Whomever it may concern.

I would like to drop a complaint against a cluster bus.
Route - 793
Bus number - DL1PD4634
BUS stand- Hari nagar bus depot
Timming - 7:42pm

This bus never stopped at hari nagar depot bus stand.
The bus is always empty hardly two passagers sit always in that still that driver does not stop the bus.

I have filed my complaint on call on following never for so many times but no action taken yet.

Please take a action against this.
I am a lady and I have to wait for 10 pm on that same route daily.
I something happens to me you guys will be the reason behind this.

Anand vihar isbt se 473 me family ke sath chadha sabki tickets le li thi gao se aaye the isliye three luggage bhi tha hmare sath ye kehkar ki luggage ka bhi TKT lagta h checker ne misbehave kiya or 200 ka fine kar diya.

The driver such an example of animal . He does Not stop bus at Dwarka Mor on the stop . When my mom went to the bus he start running the bus .When i get into the bus he abuse me and said there was no seats in the bus while there was vacant seats in the bus . I make a video of that for proof. Then I call on 100 and they said me to tell the driver to stop bus at police station. He does not stop bus there too while there is stand at Najafgarh Thana . I said him to stop bus at Police Station while making Video he denied and he said "Ya na rukee haade" . Then he call to his some partners while driving the bus which also a crime. I make video of that too. Then he threatened me to leave the bus else they beat me. He then stop the bus at Surakhpur Mor Najafagrh. When I try to stop the bus he drive bus on me. I want to ask who will be responsible if i get die infront of that. Is this the manner to drive . Is he the man. He is so irresponsible man he is behaving like animal.

During the journey from Cluster Bus 348 Mori Gate to Mayur Vihar Phase 3, the conductor did not wear a mask for the entire journey, when he was interrupted to put a mask on, wherever you want to complain and not put on mask.

And at the end of the journey at stand crpf Mayur Vihar Phase 3 (8:44 pm) he abused me, abused, and threatened not to sit in my bus since tomorrow.

When I said to conductor give me 10 rs ticket. He give me a ticket of 15rs which is already in his pocket when we denied and said in hindi “ ye kya h nayi vali nikaal” then conductors provide me new ticket and it’s happened between delhi gate and Khaira more stand my no -[protected] pls call us so I can provide u details.bus no is Dl-Ip D-1176

On our area RWA’s request to Delhi Tpt Minister sent by me, Regl Mgr, West, DTC issued instructions to DMs of Hari Ngr depots I&II and entire staff ordered not to smoke, chew tobacco, wear mask, put on destination boards and take waiting passengers while out shedding and in shedding, marshals not to occupy seats, buses to be clean and well lit, decent behaviour with passengers. DIMTS MD requested to get similar orders issued for entire staff and marshals operating buses. No action taken and drivers don’t wear masks, freely smoking and chewing tobacco, threaten passengers if complaint books are demanded from conductors. DIMTS and Traffic police not taking action against erring drivers despite repeated requests emailed.

IS DL1P2367 I Ask Him For A Ticket To SAGAR PUR And I Gave Him 10 RS And He Make My Ticket For NARAINA And He Said There Is No Any Stand That Name Of SAGAR PUR In There Machine.. I AmDaily Basis Passenger And He Make Me Fool That There Is No Stand With Name Of SAGAR PUR I Have Ticket That He Gives Me.. PLEASE SIR MAKE AN ACTION AGAINST HIM Otherwise I Make His Complaint To Upper Level. .

I Smt. Sheela Devi R/o Kh. 37/18 Near Police Check Post Village Palla Delhi-110036 is travelling from Alipur to palla village on 24.03.2021 by bus no. DLIPD4405 Route No. 125. Bus Driver Id no. 1388 abusing and misbehaving with me without any reason. I called the police and report to the concerned driver depot about the incident happened with me. Bus conductor is the witness of all the incident and I wrote the complaint in complaint book of conductor.
Sir, the incident of misbehaving and abusing with passenger's increasingly day by day. I request you to please look into the matter and take strict action against this driver and set a example to other drivers.

