I had a parcel consigned to me in bangaluru by i herb aw bill no, [protected], consignee name nari panjwani & i was asked to upload my passport which states my name as panjwani but, the first name mentioned is narain which in my community is synonym to nari, the address of the consignee as per aw bill & passport is same. Despite this i was asked to file an affidavit saying that nari & narain are the same animal. I do not have a problem getting an affidavit identified by a public notary but at age 85, in poor health, unable to stand up for more than 5 minutes, the prospect of travelling in congested roads for about three hours and standing up in a queue in courthouse to get an affidavit was an impossible task. So i requested the girl at the other end of the toll number to consider that nari & narain are same as andy & andrew, robert & bob, margret & maggie. I told her that if you asked andy murray to sign an affidavit that andy & andrew are the same person, he would ask you to jump in a lake, similar reaction if you asked bill gates to state on oath that bill & william are one & same. All my pleadings were of no effect and girl kept repeating that if i do not furnish an affidavit my parcel shall be destroyed. I was furious and rude to her and said "stick the parcel up your what"
The parcel contained 4 packets of breakfast biscuits and the loss of the parcel is not going to make me loose sleep. But, the unfriendly attitude of dhl will rancour me forever. Don't know if this complaint will release the parcel consinged to me but it makes no difference.

      Dear sir,

      My shipment id is [protected]. Delivery address is chamkaur sahib-140112 and delivery date is 10th july. Today my wife got a call from dhl chandigarh asking for additional delivery charges of 3479 rs and to collect the shipment from chandigarh away 50 km from delivery address. All shiping charges was included during purchase.

      This medicine is very urgent for my kid and i want it to be delivered as scheduled.

      Please resolve it urgently.

        I order for some sample from tabletennis11 .com they sent paid order. But they charged 1729/- after duty they charged bonded storage 500/- + 500/- handling fee + igst on that 180/- i asked for send me custom charges slip by email at [protected] on dhl customer care before three days she told me that it was approx 1000 somthing but up to now she did not sent any email. 5.7.17 morning i receive call from blue dart dhl office at cantt they told me custom duty is 1729/- i told them that from customer care informed me 1000 somthing. They told they are sending whattsup they whattsup to me slip which courier boy was taking for delivery at that slip duty was same but at last amount should be taken from me was written 550/- . I asked me that there is written 550/- after that i dont know how it was deleted from my mobile. I ask him for send again but he did not sent that slip. He send me dhl bill. I asked that it was not same. He was telling that i have not sent any doc.before this. That was another person who sent you that slip. He was telling lie at same number l talk 4-5 time .there was no delay from me than why was bonded charges and when courier was paid why handling charges + igst on that am. So please check and take the action and return my excess amount.

            I consider mysel[censored]nlucky because first time i used international courier service and paid huge penalties because of delay from dhl people. Second time i used a private service but unfortunately they ended using dhl and this time i realized dhl is worst courier service.

              Mera air way bill no [protected] hai app ki service sahi nahi aur jo cost app lete ho 3335/- wo amount ke hisab se app ki service nahi hai ek sms tak ki facilty bhi nahi hai app ki aj kal bus ticket bhi book kiye to sms atta hai app ko sharm aa ni cahiye aur mera courier belgaum se banglore aur ab banglore se uae fir uae se ksa jaye ga direct ksa nahi ja sakta agar jata to jaldi milta paisa to fast ka lete ho aur service thereed class very very bad mai app ke service ke khush nahi hu

                The sample reached to the client in broken condition (Photo attached )

                This was a crucial sample for us as our order was to be finalised based on this sample only. Client is not willing to place order as he fear that the actual consignment will also come in broken condition as sample . We have lost our valuable business due to this

                  This is 3rd time in last six months bad experience with DHL delivery, import or export. While receiving samples from consignee they charge exorbitant clearance amount for small amount of duty and while exporting they do not deliver on time as well as lots of procedure to take and impression of India are ruined due to this. Our customer is very much angry and our future business destroyed for sure

                      I ordered two supplements from iherb, one was natural factors suntheanine (Awb # [protected]) the other was bluebonnets rhodiola rosea (Awb# [protected]). Both the supplements arrived in india on 20th may 2017. I received one supplement (Suntheanine) today ie 25th may after 5 days of arriving at the facility and dhl has charged me rs 1401 as custom duty on a product which cost 1689 including courier charges. I had provided all the documents when asked and still they kept delaying the custom clearance. They also did not provide me with the customs receipt/bill.

