Hello, I recently purchased a new Den Boomband broadband internet connection with 3 months advance rental 5 MBPS speed 599 rental plan. As per the sales representative it also consists of 3 movie tickets. (I have attached the brochure as a proof.) I liked this offer and purchased this package. But today i got a courier from Dens consist of a few discount coupons applicable only on shopping of above 700 rs on Den TV teleshopping. its a cheating.. making fool customers.     Hi I Purchased 3 months internet plan with 20 MBPS and 100 GB package. It also consists 8 free movie tickets included. But i didnt get that. Its almost a month. And I called customer care many times. And also I wrote mail to [protected]@rewardport.in several time. They are not responding. Daily I facing issue with Internet also.     DEN Broadband - I didn't get my free movie ticket vouchers.

      I paid for a broadband connection 31st May and a day after that my user id and password was generated however the installation is done yet and today is 15th June. Last week the wiring was done and done after that. I called up nodal officer he took the details and assured that he will call me in evening and provide the status however did not receive any call from nodal as well.. dont know what to do... I have been trapped by den people...

        My name pinak staying in bangalore. My den network setup box is not working than i camplain to local cable operator name vinayak cable, jayanagar, byrasandra, bangalore. They took my setup box on 6th jun but till date they didn't return my setup box i use to call the local cable operator but I don't get any proper response from there site than I put complain to the den customers care but i did not get any response from there site. From 6th June i am not able to see tv because of setup box. Plz solve the problem as soon as possible. My no [protected].

          My name is Harish Kumar from Sector-8, Rohini, New Delhi. My registered mobile number is [protected]. I made a biggest mistake when I purchased DEN Boomband connection in April 2015. My connection was installed in April 2015 and till May 2015 in one month it was not working for more then 15 days and We used to file complaints on your fraud customer care on almost daily basis. And after one engineer used to visit our office on almost daily basis or after one day or two days. But he could never gave us any resolution and then we were informed that one which days our internet was not working, will be given as grace period at the end of the month. But this thing did not happened in our account. Now our connection stops working daily for more then 4-6 hours. Our office timings are 10 to 6 and our connection gets disconnected daily around 11:30 or 12 and automatically gets reconnected around 5:30 in the evening without the visit of their so called fake technicians it means that they disconnect the connection from their server room so that they could save their data. Public is paying them on per day basis if they use the data for that day or not. I spoke to many of their customer care executives name Ms. Sonam from Den Boomband and Ms Akanksha from Den Boomband, Mr. Abhinav from Den Boomband and both these girls are well trained in misguiding people by their fake commitments stating that your problem will be solved within 5 hours. Our engineer will visit your place in five working ours but no one visits. You are requested to solve the issue on very urgent basis. Or I'll file a complaint in consumer court.

            I'm a customer of Den Boomband. They provide an id to login to their network and my id is JAYANT_2530. As per their scheme of May 2015 they promised to give 6 Movie Tickets for every connection installed in the month of May for plan 5 Mbps speed with 3 months subscription. But even after 15 days I have not got my ticket voucher as it was promised. I lodged several complaints to their customer care center and every time the executive on the other side promised that they will deliver my tickets to my e-mail id very soon. But after lodging so many complaints I have not received my "Movie Mania" tickets yet. One of the complaint number is IA171289. So you are requested to please check out the matter.               I have den wifi installed at my home and i suffer from frequent disconnection in every 5 days. After lodging a complain i called up the technical person who usually visits to get the complaint resolved he (mukesh) rather than helping me misbehaved on call and spoke ill language. This is really poor on den network side that they have such people as thier staff. The net is not working above that such shameful behaviour. Would never recommend Den internet to anyone.

                Hi, We had asked for the TV cable connection from DEN networks 10 months ago, and we deposited amount of 1500rs, for which they had provided a cable connection with setup box on a monthly rental of 250Rs. Now today(24th May 2015), when we asked them to disconnect the connection and refund our deposit they are denying to refund our full deposit money, without giving any particular reason for the deduction. They are deducting half of deposit money without any reason. That is why I am seeking help from Consumer office, I want you to send legal notice to DEN networks, Bangalore for such loot of number of customer's money.                   nobody is coming for service even after calling several times on customer care and local distributor. the set top box is defective and they dont provide any receipt of the set top box . since 14-15 days nothing happend till now.They told that they will replace the defective box by the new one but nobody came after that call.THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE BY ANY CABLE OPERATOR I HAVE EVER SEEN . On every call they said that "we will send someone" but...we are still waiting..

                    Hi Team, My connection is frequently getting disconnected due to issues from your end and this is continuously going on for last 3 months. Now this is heights and intolerable for me as it is disconnecting in every 5 mins for half hour and then it comes and goes and this is continuing for last 14 days. I am logging a complaint everyday but your technicians are useless. If this is not resolved by tomorrow I have to quit your connection. In last 14 days I am not able to use your service for 4 days also. Even your technicians are not able to find where is the problem whether the frequency is stable or not why there are RTOs.They even come to visit without any device to check.Sometimes wire is cut or multiple Ips issues and so on. If I do the recharge on time I need the service also on time I have to call customer care to log a compliant every day. Either i have to go to TRAI or you will extend my validity for next 15 days as I am not able to use your service for 2 weeks. ou can check how many complaints I have logged from last week. and all are resolved without confirmation from the customer only to save the SLA.I need a permanent resolution.