I would like to inform you that I am a daily user of bus route no 794 since 5 years but now last one month they are not behave properly with passanger,
Daily they get down the passanger at Dayal sing collage and go inside the sunheripulla depot for refilling cng gas and its take half an hour In summer we all are just waiting outside and getting late bus no is DL-1PD0044, DL-1PD0070, DL-1PD1694 down Manglapuri to Nizamuddin

Why they are not fill the CNG Gas at own depot (Tahkhand Depot)

Drivers don’t wear masks in majority of bus despite passengers asking for this. Majority are addicted to smoking bidis and chewing tobacco and don’t stop when passengers object. They ask passengers to change their seat if don’t like smoking. Conductors refuse complaint books and keep passengers waiting purpose behind us to avoid complaint recording on book for action. Complaints lodged are not replied to or acknowledged conveying ATR.

Sir my name is Abhishek Verma. I am posted as a marshal at Dilshad Garden Depot and due to my small mistake, the Depot Manager Sahab refused to do duty and on On February 26, I was forwarded to my department DC office Nand Nagri and in view of my complaint, ICD, PK Company Commander Sir of our Civil Defense saw I was forgiven and ordered me to do the Dilshad Garden Depot duty and said that I would not make such mistakes further, I obeyed his command and I reached my depot Dilshad Garden.And I gave that letter to my depot manager Saheb Mahendra Pratap Singh ji. So he assured me to wait till Monday.I obeyed them and waited till Monday and then I met them on Monday, then they told me to wait a few more days and I will call you and call you.This is the matter of March 6 when he spoke to me on Monday and while doing so, a lot of time has passed, he is refusing me to come on his duty and he does not tell me when I ask him again and again.Neither did I give permission to do duty and now he has also refused to meet me and he is not allowing me to come on duty, Sir I have become very upset by this thing of Mahendra sir.Sir, it has been a full month for me, this Complaint has been returned and yet the Depot Manager Sir is not allowing me to do duty.Sir, my request to you is to allow me to come on my duty, I am very upset and I am facing a lot of financial situation due to which my family is suffering a lot.I have great faith in you that sir you will help me and accept this prayer of mine and Will allow me to come on my duty.

Good afternoon Sir, yesterday I was traveling in your 943 bus. At night and the driver and conductor of that bus spoke to me with Misbehavior and abused him as well.I just said that it is closed. Bus ac passenger is suffocating. Please turn it on.That's why they threatened me to get off the bus And your conductor was also giving the wrong ticket. At the same time, people were messing with money.And at the same time, your conductor gave the ticket in less money to the people and keep the remaining money in his pocket. I saw it for quite a while. They were not even giving tickets to those people. After receiving the money..I also have proof that your conductor, after giving the ticket of the bus ticket to me, said that you should return the ticket to me.

I was standing at Krishan Vihar bus stand situated at northwest Delhi 110086 a bus whose's route is 997 which is running from Rohini sector 22 to Shivaji stadium Connaught place. The concern is the driver has not stopped the bus on the stand and run away with empty seats on the bus the date is 16 March 2021 at morning 6.59 am exact kindly take the necessary action against the driver he already did the same mistake I am standing and waiting for this bus but this kind of behavior is really poor. Yesterday evening I was traveling by cluster bus from Najafgarh to Peeraghadi,
I gave 200 rupees note to conductor returned 5 rupee's coin & he said
Please take seat

अभी खुले नही आने दे 2मिनट में देता हूं फिर उसने बाद में 1 लड़के के हाथ से 80 रुपए लौटाए
मेरी ऑफिस की concall चल रही थी मेने ऐसे रख लिए
अब मैंने कई जगह बस डिपो में बात कर ली वो मुकर रहा बोल रहा 100 रुपए में राजा थोड़े बन जाऊंगा।
मेरे पैसे लौटाए कृपा करके
महिलाओं को फ्री पुरुषो से 100 फालतू लेकर डीटीसी के नुकसान की भरपाई न करे ।

On 11.03.2021 the bus came from shivaji stadium route no.171 to holambi kalan j.j colony registration no.DL1PD 4485 did not stop at dariyganj bus stop and therefore i had to wait for next bus very long also i am disable person
