Don’t buy this denboom band its 100% fruad, 2 months back they come in our area I gave my details on their campaign table, 2 months later an agent called me several times for the installation talking so polite i said ok. he came to me and explained blah blah Rs 3065 for 6 months with many shopping offers i paid Rs 4000 as i dont have a change he gave the reciept of 3065 and told me he will bring technician in 2 hrs and give back the change i said ok. he made an excuse over the phone that he couldnt come as the tecnician is on leave so he will come tommorow. i kept waiting for 3 days which he never answered my calls. made several complaints to their offials web/email but got only an assurance-excuse of 24 hrs to resolve everytime i complaint. atlast one guy name mukesh gupta called me acting as a genuine incharge of this area. he said he doesnt know the agent who came to collect the money from me and that agent is a fruad. now how does the agent know my number and add. if its not from denboom band cos i gave my details only to the den boomband during thier campaign. if that agent is a fruad denboom band is also a fraud daylight robbers. this organisation has well setup with impressive website, tollfree, customers complaint blogs etc to to lay the trap.

We are not able to watch TV channel since last 2 days. Cable operator and customer care both are not picked the phone. Where we have to complain ?

    I got DEN Boomband connection installed 10 days. The installation people gave me demo with LAN but it doesn't work with wifi on my laptops. I called the installation team of DEN for complaint and they said they would come but never turned up. Also the DEN agent in my locality Dinesh Arya promised of giving the bill of advance payment of Rs 4200 for 3 months service but stopped answering my phone calls once the net was installed. This is the worst service I've ever seen. I would never recommend anyone to go for DEN broadband now onwards.

[protected] called me for the denboom band service and promised me that service will activate the same day (06/1215) he came to my place took Rs 4000 for six months in advance, I kept waiting for installation. No one called me yet and he is still not attending my calls for several times till now. Im going to registered legal case if i dont hear from you today. This is my registered mobile no.         Hi, My name is Lovish sondhi I have a connection of den boomband. One of the agent from den boomband visit our home and he promise us that If we pay three months advance than we received one month free Internet so, I agreed to pay 2050 Rs for three months with one month of extra subscription But now they denied to provide me the extra one month. However, they already give me 15 Days but they don't provide me the remaining 15 days connection due to which i have some money on the table because I am working free lance and because of this blunderer I lost my project of 30, 000 Rs. Please find the attached photos through which you can that they give me written Invoice that they provide 1 mONTH EXTRA 3+1 MONTHS. I want to claim my money and loss.

        0.41mbps speed all the time

        Complaints to local service provider but no help so far. I would suggest all dont opt DEN networks for any kind of services in future. i called them multiple times but they have to corrected the issue. they are not using new technology.

          Look like they are ripping peoples money off to me. facing the same problem after saying blah blah the agent took Rs 4000 in advance and the agent is not attending my calls. im thinking of registering legal case against the agent and organisation now.

            Hi Team, I am staying in Bangalore -Roopena Agrahara. I got DEN cable connection with set top box on Sep 2015 but no cable network. Network operator Rajiv (Mob:[protected]) have got Rs:1500/- and gave old set top box which was not working from Nov month. I called Rajiv many times but no proper response. I have paid money but no cable network provided. i lost important news updates and got frustrated calling the cable operator. Also agent Rajiv (Mob:[protected]) deceiving many customers.               I have done payment for dell boomband using on-line recharge. My money has been deducted but account has not been recharged. I needed internet urgently. I want to pay by cash but I don't know how. The customer care says they will come to my house for collecting payment but they have not come yet. Please help me, I am out of internet for 3 days.                 1) We have paid you Rs 6269 by mistake for 100Mbps_100GB. As per your technical team, our device didnot supported such a speed.
                2) Plan was reduced to RUN_FUP_100_MD_1550 costing 1550 per month excluding taxes, which technically means, 20 MBPS speed per month for 100 GB.

                3) Now the question is, WHY IS THE PLAN MADE QUARTERLY WHEN IT WAS CLEARLY DISCUSSED THAT ITS PER MONTH PLAN?
                This is the mistake my by your billing team as they want to provide us 100 GB data for 3 months instead for 300 GB for which we have made the payment.

