UNRELIABLE AND MISLEAD CUSTOMER ON DELIVERY - DHL INDIA

This is the 3rd instance in the last six months, of lack of promise and assurance after charging full amount of Rs 3376 by DHL INDIA(Packet no[protected]. It fools people into taking their TIME DEFINITE SERVICE which is a complete waste of time and gives false assurance of delivery.

I booked a packet on 19/3/09 at 13:30 pm and was assured of definite delivery by 12:00 pm in Milan on 23rd March, 09. I was charged higher money...

LOST shipment and no responces from DHL regarding that

(AIR WAYBILL : [protected])..

DHL has lost this shipment that was sent to germany...DHL was given this shipment on 13 Nov 2008..and it was soppesed to reach there whitin 2 or three working days..Now its 2ed dec..the shipment is untraceble ..i have gone crazy calling DHL on many phone nos. and mailed regarding this but no reply..How enethical is that...I am feeling as if i have been cheated..Plz Help...

non delivery

I sent a package containing some transcripts to Purdue Univ on[protected] using DHL. The airway bill had the proper address. But when i went and tracked the AWB no, the destination pin showed as[protected]Atlanta MI) instead of the intended destination[protected]West Lafayette IN). incompetence, negligence and fraud at DHL India

After working with DHL India for our inbound and outbound international shipments for two years now, we have switched our forwarder and I can only warn you to stay away from DHL in India.

While I never had issues with DHL in Europe (I am from Germany), their indian subsidiary puts shame on DHL's good name. If they would just put their money not into fancy advertisement but into responsible management and education of...
