This was a crucial sample for us as our order was to be finalised based on this sample only. Client is not willing to place order as he fear that the actual consignment...

This is 3rd time in last six months bad experience with DHL delivery, import or export. While receiving samples from consignee they charge exorbitant clearance amount for small amount of duty and while exporting they do not deliver on time as well as lots of procedure to take and impression of India are ruined due to this. Our customer is very much angry and our future business destroyed for sure...

Taking too much time they keep asking for document I keep sending yet they are not satisfy I need those goods on /before June 5 as I will be traveling outside India then I pay fast delivery now it's taking longer time please help me I want my issue to be resolve soon as it's giving me sleepless night already help thank you will be expecting positive feedback soon...

I ordered two supplements from iherb, one was natural factors suntheanine (Awb # [protected]) the other was bluebonnets rhodiola rosea (Awb# [protected]). Both the supplements arrived in india on 20th may 2017. Hi, my document packet is delivered to the incorrect address, it should be delivered to university of missouri columbia, usa but it's delivered to norwalk usa. And i am trying to contact dhl customer service since three days but there was no response from them. I am highly disappointed with the service as their irresponsibility will delay my admission which is important for my higher education.. Atleast now kindly update my shipment details...

April 25th : shipment arrived at kolkata from auckland. Online tracking asked for kyc
April 27th : all documents received and accepted and dhl told me all necessary documents for customs clearance has been received and being processed
No package delivered and phone calls from another dhl agent claiming the parcel an unaccompanied airline baggage...

Hi team,

I have sent a parcel from dhaka (B'desh) to dhanbad (Jh, india) with id: [protected] dated 25/04/2017. They had handover to indiapost with id: em[protected]in on 27/04/2017.
Now, when i contacted the dhl team, they are telling that since we have already handover to indiapost. So, now we are not responsible for it and check it with indiapost only.
I have also tried to contact indiapost, but unresponsive.br...

This is to inform you that i have import the material from china to mohali against way bill no. [protected] on 20th april, and material reached delhi airport on 22nd april.

Till date i am getting same message that material is at clearance event.

I am really surprised that after doing so much followup with dhl not getting a single response from any body from dhl nor having any single point...

A courier sent for me frm pune booked from their pune branch office they said it'll be delievered by 14th of feb 2017 bt due their fault they sent the courier to delhi instead of lucknow to me due to whch i have faced some problem in submitting a document ( a reciept ) and experienced mental harrasment too i want now compensasion for my loss from the company...

Sent a express priority courier on Wednesday morning[protected] from chennai to Southampton U.K., which was supposed to reach on Friday before 12pm[protected], but hasn't reached, called up customer care the reply was " sometimes dhl can't deliver as there are few logistics issue on the ground - which is normal, so we will sure deliver soon, but can't tell u a date may be on Monday or later sir, don't worry sir"...

We are a business house and our credibility lies in the fact that we keep our delivery promise to our customers .
We sent a garment through Dhl express courier in mumbai to dubai and were promised that it would be delivered by thursday to our customer .
However, it is not delivered by DHL express courier even though the parcel has reached dubai . Dhl gives us the lame excuse that there is work overload on friday 11am dubai...

This is regarding AWP [protected], booked from china to india, on 25th feb 2017, i got call from from Dhl delivery person for confirming my delivery address and asking for custom duty to be paid at time of delivery . I agreed to pay without any problem . But at time of delivery i was asked to pay 700 rs additional amount as custom handling charges, actual customs duty was around rs50 only . Dhl fraud.

This is biggest fraud happened to me ever.
I bought some goods, ie tv and sound system and tablets from us online stores and shipped via myus.com.
Dhl picked up goods in 3 pcs, one of it contains "lithium battery" as contains all the tablets, specially ipads.

After few days they delivered other 2 pcs to mumbai and 1 pc shipped back to usa from germany saying item contain "lithium battery",...

Its regarding the consignment we are suppose to receive from UK for that I received call from your end to upload KYC details. I received call from your executive on 5th January 2017 and he was suppose to share the details thru email but till date I have not received any email & Information from your end without Airway Bill no and other info I cant fill up KYC, my email id is shared with your executive kindly look in to this matter & expedite...
