Sir here by i got a message from Africa that a sum of 650million dollors amount to invest in indian residental lands and other products they sellected me as their partner an they will pay me 20% comision for that i also agreed that contract an i write them a letter i wont invest any money as advance for this project they to agreed now yestetday 17/04/2009 they call me from+[protected] and told that 650million dollar Valued Atm card arriving India to delivery to me to invest in Indian and today 18/04/2009 a person call me from Delhi mob no-[protected] and told me that ATM card arrived from Africa to U and U want to pay a sum of rupees--45, 743-00 ( fourty five thousand seven hundred and forty three ) rupees to the ICICI bank account[protected] new delhi branch in the name--Vanlalhruaizelipachuru as imetiate after my payment they will Issue me the Card thru Dhl courier they had send me sum photo proof also i having I am thinking this is a 100% cheating kindly follow the Delhi mobile number an foreign number to Take a sevier Action and Stop Cheating Others Thanking you

It's a fake. TW4 is a residential area, the 'office' number is for a mobile phone, and a company would NEVER use '@yahoo' or '@live' email addresses. And doesn't it seem odd that every person scored 92%?

I also got such offer letter. But it is fake. I asked them to send an intimation to the British High commission in India, Delhi so that they can prove me that it is genuine. For this message they turned down and stopped communicating with them. Please do not send any money as they advise and also do not give your bank account details. Tell them to go and beg some where instead cheating the educated lot.

we booked a consignment from US TO INDIA in DHL . Consignment arrived from US to INDIA in 3 days . But for customs clearance it has taken 12-15 Days. They are worthless and incompetant people to do cargo clearance at customs . They ask for lot of documentation every day and delay the process . Paying high cost to DHL is not advisable for courier and cargo if it is to be customs cleared . They bare fast only in flight .


In customs clearance they are worse than the worst clearing agent .

Please note have received a package Via DHL which should reach me in Maximum 4 days reach after 8 days and they asked me to pay handling charges and customs duty. I do not understand why they always need to charge something extra over what they have already charged the sender. As i receive packages from other courier services and never had to pay extra to receive samples. I received another package from another courier agency in 4 days which was of a higher value and more in weight and i did not need to pay a rupee. I have asked all my suppliers to hence forth not use DHL

I have sent a shipment to Spain on March 4, 2016 through DHL vadodara. At the time of making the payment n sending it they did not ask for any document and inform me about the custom charges n all. The parcel got on hold from Spain due to lack of document and n was thn returned. Even though I have submitted the kyc they asked for through mail n what's app. When I went to their office they told me I'll get full refund and he has initiated the process. Now I am receiving mails for them asking for money for custom charges in india. And when I asked them for the refund they had sent me a mail saying no refund is applicable for my shipment.

My shipment to my client has been recd by her with a carton having her n mine both names proper and the inside stuff was shockingly not the ones which I had sent her .. The entire stuff inside is replaced .. With some packing materials which is supposed to be in polland and is in Texas n my parcel contained 2 Sarees n 1 suit which she was supposed to receive .. Now the thing is if its a mistake its non professionalism and if its not a mistake then its a clear cut fraud .. I have all the image proofs along with .. But its a shame on my side she pays me for the stuff n recvs some papers .. And now I donno where in this whole world the Sarees n suit has gone

The mention consignment is return to us twice without any specific reasons with damaged condition. We have mail ([protected]@bluedart.com) to find out reason and call number of persons so we can rectify the hurdles but unable to get revert. I'm having same problem with DHL India. Express delivery (3 days) and they simply kept the parcel at their own wish @ their office and not submitting to Customs for clearance.. No update from their side. Every morning they update as Uncontrollable Clearance Delay. After huge number of times calling their toll free number I got a contact email ID where I asked why it's delayed. Then he called me and asked for some more documents for shipment and I gave it within 30mins. After that full 1 day went, so update. When ever I'm calling I'm told, I will update. This is simply ridiculous ...

