I have prove I have sach a video ki usne apni bus mai kam se kam 55 sawari bhari hue ti and gaali dene laga mere sath behas bi ki usne or bola ki hamare tarike se bus chalti hai jaise hum chalate hai samjha. It's not the right way to talk with passenger. Jab maine usko bola teri complaint karunga to uska conductr bi bolne laga jaa bolde hamara kuch nhi ho sakta hai . Can you please take stick action. Otrwise

      Mein aaj subah 9.20/25 par Chhajupur/chauhan optical, near durgapuri chowk se bus route no.847 (new Seemapuri to Uttam Nagar) wali bus mein baita, bus conductor ne ek gents aur lady passenger se bahut badatmeez kee aur apne seat par naa baithkar aage ladies seat par poori seat dabakar baitha tha, uski peechay wali seat par gents aur lady passenger baith gaye to usne unko apne seat se khada kar diya, gents passenger ko conductor ne uskay stand aane se pahle hee jabardasti uttarne laga, conductor kay es villian role kay saath driver kee bhi bhumika rahi, usne bhi khoob badatmeez kee, maine conductor aur driver ka virodh kiya to driver ne mujhse mera mobile kheech liya aur todne kee dhamki dene laga kyunki maine iski complaint kee warning dee, aur en dono ne bus ka gate band kar liya aur mere mobile kee checking karne lage, en dono badatmeez kay khilaf sakht se sakht action le aur naukri se dafa kare, aise log bharat jaise desh kay liye kalank hai, driver ka hulia KAALA AUR BODY MEIN PATLA DUBLA HAI, CONDUCTOR HEALTH MEIN MOTA aur rang saaf hai

        My name is srayansh kumar i pick a bus Route no 805A bus no DL1PD 3627 towards ISBT from GTK depot on dated 01/08/2021 at 22:28 when the bus reached the azadpur stand i tell him to stop the bus at the stand but the driver dont stop the bus and told me i will not stop the bus on this stand bcause my signal is green.He stop the bus at next stop which was 100 mtrs ahed .when i depart the bus the driver use vary bad language againts me and told me that " You have drunk the wine"
        So i submit my complaint and resolve my problem

          This bus 460 to minto road was driving rashly and suddenly severed left from wrong lane ( not in bus lane) pushing my car into the bus stand at okhla mandi bus stand, after confrontation the bus driver was rude and failed to admit his mistake, kindly take appropriate action

          I am adding the pictures that clearly show the bus is in the middle of the road

              Cluster bus no DLIPD5243 bus route no 172 HOLAMBI KHURD departures from Azadpur terminal around(3:40)due to heavy traffic jam bus changed its route but that was not the problem...problem started from bypass...bus changed its path from bypass nd turned the bus towards highway. Missed all the bus stands libaspur, swaroop nagar, nangli poona. And when passengers told him don't to take wrong route he refused nd told everyone that he has called the department and talked to them about the route change and they agreed. Then everyone think that he would be taking u turn from alipur near shiv mandir but he didn't . So at that point i politely told him to don't change the route nd take the u turn.. he didn't agreed. He was agressive nd manerless talking to me roudely. Nd he is stuborn. After too many time i told him to change the route then he got on right path.. but when my stand comes he stopped the bus then again he used abusive words for me .

                This driver first of all didn’t stop at bus stop and while I’m get through the bus driver abuses me very badly and ran bus very speedy this is not the weight way to deal with passengers very bad experience they are public servant but they treat us as their worker please take some actions for this driver

                Very very agrresive and abusive what they said is not tolerable

                  My name is Rohan, i work in Ministry of culture, Archaeological survey of India and my bus route no. Is 770, and i daily wait for 770 bus but unfortunately not even single bus is arrived. This is day to day problem i waited daily from 5 to 7'o clock but no bus is arrived and due to covid pandemic, their is no availability of seats and the rush is lot more then normal days.

                  Im am requested you to please solve this matter as early as possible, and please increase the bus frequency of 770 (central secretariat to madhu vihar) as early as possible.

                    Today i.e.15.7.2021 about 7 Am I boarded a DIMTS orange bus route no.205 for Seema Puri, started from their terminal point at Old Delhi Railway station.
                    While I asked the lady conductor to give me the ticket she bluntly refuse to give the ticket on my seat, when I told her that it is your duty to issue the bus ticket she started shouting . Moreover she has refused to share her name and complaint book on route, then I asked about the complainant book to Driver Rahul but he also denied and stopped the bus near Koriya Pul for about 1 hrs.

                    Then I called your help line number[protected], which was picked up by Mr.Aneesh and lodged my complaint no.958/21, even after his persuance this lady conductor haa not issue the bus ticket . During this communication most of the passenger left the bus with others bus. Then police was called by the bus conductor and only after their intervention ticket was issued to me and bus started to the destination.

