Respected sir,

My name is Arpit, I am working in Dilshad Darden, Delhi depot as a conductor and my daily route is GL23 Anand Vihar to Kashmere Gate ISBT. It is informed that during the visit / inspection, found tiny amount i.e. 40 Rs. /- extra in my collection bag.
In this regard, I would like to explain, during the ticketing some passengers doesn't have change when they are asking ticket of 5 Rs. and at the same time (if no change in my bag) I am not in position to return the said amount to the passenger. So, I wrote said amount, back said of the ticket so that passengers may collect the said amount, if same day, I am unable to refund next day Or day after tomorrow money, they can collect the said amount.

Above said incident, I have already reported to my supervisor may time.

During the inspection (Vigilance person ID 1190), I told him about the incident and requested to give a chance and try to understand this situation. But Vigilance person was not interested to listen my expiations and threaten that to suspend. The said incident have reported to my depot manager also and told by them that “ This is the nature of all Conductor, they are getting additional amount from passengers”. Accordingly, without any proper investigation, I have been suspended for 4 months.

I would like to submit on behalf of all conductor we are working hard, we are getup early morning i.e. 03:30 AM (if we have to attend duty in the morning session), we are sleeping late i.e. 11:00 PM to 11:15 PM (if we have to attend duty in the evening session), we are working hard honestly and during the duty we are able to eat food properly.

In view of the above, I am humble requesting to take appropriate action against each and grant a permission to re-join of my duty.

Hopefully, my case will be considered on high priority.

Sir, we wait for the bus at Kapashera border at 5 o'clock in the evening Bus Route No 578 Kapashera Border To Khair Gaon
Sir the bus stand is somewhere else and the bus drive stops the bus somewhere else and runs like a mad dog on the road when it is not a stand And the busmen talk so rudely with the ladies, why are the marshals in the bus for help and they also talk so rudely The seat is not empty, yet those who are aware of them, take the bus a little further and open the gate of the bus.Sir I want to know that there are no rules for them, are there all rules only for those normal girls who can't face those wicked people? Some are just their daily work, some are girls, they have not given them, that's why they put them in the bus from the front and bring them. we stand Just no hey those who do the same work every day, bus nine[protected], this bus is such a drama every day, how long will they continue to watch this sir? Sir, it takes 3 to 3 hours to wait for the bus and in the bus that comes, he takes his knowledgeable person sitting
Sir please request you to solve the problem as soon as possible, a lot of problems have started happening on this route

Today 5th July 2021 time 6:10 PM bus rout 794 bus no DL-1PD0070 Nizamuddin to Manglapuri

While the bus is coming I saw they overtaking the other bus 181 with overspeeding I saw my hand at Bhogal bus stand to stop the bus but they didn't while I running behind the bus as the bus is empty only driver and conductor inside the bus they also jumped the red signal while I saw hand and running behind the bus I met an minor accident with bus 181 which they overtake my life is in danger because of that type of driver and conductor kindly take some action also I trying to register a case against consumer harasment

Mera name dinesh kumar hai, 4/7/2021, 15:19:00 time ko main suraj kund crosing se bus no. Dl1pc-6332, bus route no. 717, main baitha main conductor ko 20/- rupay diye or khanpur ke 2 ticket mange usne paise liye or bola ki aap baithe jao main abhi ticket deta hoon, but bahut time ke baad bhi usne ticket nhi diya jab maine use baar baar ticket ke liye bola toh wo argument krne lg gya or bola ki jab checker aayenge toh wo dekh lega but wo ticket nhi de rha tha, wo sabhi passenger se paise toh le rha tha but kisi ko ticket nhi de rha tha, bus maine ek dcd ka person bhi tha harshit goyal name ka jab use bola toh wo bhi passenger ko hi bolne lg gya . Maine jab baar baar ticket ke liye bola toh usne khali ek slip nikal kr di jiske upper delhi transit okhla-iv, bus no. Dl1pc 6332 or date likhi hui thi so please you take proper action about it.

I m standing on kesopur depot bus stand and bus number DL 1PC-0701, cluster bus route number 883 going to isbt kashmiri gate. Bus stoped at the kesopur stand to far but not open the gate, they said to me why are you comming slowly and they have not seat in the bus but didn't enter me.

Bus route no 182 A the bus driver behavior so badly .he stop bus before final destination and and asked my time is over .so many time .some time he drive very fast and some time very very slow bus no DL1PC4372

Dear sir/ madam,

I boarded the bus no. DL 1PD 0689 at punjabi bagh terminal on 2nd july 2021 at 09:35 am for anand vihar. But driver and conductor ask me to de board the bus by saying who allowed you to board the bus. You are not allowed to board. But at the same place at the same time a girl also boarded the bus but neither driver nor conductor said anything to her? Can i know why? What is the reason? Is this the behaviour your driver and conductor treat the passenger? Why there is different kind of behaviour for male and female. I need the answer from the company. Else i'll go the the consumer court. I used to travel daily by your company transport but today i felt bad. Plz take action on driver and conductor of that bus. Conductor take money from me and SOME passanger but not give ticket

When I was traveling on date 24th june 2021 on time 06:30 from Bawana to peeragarhi. I was taken a bus route no 972. The conductor take money from me and some passanger but not give ticket. And also misbehave. The bus number is DL-1PD-0032. Even if he gives a ticket to someone, he takes back the ticket at the time of getting down from the bus. Name of Conductor is pandit.

Sir, dt on 17.06.2021 timing 6:05 – 6:15 pm when i was waiting for bus from pahar ganj police station bus stop at last 45 mints, After 45 minutes, comes the bus of route 351 inderlok metro station to kalyanpuri whose no DL-1PD- 5605, But the driver did not stop the bus at the bus stop and put the bus a little ahead of the bus stop, I go there and request the driver to open the gate of Kerry, the bus driver did not open the door citing the red light I told the driver that you did not keep the bus stop, I will complain to you and I left, I did not complain.
On 18.06.2021 Same Driver Route No 351 Bus No DL 1PD 5605 Time 06:10 to 06:15pm As soon as I arrived at Pam Pahar Ganj Police Station bus stop I gave the hand to the driver and he called the gate and said that I will not take you because you told me yesterday that I will complain to you and made the bus to the side that you will not be taken to the bus, 85% were senior citizens, I told the driver that I did not complain, but the driver says that whatever you want, The bus won't go. and answered all the rides
When the driver answered the people below, then I complained to the driver on[protected], the complainants who were attempting from there talked to the bus conductor and told me that you keep sitting in the bus, I will see how the bus is not working The driver knocked me down from the bus and closed the gate and took the bus.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to withdraw your kind attention towards rush driving of orange bus DL - 1PD 4298 . I was on motor bike and standing on Jahanghir puri - Haider Pur crossing signal waiting for green signal. The bus was coming at speed and forced me to jump the signal . Same thing happened at Sarai pipal thala signal at around 08:35 am. I was standing in first lane to avoid this bus but again he started honking and forced me to jump the signal . Bus was moving on speed and when I stopped my bike and ask driver why you are in so hurry and not following lane driving and respect signal he start talking rudely . He was having a stick and almost to come down to beat me.
I request you to take action against such kind of rush driving and his behavior. After red and blue line now orange line buses are on the same track. Or we can say just a change in color but not in behavior and fear.
Writing with a hope that you will take necessary action against the bus driver.