                      The other product ie rhodiola rosea is still in the clearance after 5 days of arriving in india despite having sent them all the necessary documents on time.
                      This extremely negligent behaviour on dhl part has resulted in unnecessary and avoidable customs charges to me. And on top of that they have not provide me with the customs receipt which makes me suspicious if those charges were levied at the first place.

                      Rs 500 were charged as handling charges, whereas there is no mention of these charges when ordering product and Rs 500 were charged as bonded storage charge out of total charge of Rs 1401.

                        My name is ajay kumar singh. I forgot my phone motorola z play phone in mauritius which was 7 months old and was purchased in india. My hotel helped me to mail my lost phone to my home address in india and i was informed by dhl the total cost for shipment is only 3000mur but when the package reached india. They started asking for 12800 rs as custom duty. I have already informed them that the phone was purchased in india and all the taxes are already paid i have also sent them the bill of my mobile phone but as per dhl i have imported hence i have to pay the custom duty. I contacted them anf no one was able to answer me at that time on why i have to pay the taxes again later they sent me email with all custom reciepts. I am sure they have done some blunder while filing the custom and now they want me to pay 12800 for there blunder. If i calculate the current market value that phone is for 7000 or 8000 only.                           Hi, my document packet is delivered to the incorrect address, it should be delivered to university of missouri columbia, usa but it's delivered to norwalk usa. And i am trying to contact dhl customer service since three days but there was no response from them. I am highly disappointed with the service as their irresponsibility will delay my admission which is important for my higher education..                             April 27th : all documents received and accepted and dhl told me all necessary documents for customs clearance has been received and being processed
                            No package delivered and phone calls from another dhl agent claiming the parcel an unaccompanied airline baggage

                              This is with regards to a Shipment with AWB [protected] that was shipped via DHL on[protected] from the United States to India. The shipment contains 12 wildlife cameras (6 new and 6 old) donated to me in recognition of my work in the field of wildlife conservation and environment protection by a renowned non-profit based in the United States. These cameras will be used for my education programs in schools and conduct wildlife research programs and these cameras are not for sale or any commercial use.

                              I regret to inform that DHL Bangalore office has been highly irresponsible towards handling our shipment right from the beginning. They completely misguided me by asking to submit certain documents like Value Absence Letter without clearly explaining the repercussions of such actions despite repeated reminders that it’s a donation and half of the goods are old and used which cannot have any purchase bills.

                              DHL Bangalore emailed me that a Fine Rs: 14, 913 and Penalty Rs.2000/- and Customs Duty of Rs.43, 906/- was levied on a shipment which was given as a donation! I completely hold DHL responsible for mishandling my case despite submission of all required documents from my end as demanded by the Customs officer which clearly show that it's a donation and meant for a social cause.

                              Subsequently, I filed an RTI addressing to the customs officer at Bangalore international airport and got a reply saying only a Fine Rs: 14, 913 and Penalty Rs.2000/- was imposed and there was no mention of the Customs Duty at all!! When I emailed the same to DHL Bangalore to clarify me why they quoted a heavy Customs Duty on my shipment, there is no reply until now.

                              It's unfortunate that international organizations give out these equipment grants to people like me who work for a cause and such cases are mishandled with gross neglect by DHL Express India.

                              I would request an early response in this regard as it's been almost 4 months since the shipment landed in India and has been held up at Bangalore airport.

                                Hi team,

                                I have sent a parcel from dhaka (B'desh) to dhanbad (Jh, india) with id: [protected] dated 25/04/2017. They had handover to indiapost with id: em[protected]in on 27/04/2017.
                                Now, when i contacted the dhl team, they are telling that since we have already handover to indiapost. So, now we are not responsible for it and check it with indiapost only.
                                I have also tried to contact indiapost, but unresponsive.
                                But, still i didn't get the parcel.

                                Please do something.

                                    We regret to inform you that, our documents were booked on 28 th April and confirmed the estimated date of delivery on 2nd.

                                    Since it is very urgent and also much important, we have informed to your customer care to deliver the documents on priority basis. Though your customer care department put their efforts to get it done, till now we have not received our documents which causes penalty of Rs. 5000/- per day.

                                      This is to inform you that i have import the material from china to mohali against way bill no. [protected] on 20th april, and material reached delhi airport on 22nd april.

                                      Till date i am getting same message that material is at clearance event.

                                      I am really surprised that after doing so much followup with dhl not getting a single response from any body from dhl nor having any single point of contact person of dhl.

                                      As the material is lying at delhi customs from last 10 days, i don't think so that it should take so much of days for dhl to clear the shipment, if any damage/fine is applicable for the material then who will be responsible for the same.

                                      Requesting you to plz look in to the matter as its very very urgent.