                    I want stringent action against the erring and negligent, misbehaving bus conductor ( she refused to share her name ) and driver Rahul for not performing thier duties as per rules and regulations., For thier rude behaviour, for wasting the precious time of 1 hrs of me and other fellow passenger's

                      Respected sir

                      It is to inform you that, I boarded in the above said Bus No. DL IP D-5300 from Mandi House for going to Delhi Secretariat today, i.e. 14.07.2021 at around 11:00 AM. I asked for ticket to conductor and he gave me ticket of Rs. 10, but I told him that fare is Rs. 5 for Delhi Sectt. from Mandi House. He told rudely that what I can do if machine is giving ticket for Rs. 10/- I requested that we travel from Mandi House to Delhi Sectretariat for Rs. 5/- but instead to clarify the ticket fare he rudely behaved with me also used abusive language and also he became beyond the control. I tried to pacify him but more and more behaved rudely and repeatedly using abusing language. He was also without uniform.

                      I never files complaint against any employee but his behaviour is out of control and he used the abusive languages and completely rude behaviour, I seen this type of behaviour first time in cluster bus.

                      I request to take action against the above bus conductor and also inform to me and teach lesson to him and ensure that he should not repeat this type of behaviour in future with any commuters/passengers.

                          Dear Madam/ Sir

                          Today on 29.11.2021, I travelled from Abul Fazl Enclave to AIIMS, the conductor charged Rs. 15 but the ticket issued to me was of only Rs. 10 and from Okhla Village to AIIMS.
                          When I called him to issue the correct ticket, then all staff including driver and marshal start shouting and say to either take the ticket or deboard the bus. How can i pay Rs. 15 and take ticket of only Rs. 10. This is fraud being done by the Conductor. Extra Rs. 5 per person is going to the pocket of the conductor. The conductor is doing this fraud to every passenger but no one is raising voice and no one is complaining.
                          This fraud is being done by conductor everyday in this bus.

                          Hence, it is requested to take disciplinary action against the bus conductor and driver and marshal also as they are also supporting the conductor in doing this fraud.

                              This is about bus conductor and driver took more money and misbehave with us. I was traveling from Morigate to Kapashera (706).

                              Time: 2:00 PM

                              We were two persons and traveling with three bags. Bus conductor ask for take 5 ticket. He was speaking rudely. I took 5 tickets (15×5). When we reached at Kapashera, bus driver ask for more money rudely, He took ₹25 to me and push me down from bus.

                              We really disappointed to this type of Delhi Cluster Bus Service. It going like blueline buses.

                                I want to draw your kind attention to the misbehaviour of a bus conductor while I was traveling to route no - 311, Bus no - 6802, (Anand vihar to Ambedkar Nagar ) at 10:15 am incident place shahi garden, date 12/07/2021
                                It is happen like that when I was board the bus then the conductor come in front gate and push me side physically
                                And abuse me . Then marshal told both o[censored]s only one seating is available on the back of the bus but the conductor not allowing me to seat their and starting misbehaving with me
                                And he shout 's rudely to me and said do whatever you want do with me and he give his bus number and his conductor I'd -9958 ..
                                I, therefore request you to take stern action against the conductor .I may also be informed about it.

                                        Respected sir,

                                        My name is Arpit, I am working in Dilshad Darden, Delhi depot as a conductor and my daily route is GL23 Anand Vihar to Kashmere Gate ISBT. It is informed that during the visit / inspection, found tiny amount i.e. 40 Rs. /- extra in my collection bag.
                                        In this regard, I would like to explain, during the ticketing some passengers doesn't have change when they are asking ticket of 5 Rs. and at the same time (if no change in my bag) I am not in position to return the said amount to the passenger. So, I wrote said amount, back said of the ticket so that passengers may collect the said amount, if same day, I am unable to refund next day Or day after tomorrow money, they can collect the said amount.

                                        Above said incident, I have already reported to my supervisor may time.

                                        During the inspection (Vigilance person ID 1190), I told him about the incident and requested to give a chance and try to understand this situation. But Vigilance person was not interested to listen my expiations and threaten that to suspend. The said incident have reported to my depot manager also and told by them that “ This is the nature of all Conductor, they are getting additional amount from passengers”. Accordingly, without any proper investigation, I have been suspended for 4 months.

                                        I would like to submit on behalf of all conductor we are working hard, we are getup early morning i.e. 03:30 AM (if we have to attend duty in the morning session), we are sleeping late i.e. 11:00 PM to 11:15 PM (if we have to attend duty in the evening session), we are working hard honestly and during the duty we are able to eat food properly.

                                        In view of the above, I am humble requesting to take appropriate action against each and grant a permission to re-join of my duty.

                                        Hopefully, my case will be considered on high priority.