Same issue of customs delay from DHL. Very unprofessional and no proper support from DHL India. Express delivery which in a 2 days came from HK to Bangalore is waiting for more than a week to get cleared. They asked many documentation clarification letters which I underwent to submit when I called them for update. Later there is no update nor any action from them. Very very poor service and surprised by the way they handle on reputation of the company. Only one word to say avoid DHL India

I am writing from an 100% EOU Unipick Foods Pvt Ltd. We have imported some spares for our machine. The invoice and packing list provided to DHL very clearly mentions that we are an 100% Export Oriented Unit, which means that we are excepted from all import duty. DHL being a logistic company and their clearance department should be well aware of this and procedure to clear imported consignment for an EOU. Instead they have overlooked all the documents and just asked for technical writing and after that sending an checklist without asking for annexure III. We thought that they will come back asking for annexure III after filing BOE. Instead they have cleared consignment and are asking us to pay Rs 32000 towards clearance. This has happened with us 1 month. They don't go through any documents and blindly do things and blame the customer.

Usually other courier companies, they ask for authorization letter along with Annexure III for clearance.

How can we really on such service? Being an export oriented unit, we will be importing many items for our production unit. We cannot pay import duties for all the items, that is why we have exception from the government. DHL does not consider this and blindly clear things and ask us to pay import duties.

SOFT COPY OF YOUR EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT,
THIS AGREEMENT is made today between DHL Company, UK of the 1st party and you as a 2nd party. For good consideration, DHL Company, UK employs the Employee on the following terms and conditions.

ARTICLE 1: CONTRACT PERIOD
The contract period shall be for Contract duration: The contract shall last for duration of 60 consecutive months; 5 years and could be renewed based on employee's satisfactory services to the Company.

ARTICLE 2: SALARY
DHL Company UK shall pay Employee on satisfactory performance of the services the sum of (£7, 300) Seven thousand three hundred pounds MONTHLY equivalent depending on employee's home country.
The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense incurred only as a result of relocation or early termination of leases, storage charges; procurement of travel documents. Reimbursements shall be made before employees embark on journey not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee's expense report and receipts, this after the acquisition of relevant traveling papers through the assistance of the company's legal adviser on Immigration Matters..
Employer shall also take care of employees' air ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee (ONLY TWO FAMILY MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED)

ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.
DHL Company, UK hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at DHL Company, UK discretion from time to time.

ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to DHL Company, UK.
The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of the Company, and, during this employee, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.

ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.
Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the COMPANY may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee.

ARTICLE 6: Disability.
In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 months, the COMPANY may terminate the Employee's employment, and the DHL Company, UK obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.

ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.
Without cause DHL Company may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination. In addition, DHL Company will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to the Employer. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement.

ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.
Should Employee die during the term of employment, DHL Company shall pay to Employee's Next of kin/Family any compensation due through the end of the two months in which death occurred.

ARTICLE 9: OTHER BENEFITS

. Complete meals also for you and your family as deemed
Appropriate.
. Life insurance Policy.
. Maximum and efficient security both in work place and housing

ARTICLE 10: Effect of Prior Agreements.
This Agreement supersedes any prior agreement between the DHL Company, UK or any predecessor of the DHL Company, UK and the Employee, except that this agreement shall not affect or operate to reduce any benefit or compensation inuring to the Employee of a kind elsewhere provided and not expressly provided in this agreement.

ARTICLE 11: Settlement by Arbitration.
Any claim or controversy that arises out of, or relates to this agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 12: Severability.
If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the DHL Company (and any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.

We have received shipment through DHL vide Airway Bill No. [protected] on 14.03.2009 but without Bill of Entry which creates problem at the time of Remmitance to our Shipper. I have sent mail at ccg.[protected]@dhl.com on 17.03.2009 for Bill of Entry but still I didnt received any reply. I am trying your [protected] but not getting that also.

Please send Bill of Entry as it is very urgent without this Remmitance will be held & due to that we have to pay heavy penlity.

Every time we are facing this problem & after many follow-up we get the same. Please avoid this type of problem in future.