                  I shashank gupta. I am using this boomband for 3 months. But on 21 Nov my internet is stopped and I was registered a complaint but DEN engineer is fail to correct my connection and he is fail to provide service. Every time when I was registered a complaint on helpline number they give me some excuse and every time they take some time but my internet is not correct till today. Please take some action on DEN and compensate my losses. My registered mobile number is [protected]

                  1.I have been using this broadband connection for more than three months. But now, I am suffering from bad services eg:- connection has been not providing from last 10 days. I registered complaints on your customer care number regularly but your authority failed to resolve my issue.

                    I am availing the den-boomband facility vide user name SAR_65389 with registered mobile no. [protected]. Since I got the connection I was experiencing frequent down times and unstable connection. Then my internet suddenly went off for straight 25 days. I waited for these first 2 days after which I complained to the customer care. A technician came and looked up the modem and cable wiring and he told me that my line of connection is connected through other local provider of DEN and not by the one who gives connection to houses in my vicinity (whose connection works completely fine). My connection serviced by local franchisee does not have his own network in my area. He did something but the problem did not solve then he told me that 'maintenance team' will visit my home some days after, but they, too, could not solve the issue. They then forwarded the complaint to nowhere. I have written almost 15 emails to the customer care and nodal officer, called them on phone several times and the just say "we will look into this, we will call you later", talk such that they really regret my problem but they do nothing! Nothing! I disconnected MTNL due to DEN connection but it turns out they are much worse than MTNL, there is no customer support. If this issue is not solved in short time or my money refunded I'll have no other option but to take the legal course.

                      I took connection for 6 months in Old sahibpura. Due to home shift, I am changing connection. In this area Den connection is not available. Now they are not disconnecting the connection. The complaint numbers since october 28 IS507431 IA515698 etc., The customer care every time forwards the complaint and closes the issue automatically saying that they responded. actual work: 1. one call to me 2.close the ticket 3. No response after that.

                        I want to bring into your notice that i applied for a broadaband connection and when the connection installation executives came to install seeing their rude and objectionable behaviour i refused to install my connection and demanded for refund . I have already four times reached the customer care and twice THE LOCAL REPRESENTATIVE regarding this inconvenience and there has been absolutely no effort made from your side to refund my money and always they give me deadline of 24 hours which haven't arrived till now .My credentials for this Connection are :- NAME :- ANITA AHLUWALIA PH.                             This is second reminder, on the 7th October representative from den called and given offer to get recharge done for three months and we will get value for six months along with vouchers of Jabong.com worth INR3600/-He had given his name Sumit, & given moblie number [protected]. He had also issued receipt no.102 against receipt of cash for the sum of INR2565/- he also assure the recharge will be done shortly and we will receive vouchers by 11th October the day of Diwali. But we end up calling his number which went no answer, The ugly thing is happen today (19/11/15), we receive Jabong's expired vouchers worth INR 2100/- valid till 31st October 2015, and that to with some conditions.. This is not acceptable from the company of such repute to allow their employees to cheat their loyal customers. I would like to recommend the company to find out such employees and take Stern action, no body should be allowed to play with the credibility of reputed growing company of India.                               On 18th october we have subscribed for den boomband internet connection, the person who had came for providing this service told us to provide offers after a week by himself. But after a week when I tried asking him about the offers, he told us to provide it before Diwali...when it did'nt come, we again tried calling him...now his mobile is switched off all the time...the name of the person who came for the connection is Amit...Plese see to it...as this is the sure case of fraud and an unproffessional behaviour...we have been cheated...i hope i won't be dissppointed this time..and solution to my problem will be provided soon.                                 This is to inform that one of your Den Boomband DSA with name of Nandlaal Gola ([protected]) has collected Rs.1250/-(CAF No.DL0113073) from me and promised connection will be installed by 7.30pm at my address A701 SOM APARTMENTS PLOT NO.24 SECTOR 6 DWARKA, NEW DELHI 110075

                                In the evening I was told that connection cannot be installed due to technical issue.

                                When asked to refund money, he will arrange shortly, in the morning he. Confirmed that area comes under feasibility limits, now he is not answering my calls on his number.

