Sir, i Mange ram i am 76years old. Add-Ghuman hera village...i was coming from najafgarh to ghuman hera at my home by route no. 887 nd bus no. Is DL1PO-4842.around 7:15pm today[protected] ..driver did not drop me in ghumanhera village where last bus stop in village inside..he denied to go inside village he said go out from bus on main najafgarh ghumanhera road...i told him tht its not last stop of this roite go inside village he replied tht my time is over now its my tea time.u all put down from bus and let me go...i am old person and i have knee pain bt he was not ready to listen us..these types of drivers should not have in DIMTS..they misbehaved with people nd destroye department name and fame...i request you to take strict action on him

I'm sahil from aiims i was standing on Safdujung bus stand at 28 August 12:35 pm bus was empty but the driver was not take a stop it's a very big problem through drivers were not take the stop the route number is 588
And the bus is going to jln stadium bus number DL1PD0865

I'm punit from holambi kalan my mother and sister was standing on Shaheed vikram batra chowk at 22nd August 12:05 pm bus was empty but the driver was not take a stop it's a very big problem through drivers were not take the stop the route number is[protected] and[protected]

The driver of bus no. DL1PC5325 on route no.473 did not stop the bus at School Block stop at 8.08.AM. The bus has vacant seats and four/five people waived to stop the bus. I had complained yesterday also. This driver is habitual offender and must be punished.

I am a daily passenger of route 708.the complaint regarding bus no DL1PD4989.Driver normally does not stop at Najafgarh Bahadurgarh crossing just ahead of petrol pump, Dichau Chowk so I try to catch the bus at Najafgarh terminal but today he did not open the gate while he is crossing the terminal gate.Moreover he picks passengers by his own choice and running bus without passenger.
Kindly look the Matter.

Today (24.08.21)Bus no.5325 on route no.473 did not stop at School Block bus stop though there were empty seats. The time was 8.05 AM. The driver did this at previous occasion also and seems a habitual offender.

Pessenger requests from stand for stop bus but driver not cares. Bus completely empty but driver Ingnor pessengers.
Driver not following traffic rules also, he drive right side of road.
Today he challenges to pessengers do anything anywhere... He not stopped bus.
Conducted saying they have right to stopped or not.

Today i taken bus from Karala Bus Stand for Nangloi. The bus number was DL1PD5271 and the route was 979 (cluster). Around Madanpur-Mubarakpur, passengers were asking to stop the bus by waiving their hands but the driver was not stopping the bus even after vacant seats.
When i asked the driver he told that he will open the gates only after instruction from conductor. Then I asked for complaint book from conductor but he refused to give. Then suddenly 6-7 staff members of cluster bus (in the uniform dresses) started arguing with me.
Even driver has stopped the bus under Mundka underpass and getting every passengers late. One of them also started abusing.
Please check the camera recording of bus and take strict action against them.