The AWB [protected] has been picked up from Pune India Friday May 15 at 14.34 hrs and the executive of DHL has assured me that it will reach ACCRA (GHANA) on Monday 18/5/2009 but on sunday May 17/5/2009 I was supprised to find in track summary report mentioning Arrived at sort facility Brussels - Belgium (Time 20:13) because the same report i saw on saturday 16/5/2009 when I tracked my shipment Arrived at sort facility Brussels - Belgium (Time 12:15). On Sunday 17th May my documents reached Germany at 14:50 . I don't know for what reason.

Can someone pls tell me why my documents are flying between Germany and Belgium. And why is the document at Begium for more than 24 hrs.
Yesterday DHL customer care (Sharon) spoke to me and assured me that monday night or tuesday my shipment will reach destination.
Again today morning I called DHL customer care and I told them I want to speak to Sharon because she has assured me that my shipment will reach destination yesterday or today.DHL customer care executive calling me claiming to be Sharon (Sharanjeet Kaur) and she straightaway denying she didnt assure me.I didnt expect this things from DHL, infact why I am spending so much money by sending my shipment through DHL.. Infact I had checked with another local courier who were charging me Rs. 700/- for the same delivery. I opted for DHL and paid 3 times more just because I thought that DHL is more reliable. Now I know how reliable DHL is.
You wont imagine how much money I lost by delay of this shipment & secondly calling your customer care i have almost spent Rs.500/- Because the documents did not reach Accra on 18th May I lost more than 1 lac Rs.

Another University case here!! I totally agree!! DHL was once great, Now its just screwing things up!! I had sent a package on March 4th 2010, the tracking showed delivered on March 8th 2010...After 23 days, University office mailed me up to tell they have not received my documents!! what a shock!! @$#*% who knows where they got delivered. I even verified with the name, The univ said they have no person working under that name. Trying to contact customer service but alas, no proper response...

I would like to add my experience here too.In this particular incident DHL is not the lone villain. Rather it is outsmarted in certain aspects by an online selling site called called 20north.com. Both have no accountability. Once you have made the payment you are all on your own. I had ordered a WD TV Live from 20north.com on 2nd December 2009 to be sent as a gift to my brother's address. This was the first mistake. They had misled me into doing this by claiming that goods below 10, 000 can be imported duty free by sending as a gift. Otherwise I would have only been happier to pay the duty in the first place. I was assured of the item to be delivered on 16th of December.
Other than the notification mail, I haven't received any communication regarding the consignment for tracking purposes. Then on 15th December I get a call from Chennai DHL Office asking for an authorization to clear the consignment on my behalf.But all this while 20noth.com kept silent. Now after I sent the required details I was told it was cleared from the Chennai Customs Department. I was happy for sometime thinking that the worst is over. But only when I received another call from Cochin DHL did I realize that this was just the beginning. But I have to agree that the Cochin DHL service has set a great precedent here. They have even gone beyond 20north.com in customer services. These people kept feeding me with the wrong information and made me send the authorization letter in all sorts of permutations and combinations until they got satisfied with the pattern. Once that was over, they started speculating about the availability of the Approving authority. Some days they would say the Officer is on leave. Some other day when I call, they will say the Officer is on leave today but you could have got it done on the earlier day. If this was not enough, they even stopped picking my calls and even if they did I was put on hold for an eternity. Whatsoever I was not called back for a single time with updates.I have made around 30 calls to them without leading to any progress. I could have as well brought the item from Cochin with this money!!I was even told that if I go in person to Cochin they can expedite the process. Then what is the need for setting up their services in Cochin? They even started giving reasons for the apparent delay. That is they doubt that this item has been under valued for the purpose of evading duty. Also I am being asked why should I sent an electronic item as a gift as if it were their business to interfere in my decisions. All this while I was trying to contact 20north.com thinking that these people will offer some sort of help by establishing the true value of the item and convincing that it is perfectly legal to send it as a gift.
DHL in India has to come a long way if they are serious about keeping up their reputation in Indian market.
I have decided not to use DHL services in the future until they give a suitable explanation for the horrible experience.
