I contacted one of the DEN Boomband connection provider named "Abhay" in Dilshad Garden Contact No : [protected]. He came to my house for all paperwork on that very same day (CAF No. DL 0096264) & took a payment of Rs. 2500 by check under the name "DEN Boomband". I warned him that it's hard to get internet connection in my area but he still assured me that i will get it & said that their technical team will come in next week to check proper specifications. Their team arrived next week & they said that we can't get internet connection in my area because of some cable length problem & said to contact Abhay again to get refund I called him to get my refund & he said that I shouldn't listen to the technical guys & I'll get my connection soon. So I trusted Abhay & waited for technical team to come again but nobody came. After waiting for a week I called Abhay & warned him that I'll file a complaint if i don't get any connection & he still assured me that i'll get the connection. So I checked DEN Boomband's facebook page & requested them to look into my matter. They told me that i'll get my refund of Rs. 2500 in next 7-10 working days. It's been 2 weeks now & I still haven't received anything

    I have called 2 times requesting for a new broadband connection, both the times i was promised to get a call from the marketing team within 24 hours and now it has been more than a week but no response! It's highly shameful that a company like this doesn't care about expanding its customer base and lets them go just like this! Pathetic services, thumbs down!

        Very pathetic service. I am very disappointed with the service provided by Den boom band. On 12th October 2015, I paid Rs. 2, 655 through cheque for three months plan to one of your agent Dhrv (Contact No. [protected]), he assure me that the very next day the engineer will come and install the device, and after that cheque will be deposited in bank. I waited for two days, even did not go received a phone call from the executive. On 14th of October, I called to customer care and raised request but despite the request no action was taken. Service Request no. CAS-78738-D6Y7 When there is no action taken on my last service request I again raised service request on 15th of October, to refund the amount Service Request no. CAS-78986-D9Z3 But there is no action has been taken to refund the amount. I again raised the service request to customer care they ensure that I would receive service call from their executive, neither had I received a call nor necessity action taken. Service Request no. CAS-85447-Z5N7 I have not received my amount till data, and i have raised three request and none of them have been resolved. My registered phone is [protected]

        I just see quick response from your side only but I felt that the customer care of Den boomband service is very poor, i think Den doesn't care of customer satisfaction here.

          Even after talking to customer care, the problem is still unsolved. We have one request to activate our DEMO package of five days at our own risk. Even if speed problem occurs, we shall surrender cable, modem after 5 days. There is no end to this conversation until we get our DEMO pack activated. Local area team is mis guiding to you as our neighbour at 958 is using DEN internet. Now we are no more interested in using DEN or in the future.

              I am very disappointed with the service provided by Den boom band. On 11th September 2015, I paid Rs. 2, 655 through cheque for three months plan to one of your agent Ravi (Contact No. [protected]), he assure me that the very next day the engineer will come and install the device, and after that cheque will be deposited in bank. Hoping that someone will turn up.I waited and even did not go for work however nobody turn up i did not even relieve a phone call. On 12th of september i called to customer care but no action took on my complaint.On 13th september an engineer came and installed the router but from that day i couldn't access the internet. I have complained several times but no resolution is provided. Nobody listens once you get paid. After so many complaints, customer care told me that the same will be resolved and the connection will start but nothing has been done as of now. They even don't know internally that who do they have to send for what issue. I ASK YOU TO RETURN MY CHEQUE AND DISCONNECT MY CONNECTION OR TAKE YOUR ALL ACCESSORIES or else ready to be sued.

                I am living in pocket I/7, sector 16, Rohini, Delhi and using DEN cable network services .I am paying the monthly rent including service and entertainment tax . It has been noticed that service provider is not providing proper invoice for the payments made . I tried to contact DEN network company but they told me that if i want payment receipt than i will have to pay higher monthly rent . I suspect company is evading taxes despite of at consumers have made the payments(service and entertainment taxes) .This fraud needs to be investigated and stopped as the company is doing theft of the public money and not depositing it to the government department.

