that didn't happen. then I called at the customer care and they are like good for nothing. FULL OF FAKE COMMITMENTS. I asked him that ''do i need to stop the payment'' . He said it's not required because your cheque will not be en-cashed till the installation has done. But the amount of 2565 got deducted from my account. Basis on their commitment I gave another cheque to different department. and that cheque got bounced because of Den Boomband deduction of 2565. I called more than 20 times at the customer care but they are pathetic. Again fake commitments like ''our supervisor will connect you within 30 mins, 1 hour''. but I haven't received a single call from the customer care.I have spoken to Pramod, Navdeep, Aman, Ravi, Akash Jaishwal, Super visor - Avinabh, supervisor - Pradeep and many more. All are so pathetic. God help the company. They don't know how to speak, they are not calibrated at all, Their words are very much different from one to another. They don't know the company policies. all are giving fake commitments. They don't even care about the problem what the customer is facing. I have been charged 2565 without any connection, without any installation. Now they are playing with the customer.
                        So friends. Don't go with Den...They are totally Fraud...

                          Your people collected advance payment on 31.07.2015 with the promise to install internet. But then they refused to do so and are not refunding the amount also. You customer care people are also giving all types of excuses. Now they are asking for another 15 days for refund. Please refund the amount with 35 days interest. Den Broadband is not worthy for any service instead they are good enough in befooling their clients.
                          Den has not refund my payment till now. Its about the above of month. my payment is going advance but they has not provide me connection in my area its something meter issues. I am not satisfied their refunding proccess.

                            I paid Rs. 1200 in cash for installation and one month subscription on 24th july. My internet connection was installed on 6th August 2015. It worked well for 6 day. Then on 12th August 2015 I got a mail that my account has been disabled. And internet stopped working. I called to customer care hundreds of times but my issue was never resolved. Each time I was given a complaint number and within one day I receive another message that my issue has been resolved. Till date my issue is same and internet is not working from past 9 days from 12th onwards. I called head office also many times. But they also never helped me. Now they don't respond to my calls. I have been cheated by DEN Boomband. It is going to be a month when i paid in cash. And it has been 9 days my account has been disabled. There are lots of other customers like me. I will appreciate if proper action is taken against this fraud company. I have my cash receipt and log of messages and email with me. I am attaching log of messages and emails. Please I request you to take a strict action against DEN Boomband. Thanking you

                              I use dan boomband internet connection and I take 3 month advance rental package. My internet pack is 20 MBps speed with 30 GB data after this 30 GB I get 1MBPS speed. (When the executive (R.N. Yadav ph no. [protected]) came he told me that if you are not satisfy to the speed and you have faced problem within 7 days you just complaint and you get full refund for your money. Dan boom band connection has installed on date 26 July and I was raised request for disconnection my internet connection on dated 28 July 2015. I I called to R.N. Yadav and dan boom band customer care on daily basis and ask the status about the internet connection they disconnect the ph.                                 My den router stopped working and I got a new connection less than 20 days back, As per den services they ask customers to wait for 5 hrs for a technician, but even after complaining for more than 10 times in 3 days there is no resolution yet and every time I ask reps to connect my call to sup the either put the call on hold for 30 mins or ask me to wait for 30 mins for a call back. Need resolution asap even in 3 days there is no initiative taken by den.

                                  My cable network is not coming and i called The operator Harish, once he said he will come and then afterwards whenever i had tried his no. it was switched of for the whole day and rings only in the night that means he is doing it purposely. He charges extra and never gives bill. i want that somebody should come and check the wire Infact i had spoken with Bhandari also about this but he said he has only 1 person and even he avoids call and disconnect it. can somebody call me.                                     I paid Rs 2565/- on 30 June '15 as a advance rental of 3 months for broadband connection. But till date i.e 6 Aug '15 there is no installation or intimation to when they will provide me a connection. From 15th July '15, I have requested them for refund of my amount. To this, I haven't received my amount. Every-time I call them they say your amount will be refunded within 7 days. I tried to drop a mail also, but they do not revert. Today i.e 6 Aug '15, I called them to ask for my refund, they said you amount will reach you within 7 days from now. I feel harassed.
                                    DEN Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Your people took advance payment for three months by cheque and the same is encashed also. But till date internet connection is not provided and on regular follow up also nothing has been done. My only query is that whether you collect money and befool your members or any such connection is provided?

                                      Same thing happened to me as well. They have collected payment on 12th and said internet connection will be provided in next 3 days but nothing happened. So I have called customer care initiated a refund request on 17th Aug. They said refund will be provided in next days. After 15 days when I again called up customer care, they have initiated another request and again they said refund will be initiated in 15 days. Can someone help me in this as I have already 3 months advance payment and now it seems like these guys are fraud. Whenever I called customer care their executives tell different stories.

                                      I need my amount back now, Can some one tell to how can I file complaint against them?

                                        My mobile no. [protected] get a contract with Den Boomband on 17/07/2015. As per their record my broadband services are activated since 18/07/2015. But from 22/07/2015 I am continuing making calls at their customer care no. [protected] and talked to so many people of outsourced company of Den Boomband, but nothing fruitful happed till date after 17 days. Today I asked them for refund and given me reference no. IA291286 dated 03/08/2015. I talked to the people of Den Boomband Distributor side : Mr. Chander (Who came to collect cheque for new contract), Mr. Amit (Supervisor at Den Franchise), Mr. Deepankar (Technical Person) I talked to the people of Den Boomband Customer Care at [protected] : Mr. Sambhav (Floor Officer), Mr. Abhinav (Supervisor), Mr. Divyansh Aggarwal (Team Leader) I request you all the person : Do Not go for broadband servcies from DEN BOOMBAND.
                                        DEN Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