                      Den Internet Broadband service is very worst in Delhi. Please never pay to Den for Internet services. I have very bed experience with them i am using Den Internet since 22-April-2015, still i never got the good Internet services. Every second day i must complaint otherwise Internet will not work. This is a bloody burden on me to call every time to customer care[protected]. Better is go to CYBER CAFE except DEN INTERNET. Thank to suffering my life & time with DEN NETWORK (INTERNET SERVICES)

                        i would like to bring to your notice that we had taken a wifi connection 2 months back .this month we were suppose to make the payment but there was no notification from ur company for the same and day before yesterday(4th may) they cut our connection without informing us.till date (6 may)it has not been active...we made the payment yesterday only(5th may)in the morning and got a confirmation msg and mail for the same. now we r seeing the notification that ur id has been inactivated...pls look into the matter and refund our money bk i[censored] r not able to make it active. After a long argument with your customer care executive Mr. Harder Ali my call time is 6:11pm 24 march 2015. He is not taking my two different complaints and he ensure me that in my complete no 2502438 he put both of my completes but when I check with your online portel there is only one issue regarding hard copy of my bill My issue is my cable oprater not giving me proper bill of my payments and also not giving proper information regarding my plan as per my cable oprater said that DEN IS NOT GIVEN US ANY RECIPET REGARDING ANY PAYMENTS DONE BY US SO I CANT GIVE YOU PROPER BILL. And even den costumer care executive is also not helping me to get the information . Now I have 2 connection of den and as per my oprater said the second connection got discount 50% and he is charging me 320 rs per month for both the connection . kindly tell me the breff backup of my plan and also find out who can my oprater give me this discount . and when I pay the tax I need my payment recipet also tell me what kind of action I can take if such thing happen with me I am also attach the recipient that given by my cable oprater ..                             my name is kapil tiwari. have a internet wi fi connection from ur comapany.from 17th april midnight connection is off.i do complaint atleast ten times to ur den customer care number [protected].everytime answer is mafi chahenge..., five workig hours boymein hamra technician visit karega..aapki complaint high prirorty par hai... every ten times answer is same three days no connection SEcond now my connection is expired... ur field boy, who installed the connection in my home, take the money from me rs 1140/- as per plan for 10mpbs, 30GB plan on april 11th.2015 he didnt deposit the monthly rental money to ur office, because of it account i expired...now double problem i have give the rental money to ur field boy gulshan april11, 2015 second technical problem... ur call centre boys r gals r sure there for fun...they never be serious for any complaint ten times i complaint then, , , , i have ten complaint numbers... very very big shame on den boom band.if there is any senior or owner of this company pls check this complaint
                            Absolutely very poor service...even I'm facing problem of getting very slow speed and there is no response even after complaining so many times...

                              Hi, On 29th Jan, 2015, I gave a cheque of Rs. 673 (CHEQUE NO-74455)for connection to sales executive Vijay Kumar (FCOI ID[protected], unfortunately they was not able to connect Internet, later they said it that it cant be connected at my location Mayur Vihar phase -3, but the cheque was cleared from my account. When I spoke to customer care executive he told me to talk to den cable operator of my locaton, when I spoke to him he asked me to talked to the den internet sales excutive who left his job, I didnt got refund of that.                                 I am a subscriber to den cable network in delhi shahdra, mohan park. I am paying for the uses of the cable networknetwork bt i am not provided any type oof bill or reciept. Some times they charge us twice in month . if we ask for bill or reciept they misbehave with us and says that we will cut your connections. I want action iin this regard.

                                  Dear friends who are suffering from den local cable operators who are running by goons and misbehaving with filthy language and charging according to their wishes and additional channels & packs they add without intimation but when we raise voice they threat to cut off connection. This is going everywhere. But specially in Dwarka. Where Ravi, Devpal with Sandeep running in Dwarka Sector 19...I am going to consumer court and if required FIR would be done against them and all and if still dont work then will take help of AAP Chief and in this way it is time to stop this Den cable network poor services and specially wrong attitude in Capital. Jaggo Grahak Jaggo. If you are with me friends do whtsapp, sms or call me to take actions as i am a common man. And we all if together can work then it would be uncommon and unreal power to fight against these goons. [protected]

                                    gemini channel is not coming in our house for past 6 months. Repeatedly i have asked the operator to add this channel for me. He aid u should pay extra for that channel i accepted it. But till now he has not added. my set top box number is[protected].i would be thankful i[censored] add this channel to our existing package.

                                      cheque has been bounced but my account statement showing that money
                                      already left my account.I have already confirmed with my bank on the

                                        I paid 3000 rs for two connections, and its not even 2 weeks since then. One connection is not working and I am not able to view many channels in other connection . English channels of star network are not coming, at the time of subscription I was told there is some problem with the network which will be resolved in a weeks time. Now they are saying it has been removed since a month and they are a la carte now and you need to pay more for English channels of star network. The customer satisfaction being zero, I called the Den customer care to uninstall and refund my money as I dont want to continue with Den network, and they completely refused that its not refundable.
