Fake promises

1) We have paid you Rs 6269 by mistake for 100Mbps_100GB. As per your technical team, our device didnot supported such a speed.
2) Plan was reduced to RUN_FUP_100_MD_1550 costing 1550 per month excluding taxes, which technically means, 20 MBPS speed per month for 100 GB.

3) Now the question is, WHY IS THE PLAN MADE QUARTERLY WHEN IT WAS CLEARLY DISCUSSED THAT ITS PER MONTH PLAN?

No internet since last 25 days!

Internet - disconnection

No response for refund process

Offers not received with internet connection