                  I am facing the problem in my router from the first day after installation and complaining about that to the customer care, they do register my complain but no executive/technician has come to see what the problem i am facing and next day they after complaining they always send me message that "Your issue has been resolved" without even visiting. I want my router to be changed as it does not work all the time, sometimes i have to be without internet for almost two days. i have tried each and everything from complaining in customer care to calling many times my local area manager.I am writing their names along with their numbers.                   Finally, they sent someone to check the problem and after checking, the technician changed the router and now it is working fine. Suggestion:-Please don't take customers's problems lightly, satisfaction of the customers should be your main goal. Regards Deepak Sagar

                    I am very disappointed with the service provided by Den boom band on 29th august 2015, I paid Rs. 2, 655 through cheque for three months plan to one of your agent arum. he assure me that the very next day the engineer will come an install the device, and after that cheque will be deposited in bank. hoping that someone will turn up.I waited and even did not go for work however nobody turn up i did not even relieve a phone call. On 2nd of september i called to customer care but no action took on my complaint.On 5th sept engineer came and install den service but from that day my net could not start till now. I have complained several times but no resolution is provided. No listens you once you pay. After so many complaints, customer care told me that you cheque is bounced and the connection will start again after paying money with Rs300 penalty.after facing so many trobules I ASK YOU TO RETURN MY CHEQUE AND DISCONNECT MY CONNECTION OR TAKE YOUR ALL ACCESSORIES.

                        Dear Sir, We got Den modem installed as demo on 07/10/15 at 961, Punjabi Phatak Ballimaran Ch.Chowk.But it has not been activated till now. our user id moh_89850 pw 123456 On connecting, it says authentication problem. Many people here in punjabi phatak, Ballimaran are opting for DEN internet, but there is no facility of amplifiers here.                           My self abhinav kumar Thakur. I have applied for a new connection and given cash of Rs. 2565/- to executive Ankur on 29th of June 2015. But connection is not available in my area. For this purpose I have called customer care many times to return my amount. Today I have call customer care and my call was received by Sonali and told me that my refund amount has already been dispatched on 11 Aug but, till now I have not received my amount.

                            Den provides terrible service. Internet connection goes down very frequently. I have called them atleast 15 times in a month to register my complain about the down connection and every time they give me the same answer saying there is some technical issue going on. Pathetic service. No resolution provided till now

                              I have got DEN Boom Band connection after being harrased by MTNL connection for many many years. But DEN has turned out to be more pathetic. Frequent disconnection & non stable speed put you in question especially when you are making online payment / transcation. Be Aware before you get attractive because of freebies they are offering. NOT HAPPY

                                its very disgusting the way all the executive handle the complaints. they only exchange the contact nos. i took the connection on 29/9/15 it worked only for 6 hours after that its not working till date. complaint no.                                   Took services of DEN Broadband, whose sales people were hardselling in kalkaji area. Its been a month now and the customer care people do not answer . They have taken the payment with no connectivity given to the customers. Not sure if this is how Den Broadband provides services to its customers. Really unhappy with their brand performance, and in such competitive market if they are operating in such a way then good luck to their success. Strangely there is no complaint cell or email where one call call/email to complain even. Seems either they have really happy customers or they really are not interested in any complaints from their customers from which they have taken money. Her user id is VEE-79784. DEN Broadband Network Dated 25 August, 2015 Payment encashed of 2545/- on 28th. No network since then. - Thank you.

                                      Net is not working from last three days in one day so many complaints so many time call on [protected] they have not taken any action every time they say your complaints noted and it resolve in 24 hours but after 72 hours nothing has been done i dont want this co.service onwards please refund my money back

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        This is to inform you that i booked my boomband connection as on 30th Aug-2015 next day i.e 31st Aug-2015 you received a payment of Rs 2565 on same date i received confirmation mail from your side. Your Sales Respresentative Mr Sarfraz (m) [protected] provide a scheme in behalf of DEN Boomband when you paid 3 months advance rent than we will Received one month extra internet including Rs 1000 Jabong coupon. We are very sorry to inform you that almost 1 month is already over but we are not received any Jabong coupon. So many times I call on Mr Sarfraz no. [protected] but he will not pick the call & not call back to me also. After that i log a complaint on Customer Care to Mr Parvej as on 18th Sep-2015 Service Request No.CAS-53376-T4K8 he will assure that very soon you will received the Jabong coupon. On 21st Sep-2015 we received a message Your service request CAS-53376-T4K8 has been resolved but still I am not receive any Jabong Coupon. Again I call on customer care executive Mr Amlesh Anand as on 25th Sept-2015 log a complaint for same issue Service Request no.CAS-60288-K8T7 at 22:34 pm but it was shocking that early in the morning at 08:21 am we received same message your Service Request no.CAS-60288-K8T7 has been resolved. This is very disturbing & hilarious for me i paid full amount. I am seriously very harassed & planning to file a complaint in DRT Court because its a legal issue.