                                I have attached with this email the acknowledgment copy, need the refund immediately and you should suspend such CHEATER DSA's basis on the experience, I will also never take any services from Den in future.

                                I've raised complaint at your call center 2 WEEKS back still no resolution recieved (ticket numberIN552995) ALSO SEE BELOW HOW MANY TIMES I'VE SENT EMAILS AT YOUR [protected]@denonline.in and still NO response received.

                                Even I sent email to Nodalofficer email alias ([protected]@denonline.in) NO response received.

                                Below is all the proof around the steps I've taken and still no response received. I can imagine HOW PATHETIC your customer care is, as when I call them most of time I hear noise in background in hind "CALL KHATAM KARO" translated for you "finish the conversation", shows how CUSTOMER-UNFRIENDLY your company is, as despite several EMAILS being sent out now for DAYS, STILL no response received.

                                When asked to refund money, I have been told to wait for 7 working days, in the morning he. Confirmed that area comes under feasibility limits, now he is not answering my calls on his number.

                                I have attached with this email the acknowledgment copy, need the refund immediately and you should suspend such CHEATER DSA's(I have also CC'ed him on this email) basis on the experience, I will also never take any services from Den in future.

I have been using this network. and your representative Mr. Naveen was came to my house and Collect the Full Payment and he told me that sir your selected one so company will give you extra 5 days validity he also give me written in invoice copy and invoice no. 14176 Dt.[protected] but I am not receiving my 5 days extra validity yet. he cheated us (DEN BOOMBAND REPRESENTATIVE MR.NAVEEN CHEATED COSTUMER) when my 30 days completed then my internet shut down. I have already talked with your representatives Mrs. Nisha and she said i just register your complaint and our technical team will be available within next 24 hours according to policy . i guess i even have a right to file a case against you for telling wrong policy or not fulfilling...                                   Hi I have booked boomband on 25th October, 2015 & the connection on done on 26th october, 2015 with 20 mbps 50 gb and paid Rs. 4446/- by cheque. Since 28th of October, 2015 I have been complaining about slow speed but Till 16th of November 2015 my problem was not solved. many engineer & technician came but of no use.
                                  On 19th November 2015 I called customer care on[protected] and asked for disconection. wide Ticket No. IM 5699531 dated 19.11.15 / 10.25 am
                                  I would rate -5 (MINUS FIVE) for den boomband

                                  I ALSO REQUEST TO ALL DELHI PEOPLE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT SUBSCRIBE DEN BOOMBAND
                                  Worst service...all wrong commitment...daily outage issue are there. i have taken 10 mbps plan and getting 34 kbps speed.

When I asked the customer care to refund my money they told there is no policy of returning the money. Biggest Cheater DEN BROADBAND. Same on You !!!

                                    Hi Complaint no. CAS-104614-R9N3 I have been using this network and i was told that i will get 1 month free on payment of 3 months. I am not receiving any free network and apart from that my network is shut down from past 5 days . I have already talked with your representatives manish, pratibha, rohit and amit for past 5 days and each one said that your network will be available within next 24 hours according to policy . Your policy is absolutely fake and thats how you are getting customers . i guess i even have a right to file a case against you for telling wrong policy or not fulfilling it . You guys are thief and your representatives are all given scripts to tell and noone is able to answer my question . your supervisors never return the call and i dont believe in your company anymore . worst network providers i have ever come acrossed in my life .                                       I am calling from last 7 days to pickup up a payment of internet but no body is coming to pick the amount, i have spkoen with sagar, rohit and Ansh and swarn lata sinha (supervisor)..Ansh told me that he already send a issue mail to concern team but no body contacts me.nobody is telling me the truth, i called in the morning as well today, than rohit recieve my call and he said i''ll arange a call back for you from Ansh but nobody called me .seriouslly im fed up with your staff and i will not refer your internet connection to anyone.

                                        Hi I just wanted to inform that my internet connection is not working on my pc since 3 days and I have complaint two times, still I am waiting for my internet connection problem to get resolved I have not got any call from their side I am paying 950 Rs per month rent for this so why would I pay for these 3 days. Please take serious action against this company this company is making fool o[censored]s by charging money for those days on which I have not used their service.
