Hi, I had sent a doc to South Korea on 29th and was promised by the company it'll reach the destination on maximum by 2nd April'13. But its 5th april today and no one has any clue where my doc is stuck, the status showed "shipment on hold" since last 4 days today it says "With Delivery Courier". My airway bill no: [protected]

i ordered an item from a global online store worth 1700 rs approx and pid another 1000 rs for shipping . The item was a gift for my friend.

sir we have one complaint that we courier one packet to brazil but they not received that packet till now
because they charge 100$ for receiving to that person. but the DHL courier servise told that u charged rs.3000 that we pay on 8.11.09 that the bill we attached plz find the attatchment . Now it over 10days i had not received the parcel by ems the tracking code is ee[protected]cn the tracking details shows it still with customs i dont know what is happening it arrived to mumbai customs on 2nd september 2009 but still they hadnt released the parcel as per the tracking record neither they informed me about the same.

I was charged Rs 1088 for shipment air waybill (university express) by SHUTTLE EXPRESS, 4(GF), Rajendra Place, New Delhi-110008(Ph: 25748998, 25748084,[protected]. While it is clearly mentioned over DHL website that the cost is only Rs 990.

I dont know if this works.... but still I would like to put down a few points from my side. Today 1st sept. 09, I parked my bike in front of State Bank of India well within Parking limits and there is no sign of NO Parking there and several other vahicles also parked. Our Smart Traffice Police and his Gundas came and picked my vehicle for no parking... on arguement the Smart Policeman asks me to do whatever I can...

I generally need to courier things to Pune to my friend... Hence, I had sent a USB Device. They asked me for Rs. 230/- as charges. The same was paid promptly.

However, they did not inform me about any octroi charges from Mumbai to Pune. The concerned receiver had to pay approx Rs. 100/- for the same. I had called the DHL Express Centre in Mulund (from where I had couriered the USB Device) for an explanation of the octroi charges....
